20 Best 3 In 1 Welder (2022 Updated)

Bought this as my old welder was broken, didn’t want to pay loads of money for a new one as I don’t use it every day. I’ve never had a new welder, always been second hand. So decided at this price I would buy one.

Well it arrived quickly. I found it easy to assemble. Only need to feed the wire and connect the torch and leads. Well off I went welding. I was very impressed with it, welded everything I asked it to , flat plate, round bar etc.

Overall a nice compact welder that does what I want it to do. Very happy.

I love my 520d, plasma Cutter cuts through 5/8s easy, you have to take it slow obviously like all plasma cutters. I love tig part, I’m welding up to 1/2, my only complaints is you can’t adjust the amps as your welding even with the petal and the ground and tig cords get really hot after a while.

I do have the older model though. Also make sure you’re running aleast 30amp 220v. I literally can tig for aleast 2 hours before the cords get too hot to handle and by that time I would need to let the metal cool down.

Works well Im a beginner when it comes to TIG welding. But it is exceeding my expectations. Im concerned the argon is leaking internally. I get a rapid pressure loss after turning the tank valve off.

Checked all external connections with soapy spray. Still an exceptional by for a beginner.

For the price, it’s great. Plasma cutting is fast on thin steel and does pretty decent on half inch. Stick is more than fair. New to tig welding so having fun with it and seems great. Cons. The ground wire is a bit short as well as the stick welding wire but you can just get longer ones if need be.

Overall. love the machine.

Terrific machine. No complaints. High quality and all modes work well. Cones with decent starting consumables and works out of the box, you just need gas. Ive mostly used the mig function which has consistently worked well with co2 argon mixture.

Stick also works as expected, and though tig is only scratch start and cannot weld aluminum, it works well and gave me the tools to learn to tig. It is my only welding machine in my garage and i use it all the time.

More than i thought i would. If you’re looking for something a bit better than that certain Chinese store HF (i go there too I’m not judging) i recommend this option. Arc is very stable.

Overall the MP200i is a good machine. My welding experience was mainly stick and it was a few years back, okay a few decades back. With that said, I was really interested in learning TIG. Yeah well this machine will TIG, but it’s a side hustle.

The 200i is an outstanding MIG especially on 220. It rocks. Okay I said I wanted to learn TIG. The 200i was how TIG was done 20 years ago. No foot pedal to adjust your amps, no high frequency start. scratch start, and a little valve on the torch to start/stop your gas.

Will it work. yes it will. Will you feel like your missing out on the good stuff, I did. As I said I wanted to learn TIG. I learned I didn’t know enough before I hit the buy button. I’m not knocking the machine.

It is what it is, but if you’re interested in doing TIG in 2020 you’ll probably be disappointed. The next machine up is a 250 and it’s got all the good stuff, or you can be stupid like me and buy a stand alone TIG machine that’s got the bells and whistles.

Now I have two TIGs I suck using. BTW, Eastwood doesn’t mislead, they say what it is. I didn’t know what I needed/wanted. Once again, this thing rocks as a MIG!.

I am so glad I bought the Eastwood MP200i. Because of its super consistent arc, great penetration, perfectly repeatable digital settings, and excellent features (including a tack weld timer), it makes my welds look like they were done by an experienced professional.

I am not a professional welder, but this machine gives me a huge advantage and makes it easy to produce professional results. It’s like I’m cheating somehow. The top quality and versatility of this machine makes it the best deal in light weight multi-process welders on the market today, and the fact that it is dual voltage is just icing on the cake.

When miller changed the Tips in the mig gun. They totally messed up the performance of the welders. The tips are designed to blow out way faster. And there not universal tips. You have to either buy miller tips.

Or be smart and Tap the collett out with threads that will be universal. I have welded with just about every miller machine made. As far back as the old heavy 350 syncrowaves. The 215 is the worst of all of them.

Only because of the new tips. It hardly runs flux core. Soon as tip gets hot it burns back and frys the tip. Hardwire does fine. Stick does fine. Flux core sucks. Miller has got greedy and low grade in quality over the years.

Thing is. All the welders have done the same thing. Raise price lower quality.

I’m just getting back into welding. Its been about 25 years since I’ve done any welding at all. I got this welder and it is super easy to use and it puts down nice beads. I was using Flux core at 110 and it performed great.

Its worth the money. You get what you pay for. I love my welder. Cyberweld’s fast shipping was great. I got it in 3 days. Thanks to the crew at cyberweld, they are great.

Really nice welder for the money – has a lot of potential. Very lightweight – easy to move around. MIG function is very capable. I was a little hesitant to try the autoset feature, but it’s actually really nice and the settings seem to be spot on.

The power supply seems to be very stable – even at low amperage settings it’s hard to stick a 7018 electrode. Only con I can see is that it can’t run 6010. TIG function seems to be very smooth. The lift arc is good enough for most applications.

The dual gas inlets is a very nice feature so I don’t have to switch my regulators around. Accessories that came with it seem to be of good quality too. As for the dual voltage function, I can’t speak to it’s functionality – I’ve only ran this machine on 220.

Overall, it’s a good machine for the money. I’d recommend it.

Got this machine to finish a fence using flux core wire with no gas. The machine can use gas too. We needed to use a 100ft extension cord and the machine had no issues whatsoever. Plugs into any common three prong outlet.

Its compact and easy to use. Again this is a bargain for beginners to intermiedate welders.

So far so good. For the money it is an awesome little welder. I have only used the flux core mig function so far but I will be trying stick welding soon. I just wish it included a tig torch but at this price point you can’t complain.

I have the matching 20p plasma cutter which i also like. Forney makes a great product.

This is a great welder, has everything my boyfriend was looking for and then some-this was his first welder and he loves it! Had everything set up within days of receiving it for his birthday, including some extra wiring in our garage, etc.

A great hobby/repair welder!.

I had been eyeing this upgrade for a while and finally pulled the trigger. It was worth the wait. The intuitiveness of the menu system is ideal. The ability to save 4 personalized settings per welding process is a huge time saver.

Switching between processes is done in about 20 seconds and the Pulse feature is everything I hoped it would be especially in TIG on sheet metal.

Not a welder by trade or bragging rights at all. Upgraded from a worn out ancient machine (I think from the 80’s). Needed something that was easy to use in a farm shop. It had to be easy for someone of limited skill sets to set up and successfully weld with.

This is it!!! Very forgiving! Really pleased with the results of this machine. It delivered!.

I’m new to welding and needed a mig welder for welding patch panels in the car I’m working on. I chose this Eastwood model because I liked the features such as infinite control knobs, digital display readout which is really nice, the spot welder function, and the multi process capability.

You can’t beat the price and the 3yr warranty is what made me decide on this machine vs others in the running. After a day of practice on scraps and watching a few videos on setup and welding tips, I was able to get repeatable, great spot welds on 22 ga sheet metal.

I was even able to get butt welds without burn through. I’m welding an extension to the top shelf of my welding cart so this welder will fit nicely and not overhang off the top. Now I’m ready to actually start welding patch panels into the floor of my ’39 Studebaker.

Can’t wait to get started. And with the multi process capability of this machine I will be able to learn some tig technique as well. One other thing. The machine runs nicely off of 110v and a 15amp breaker for the sheetmetal work.

Might have to switch to a 20amp circuit for welding thicker material. We’ll see.

Projects center around restoring 2 early 70’s VWs – lots of sheet metal, lots of spot welds. Moving from a HF 125 machine with four heat ranges running flux core wire. My only “dislike”: the MIG Spot Weld Kit does not fit even though most material on the website lead me to believe it was compatible with all Eastwood welders.

Now for the “likes” (and the list is long!): spot weld timer makes repeatable spot/plug welds simple and consistent. The infinite adjustability of all the controls allow precise control of wires speed, power, and timer.

The feed mechanism is smooth a predictable. The cables have plenty of length. Besides gas, all the start-up items for all three processes (except TIG filler rod) are included. Weighs less than my old machine with more capability.

Bigger trigger on torch. Tried my first stick welds ever on railroad track section I have has anvil and successfully struck an arc and build up material with good penetration. Tried to get a pool going with TIG, but dipped the tungsten within 2 minutes – gonna keep trying (scratch start wasn’t that hard).

All in all, after 3 weeks the MP140i seems like it will meet almost all of my welding needs in the foreseeable future – glad it has a 3-years warranty, plus I got the 2yr extension. Yesterday when practicing, I stitched a 20ga butt weld that would have made Dave Kindig or Joe Martin proud – I credit the machine!.

I bought the welder to do welding on auto body sheet metal. It worked much better that my lincon 180 240 volt for this. And I was able to use a 25 foot extension cord off a 15 amp breaker. I was also able to do some heavier welding 1/4 inch stock.

I was able to weld several inches before I limited my beaker. A few parts I would like to see upgraded. But overall a vary good welder for the price. I do think the manual could be expanded upon to provide more welding tips for novices.

Like the mug gas welding shield will only twist on and off with a clockwise twist.

Great little 110v-120v welding machine. Works great on 023 welding wire and 1/16 stick electrodes. Bought it to restore vintage cafe racer motorcycle. Came out beautifully!!

So first thins first. You can not tig weld aluminum with this machine. You are probably looking into this machine because you cant afford a Miller Maxstar. So lets not rake it across the coals for what it can’t do.

I’ve researched this machine quite a bit and will be buying it. Now this machine is a trusted brand with a factory warranty. and can plug into any 120 outlet. I recommend nothing else is running on the same breaker and if you plan to use an extension cord with it make sure it is of a heavy gauge.

This welder will weld anything 1/4″ or smaller if you go 5/16 or bigger you better be doing some beveling, and still I wouldn’t trust your life on higher thickness because it is not rated for it. So all in all this is a great buy just don’t compare it to welders in the $1000 or more range.

It welds what it is designed to well very smooth and efficiently. It’s portable it’s light it’s affordable. Thank you ESAB for making a great machine.

High quality tig torch, mig gun and electrode and work clamp (for stick) included. Not some cheap Chinese junk. MiG and stick are extremely smooth and easy to set up. In contrast, an equivalent Lincoln I had welded very smooth also, but was very hard to get started in both mig and stick processes.

It required thorough and tedious cleaning of the steel with every weld. The Esab, like the Miller, just works every time. This unit is for smaller welding projects. If you plan on doing any structural welding on your 4×4 truck frame, for instance, youre going to need a bigger machine.

This is the best value out there and after taking a chance on Esab for the first time, Im a believer.

This welder is excellent. Very well built. Welds MIG, Tig, & stick. I’ve read reviews where people complained about the tig torch and foot pedal not being included. If it had been this unit would have been well over a grand and out of my price range.

This thing works great! The mig gun and stinger are both good quality. If you’re looking for a good welder quit looking. Buy one of these. You’ll love it.

It is a nice welding package and Lincoln is a good brand. I was disappointed however in the power even when using the 230 volt mode. I understand that one can not weld thick materials with this welder but the lack of penetration of relatively thin sheet metal was surprising.

Perhaps I just needed more practice with this welder but I got rid of it and purchased a more powerful model which works better for my applications.

I bought this to begin learning welding on thin sheet metal. This is an excellent machine, easy to use. You set the current and wire feed speed based on the metal gauge. It is spot on, doesn’t burn through and is not to cold.

This Lincoln welder is Excellent quality!.

Customer service is top notch. I ordered from Canada, so there was a heft shipping fee, and also, I got slapped with an import fee at the border. When I contacted them, they said I could either return it and they would refund all money, or, they would give me a $50 credit usd (half the import fee).

I took the credit, and got the machine. So far I have burned some 6011 and 6013 rod on the 110v setting (on a house breaker rated for 15 Amps), running between 70-90 amps on the machine. Ran just fine, 15 amp extension cord did not heat up at all, although, I only burned a few rods, with some breaks in between (I haven’t welded in awhile).

The welds looked fine (they were as good as I was, this welder looks entirely capable of a nice bead). The starts were a little cold, but that is to be expected, it does not have a hot start feature.

I was just practicing on 1/8″ sheet metal with 3/32 and 1/8 rods, but at 70 amps it had the sheet glowing, and the bottom side was well scorched, so it is clear there was penetration. On 1/8″ sheet there better be, but the point is I was running 70 amps machine setting on a 110v 15 amp house outlet, at the end of a 32 foot extension cord, and nothing was stressing out.

Same with at 90 amps. Using 1/8″ rod, it had the sheet glowing red hot, and the extension cord was still cool, and the breaker did not trip.

I purchased this machine several years ago, primarily for the plasma cutter and Tig welder functions of the unit. I also liked the idea of being able to use it on 120V or 240V. I have been using it on 240V since I purchased it until a couple of days ago.

I came across a situation where 240V was not available but 120V was which was the situation I purchased it for. It doesn’t cut much thicker than 1/8″ steel and I needed to cut 1/4″. The drouth is horrible, regardless of what air pressure you use.

Jagged cuts, at best, 27amps maximum, which isn’t enough heat to get a clean cut. Very disappointed with the 120V application I purchased it for but it does a very good job with the 240V power. Good unit for the home welder but not for what I wanted it to do.

The Tig and stick welder parts of this machine work good on up to 1/8″ steel plate on stick and 1/4″ aluminum on 120V but, you have to go slowly. Both models are great on 240V and I have a foot pedal for Tig welding.

All I want to say is WOW!!!! I sat on the fence for a few weeks, deciding what welder to buy to build my roll off dumpster truck. When I came across the Primeweld CT520DP, it offered everything that I needed and more.

The plasma cutter cuts 3/8 steel in one pass, with only needing to lightly chip the slag off the back side. (Not beating it, tapping it, for real). Actually, I have cut 3/8″ all the way down to sheet metal, maybe 16ga.

I also did a gouge cut on 1″ solid rod when the torch ran out of gas. This was the first time I used an inverter welder, and at least 15 years since I have stick welded. The learning curve was completed in minutes.

Using 5/32 6011 rod at 155 amps gave good penetration thru 1/4″ box beam, and 3/32 rod fixed my mower deck, which was more of a project to play around, but thats a whole different story. I also turned the heat up to its max of 200Amps, sat for a few seconds and blew right thru the 1/4″ material, so it definitely throws some current thru the rod.

I’m totally new to TIG welding, bought a regulator and rented a tank. I tried it on a few scrap pieces and it worked very well, and like I said, I’ve never done it before. I watched Paul Jr on American Chopper for 8 seasons, so I felt I had a good teacher.

Not perfect, but that’s all on my end. Oh, and the MOST important part, and probably my biggest concern was the duty cycle. Well, I ran the plasma cutter at the max, 50Amps and the welder at 155 Amps for hours, constantly switching back and forth, It is winter so I am sure that helps, but it NEVER went into protection mode either.

The kit came with a few extra nozzles and cups, or consumables as they seem to be called, the only time I had to switch a plasma torch consumable set out was when I got sloppy, let my air pressure drop and touched the metal.

I will clean that up, and keep trucking. Overall, I am EXTREMELY pleased with buying thid unit. I will be building many 12 Yard dumpsters with it now, so I will surely put it to the test. Oh, and at 25lbs, give or take, it always gets put away!!.

Easy to set up, lots of adjustment to fine tune your weld. MIG settings are close, I found turning down wire speed a tad helps. Stick settings are pretty much spot on. TIG settings are on the high side, as a general rule, I drop 10a off the recommended setting and it works great.

I keep the gas @ 25 (using the supplied gauge) for MIG and TIG. Typical Hobart quality, top shelf. The owners manual is very informative, most questions can be answered within its pages. Process changes are very easy, just remember what leads go where, and settings are in memory so theres no loss when changing modes.

All in all, this machine can work all day and doesn’t sweat it a bit. Don’t be surprised when you start it up and you don’t hear a fan, it kicks in when needed and again at shutdown. Very pleased with this machine- great job Hobart!!.

I bought this welder as someone with no formal welding training. I started welding like a lot of people on a Lincoln AC 225. Most of what I do has been for repairs and modifications to existing things but I also wanted the ability to try my hand at some other projects from scratch.

It just made sense to have a multi-process welder for me in terms of convenience and space. I thought the price was reasonable for a welder that can do all that this one can do. I wouldn’t think a pro welder would necessarily want this but it’s great for the DIY in the garage welder like me.

I have used it several times already and it works great. Easy to set up and tote around if you need too. Very satisfied with this so far.

Just got it in and had a chance to work with it a while today. Using C25, have not tried flux core yet. Does a great job, but I’ve found as with most migs, the recommended settings inside the door seem to be a little fast on wire speed or a little low on voltage.

Bumped up the voltage and kept recommended wire speed and it seemed to do much better. Likewise, I used the recommended voltage and decrease the wire speed a tad and again, better welds. All this was on 14 gauge.

Will try 1/4 tomorrow. All in all, this is a steal for what you get Highly recommend trying this model.

I have over 30 yrs experience in the metal trades. Ive used every kind of welding machine out there. Miller was always the go to. This little machine has all the build quality of the professional level Miller machines I used in my trade experience (they cut no corners with this one).

Of course, it has its limitations. but its not a big heavy 10 to 12 thousand dollar machine either – and doesnt require 70 to 100 amps of 3 phase power like many of them did. Bottom line, (see my title for this.

) you could not ask for a more capable or better quality welding machine to have in your home shop. It will do very well with any type or size of material that youre likely to need welded there.

To me, the holy grail of poor people’s welders. When you want to be able to do all types of welding across all major materials, here is the answer. Not cheap so it took me a long time to afford one, but well worth the wait.

Compact and versatile with large LED display and lots of automation for the novice. Let the projects/fabrication begin. Miller this is a winner still.

This machine is so easy to use. I’m not an expert on TIG welding at all. After a few weeks of practice, my welds look pretty good. All thanks to those presets. I’ve used the MIG process a little and it’s even smoother than my old Miller 175.

Everything was packed well, no damage. There’s everything you need in the box to get started. I bought this machine as an investment into my future. It’s a big purchase for a rookie but I think it’ll last a lifetime.

My only gripe is that I think it’s made with Chinese parts. It’s assembled here, not made here. Never the less it’s a fine machine. Oh and significantly lighter than my 175. The reason I bought it with IOC was because they offered the best freebie deal.

$100 bucks off a hood plus free shipping, was hard to beat in the internet world.

As a Professional Welder, SMAW Plate GMAW Plate GTAW/SMAW Pipe (Chrome Carbon Steel) and AWS D1. 1 all position unlimited thickness, I have done a lot of welding. I own an ESAB Migmaster 250, A Miller and and a Lincoln.

I was walking through Harbor Freight in Rogers Arkansas, about an hour from where I live in Eureka Springs. I saw this machine on display and really started to look at it. I was impressed by the feed mechanism and the display it showed it has.

Oh and I had just gotten approved for a new Harbor Freight Credit card. It hadn’t arrived yet though. I asked the store Manager if their was a way I could hold this machine until my card arrived. She said no problem, that she could issue me a shopping pass!!! How cool.

So fast forward a couple weeks. I have burned a lot of wire through this machine. It lays down a bead as good as any machine I have used. What I find interesting is the presets. I used this feature and on just a couple coupons (pieces of steel) did I have to tweak the setting.

I did buy the TIG torch and pedal with the machine. The torch is a little light weight than I am used to but it seems to work ok. The pedal though, is smoother and has better control than the one supplied with my Miller Machine.

All in all I don’t think anyone would be disappointed in this machine. Actually, it really does perform as well as machines costing twice as much.

Bought this one over 2 years ago as a backup and for home. (I own a well equipped welding and steel manufacturing shop). In the shop we only run welders from the well known industrial (blue and red) welder manufacturers.

I had Harbor Freight other cheap HF welders before and, well, they are cheap for occasional little stuff. This one is completely different! It’s like a high quality welder from the big name brands. I did buy the warranty, as, well, its a more pricey HF tool.

It’s been 2 1/2 years and never had a problem. Actually my shop guys keep “sneaking” it for stick jobs and some smaller MIG jobs because they love how well and easy to use it works. I am talking about pro welders here.

What surprised me most is how well it holds up in a shop environment. No, we are not running this one 8 hours every day like our industrial units. But I am still surprised. HF tools are known to be cheap.

OK for occasional hobby use. This one is well engineered, especially for the price. It’s a good MIG welder, it’s a very good stick welder, it’s an OK TIG welder for occasional TIG jobs. (not well suited for aluminum as it is DC only, and has manual gas feed valve).

And. if you don’t have 220V 2 Phase around it also runs on 110V 1 phase if needed. (you will feel the lower power though, so not for real heavy stuff on 110). But if you do car stuff, every day whatever “tinker” jobs, this is the best machine you can find.

And safes space. No, I do not get paid for this review. I did research online on forums and YouTube before I bought this one. And I also would point out the bad. But on this one, there simply isn’t much to complain about.

I’ve been fabricating for close to 15yrs now and have utilized numerous of top line welding machines from your beginners 110v up to your industrial 480v liquid cooled machines. Before this purchase I have a Miller 211 that the circuit board fried during a project.

I had to order another board but it was going to be almost a month before it would arrive. I needed to finish my tailgate on my car hauler so opted to go and purchase this little gem. I’m very pleased and surprised at the Performance this multiprocessor give me.

It does take a little time to figure out the features in order to fine tune it to your work. Overall you get a good machine for the price. Most importantly get the warranty, regardless of how good a product may be.

Anything over 800 dollars in my opinion deserves an extended warranty plan if offered.

Most of my work is in remote areas, so I needed something that was easily portable with a generator in the back of the UTV. I previously had a Fabricator 181i that served me fairly well, so I almost replaced it with the similar Esab Rebel 215.

However, after researching, I finally pulled the trigger and ordered the Multimatic 200. After using it for a few weeks, I am very glad that I purchased this one. This machine is unbelievably light for what it can do, and it uses significantly less power than my previous welders (this is a big deal to me since I am mostly using a generator).

Mig has fantastic arc on both solid wire with C25 as well as flux cored. I didn’t think I would use Auto-Set, but it is especially handy when the kids want to practice their welding skills, and I will confess to using it as well.

Stick works great also; so far I have only used 7018 and 6011 but both run very nice. I do not use TIG, so cannot comment on that. Very happy with the machine, and buying from Cyberweld was icing on the cake.

IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A WELDER THAT CAN DO JUST ABOUT ANYTHING. LOOK NO FARTHER THAN THE MULTIMATIC 200. LIFT ARC TIG FOR STAINLESS AND CARBON STEELS, MIG, FLUX-CORE, AND STICK WELDING. THIS MACHINE RUNS VERY SMOOTH FOR ALL.

IV WELDED SO MANY THINGS WITH THIS WELDER ITS AMAZING. IV WORKED ON FARM EQUIPEMNT, TRACTORS, TRUCKS, TRAILERS. THE PORTABILITY OF THIS MACHINE AND ITS ATTACHMENT MAKES IT MY GO TO WELDER IN MY ARSENAL.

I HAVE SEVERAL WELDERS. THIS IS HAND DOWN THE MOST VERSATILE IN MY OPINION.

I use this hard and steadily, and the only thing it does is keep going and occasionally I hear the cooling fan come on. Mostly GMAW, a little SMAW, and tested to see if the remote works with GTAW but haven’t welded with that yet.

Nice butter smooth arc with 0. 035 ER70S and the 6011 setting seems to actually dig like it should, although I haven’t had to root a pipe with that yet for a real comparison. 7018s are smooth as well of course.

I prefer to set everything manually, but the auto set is very easy, just pick material size and what you’re welding with, and it gets it very close. Would highly recommend this machine for a portable.

I do notice a slight difference in arc characteristic running SMAW on 120 vs 220, but that was also on a very old circuit that kept tripping the breaker so hard to tell if I can really blame the machine for that one.

Purchased this welder because I sent my Lincoln MP210 back. Who in the heck wants to rip their brand new welder apart to install the tig module? Even WORSE, you have to leave the side door open the entire time you’re tig welding AND there’s no option for dual gas features so yeah, constantly swapping that too.

This ESAB melts 6010 rods as good or better than my Lincoln Generator. It tig welds AMAZING, no switching gas bottles, no leaving your access door open, no ripping your new welder apart. The Mig aspect of it is extremely smooth and I’ve never owned a welder that you can literally change the induction on the fly while you’re Mig welding but WOW.

Also, do yourself a favor and GET the foot pedal.

The machine itself exceeds all expectations in (almost)every way. Mine was manufactured and shipped from ESAB to IOC with a defective O-ring on the mig gun hose. It took me a while to find it, after checking every connection, tank, solenoid, hose and gun three times each.

IOC did all they could to help me(Vince was great), but I understand it was a mfg/warranty issue right out of the box. A little better QC job on ESAB’s part should’ve found it before it went in the box.

As for the welder itself, phenomenal!! It’s everything they advertise, and everything you’ve seen described by all the welders, fab guys and car shows on TV. I’ve owned quite a few Lincoln and Miller units, new and old, but none top the ESAB.

Has been working reliably for a few years now. Used in motorcycle frame modification and construction. Very happy with the ease of use and controls.
