20 Best 3 Person Infrared Sauna (2022 Updated)

Shipment was smooth. Received all items in great condition. The unit was easy to build. The wiring was adequately labeled and the instructions were fairly easy to follow. While I have minor concerns that don’t warrant being listed here, there is one that I feel needs to be addressed.

On the floor, there is a carbon heating unit. The wood rails that cover the heating unit are very thin and if stepped on, could break. I would suggest adding more crossbars to give the flooring more support to prevent cracking from someone stepping on it.

We received our sauna faster than expected. Packing and shipping was impressive. Super Easy to assemble. You will need to change your outlet from 15amp to 20amp. My husband and I fit in the Bellagio 3 with elbow room.

We recommend the 3 person sauna if you are like us…. 6ft and 5’9. This type of sauna is very relaxing. Enjoy the lights as well. * Bonus – Bluetooth option is great! Speakers have a nice sound. ***Fire Pit Stock has the best customer service*** Overall we are very happy with our purchase!.

This came well packaged, on time and in good order. Assembly instructions were accurate and assembly was pretty much to the letter. Not “easy” but with patience, it went well, fit well, and looks great.

BUT, double check dimensions. I am 6′ and cannot stand up inside. 250# but only one other person can fit. Cannot sit stretched out like the pictures show. Maybe I was looking at a different unit. But it is working and I will use it.

The sauna came well packaged. Despite the good packaging – the unit was still damaged by the forklift operator (which was not the fault of the shipper). The company was very quick to communicate and easy to work with to resolve the damaged shipment.

I would certainly do business again with them. The Sauna was well constructed and fit together very nicely. There were no warped or bowed parts. The front walls are built very solid. I like the unit and it works well.

I got the three seater to be able to have room to stretch out. It works really well for one person. Three people can easily fit – but you have to sit upright and it would be tight. It would be really nice if it had a wireless (wifi) remote to start the unit to preheat.

Preheat takes about 15 minutes. Definitely a well made product and reputable company to order from.

I have purchased this sauna online after finding that other saunas where out of stock for next several weeks. The sauna arrived packed in two large boxes on a pallet. The delivery company delivered it into garage which was really handy because we had a snow storm coming.

The boxes were too heavy to carry from the garage to basement, but we were able to carry individual panels. One of the panels had a factory defect. But the customer support was great and they promptly sent a replacement.

The construction of the sauna is very nice for the money but you would not mistake it for a high end sauna like Jacuzzi. The front door has a threshold about 3″ high. This is something you need to have in mind if you are using it to ease your orthopedic issues.

The entertainment comes courtesy of provided stereo that referred to as “CD Player” in the assembly instructions. It does not support CDs. The radio reception in the basement is iffy. I have not had much success with BT connection.

It was losing connection to my phone couple times a minute. Although, to be fair, I did not take the phone inside the sauna. I ended up loading my music collection on SD cards and enjoying it. The sauna is big enough to fit me and I am a big guy with an orthopedic problems that do not allow me to fully bend my leg.

The only problem I am having is getting out of the sauna due to the door threshold. But I set up my walker right outside the door so that I can hold onto it when getting out of the sauna. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.

I love this sauna. When I first got it and assembled It I could not get power to it. I contacted Golden Designs customer service and they sent me out a new power box which I installed in about 5 minutes and everything has been fine ever since.

Cheers to their customer service department. This is the third sauna I have had like this. This one heats up much faster than the previous ones. It is spacious and comfortable to sit in. The audio system has a remote control and that is a nice feature.

I would recommend this sauna to anyone looking to buy one. If you shop around you will see that the price through Amazon is unbeatable.

I had to remove and rotate the 12 hinges that connect the front door panel to the two angled side panels. This is why I rated this sauna 3 stars. The instruction manual states that the unit was fully assembled and tested prior to shipment.

This statement cannot be true for the unit I received, as assembly would not be possible with the incorrect mounting from the factory of the directional hinges. I’ve used the sauna twice so far since finishing the installation yesterday.

The heaters, lights, CD player, etc. all work as expected. I would give the sauna 4. 5 stars if it did not have the issue with the hinges upon arrival.

The sauna is wonderful!! Ordering was easy and delivery was quick and painless. Assembly was easy, everything works, it looks great in our home and more importantly, feels great. I started at a temp of 118 to ease into it but quickly increased the temp.

I had never been in a sauna before and I was expecting it to feel much hotter then it does. It’s warm but not at all stifling like I expected. I love everything about it and I feel great after every use.

Highly recommend buying an infrared sauna from Find Your Bath!.

A nice, big sauna, but still very affordable for being so large. They didn’t cut corners with the materials, either. It’s all super high quality stuff. I had Handy set it up for me and that was totally worth it.

My experience with the sauna has been great so far.

Since our gym’s Sauna has been closed due to covid and my husband needs the warmth and relaxation of a Sauna, I decided it was worth a try to purchase one for him. It came in 3 huge boxes which scared me upon delivery.

BUT it is so well designed. Easy and fast to put together. My husband (with a little help from me) put it together in about 4 hours total and used it that night!! He has used every evening after work since and we are thrilled on every level.

Affordable, easy to assemble and it works. cant ask for more then that. My ONLY negative is that the delivery is curb side so getting the 3 huge heavy boxes to the house is an issue but two strong people can do it.

After researching several saunas, I decided on this one and it was the best decision ever! I am so in love with this sauna! It arrived in about 3 weeks and it was easy to put together. It heats up to 140 in about 20 minutes and the color changing lights and radio are awesome! I have used it everyday since I got it and now I look forward to working out knowing my sauna will be hot and ready for me to relax after.

I used traditional wet/dry sauna for 40 years. I was hesitant to try a infrared sauna. Heats up in 30 minutes. I sweat as much or more in 30 minutes than I do in the old school traditional sauna. I assembled the unit by myself.

(2 person assembly recommend). I broke one of the twelve buckles that snap the walls together and pulled one of the wires out of the control unit that was dangling out of the top of the front wall.

Quality of sauna itself is to TBD, however, quality of Chinese production is dubious and typical: missing screws, cracked parts and vague instructions. I am sure if the same product would be manufactured in US, it would be by far much better.

Just finished assembly, looks and smells very good. This sauna is definitely not for 4 persons – not by any stretch of imagination. It can comfortably accommodate 2-3 adults. I will complete reviewing this sauna after seeing it in action.

Nice, nice, nice. Great sauna at a great price. You get a lot with this sauna for a fairly affordable price. I bought it to add to my home gym and use it a lot. It actually heats up faster than I thought.

Worth the price in my opinion and installation was pretty straightforward.

It’s definitely big enough for two people. Could probably put 3 smaller framed people in it if you’re comfortable. Anyway, great value for money and doesn’t use much electricity.

Super great! Came in 2 huge heavy boxes so I was worried about assembly but it was super easy. You just clip the walls together and plug in all the plugs. Works great and gets pretty hot! Excited to use it over the winter! Love that it’s plug and go!.

My husband and I were so thrilled to finally receive our Sauna, a gift 🎁 from Mom from competitorsoutlet. com. We purchased one from another manufacturer and after waiting for weeks, with delivery dates constantly being pushed back, at the end we got a refund and no Sauna.

Saddened, we looked and looked and found Shelly, at competitorsoutlet. com. She not only answered all our questions, but was completely authentic. She explained the high demand of Saunas and getting the products during Covid and the current situation.

Ten days later, the Sauna arrived and the delivery man helped us put the three large boxes in our home. Give yourself time to read the instructions and the video that is presented. You definitely need two people to put the Sauna together.

This sauna isa nice option to have at home. Good quality, easy to assemble and operate. However I don’t use it as often as I’d like to because it takes an hour of heating time just to get up to 140 degrees.

And then I have to sit in it for at least 25-30 minutes before I start sweating and feeling like I’m in a sauna. Disclaimer: I can handle hot temps and usually sit near the heat source at commercial gym saunas that have temps of 180-190.

I live in the South and like heat. So with all that in mind, it’s a great home option, but it will not be as hot as a commercial sauna. As far as the size of it, it very comfortably fits two adults with room on either side of us.

However I usually sit right in the corner so i can be as close to the heat sources as possible.

We purchased the Ensi 2 Person Ultra-Low EMF Far Infrared Sauna about 3 weeks ago and it is wonderful. The transaction was super smooth with JNH and the packaging/shipping/receiving was perfect. (Frankly, this is one of the easiest transactions we’ve ever done for such a large/expensive item.

we couldn’t be happier with this part of the process and would highly recommend JNH even for the first time buyers such as ourselves. ) The sauna itself is great and we’re enjoying every other day or so on average.

The temperature of the sauna goes up to 140 degrees, but the room never gets above 120. My wife loves this part as she has trouble in a traditional sauna breathing in the hot air at the 180 degree + level.

But rest assured YOU WILL SWEAT at these levels. I tend to due two 30 minute sessions separately by a 15 minute cool down and I’m wringing out my clothes. The detox effect, stress relief, and flexibility gains has been exactly what we’re looking for and with the extended warranty option I have little doubt it will provide us many years of solid experience.

Assembly time was 2 hours and we took our time. It was definitely easier with two people as the glass door/wall can be heavy. One thing to note: If you purchased the heated foot upgrade you have to install these before putting on the bench top otherwise you can’t run the wires.

This was not well depicted in the instructions so adding it here to aid those who may be thinking about it. To that end, the foot warmers are great but wish they had a low/high setting as they get VERY hot.

Even with a towel over them they are still too hot for me. but cycling on and off works. Thanks to JNH for a smooth process and a fair price for a great product. A+!.

Absolutely love everything about my experience with JNH Lifestyles! I purchased a Joyous 2 person sauna after doing some thorough research about the many different in-home sauna options. This company has great reviews and Home Depot even sold their products.

After purchasing, I decided a few days later to add another accessory and that’s when I spoke with Heather in customer service. She was EXCEPTIONAL and so nice to speak with. She explained to me the different accessory options and what she recommends as a first time in-home sauna owner.

She was patient and kind and I could tell she was smiling over the phone. I can’t reiterate enough how important it is for a company to have excellent guest service. It was one thing to do my research and purchase solely online but to have an actual person like Heather follow up with me and ensure I have received my order and the assembly instructions, etc meant SO much.

This sauna is worth every penny solely thanks to Heather’s excellent guest service! I received my purchase FAST. It got here in a week and a half! We have enjoyed using the sauna for one week now and have only positive things to say.

Just like heather recommended to me, I recommend you buy an ergonomic lumbar support and head rest. I find that I am most comfortable when I can lean against these while using the sauna. Sitting hunched over isn’t comfortable when you are sitting for 40+ minutes.

I also like the chromotherapy light but it isn’t a deal breaker. Sometimes it’s nice just sitting in the dark with music playing. Again, I cannot reiterate enough how amazing Heather has been throughout the entire process.

She sent me numerous emails ensuring I knew what to expect when the sauna delivered and also helped me activate the warranty for my sauna. She is a wonderful ambassador to the JNH Lifestyles brand and I am so thankful for all her help! The sauna is nice but the excellent guest service made me a lifelong JNH Lifestyles customer!.

We ordered a two person sauna from these guys back in the end of February. Due to the item not being in stock at the time, it took longer than usual to get to us. The company worked with us and went out of their way to make up for the delay.

Once delivery was scheduled it came in the delivery window as promised, securely packaged. It took my husband and son in law less than two hours to unpackage and assemble the unit. even with my elderly father insisting on helping.

As far as the quality I could not be more pleased. The unit heats up nicely and seems to work much better than one I had tried at a local spa (which is what made me want one). I, my husband and my mom all use it primarily for aches and pains.

I also use it to assist in detoxing. Mom has arthritis, I have fibro and arthritis. We each use it daily. We’ve been using it almost two weeks now, and I literally cannot believe the difference it has made for my mom.

She was gimping around and SO miserable, needing her cane to even get around the house. Well, I swear to God, she has not needed her cane since she began using the sauna, aside from one bad flare due to storms coming through.

It’s like it has shaved 10-15 years off for her. Her eyes are brighter, she’s sleeping better, and so much happier. My fairly cranky doubting Thomas of a father has even had to admit it was a good purchase! Kudos to you, infrared sauna guru, for selling a high quality sauna at an unbeatable price! I bought a 3 person, outdoor sauna from Find Your Bath about three years ago. I am very satisfied with the performance of the unit, it has worked like a charm. (Hint: the 3 person unit only seats 2 adults comfortably, unless you want to be intimate.

Not surprised, expected that anyway. ) I had some minor fraying of the material that covers the rear heaters that is more wear and tear, not a malfunction. I called to get new material and they were not only able to supply a replacement, but informed me the material had been upgraded to prevent this very problem.

Representative was not only knowledge, but treated me professionally and promptly helped me get the problem resolved. Only issue I have had, and it was recommended that I only buy an inside unit, is the amount of time to heat up on cold winter days.

This was also expected but more insulation could reduce the time to get the temp to 130 degrees. I use this a few times each week, and almost never use my hot tub anymore. Recommend based on my experience with the product and the company.

We are really happy with our 2-person sauna from this company. The staff is excellent, especially Mike. Prices were very good. A chipmunk ate a very important wire, and Mike has been extremely responsive and helpful to help us fix the problem, sending us a replacement at no additional cost.

Delivery time was an issue but somewhat understandable due to COVID. The sauna arrived on a pallet in three large flat pack boxes. Initially assembly looked a little intimidating but actually it was pretty easy and the sauna was really well engineered and designed.

We have used it several times now and everyone, especially my wife for whom this was a birthday present is really happy with it. My only comment would be that this would be a tight fit for 3 average size Americans and if you are considering a 2 person model definitely consider upgrading to the 3 person if you have room for it.

I really have enjoyed my Sun Ray 4 person sauna. really fits two or three people max unless everyone is really small. Heats up to 140 in about 45 minutes. Assembly really was as listed with 2 people taking 2 hours to put it together, but they were 2 really capable guys.

Well worth the wait as the unit was on back order due to COVID, but I did get it in about 3 months. The neighbors all want to come check it out. l.

Works well, have built a lean to around to protect from weather as the cover is extremely impractical. Relaxing, and people are telling me how healthy I look since I have been using. Small issue is that cd stopped working after a six weeks.

Very easy to assemble. I did it by myself in less than an hr. Works great and smells great. I was missing the wire to connect the control panel on the wall to main control panel. I called and they were very accommodating.

Sent new one out and I had it in a couple of daysGreat purchase.

I love this sauna. It has real wood and the windows on it add a nice touch. It’s a lot bigger than I expected and plenty of room in it for two people. Overall, a great purchase.

Recommended Product A Good Value – We set up and started using right away. We love it. The cedar has a slight aromatic quality, not overpowering but you pleasant. This model is a good value. The construction is OK.

Not the highest grade (made overseas) but still a good value considering the cost. My only warning is the delivery cartons are huge and heavy. I needed a pickup truck to pick up at the store. @ oversize cartons come on a pallet with a combined weighs over 290lb.

This won’t fit in a big SUV or minivan, you need a truck so consider home delivery. It took longer to unpack then it did to set-up. My teenage daughter was my helper and it took a little over a half hour to set-up.

I’m still trying to understand the reason for the mood light which looks very cheap. I’m also trying to understand why all these saunas ship with a cheap car stereo – complete with 1970s car antenna.

All in all a good value, we love having a sauna and plan on getting plenty of use out of it.

Assembly was not a problem at all. My handyman put it together by himself (with little assistance from me). The directions were straightforward since we got the flat roof. My sauna is located in my side yard and it only takes maybe 10 minutes to heat up.

Ordered this product never having owned an infrared sauna before. Free shipping, and great features and options included in sale price were important factors in choosing this model. Sauna shipped within seven days of ordering, great communication from manufacturer’s warehouse prior to shipment, as well as trucking company once item shipped.

We live on a farm and have a forklift to handle freight deliveries, so receipt of pallet was no issue, but for the average homeowner in a housing development, be prepared to break down the shipping pallet in your driveway and transport by hand three very heavy boxes (minimum two people of average strength) to storage or set-up area.

I’d read many reviews on this forum which detailed issues with set-up. If you can read at a fourth grade level or above, and have a modicum of common sense, set-up should be absolutely no problem – it is LITERALLY snap together construction and plug-and-play electrical component set-up.

The instructions provided, both in picture form and written, are easy to follow; the key is to actually READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AND THEN FOLLOW THEM. My husband and I did it by ourselves, and total set-up took about 90 minutes.

This was mainly due to checking and re-checking instructions before proceeding to next step. It took us longer to CAREFULLY unpack shipping boxes and decide how we actually wanted it placed in our basement than set-up.

Sauna is installed against a wall, on a dedicated 20 amp breaker (KEY TO PROPER OPERATION), on a tile floor in our finished basement. It has been set up for almost three weeks, and we have used it every day except for three.

We set it for max temp of 117 degrees, and sauna heats up in 25 – 28 minutes. We have noticed that it heats up more quickly now than it did when brand new, which is typical of infrared saunas; they are made for frequent use.

While sold as a three-person sauna, it is not. Two people can sit comfortably side-by-side, but to try and cram a third person in would make it unbearable to everyone. Sauna is a good value for the dollar, great engineering/planning for self set-up.

We have had no problems and look forward to using it for years to come.

This sauna is amazing and better than we expected and we expected great. Arrived 2 weeks earlier than the date given at the time of order. Wayfair customer service was fast on any questions. Delivery guys dropped straight into my garage.

We are only two days in with it and we are learning more and more on it and I can’t think of one negative yet. Came packaged so well and not a mark on it. Took 2 of us one hour to put together and was so simple.

The wall panels are super thick, chromotherapy lights awesome, sound is great, bluetooth syncs easily. Takes 20 – 25 minutes to heat up to 125 degrees which seems to be a good heat for me right now for a 35 minute sweat.

If debating this sauna purchase. don’t!.

After years of kicking around the idea of a sauna I decided to pull the trigger on one. The infrared won out over the hot rocks model simply because it was easier to install and doesnt require power upgrades.

This sauna is well made, looks amazing and is exactly what I was expecting in all catogories. I literally assembled it (by myself) in 25 minutes. no kidding, it is designed with ease of installation in mind.

I did have to upgrade my electrical outlet in order to have the 20 amp style receptical – which was no big deal. I had a dedicated breaker just for it, and I also had 12 gauge wire and a 20 amp breaker.

Piece of cake. I have two complaints about this. First, it takes longer than i feel is acceptable to heat up. I turn it one for at least a half hour? If not 45 mi utes before being able to get in it.

And even then, i cannot get it to go to full temp (145 is what I want). It seems to be just fine at 125. I have it installed in my home gym – which I tend to keep on the cooler side (around 65 degrees) so I dont think its a matter of ambient outside of the sauna temperature impacting it.

It simply doesnt have enough juice to make me fully happy. I will admit, it gets me a good sweat going on, and I feel satasfied enough not to return it – but I have to run it for two cycles (warm up, plus 45 minutes sitting in it).

It also has beautiful lighting inside, but exceptionally attractive lighting outside. And the Bluetooth works pretty good – but it all powers down automatically within 15 minutes if you dont turn on the sauna heat.

I was expecting the lights to be able to stay on indefinitely if I so desired. I will most likely put a seperated circuit myself on the sauna to allow the lights to stay on. Also, to actually think this sauna is a three person is simply comical! Even two adults will be rubbing sweat on each other.

So if you dont want to be that close too your partner, plan on ditching out and sitting in here alone. Overall, I do recommend the sauna, but I felt the need to post this review to help others make their choice.

If it wasnt a deep discounted item I would have selected a different model. I do not recommend it at full price.

I was disappointed at first since they did not have in stock. I was told it was on back order. After some months I finally received it. It was definitely worth the wait. The wait I used to look for capable hands to build this sauna.

Contractor mentioned that it was not that bad.

I thought an outdoor sauna might be tacky in some ways, but what the hell is wrong with your own personal sauna in your back yard? I also thought it would complex to get the electrical work done, but just find someone who you trust, and just ask if they’re capable.

Its as simple as that.

My husband and I love the sauna I got my sense of smell back after 20 years of not being able to smell. Imagine what it’s doing for all your organs and veins, opening things up. Couldn’t’ be happier.
