20 Best 30 Inch Bathroom Vanity (2022 Updated)

9-1-21 Grey vanity – Tracking and shipping was good. The item however is very poor quality, especially for the price. The cabinet door is crooked, hopefully the adjustable hinges will take care of that.

One of the door knobs was GLUED on, no screw. One of the legs has deep grooves in the wood, like it was never sanded, and just painted over. Very noticeable and obvious, not a part of the vanity that won’t be seen.

And there is a pea sized chip out of the paint. The marble top looks like the pressure of the foam packaging dulled and marred the shiny finish. I have tried a stone surface polish and it made no difference.

There is also a 1″ area where the marble has a natural flaw, an actual mar in the surface that I can put my fingernail into, and it is not sealed. Sure to be a dirt magnet. The vanity top was “glued” to the vanity and has come loose.

Overall disappointed and unfortunately these days you take what you can get. I knew it was taking a chance ordering online sight unseen.

I love this vanity, it is beautiful and the storage is incredible for it’s size. I have a very narrow space located in an addition to an 1890 home and needed something that would fit and not look like it was, or be, cramped.

I am thrilled with my purchase! My only complaint is that while the drawers are soft close, they catch when you open them so you have to pull harder than you expect, and then to get them to close, they have to nearly already be closed before the “soft close” kicks in,.

I am very happy with my purchase. The overall quality is very good although it is a little strange that there is no back on the vanity. Love the slim and tall design, it is perfect for the small space.

Shipping was great. Arrived quickly, well packaged and undamaged!.

The vanity is fine for our purposes. It is not super high quality, as there are gaps around the cabinet doors, and the doors needed to be straightened by our installer (i. e. the knobs did not line up which would have driven me crazy).

The horizontal seams in the front, where the wood panel separates the cabinet from the drawers, are also a little messy. They look like they were pressured, so the paint-over is cracked. I also agree with another reviewer who mentioned the forward facing backwash drain hole for the sink.

Odd choice to have it facing out where it is so obvious. The counter and vanity are nice looking in style, color and paint job, and the hinges and drawer slides are nice, as are the knobs. The vanity was super well packaged and delivery was smooth.

Definitely count on having to carry it into your home yourself. Had to be taken off the pallet (from driveway) and shrink wrap removed to be transported by piece. To avoid the minor issues with this type purchase, one really needs to spend twice as much, so for our present need, I am satisfied.

Communication with the seller went well.

This far exceeded my expectations for our smaller bathroom. This vanity replaced an old pedestal sink. The vanity sink, a crisp white top, complements nicely with the light grey vanity. There is no back on the vanity, which makes it so much easier to line up with your plumbing.

I put a small rectangular basket on each side of the plumbing to hold some of our taller toiletry items, and the shelf below the cabinets is a bonus for towels, soaps, etc.

This is a beautiful vanity! Very sturdy and well made. It’s taller than the old one I had. I’ve never received any item more well packaged. It arrived in perfect condition. My vanity is not free standing.

It is up against a back and left wall. A back splash came with the vanity but there is nothing for the left wall. Not asking about the left wall was my oversight. I called KBC, who shipped the vanity and asked if I could buy a 21″ piece.

No they don’t ship them alone. They have to be shipped with a vanity because of possible breakage. Now I’ve got to go to a mason to get one cut. KBC was very helpful and did e-mail me links to 4 stonemasons in my area and gave me the name of the quartz.

Also, they’ve been courteous, helpful and professional every time I call. I’m a happy customer.

This is absolutely a beautiful vanity. I bought the weathered gray color and the color is amazing. It’s more gray in person than in the photo which is what I wanted. I needed a smaller a vanity for our bathroom but wanted a larger sink this does the job and is gorgeous at the same time.

If you are considering this you won’t be disappointed. It’s solid wood and it’s nice that the drawer is functional. We just received this and have not installed this product yet but will very soon.

looks fabulous and just as pictured on the website. well made and well-packaged, it really is a fantastic vanity. Heavy, so plan on at least 2, or 3, strong people to move and install it: which is a good thing: it is not made out of cheap particle board or MDF.

my pictures are midway through bathroom remodel, so don’t do it the justice it deserves.

Perfect for our small guest bath. Very well made. Contractor indicated installation went pretty well. Purchased with mirror. Many compliments. Provided touch up paint which is nice due to many grandchildren using that bath.

I purchased 2 of the vanities for our bathroom remodel. We ordered with the black granite top and sink. The Granite looks great, tiny white/gray speckles. We have not yet installed, but the vanities alone are great quality.

HEAVY, but to me that speaks high quality! The drawers are roomier than expected and they are soft close, which I love. no slamming drawers in the morning! They came in on a pallet direct from manufacturer, packaged nicely and completely built.

(except the counter/ sink). I would recommend this vanity to all!.

I like this new vanity. It’s pretty and clean looking. On the downside: the auto-close drawer became unhinged the first time I used it and I haven’t been able to figure out how to fix it. So when I open the drawer too far it gets off track.

It’s a tall vanity and I’m on the short side – okay, but maybe awkward for some. This height means I really have to lean in to use the faucet.

Quality product. Lots of good quality design details, quality hardware, easy to remove drawers. I only gave it 4 stars because the picture does not show the true color of the white washed wood. There is a purple undertone and I was looking for a brown tone.

But it will still go with my color scheme. Delivery was only 1 guy and I had to help him offload because of the way it is packaged. Everything is heavy so plan to have help for offloading. But everything showed up with no damage.

This whole set came out to be less than what I had expected based on the reviews. One of the mirrors fell apart and my incompetent contractor couldn’t put it back together for me. I didn’t contact seller because by the time my contractor get to install the vanity, it was way past the return period.

Also I wasn’t sure how to return just the mirrored cabinets. The shelving provides good storage spaces. I was able to put all my daily personal care products in there. I also found the double sided mirrors useful.

The vanity had a nice finishing but the doors didn’t close properly. I tried tighten the screws, but it didn’t fix the problem. The sinks get dirty easily. I don’t have OTC, but I would have to scrub it almost everyday to keep it clean.

I am not sure if I would recommend this product. For that money, I’d with for better quality.

this is a perfect vanity for my small bathroom! it is simple with clean lines, but very sturdy and a beautiful grainy oak finish which matches nicely with my floor to ceiling carerra white and gray veined porcelain tiles.

the sink itself is very large for a 24 inch vanity and the medicine cabinet is deep and very roomy. the two hidden drawers in the pull out drawer add extra storage. Very simple and elegant vanity that is also practical with plenty of storage for a small bathroom.

LOVE the grainy oak grey finish. it’s a beautiful color and the picture online does not do it justice at all. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend to others.

The vanity cabinet & top are good looking. However the doors don’t stay adjusted very well and the interior is thin particle board. The real problem is with the faucet. After a short use the faucet stopped working & needs to be completely replaced.

No luck getting a response from the manufacturer. I suggest staying clear of products whose companies don’t stand behind their products.

Well made but definitely taller then I thought. Waiting for plumber to figure out plumbing configuration underneath then will upload photos. Excited to see the finished product

Really love the design vanity. Have not had any issues with it functionally after about 3 months of use and have gotten so many compliments. Would buy again!

The sink and lower counters and cabinets are two different colors. Crack in the legs and other cosmetic blemishes. Drawers aren’t straight. Not very high end looking.

This was exactly what we wanted for our guest/kids bathroom. We had to find 48″ wide in the unique space we were trying to fit it in, and this worked perfect! It arrived promptly and was easy to install (or so my contractor says).

We are very happy and it looks great!.

Love my vanity! Very chic elegant. Delivery was quite long. Once unboxed, it was worth the wait!

Cons:1) Came with no instructions on how to assemble except for a single page that was for a kitchen wall cabinet. Not helpful. 2) The base reinforcement piece had predrills that were in entirely the wrong place.

3) The predrill for one of the drawer landings was misaligned. 4) The Houzz process for getting the optional side splashes sucks. but the Houzz problem, not a problem with the vanity. Pros:1) all of the “Cons” are solvable.

2) Once assembled it looks really good. 3) definitely a good value. Summary: I would only recommend this product to someone who is handy with tools, but if you are, go for it.

I do like the product and hope that it holds up well. I did however use a different faucet as the one that is included seemed a bit cheaply made compared to the quality of the cabinet and countertop! Very happy with the product overall.

You have to put it together and buy your own handles. it’s quite beautiful, but dealing with the shipping company is not worth it. They were about 2 weeks late then I had 2 schedule a drop off between 9am and 5pm then they didn’t show.

when I called the company they scheduled another appointment at 9 – 12 since the guy was a no show, but when I called at 11:30 to make sure, they said it would be there between 1- 5. This company needs a new delivery service.

First of all this is a great looking vanity. The Monarch Blue is beautiful and not overpowering. The soft close drawers are great. The quartz top is quite elegant. Overall a great piece worth the purchase.

Where everything fell apart was in the delivery. Initially the delivery team got it inside my front door but left it there unable to move it upstairs to my room of choice (i. e. the bathroom). It took 11 days and persistent contact with Wayfair people to get a team over to bring the vanity upstairs.

It was stressful waiting and wondering how this great piece was going to get moved. After 12 days a great team moved the vanity upstairs. This experience was definitely tainted due to my need to constantly contact Wayfair to get thus resolved.

Quality of materials are really good. Design is great. The legs make it difficult to get the unit flush against the wall. Legs should be set towards the front to account for that. The sink was not centered perfectly.

I expect more from assembly done in their warehouse. Most people wouldn’t notice but I pay attention to the smallest of details. Great value overall, but I could improve this product with the advice provided above.

I’d still buy it again if given the chance.

We bought two of these vanities, the 42 inch and the 60 inch in blue and grey. They’re beautiful. The drawers are sturdy and smooth, same for the cabinet doors and hinges. Even though the countertop was thinner than I expected, it’s very pretty.

I was very happy when these arrived and I saw them for the first time. Now, the countertops have discoloration on both vanities with less than six months of use simply from the soap we use to wash our hands.

It’s discolored where the soap drips from the dispenser on both countertops. The paint also chips easily so be very careful around this vanity and be sure to order paint matched paint, if available. The vanity itself has become discolored where spray and wash grazed the surface, think grey to brown.

It’s not a good look. I’ve used spray and wash for years and it’s never messed with the finish on any piece of furniture so this is a red flag. What other basic household products are going to mess with the finish? All in all, these vanities turned out to be lower quality than I hoped.

If you want your bathroom to look nice for years, these aren’t for you. We bought for the aesthetics and unfortunately it degraded very quickly even with adult only use. I wish we could get our money back.

I am furious I bought a $1250 vanity that forces you to stick with the hardware!! I was finishing the details in my remodeled bathroom and had the contractors assemble the vanity thinking no big deal, I’ll swap out the hardware once I decide what I like best.

NOPE. The middle top has ZERO ACCESS. You are forced to rip off the top of the vanity (including the sink) if you need to change hardware!!!!!!!!! Also, the cupboards seem small on the right and left sides.

I am so disappointed with this purchase.

to have so much space and such a lovely, bright vanity. I got a marble sealer so that I know it will last the test of time. The soft close doors are a great feature. The backsplash didn’t come attached, so I will need to investigate how to install this.

My last vanity had the plug for my hairdryer inside it, I then had to get electrical work done as this one does not. The soft close doors are a great feature. One sink with a ton of space for getting ready in the morning and countertop space for putting a change of clothes after getting out of the shower.

I wish James Martin made kitchen cabinets I would get them to make me a whole kitchen of this craftmanship.

I renovated two bathrooms this summer, purchasing James Martin vanities, including the countertops and sinks, for both. I’m both cases the sinks had pinhole leaks that led to flooding the cabinet. In one case, my contractor ordered the vanity combo and replaced the sink on his own dime.

In the second bathroom, I filed a claim and was sent a replacement sink that was even more damaged than the one that originally came with the vanity. It had a hole in the bottom, and multiple cracks were visible.

This after asking that they inspect any replacement sink they sent. So long story short: love the vanity but I would buy the countertop and sink separately.

A very nice vanity. Quality materials perfectly assembled has a retro look from the ’70’s and yet is modern at the same time that makes it a great fit in our updated master bath. The fold-out drawers are very handy creating space for small items where other vanities have no space at all.

The back splash is wood rather than traditional marble but ads a nice designer touch. Our contractor found it easy to install as everything fit perfectly. We’re very happy with this vanity.

It’s pretty. But the function is terrible. Bought it well in advance of the remodel which was just completed. I was so excited to finally have my bathroom back and use this and was very disappointed to find out my new reality.

The vanity is much more shallow than a standard bathroom counter. News to me. This means a couple things. First, the space to install the faucet is so narrow that you need to make sure it will work because mine in particular had a pin to pull out the back to close the drain.

It will not fully close…. And I haven’t even installed backsplash yet. Second,, it is constructed such that the water falls directly onto the drain which splashes out of the sink and onto me. I had it running for about four seconds and the front of my clothing was drenched.

Total waste of money!.

They are basically a good product. I Have 3 others of the same product in Grey. I Ordered it in Grey. After being on hold for 1 1/2 hours to confirm it was available I ordered it. After missing the delivery window I was notified it wasn’t available! Then after 7 phone calls and 6 1/2 hours on hold back and forth I was offered a 10% discount for my trouble and allowed to pay an additional $100 to get the same item in white which is not the color I wanted or needed but was stuck at this point.

Then it arrived with bubbles on the sink top. Quality control not so good! Finally after 3 more calls I was able to get someone in Customer Service who cared and helped resolve the issue! Now I have a credit with Houzz.

Overall the vanity looks great! the drawer mechanism is good but definitely not the highest quality that I’ve seen. Also, there is a silver metal trim on the overflow directly under the faucet that I was unaware of when I purchased this vanity.

I wish there would’ve been a finish option as the silver really stood out from the rest of the matte black fixtures. But overall I’m happy with the way it turned out.

Updated review, after the first shipment with a vanity that had a crack in the marble top. The exchange process went very easy and quickly. The second vanity was shipped quick and everything was as expected.

I love it and can’t wait to start using it in our renovated Powder room.

The care in shipping and packaging was the very best. I have unboxed the vanity just enough to make sure it arrived in good condition. I will give a more detailed review after the contractor installs it.

This is a well made and beautiful piece that will never become dated. It is unique and exactly as pictured.

This is truly a solid piece. Manufactured at highest quality to perfection. Only wished there was a matching linen cabinet to match. It’s hard to match this quality work and material. A must have piece.
