20 Best 2 Handle Kitchen Faucets (2022 Updated)

Delta faucets are typically pretty rock-solid. They aren’t necessarily super high-end but a good, dependable faucet that rarely gives any problems in use. This faucet is fairly typical of that standard, but there are a few idiosyncrasies with this particular model that I don’t particularly care for.

Keep in mind that in the grand scheme of things these are “nit-picky” items, but I would probably pick a different model were I to do this over: * The radius of the faucet is smaller than other versions of the faucet.

This means the distance from the base to the water outlet is a bit smaller than the version I was replacing. That shortened distance decreases the reach of the faucet, and things I could easily wash before now require more manipulation under the facet to rinse (and I get more water around the sink than in it!).

* The valves do not have a lot of adjustment between “on” and “off”. meaning that you open the facet valve almost half way before water starts to run, and there isn’t much difference between when water starts to run and when it’s running full-open.

All in all, it feels like about 1/3 of the travel is actually useful, making it difficult to adjust temperature. * Flow rate seems overly-restricted compared to the previous model of Delta faucet. I’m sure it’s an environmental requirement (either current or future) that they are satisfying, but it’s noticeable and degrades the performance of the faucet a bit as a result.

I give this unit 3 starts because it’s not *bad*, but it’s not fantastic, either. It works, and does the job as advertised. There are other units out there that perform better at similar-to-slightly-higher price.

I don’t dislike it enough to replace it, but knowing what I know now, I would go a different route.

The first one I ordered had bad valves in the sprayer and handles. I got a plumber to check it out and that is what he told me. I tried to go to Delta about what might be wrong with it and they wanted pictures of it.

So much for their help. The second one seems to be okay for now, If it starts leaking from the sprayer and clunking when I turn on the water it will go back, too. Other than that, I like the way it looks.

I wanted to stick to a name brand like Delta because eventually I would need to buy washers for it and it’s much easier to have a famous brand. This seemed to be the cheapest name brand faucet that still looks simple and classic.

I went with the Stainless Steel model. I noticed that Home Depot has a similar faucet with slightly different handles for about the same price but I think they do this on purpose so you can’t price compare.

Pro tip: when you buy the hoses for it, make sure that you know whether your shutoff valve is a compression or flare type. Most things seem to be compression now days but in our house, everything is flare and it seems to be the more rare type of connection.

All worked well here but there are two annoying things I found: 1. You HAVE to do all the connections in the bottom of the sink and can’t make any of them before you put it in. Why? because the locknuts that hold this in place are too small to fit over the water connection.

I wrapped teflon tape, and made very good connections but then when I went to put the locknuts, it didn’t work so I had to undo everything, remove the teflon tape, put it back on the sink, put the locknuts on, and THEN do the water connections in a tight spot.

2. The sprayer feels very cheap.

I am pleased with the Claymore Two Handle Kitchen Faucet and sprayer. From first glance the faucet looks well designed. The sleek design is what caught my eye. My favorite part is how I can wash larger dishes without bumping the faucet or having to constantly move it out of the way.

The arc is high enough that it allows for a cooker/ large boiler to easily be washed or filled with water. The faucet height is 11. 5 inches it reaches 8. 13 inches. My old faucet was nothing like this one.

My old one was not tall enough and just did not look right in my kitchen. This faucet set is perfect. Installation is easy. I installed it where my old faucet was. It took less than 30 minutes. The instructions were easy to follow.

The faucet is not too heavy. It was easy to maneuver. Everything fit perfectly. This faucet fits into 4-holes on the sink at 8 inches. If you read the paperwork you will find the flow rate is 1. 80 gpm at 60 psi, 6.

8 L/min at 414 kPa. Which is rather good. My water pressure definitely improved after upgrading to this faucet. The sprayer works great. When you press the sprayer the water comes out with no issues.

You do not need to press it very hard. The sprayer fits into your hand perfectly. I would live to have a further reach to the sprayer. However, that does not affect the overall performance of the faucet set.

I personally would highly recommend this faucet set. It was a huge improvement to my kitchen. It blends in well to my decor. If you are looking to upgrade, this in my personal opinion is your best option.

It would be perfect for a gift or just because. You will not be disappointed.

9-years ago I decided to change out my older Moen faucet ( worked good) to have installed a “Goose Neck” style kitchen fqaucet. Went to Big Box store and purchased Peerless faucet with 1-1/8″ dia. goose neck with heavy aerater.

Paid a decent price, looked expensive. It started to leak water at a rate of 1-drop every 5-seconds ( about a gallon of water a day). Peerless sent me a repair kit multiple times which would only last 4 to 6 months then the same problem leak.

I finally said that I wanted a replacement faucet which I found out they discontinued making. They sent me a faucet which had a lower height goose neck, it has a 3/4″ dia. goose neck, the only thing that looks decent is the handles.

Looks very cheaply made. I called to express my concern and they said they would ship out another faucet with a taller goose neck, and I was to donate the other faucet to “Habitat for Humanity” which I did.

Overall faucet looks very cheap, not fancy at all as my original. I would never have purchased this replacement faucet at the box store. I was advised I could pony up money and purchase what I wanted from their website.

When this faucet fails, I will purchase Moen.

Overall, I think this Peerless faucet is a great deal; I have no major complaints. I was surprised at what a difference changing the faucet made, in the overall look of my kitchen. I love the high arc style and the fact that it swivels (360 degrees!); this improves the ease of use significantly.

I can wash the largest and most awkward dishes with far less aggravation. I do love that it comes with a side sprayer, but I was expecting it to stretch a bit further, and offer a stronger water pressure than it does.

Overall, I can recommend this faucet with confidence. It is high quality, and I would bet that it is going to last for many years.

Great addition to our kitchen.

We had the whole kitchen renovated so it was easy to install, and adds so much beauty to the focal point of the kitchen. The quality is great and the water flows smoothly with no splashes. Love it. Worth every penny.

Fantastic product, valves feel like velvet. The finish is perfect and this faucet works great. I did have a hassle mounting it, but that is not Peerless’s fault. Well maybe, if they would have given me a couple big nuts with the same threads as the chrome flanges, I could have mounted this easier.

Using a big nut on the 1/2″ NPT nipple that screws into the faucet does not work on a thin stainless backsplash like I had (see pics). Instead, I flipped those chrome flanges around and used them to tighten the faucet to the backsplash.

I had to drill four little hoses into the chrome flanges so I could tighten them with snap-ring pliers with right-angle bits. Mounting the doglegs flush to the backsplash pushes the water fittings further back, but it does look cleaner from the front.

Sad thing is I had an old faucet that might have had the same threads on its cruddy flanges, so I may have been able to use those as nuts to tighten the unit to the sink. Its rock-solid now and I love the way this thing works.

I thought I must have paid 177 bucks for it, and I was pleasantly surprised to see it was closer to 60 bucks. The pivoting faucet feels a little loose and sloppy, but it does not leak. I note that it is held on with a threaded collar so maybe I can shim it with an O-ring to make it feel tighter.

I can’t get over how effortless the handles work on this.

I installed the faucet a month or so ago and it’s working perfectly. I bought a really nice chrome swivel aerator here on Amazon and I’m set to go. It took me a week to work up the nerve to actually try to install it.

I’ve never done any plumbing and my pipes have got to be at least 50 years old. As a few people have pointed out most wall mounted faucets are in old houses, and there could easily be problems you don’t know about until you take the old faucet off.

I’m very glad I read through the reviews first. I made sure I used wd-40 on the nuts/joins of the old faucet the night before I tried to take it off, that I had a roll plumber’s tape, and I was ready to make an emergency call to a plumber.

My pipes had only just enough threading left (the rest had rusted away) to get it on. I had to remove the faucet after my first try because the hot water side was leaking. More plumber’s tape and fingers crossed I didn’t tighten it so much the pipe snapped.

Pfew. it worked. It would have been a bit easier if there had been someone else to help hold it at times, but I did manage alone. For the price, the faucet is very nice quality and it’s as good as gold plated for the poor beaten up faucet it replaced.

The design of the faucet fits in really nicely with a kitchen that still has a lot of it’s old features, too.

So I looked hard and low to find this type of faucet. For an older home it is a challenge to find. I also tried searching for one that doesn’t have that silly soap dish on top. And so I found this Peerless model (Delta makes theses).

Great quality and construction and really fits in nicely with an existing wall mounted faucet. The best part about this faucet is the ability to adjust the distance between the hot and cold water pipes.

Most other faucets have a fixed length and that’s it. Easy to install and it securely is mounted against the wall with the pipes. I highly recommend this model if you have an older setup and need a wall mounted faucet.

You will not go wrong with this one!.

I liked the design, and it installed with no problem. Unfortunately, an hour after the installation, it started to leak from where the aerator end goes on. Wouldn’t stop, no matter what we did. Water spraying everywhere or running down the faucet arm onto the counter in back.

I will be returning it when I can get back to the store.

price was good; delivery quick. I needed it to replace the swivel nozzle arm on my original equipment faucet. It was leaking due to a recent appearance of a flaw in manufacture which covered with chrome a casing void.

The faucet was true to the earlier design differing only in teflon seals replacing the original O-rings. Part taken from the replacement faucet fit the original base and my sink was operational with little effort and little investment.

Great budget tap definately worth the money for a basic tap. Changed out my old one as it was leaking and old. This one definately worked a lot better and water tasted cleaner. Easy installation and looks good.

Replaces one just like it that we could not buy replacement o rings for. The brushed finish matches our sink and does not show water spots. The crook of the spigot is perfect and allows us to wash and rinse very large pots!.

I like the looks of this kitchen faucet. It’s very solid and it is the correct replacement for what I had before. I obtained this faucet at a low price (about $60.00 ). A terrific value!

The Claymore Two Handle Kitchen Faucet is very nice! The quality of this faucet is great! It is very durable and sturdy. I like the chrome color of it. It has a high arc, which to me makes washing dishes and rinsing foods so much easier to have more under faucet room.

The handles are easy to turn on and off. The side sprayer is one of my favorite things about this! Having the sprayer makes it so much easier to rinse out the sink, fill a larger pot, or anything else you would use it for.

It is also water efficient. Installation of this faucet and sprayer was pretty simple and I had no issues.

It is well made and easy to install would be better if side sprayer hooked up with threaded connection instead of plastic clip a connection.

my neighbor has one just like it & recommended it to me. So much better than the off-brand (same price) i installed earlier in the year & was already having major issues. Go with the generic green beans, but stick with the brands you know for stuff u want to last!.

This faucet went into a utility bathroom. The faucet was suppose to be installed into a wall. But it wasn’t the way the sink would have worked. So, the plumber had to make some adjustments to attach to the sink.

And it’s awesome. I love the way it looks. It is exactly what I wanted.

I purchased this in black for a spanish style, 1930s house, for the kitchen. It is extremely classy and very well made. The price is high, but I believe it’ll be worth it. I highly recommend this.

Been using it for months now and I like the levers better than the knobs on the one,I have hard water so faucets don’t last long

this was a fair value for this particular brand. only 20min to switch out old for this. so far it is great. but, as with all these ‘high arc’ faucets ,be prepared for the long spout to empty after valve is shut off.

it will discharge the full length of the tube up to 20seconds after the valve is shut. it is not a problem, just be prepared for that and it isnt improperly installed ,when it happens.

i could not leave above questions blank, so will qualify: is it a good value? cannot say, since i do not like fact that it continues to run, after turned off. is it of good quality?, don’t know. i’m not a faucet quality control person.

Our last faucet was a problem right out of the box. This faucet is simply nice. Even turning the spout feels better/easier than their competitors products.

When I saw this in one of the pictures here I quickly set out to make it mine. The first kitchen suite I found was $2200! I knew I had to jump on this one. It’s GORGEOUS! Absolutely perfect and just holding the items in your hand you can tell it’s an extremely well made item.

Contains a water saver filter which I like and it’s very sturdy. this is no flimsy item and certainly not something you can grab from Home Depot. I love the classic look. It’s easy to use and easy to clean.

It really brought our kitchen together.

So far I’m happy with this faucet set, but I’ve only had it a month or so. I had to replace a brand new 3-hole faucet because the ‘diverter’ must’ve been faulty. This brand (faucet set) feels much heavier & a nice solid, nice looking product.

The faucet has not been installed yet, but I can hardly wait to see it in my laundry room. It is absolutely beautiful!! Who would have thought you could almost fall in love with a faucet? It appears to be well made, sturdy, heavy.

Love the Moen faucet. Handles are so much easier to turn than our old one, and the high arc is great! The finish is excellent and easy to clean. It was just the right finish we were looking for. The representative on the phone taking my order and helping me choose the right faucet for our needs was very knowledgeable, patient and courteous.

Very happy with my quick and easy install. The faucet looks and feels very nice. It has a very durable feel to it – not a cheap feel. Solid product. The handles have a very good control to them when opening and closing the water.

This was a replacement Faucet as our other one was leaking from the head piece. This is where the water comes out of. The Faucet handles were also making squeaking noises after years of use, so we needed to get a new one.

The process in getting the Faucet was fast by the Merchant. After installing the Faucet however, we saw that the item was leaking from the base. The base was tightened by hand as instructed. It turns out there was a piece missing from the package.

We ended up having to go to Home Depot to find the missing part. I recommend people to buy these types of products new from the Merchant or at least make sure the box is sealed. In this case, it’s possible the original item was returned by someone to the merchant and took the piece that was missing.

looks great, installed easy. no leaks. very nice height. only downside is a slight wobble of both hot/cold handles. not as sturdy as I would have liked, but overall good for the price.

Bought for a replacement and it works great. Bright Chrome finish is a plus. Easier to install than removal of old kitchen faucet.

I know the brand my whole house has DELTA FAUCETS, EXCELLENT BRAND AND IT LASTS A LONG TIME.

This 2-handles faucet is very easy to installed. We installed this one this morning (to replace the old one that was leaking), only took about one hour by my son and myself. It looks very nice in the kitchen now and the long (gooseneck) faucet works much better than the old (short) one for water will not spray out the sink!.

Does everything in a modern way. Love the “cartridge” 1/4 turn off and on versus the old style compression washer. Sprayer very convenient.

If hovered above the sink like a Brachiosaurus. We love the room to clean and run water. even when there is a dish or two in the sink.

Quality is definitely poor with this faucet. Bought 6 months ago and already is leaking nonstop. Have used this in past and had the same issue. I would definitely not recommend buying this

I have been dealing with FaucetDirect. com now for 1 1/2 years. A bathroom renovation with all the hardware and plumbing pieces. Just B/4 They were ready to be installed my wife changed her mind and wanted brushed nickel instead of chrome.

The customer service of this company is great. They took everything back and then sent me all the same pieces in brushed nickel no questions asked. All pieces were correct and on or B/4 time. It was a no brainer for me when I needed a new Kitchen faucet where I would go.

Very good faucet, it’s a water saver, so it takes a little longer to get hot water or to fill a bucket, I don’t mind that, it doesn’t splash everywhere like a regular “cheap faucet” does. I have two in my house and I have one each in my two rentals properties, spout still swivels smoothly after about 3 yrs.

on my oldest one and doesn’t leak, no maintenance yet, price is reasonable, handles move 90 degrees and are proportional (equal hot and cold when handles are in same position) i have no complaints about them, for people who have trouble with stiff sprayer hose, just run hot water thru it first and that will soften it right up.

This faucet was easy to install, we did it ourselves. It has not leaked after one week which is great. Sometimes the fittings will leak under the sink and this one does not. The hardest part of the install was taking out the old one.

It is pretty and shiny. Really like the gooseneck, (not too tall) and easy to put tall pans under it. I did my research before I bought this one and I feel like I did make the right choice for us. I would recommend this product.

After many disappointments with the reliability and longevity of kitchen faucets, I decided I wanted something commercial grade. I settled on this one. Installation was so easy and intuitive – basically fool proof.

The rubber gasket rather than crude plastic piece on most under the escutcheon makes plumber’s putty unnecessary. All threads and bolts are brass, so if I ever need to take this faucet out (which I hope I won’t for a loooong time), rust and corrosion won’t be a problem.

Operation is smooth as butter. Although this is rated as a California drought compliant 1. 5 gpm flow, I find the pressure to be quite adequate, not lacking at all and better than the one I took out.

The veggie sprayer is very powerful if water is opened all the way. I suppose if I really wanted more flow, I could find a different aerator, but it is quite enough the way it is and has a smooth no-splash flow.

So I’m not messing with it. A few people here complained about the handle sticking open. Doing research on this, this appears to be related to the hot water control block (can be adjusted to restrict the handle on the hot side if you have small children or elderly people).

For myself, I just took this piece out and tossed it as I don’t need it. I have no problems with handle sticking. Another complaint I saw on here was the plastic veggie sprayer hose not uncoiling easily.

Solution: run hottest water possible through it for a couple of minutes to soften it up, then shape it in a convenient direction where it won’t catch on anything under your sink. I will update on reliability and longevity as time passes.

For now, I have only positive things to say. Stay tuned.
