20 Best 3500 Psi Pressure Washer (2022 Updated)

While it’s still new, I can’t review long term performance but very happy so far. I have to assume the Honda gx200 motor will outlast the pump as their known to last a long time. For a residential homeowner it should be a great machine.

Time will tell :).

I purchased this unit after my last one finally died after 23 years of high usage and scheduled maintenance. Of course at the time it cost me about 300. 00 bucks. I looked at several and decided on this unit.

At 700. 00 dollars I wanted a unit that I believe will last me. Happy to say this unit provides more than enough pressure for cleaning cars, trucks and agricultural equipment. It starts on first or second pull and stores easily.

So far I am more than pleased with it.

There are two issues with this pressure washer, which if corrected would make this a 5-star pus product. First, the electric cord. The length of the cord is more than sufficient but the cord is so stiff it is almost impossible to work with.

The cord is like a coil spring when you try to unwrap it, if you need 10 feet of cord you need to unwrap 20 feet because the cord will not straighten out. It would be interesting to know why such a low-quality electrical cord was used on an otherwise fantastic unit.

Second, the pressure washer hose. The hose that comes with the unit is a flexible high quality rubber hose, the problem is it is only 20 feet long. 25 feet seems to be the standard for most brands and is just about perfect for most uses.

I bought a 25 foot Sun Joe brand replacement hose and was quite disappointed when I receive a cheap 25 foot plastic hose. As I said, this would be the perfect pressure washer if these 2 issues were addressed.

Sunjoe SPX 3501 is an ok unit for light pressure washing. I purchased for washing cars and it does fine. Went with SPX 3501 because of size for storage and psi/gpm rating. I will advise that it comes with a 15mm stem hose which is not a common size for aftermarket accessories to be added on to unit.

If you use only Sunjoe accessories it won’t be a problem. A M22 15mm to 14mm adapter needed if you need other accessories and it’s not a common item at hardware stores unfortunately. It would have helped a lot if sunjoe included an adaptor for this uncommon size hose! The reel is good for storage but hard to unreel and reel the hose onto it.

Length of hose would be better if 30’. Unit is quite enough. Happy with product just not overly impressed for price paid. Ordered through Sams Club online.

I purchased the pressure washer about 2 years ago. Previously, I had purchased the Sunjoe electric saw and love it. So, I wasn’t concerned about buying the spx3500. However, after using it for approximately 45 minutes, first use, I turned it off to take a break.

It wouldn’t start. I reviewed all the troubleshooting tips and determined there was nothing wrong on my end. I contacted customer service who told me nothing more than what the manual stated. So, I put it up.

Approximately a week later I used it again, without turning it off. Worked great! Today, however, I cleaned my back porch and wanted to clean the front porch. Of course I had to turn the machine off.

And, of course, it won’t start again. I’m going to try to replace the plug, but really, shouldn’t it work more than a total of 15-20 hours, since I purchased it? If replacing the plug doesn’t work, I’m going to box it up and send it back for Sunjoe to keep – I know i’m out a couple hundred dollars.

Then, I’m going back to gas. It should be noted that in following the guidelines of posting this, I have not mentioned other conversations with the company. Thank you.

It was time to replace my old gas powered pressure washer that was used for tasks around the house such as cleaning the concrete driveway and brick patio. I was looking for an electric pressure washer that required less maintenance, less space in the garage, and was not as heavy as my old model.

After comparing several models online, I chose the ePX3050. It arrived in a well packaged box with clear assembly instructions. Assembly took around 10 minutes. I haven’t used the product yet but am pleased with the construction and the weight of this unit.

The unit is short and small (which is what I wanted) and it still has the power I need. There is a place to store all attachments. The 4 lockable wheels make the unit very stable and mobile. I hope I don’t need the 3 year manufacturer’s warranty, but I am glad it exists.

Looking forward to putting it to use next weekend.

I love this pressure washer! It is a cinch to assemble and operate. I am a 63 year old woman and do all of my own work taking care of my house. I can’t handle the big commercial pressure washers that can be rented so decided to purchase one.

After researching several brands for their features and reviews, I chose this Westinghouse model and am so glad I did. It is so easy to use, it is affordable, it is compact and lightweight and has amazing power for a small footprint.

You can’t go wrong buying this pressure washer!.

This is my first experience with an electric pressure washer as previously I have exclusively used gasoline powered ones. Thus, I was a little skeptical that this electric unit would perform as well.

Well, let me tell you. it didn’t take long for this Sun Joe Pressure Washer to convince me it was up to the task. Compared to a gasoline unit, in my opinion, this Sun Joe is quieter and provides a great cleaning experience as my prior gas pressure washer.

Even better than a gas one, the Sun Joe has a pump saving and energy reducing shut down feature so that when you’re not using it the unit shuts off the motor and pump but instantly starts back up when the trigger is pressed again.

It is relatively easy to wheel around and in my opinion lighter and easier to work with than a gas powered unit. The hose length is adequate and it conveniently comes with changeable nozzles that are a breeze to connect and disconnect.

The detergent tank is sufficient and easy to add to. So far, I have used it on my siding and driveway and I’m very happy with the cleaning performance. I’m sure this Sun Joe will provide years of trouble-free use.

Given the weather in Minnesota right now, I can’t spend too much time outside with this big guy. But after receiving it I was able to get outside on a nice day and use it to wash my car and spray off my rims.

The first thing I noticed is how quiet the motor is! The one I’m replacing is so loud that my neighbors complain when I used it. I bought another one last summer and it was just as loud so I returned it.

I’m so excited for how quiet this one is! This washer comes with 5 sprayer attachments for light to high pressure. I used the lightest to wash the body of my car and it’s still pretty powerful, so when I switched the attachment I went for the 25 instead of the 40 and it was great, if not a little too high-pressure.

I will likely stick to the lower 2 in the future. The higher pressured nozzles are definitely made for paint prep and washing decks/concrete. I love the auto-stop function to save electricity. Very smooth operation! I’m very excited tonuse this when ai paint my house this spring!.

Just received my Wen last week so these are my initial impressions. No problem with purchase and delivery as promised. Machine was well packaged and protected and arrived in perfect condition. I read the book as is my practice, however, the quick start guide gives you all you need to get going.

It took me about 30 – 40 minutes to unpack it, complete the minor assembly, fill it with gas and oil, (oil not included in package), and hook everything up. Started on the third pull and I was off and running.

This machine has plenty of power for the residential user, at 3100 psi it zapped through a dirty walk and driveway in about an hour. It is a bit noisy but I wear hearing protection when I work with power tools so that was not an issue for me.

I think only my neighbors may have been bothered by that. This much power for under $300 makes this an excellent value in my mind, of course, how it performs over the long haul will be the test. But for now, after initial setup and limited use, I’ll rate this 5 stars.

If this changes as my Wen breaks in to my use schedule, I’ll come back and update this post.

This power washer ROCKS !! It starts easy ! 2 pulls and its running !! Ive used it to clean my brick on my house and its awesome. Used it to clean the rims on my car and it gets them SPOTLESS !! It”s also easy on gas and I only recommend using premium gas in it and it will start and run great !! Multi-purpose washer and you cant beat the price for a 2800 PSI power washer !! Ive had 2 other major name brands and they were JUNK compared to this WEN !! Mine sat up for 6 months with gas stabilizer in it ,, 2 pulls and it was up and running !!! That’s self explanitory.

BUY IT !!!.

Starts on first pull. Plenty of power and cleans good. Cleans siding like cutting butter; however, extra time and effort required for algae removal. Much better than electric and only about $100 more.

Completes the job in half the time of electric. Better packing of air filter area is needed because the first one I received was broken in that area. It took a week to get my replacement. It was worth the wait.

I hope it continues working good.

My current power washer died right in the middle of power washing my deck so I went to Ace Hardware for a quick replacement. Since I didn’t have time to do any research, I figured my best bet was to stick to a trusted name brand.

BlueClean??? Never heard of it. But trusting my instincts and Ace Hardware, I purchased this. WOW! This power washer is so well engineered, easy to assemble and use. The washer is powerful and easily removable from the base and comes with 5 interchangeable color coded tips for different applications that store right on the power washer.

With my past power washer, I had to go find the instructions every time to see what color tip did what. BlueClean has an easy reference on the base. Love this washer so much I’m going to eventually buy another one for my Beach house! Best power washer I’ve ever owned!.

Like all things electric, every once in a while you get a bad one. This time we ended up with a great one. I have used it for cleaning the deck, washing the car, and cleaning up lawnmowers. I have also used it for cleaning the siding on my two story house which is completely cedar and it has worked great.

We are using it for remote cleaning, where we have it plugged into a generator and connected to a 55 gallon drum of water and we have not had a problem. It is going on two years and it has not failed us.

Based on our experience with the one we have we are going to get another one as we have enough work to use two at a time. They are light and easy to use. We installed quick connects on everything to make it more efficient.

The hose for the wand can be a bit of a pain as they are stiff. It is powerful but doesn’t use excessive water like the bigger ones do. For what I have mentioned above, the 1900 PSI on the washer has been good.

For more industrial things like an implement or a boat after sitting in the marine all year, there are better and more powerful options out there.

Pressure hose is too short to go around spraying my car. It end up you be pulling the pump around while spraying. Also you can’t replace the hose because all fitting where made to fit there spray gun and compressor only.

I spend hours upon hours going back and forth in HomeDepot. And there is no way I can make that replacement. Blue Clean make it in such a way you have to buy all accessories from them only. There spray gun are also garbage not only it break easy it also inconvenient because it’s too long ! Never again.

Garbage / waste of time and money !!!!!!!!!!!! There are many pressure washer out there a little more money but there attachment accessories are universal.

I bought the used one, but still working fine. Not knowing how long it will last from now on. But by looking at the all the scratches outside and still functional, it has been serving very well. No regret in using this kind of device for super cleaning car, wall, floor.

Can also tune down for watering flower. Better than getting hose alone.

I Purchased a Simpson ALH3425-S pressure washer from TSC. Less than two years with limited use the pump stopped working. The pump was maintained properly and drained after use. I took the pressure washer to an authorized Simpson repair shop and they contacted Simpson to get ok for the repair, they told the repair person the pump was no longer under warranty although the Simpson and TSC website shows 5 year warranty on AAA pumps.

It was going to cost so much to make the repair the repair person told me I would be better off purchasing a new pressure washer. I also contacted TSC, they were no help and did not stand behind the product either.

Very dissappointed in TSC. I do not know why they would carry a product from a manufacturer that will not stand behind their product. The warranty they have listed for Simpson pressure washers is basically useless.

I have since purchased a Generac and have no problems. The only reason Simpson has good reviews on their website is they remove the ones they do not like, they removed mine. Don’t buy a Simpson product.

A solid and effective gas pressure washer. The 10-inch tires make it easy to move the washer. The aluminum frame saves some weight. A neighbor who is a builder is able to lift the unit into his pick-up.

I’m older than he is and I don’t try lifting it. The thicker-than-usual pressure hose seems rugged but is not very flexible and is therefore somewhat difficult to handle. Before buying this unit, I searched for the least expensive one I could find with a Honda GX engine, a triplex pump, pneumatic tires, and good reviews.

As a strategy for buying a long-lasting pressure washer for homeowner applications, that seems to have worked well. The washer came missing the pressure handle and wand, and one of the knob nuts for assembling the handle.

One phone call to Simpson solved the problem. The missing parts arrived five days later.

It took a while (almost a month) to finally receive the pressure washer from the time I ordered it, but that was expected with most big items during these times. The unit arrived well encased with foam blocks, and no damage was noted on the unit.

It was easy to assemble, and it conveniently came with an oil packet so I didn’t need to provide my own oil. It took a few pulls to start up, but once it was up and running had no issues. It restarted with one easy pull every time I had to turn it off for various reasons.

It is easy to maneuver and operate. It has a knob that alters the pressure, but I couldn’t tell any affect after rotating the knob either way (no arrows on the plastic knob to indicate higher/lower pressure) so who knows? Only used it once for about two hours, but am happy with the power washer as I only intend to use it around the house, not commercially.

I choose the Blu Clean 2000 after researching electrics,I was wanting standard assorted nozzles and this does have three plus the spiral nozzle, after using for a few hours I find it has sufficient power using a 13 amp motor.

Hose is very flexable & stows easily but like any, somewhat stiff when pressurized. Unlike other reviews I find hose reel quite usable, 30ft hose & pwr cord. Effectiveness: 25* tip-Three yr. old really grimey concrete 1-2″ swath clean in one pass, fairly dirty 3-4″ swath,1-2 passes.

This is my first pressure washer. I wanted something compact with reasonable pressure for homeowner work. The price suggested what I expected. Good mechanical and construction with fair attachments. Assembly is easy but not intuitive.

The plastic is flimsy but acceptable. The handle doesnt stay put. The brass quick connector needs to be upgraded. The hard plastic hose isnt flexible below 50 degrees. The treads are already warping.

Although I get Americas best public water the nozzles are clogged with purging the hose first. The instructions lack detail and practical use. They could have done a better job in designing for storing the hose and electrical cord.

They go out of their way with poor photos to hide that deficiency. Safety advice is good. I put a water filter on the hose bib and went to work. No clogs since. The machine is easy to handle. Its quiet.

The GFCI electric cord is generous. The hose is long enough. It cleans better than I expected. I had a few ideas for the machines use but as usual I came up with twenty more. This is exactly what I wanted.

I knew I would need to upgrade the attachments to my nit picky standards. The other things are an easy workaround. I like that the main product is made in a country friendlier to the USA. I am very pleased.

Having owned the previous iteration of the B&S power washer, (which died), I thought I would give them another shot as I really like the adjustable nozzle feature. The package is well engineered from a storage standpoint in that it folds down to a compact footprint/height.

However, the plastic pieces seem flimsy and easily breakable. The soap reservoir is difficult to access without a funnel. Finally, I don’t believe this washer develops 2000 psi. The previous model was rated for less pressure and was more powerful by my estimation.

Unfortunately, had I the chance to do it over, I would pick another brand.

Love this washer. My first experience with it. However remember it has a fuel shutoff lever. I forget for about a fast minute. Easy to use. Powerful. Third product from the Acura max line

I am a very capable 58 yr old female. While I couldnt lift the box this product arrived in, I was able to easily assemble it. The packaging was sturdy and instructions clear. The 10W-30 oil provided was an added bonus.

The sprayer is very powerful. Ive only used the 25 degree nozzle but was very happy with the results. I am still trying to find where in the instructions it is described how to completely drain the water lines and the oil reservoir.

Overall, I am very happy with this machine and would recommend it.

The unit came well packaged with good instructions for assembly and use. It only took 15 min. to assemble. My DuroMax engine fired up on the 1st full of the starter after checking the oil level. I even came packaged with the necessary oil to fill and top off the engine.

The power washer generated plenty of pressure to clean my vinyl siding. With the 0 degree nozzle and a 12 ft. extension wand, (not part of the package , but well worth the additional expense), I was able to clean the gable ends of my roof without having to use a ladder to clean the peaks of the roof.

The gable ends of my roof are 20 feet high. My house is 8 years old and the siding was full of mildew and mold and dirt. The power washer had no trouble removing years of grime. It also made short work of cleaning the wood deck on my patio.

Comes in handy for cleaning my boat too. The only minor complaint is the cheap plastic rivets that hold the nozzle tray. Based on other reviewer, I replaced these rivets with bolts when assembling the power water.

Purchased this item on clearance (good price) in early August 2021. The unit failed to start, although it would sputter briefly if sprayed with starting fluid. Experienced a 90 minute wait on the manufacturers help line, and then got useless advice.

Exchanged the unit with no problems. The replacement was as dead as a doornail — zero signs of life. Returned it for a refund. Call me a glutton for punishment: I purchased a third unit in mid-August, again on clearance, for a slightly higher price.

This one also refused to start — symptoms approximately identical to the first unit. Haven’t yet decided whether to return it — or to work with the manufacturer and try to get it running. The manufacturer’s support to date has been completely unsatisfactory.

Canadian Tire staff have been friendly and helpful (although there’s clearly little they can do to assist in getting the product to perform). Definitely not what I was expecting from a top-of-the-line brand with a quality Honda GX200 engine.

I just got this machine last week. And by comparison to my la st pressure, a 2600 psi machine with a Honda CV 160 motor l, the new machine is hands and fist above the old one. The Honda motot on the old machine was great and is one of the most popular engines for outdoor tools.

But Kohler also has a great reputation. The 3500 psi and the 15″ Surface Scrubber are going to cut my work time in better than half. However I do have one issue with this new pressure washer. Its exhaust is aimed straight down to the ground as opposed to the Honda engine on my old pressure washer which went stainless out to the side.

Upon using the new pressure washer this past weekend when I got up Monday morning and went outside there were spots of burned up grass everywhere i had positioned the machine go down the side of my yard.

This needs to be addressed and remedied. I own and operate a pool service and one of the newer pool deck finishes is a rubberized product. This machine would be disastrous if used on that kind of surface.

The manufacturer needs to issue a retrofit to remedy this condition.

Purchased the Simpson Powershot PS61115 3500 because of the higher psi and the lower cost, along with the additional surface cleaner. It has a durable AAA axal pump which is nice. As soon as I opened the box and assemble the machine, I started it with one pull and proceeded to pressure wash all the areas that have needed it around the house, the gutters, rocks around the pond waterfall and flagstone steps.

I was very happy with the pressure and the 2. 5 GPM is perfect for quicker jobs. The surface cleaner was great and made cleaning the patio a quick job too. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

The only draw back was the shipping times, it took over 2 weeks to deliver.

Power washer would not create water pressure, first time using it. My garden hose felt as powerful. Followed the out of the box instructions on how to start etc. Tried to return to Lowes where I purchased and they said they could only send out for repairs.

I said ok, then send it for repairs. They have had it for over a week and I get a call that it is going to be 700 dollars to repair. The pump needs to be replaced, it overheated. Company that they sent it out to be repaired said it is my responsibility.

Pressure washer is two weeks old. Paid 589 for the pressure washer but now I have to pay 700 to fix it (69 dollars labor). Do not buy.

I am so pleased with my new pressure washer. I’ve had pressure washers before that left my work looking undone. This is a name and a pressure washer I can trust. This has 3400 max psi and 2. 5 max gpm.

I can pressure wash a wide variety of surfaces with this and it comes with a 5 quick connect nozzle. With the adjustable triplex pump you can adjust your cleaning pressure from 300 to 3400 psi. It also has a detergent siphon hose so you can inject your cleaner right into the stream.

It also has 10 inch wheels,which allow you to move great across many surfaces. This pressure washer has a Briggs and Stratton engine with 208ccs of power. I have so many things I want to pressure wash around my home now and I’m excited to get it all done.

I have already pressure washed my garage floor and it looks amazing. This pressure washer has exceeded my expectations. Compared to other pressure washers I have used in the past, this one is amazing and really gets the job done right.

This is a durable and reliable pressure washer and has a great price for the high quality pressure washer you get.

Do not buy!!! I’ve used the unit 2 times. First time took me roughly 20 minutes to start. Second time about 20 minutes and then took break to eat. Came back and got it started after about another ten minutes.

Third time no such luck. Checked filter, drained gas from tank sprayed carb cleaner, checked oil and filter, drained gas from tank again and carb this time and tried to prime with starter fluid. Gave up after about 40 minutes.

ustomer service and service Called about issue with getting unit started and was given 8 options for warranty repair locations. 6 of them didn’t actually work on their products and were over an hour away.

1 had a6 week wait and no guarantees they could cover the repairs under warranty. The other mentioned that bases on description of issues wouldn’t be covered under warranty and required a deposit to even look at it.

I ordered one of these pressure washers and had it shipped to my house. I assembled it and put gas and oil in it and tried to start it first with choke then without. Within about 5 pulls the string which has a cheap cotton type coating completely frayed leaving the unit unusable before ever starting.

I returned it to the store and got another thinking maybe the unit was just damaged in shipping. I got a new gas can and new gas just to rule that out even though the gas in it was only a month old. Built that one and same problem will not turn over and rope frays within first few pulls.

If you bought one on black friday be sure to test it before your return period is over. If you haven’t bought yet. don’t do it!.
