20 Best 4 Wheel Mobility Scooter (2022 Updated)

Received on 4/27/22 my experience has been awful the $3339 scooter from Scooter Supermarket was a piece of junk would not go forward for more than a foot although reverse was fine trying to return it is costing me $1300 ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND PRODUCT or seller they are rude and nonconforming! I can’t walk at all and trying to get around was impossible the emergency bake didn’t work and hand breaks are shotty! I was told by seller it’s an all terrain scooter, it’s definitely Not! So if you want to get around w/o breaking down buy American made products!.

This is definitely a great purchase. Definitely 4 to 5 stars! It is simple to use and came perfectly intact and with ease. Battery is solid and can hold charge for many miles. The only flaw is the brake locking mechanism.

It is a little tricky to operate. Other than that a super great buy. Customer service was top notch too!.

Still getting use to bigger size scooter, with that said it is harder to use in stores and doctor offices because of its size. I do miss a front basket, the basket in rear does not help me as I’m unable to reach it.

When going up a hill, you need to have it on medium to high speed. If you stop on the hill the scooter brakes do not hold. I’ve rolled down hills now that can become a bit scarry, and unsafe. Also scooter ramps that are at a certain angle the brakes will not hold if you stop.

I’ve rolled down them as well. For outside use it is great. The speed is nice and the head light is bright. It goes up and over side walks pretty good. If you are in reverse and try to back over a hump, unless you have a little speed it will not go over.

So I have gotten it stuck. The parking break does not always hold it and even if you turn it off, if the parking break is not on at a level spot, it will not hold. So you can not park this scooter on any type of hill up or down.

It will roll away on you even with the so called parking break. The seat is very comfortable and the suspension is a great add. I do like how visible it is in the dark with all the running lights. So if your looking for more of an outdoor scooter this has some nice features.

If your looking for a scooter to use for shopping and indoor use, you may want to reconsider.

This thing is the biggest piece of junk with the poorest design I have ever seen. I have had it for almost a year now. It breaks down every time I drive it. If you are out in the slightest wet weather, rain or snow.

It will just quit on you and leave you stranded. They tell me it’s not meant to be used out doors, that’s BS. It’s used to get you from point A to point B. What is between those two points? You guest it, the outdoors.

They also put a fused link on their battery cables and if your wheels spin slightly this fuse blows. Again leaving you stranded. (My other scooters just had a re-settable breaker button that if anything did happen to make it blow.

All you had to do was push the button to re-set and you were on your way. With the pride maxima. You have to get the scooter home. Schedule a technician to come out and diagnose the problem. Order the part.

Have them come back out and install the new cables. A process that takes months) the pride maxima is I’m told the ONLY scooter on the market that does not have D handles. Which makes your throttle controls exposed.

With the throttle exposed things are always happening like clothing getting snagged on the throttle and the scooter takes off crashing into people or things making it very dangerous. I cannot believe they still manufacture this scooter and have not been sued over this (or maybe they have.

I know I’m considering it. ).

This wonderful scooter has give me a new lease on life. It is very sturdy and takes pavement bumps and hill easily. The large packet on the back of the seat holds 5 large shopping bags for groceries.

The grocery cashier loads the bags and puts them on the handle bars for my short trip home. It also enables me to go up a steep hill to enjoy activities at my Senior Center and Library. When I have a day when my shortness of breath prohibits me from any walking, the scooter takes me to the mail room and the trash room.

I cannot say enough good things about how my life has changed for the better since I got my scooter.

Beware, this company makes and sells this Scooter for Big folks up to 500 lbs and the seat even at the highest setting if only for someone under 6 foot. I purchased one and had it delivered only to find this MAXIMA is for short folks only.

BEWARE Company was no help with my problem, Only said, that I had it as high as it goes.

I will not repeat what has already been said only that I agree 100%. I ordered a 2nd complete battery pack because I use this on our farm. I have never had to use it. About 5 years ago I designed a system to mount a front huge basket for shopping.

Because stores that supply their shopping electronic cards all the fat 40’s are using them. I have 2 replaced hips, broken back in 3 places (surgery) and a knee that needs replacing. I need this scooter to load up at the store.

I will get around to sending the idea to corporate some day. You truly will enjoy this scooter, On 2nd thought I still look at scooters just for fun but what really hit me is that the price is fantastic.

It is still selling today for what I paid for so many years ago. I can not remember how long I have had it. Dinger been 10 years or so time goes so fast.

We purchased a mobility scooter for a family member with a traumatic brain injury. The scooter was suppose to come apart in 5 pieces with none weighing more than 35 lbs. The 2 base pieces came and were jammed together and could not be separated using the lever.

We called and sent a video as requested. We were told that we would receive a return authorization number to send back the damaged scooter. That was on June 14, 2022. It is now July 25, 2022 and no label and no one will help us with this.

Our family member is not in a position to lose the money for this scooter. I urge you not to purchase from this company. I so wish that I did not. I have a scooter sitting in a box in our living room and it can not be used.

I have a question. When the scooter sets over night and I turn it on the next day it has to set a while with the power light blinking for about 5 min till the light comes on solid is that normal. When it is working it is wonderful and a joy to use.

Also when I received the scooter the wire basket was all bent up and contorted. I had to pound it out the best I could to fit it to the scooter. We would up purchasing a different basket.

67 year old female, 5’5″tall, 155 lb. Suffers from advanced Multiple Sclerosis dependent on a mobility apparatus. stability, ease of use for someone who has disabilities.

Very easy to assemble and take along. Holds charge well. Glad I bought it.

OMG My mom LOVES this scooter. At 93 she can handle it like a pro. VERY happy with it. Also hold charge really great. Easy to lift and store when not in use.

there was a little red button that was to turn on the horn, it was missing and later found in the box the scooter came in. otherwise seemed to be good quality. however tried use it on flat surface cement floor of pole barn, it felt like it was going to tip over.

I am within the weight limit for this scooter(190#). Don’t feel this scooter was as stable as it should be. Sent it back with permission from company person, that was the problem. It took 6 phone calls that were never returned, and over a month to get any satisfaction regarding refund.

They kept over $250for restocking fee. The scooter was OK, but dealing with the company following the return was a nightmare. Deal with them at your own risk!.

I weigh around 235lbs, the seating on this M34 is very uncomfortable. The seat is hard and the lumbar is too short and goes too far back. I have to use other cushions to lean back on. I live in Orlando and used this for long distance such as Disney and Universal Parks only, it’s not an everyday vehicle, despite this the battery lasted less than 1 year.

I had to purchase replacement batteries with a little higher voltage. It’s still like new and works well. Now I’m looking to get one with better seating and a longer battery life.

Received in great condition. Took a bit longer than should have, FEDEX delays. After first charge batteries appear to be OK. After second charge, lasted as expected, but after first amber light comes on, better head for home.

Rides pretty rough on grass or off pavement. Got it for my Hershey Swap meet trips, so will be on pavement most of the time. Should work out great. Being able to break it down into parts that can fit in car/truck is also a benefit.

My husband loves it and would give it 5 stars. I find it doesn’t turn on a dime as my former scooter did. However, it goes faster and has a neat dashboard, comfortable seat, bigger wheels than my previous scooter which is a plus going from one curb to another in walking our dog.

The alarm sound is very loud and frightens our dog, we are able to put the scooter in Neutral and push it backwards, avoiding the backup alarm from going off. Great product, easy to assemble and suits our purpose of walking our dog.

I ordered this not realizing how big it is. It checks all the boxes for weight limit, travel range and battery life. My only 2 issues with it are that it’s tall and I have a difficult time getting in the seat because of my bad knees and the drive train is somewhat noise with a definite humm.

Working in a library that isn’t the most desirable. The seat is huge and super comfy. And it’s definitely flashy. Can’t wait to get out in our neighborhood to enjoy me some summer!!.

This is a difficult question, I am very happy with the scooter, the sales and support staff have been very assurance, the problem seams to be with manufacture. It arrives a little damaged, bent front fender, rubbing on the tire, and the control panel casing is cracked.

Both are minor problems which can be resolved by sending me new parts. The only option seams be to send another unit. I will reject that deliver, because unpacking the new and packing the old is beyond him ability.

This is a fast machine with easy to use controls. It looks like a small car and drives easily enough. Light-weight enough to push up a ramp into a Dodge Caravan. The only drawback is that 52″ turning radius — but we are mastering the 3-point turns! While it arrived curbside assembled for the most part, some assembly instructions would have been helpful — if nothing else to double-check what & how I pieced it together.

I got the foldable version 2 years ago and say it is a well made scooter. I am not the best driver and so far it has taken my abuse well. After a while my charging cord was showing wear so I had to be careful plugging it in the scooter.

I went back to the manufacturer for a new one. Brace yourself! They charge $160 for this piece. Got it and it didn’t charge my scooter so I called them and they said I most likely damaged the battery for letting it run too far down.

New battery. $600!! I am wheelchair bound so l needed it. Had been without for a week and my body felt it. Could not find a battery ANYWHERE else. By chance I stopped at a Batteries + and a very nice man took the connection and battery to see if they had anything I could substitute.

They didnt, but by chance he found a fuse in the battery and replaced it. So long story short, instead of spending $600 It was fixed at NC and works great not. Buyer beware! Replacements are costly and are not always necessary.

While QVC does have a great return policy the manufacturer does not. Bought my scooter in 6/2020, scooter started studdering in 10/2020 QVC replaced it no problem! Keep in mind I only used it a few times, not used daily or weekly! The replacement maybe lasted as many times thru 10/2021.

Died in middle of WDW! Forced to rent a scooter for remaining time there. Now its out of warrantee (ONE WHOLE YEAR) despite its failure TWICE. About 10 whole uses on a $1200. It only cost me 50 a day at WDW! This model is an EPIC FAIL!.

Level handle to move seat very difficult to move seat and at times would not move. Key difficult to insert being under on side. Can’t touch floor in trying to get out, too high. CAN NOT GO INTO BEDROOMS from hallway.

Too long to move about inside house. Only good thing I can say, it was very well packed for shipping, took two hours to unpack and put together.

I have had this scooter for “15” years. The battery was new when I bought it and I have had to replace it once. It has traveled on major airlines so many times I can’t remember. It traveled through Disney World twice with power to spare.

Keeping up with others is not a problem since you can travel faster than they can if you want or go as slow as you want. It will not travel on a sandy beach. No worries though because all you have to do is ask the lifeguard and he will send for their four wheeler made for the beach to take you to your chairs and umbrella.

Of course you have to be staying in a hotel. I sit, read my book, sip my pina colada, marvel at the sea and realize how wonderful GOD is. Mine came with a car size battery. I don’t understand what you are talking about “2” batteries.

But regardless this is a wonderful scooter.

From Day 1 for the initial charge to the batteries the needle/gauge never reached “F” (Full & in the green area) & I found it odd. Apparently the shelf life to the batteries were expired at the time the scooter was assembled at the manufacturer.

The EV Rider representative made me do all the “leg work” calls since it’s their policy to not call third parties in order to replace the batteries. In the meantime, I needed my scooter so I had to purchase batteries, out of pocket, since the manufaturer’s batteries were dead.

QVC should think TWICE about endorsing EV Rider products as reliable. A warranty claim with manufacturer is being filed and hopefully I will receive replacement batteries for the scooter but I felt reimbursement of $114.

84 for the batteries I bought out of pocket should have been granted seeing that I would have had no way of getting around in the interim. Since calls went back & forth with the EV Rider rep, he would only follow thru with a warranty claim for replacement batteries because he never mentioned anything about purchasing batteries on my own.

In the meantime, I’m eating the cost & will not be reimbursed. So I guess a person with mobility issues would have to rely on some other means of getting around until the warranty claim, hopefully, gets approved & replacement batteries sent.

BOTTOM LINE: The back & forth calls then physically bringing the original batteries to a battery dealer to have them Load & Charge tested in order to get replacements is a terrible way to do business.

BUYER BEWARE.

This was purchased for my mom & dad to use as they are starting to struggle with long walks to events. I did a lot of research prior to purchase and found this one to meet most of our needs. It is stable with the 4 wheels, easy to use, seat turns to assist getting in & out, can be taken apart for travel, not too heavy, and priced very reasonably.

Free shipping also was a huge plus. Their are arm rests included which adds to stand-up assist. My mom was not wanting to use it, but agreed too try it once at a MLB baseball game. Easy to use controls allowed her to master use quickly.

By end of the day she was smiling, having fund driving it and was not exhausted when we got home. She now wants to go to the state fair and is excited to be able to participate with the group without worrying about mobility.

I would recommend this to as long as you have someone to load and unload it, or a travel carrier/ramp. It isn’t light (which is part of reason it’s stable) and if taking apart to travel it requires a semi strong person to assemble & disassemble.

My folks are both in their 80’s with health problems surrounding their legs. My father also has hand and finger weakness. They are both active and alert and able to steer the scooter, and use the controls.

Watching my folks operate this scooter, I would say this could be operated by users with minimal strength. Lastly, my dad is 6’2” and my mom is 5’6”. They both fit easily on the seat. The steering column adjusts easily for personal preferences.

I had paralytic poliomyelitis as a kid, and all of my life I’ve had to wear braces on both legs. Up till recently, I walked around places like Disneyland, and zoos, etc. , but now I have four grandkids who like to race around everywhere, and I can’t keep up.

So, I decided that it was time to buy an electric scooter. I tried a 3-wheel, but it was too unstable, especially when travelling “sideways”, across an incline. For example, where I live, the entire sidewalk slopes at every driveway, and I was constantly worried about tipping over to the side when I rode across those sloping parts of the sidewalk.

So, I looked carefully at various 4 wheel models. I wanted one that could fit in the back of our car (Volvo XC60), and that my wife & I could load & unload. Some were large and powerful (stable, and could deal with fairly steep hills), but were correspondingly too heavy.

Some were made for traveling (including flying), but looked too flimsy (possibly unstable). I settled on this one, from Vive Health. I’m delighted. Easy to load into car: 1. First, remove the battery.

It is moderately heavy, and I can’t easily keep my balance when lifting with two hands, but the battery has a solid handle, allowing me to load it into the car myself, using one hand (leaning on the car with the other hand, to help me balance).

2. Then, lift the seat off its spindle (it’s quite light), put in car. 3. Unscrew the cable that connects the rear wheels / motor to the front part of the unit. 4. Pull up a “ring” to disconnect the rear wheels / motor from the front part of the unit.

5. Fold down the steering column on the front part of the unit, and put that into the car. It’s quite light, but I have to have help with this, because it needs two hands to lift it. My (able bodied) wife & I can do it easily.

She holds the grab-bar at the front, and at the back there is a plastic handle that I hold, with one hand. 6. Finally, lift the rear wheels / motor into the car. This is the heaviest part, but I can do it myself by gripping (one-handed) the spindle that holds the seat.

Easy to “rebuild” when you arrive at your destination. Take everything out of the car (I can do most of that myself, though my wife helps with the front part of the unit). Then, basically, you simply reverse what you do when getting it ready to load into the car.

Take about 2 minutes from opening the car’s rear liftgate, to being ready to go. Although it’s quite small, it’s far more stable than the 3 wheel scooter that I tried. I can cross the sloping parts of the sidewalk without freaking out.

I have used it, several times, at the San Diego Wild Animal Park. It has quite a few mild inclines, all of which this scooter traverses easily. On a horizontal surface, it goes faster that most people would want to walk, so now I can keep up with the family (my beloved wife sometimes orders me to slow down 🙂 ).

After 3 trips there, the battery still has plenty of charge left. Limitations? Yes, but none of them are a surprise. It won’t easily travel on soft surfaces (grass, soft dirt). It won’t handle steep hills.

It’s quite small so (as others have posted) it may be a bit awkward for tall people. Bottom line: 5 stars. We are lucky enough to own a second home in a different city, and I’m thinking about buying a second unit for when we’re there.

I got a chance to try out my Vive 4 wheel mobility scooter, yesterday. I have COPD and have been on O² for 3 years. I can get around pretty good, but walking more than 50 yds. drives my blood O² down, which causes my heart rate to go way up.

I went to a minor league baseball game and had a great time. I’m amazed at how far the battery goes. Parked across the street, went for a cup of coffee, got in the stadium and made several trips, up and down the area past the food vendors, couple hundred yards per lap.

Back too my Jeep, after the game. I only used one of the eight lights, on the battery indicator. The only changes I would like to see, more ground clearance and the armrests. I’m pretty short and my short arms don’t reach the rests.

It would help if they were height adjustable and the plastic piece that the arms set in, is uncomfortable. The house I live in has a wheelchair ramp, that I worried might be a little to much of an angle.

I went down it, in low speed and we I got home, I cranked up the speed and shot to the top of the ramp, without a problem. Keep improving them, your almost perfect.

Purchased a four-wheel scooter for my wife who has much trouble with back pain. She loves this scooter and the freedom it gives her. We live in Orlando, Florida and love to walk around the various theme parks (especially Disney).

Before the scooter, her back pain made this almost impossible – far too much walking. Now we visit the parks almost weekly and the scooter works great. As I stated in the title, the battery life is amazing.

In the last two weeks she has traveled around three of the Disney parks and I have not had to charge the battery as yet. When we first received the chair there was a problem with the battery connections with the chair.

The Vive service group were extremely friendly and helpful and very quickly they shipped me a new battery which so far has worked perfectly. The size in also great – easily fits in my trunk and it is not too heavy for me to pick up and assemble (I only remove the seat and it is easy to re-install).

The BobCat X3 Compact Transportable Scooter. Sincerity I Bought it on 11/19. I had Problems. \n1. The Charger was Not Working. I called Walmart 800 Number. Nothing was Done To Alleviate The Problem. I Called The Seller I Explain The Problem.

They Send another Charger. No Luck. My Son thought that Maybe The Batteries were messed Up. He Bought 2 Batteries. 50. 00 Dollars. I Couldn’t Use The Scotter Since Nov of Last Year. With The New Batteries and Charged I was Able to Use It 1 Time On May 20/20.

I am Going to See if The Scooter will Work. I really Needed The Transportation. I will not Buy Another Scooter Bobcat X3. Too Many Problems. \nSincerely,\nGuadalupe F. Kennedy.

The scooter will be able to get me where I need to go. BUT, It is not as maneuverable as my old scooter with its much greater turn radius. It does not have a real key and lock so I have to be very careful about leaving it unattended.

The seat cannot be turned to ease getting on and off. It only faces forward. It does have more leg room than my older scooter The instructions that came with it seem to be for al older model. If I had to recommend it to someone it would be with caution.

This scooter will certainly serve the needs of our family member, but when operated in tight spaces the very limited turning radius is definitely a problem. Also, I found the instructions to be lacking in details about changing from neutral to drive in that you leave the key out, push the red lever from neutral to drive then put the key in.

The response of the controls also proved to be problematic. I expected the response to be immediate, but in fact there is a slight delay before the scooter starts to move. Once these two things were discovered the performance has been most acceptable.

The unit is compact, taking up very little space in a small apartment, the price is certainly right and it’s very cute. In addition the assembly was very easy. No tools necessary.

This scooter has made getting around do much easier. It has allowed my husband to go places that he couldn’t go before, due to hip pain and shortness of breath. He has been using it everyday, even to take our dog on a walk, which I always had to do before.

And the dog loves riding on it too! 😁 I only have 2 complaints. First, the manual is VERY VAGUE with instructions! When we received unit, we had to install batteries and put seat/arms/head rest in place.

No big deal we thought. Well, there was no indication of how to install any of that! When trying to figure out how to open the battery cover, it just says”Just lift off cover”. It would have been nice to know it was ONLY attached with velcro! And where the velcro strips were so we would know where to pull up from! You must know how to handle battery installation because there was NO instructions on that either.

(Positives and negatives) Secondly, we got to the last wire connection on the 2nd battery installation, the holes weren’t drilled right! We had to actually get a drill to fix it so the screws would go in! The screws that were sent with parts had no instructions on which screws to use for what! So we did have to figure that out too.

But once we got it together, it has worked great! My husband is very pleased with this scooter to get him where he wants to go.

I just got my scooter about 3 weeks ago,,I’ve had it out several times and I love it. Its safe reliable and very sturdy. This scooter has changed my life,,, I’m up and out more now than I ever was. I certainly hope I helped someone here today.

If your having second thoughts,,,,,don’t!!!! This little one seater will change your life you’ll be up and out everyday if you want. If you already hit the buy button,,, Goodluck and enjoy summer is right around the corner you will be out and about in no time.

Would like to see suspension system, besides riding a little smoother I think it would feel more stable on uneven surfaces. When one wheel drops in a low spot the opposite wheel feels like it wants to raise up off the ground.

I use this mainly around the yard and although haven’t had a problem I think it would be more stable. All in all I am pretty satisfied with it and for the price purchase it again.

The scooter arrived packed very well in a cardboard box. My 15 year old grandson removed all the packing, which revealed a beautiful red scooter. It comes with a nice swivel seat which makes getting on the scooter so much easier.

After removing the cardboard, my grandson removed the seat and the plastic hood that covers the batteries, he then found the 2 plugs that need to be plugged into the batteries. Then he placed the scooter onto the charger and by the next morning the batteries were fully charged and the scooter was ready to ride.

Assembly is fast and easy. It is very well made and has a great range of speed, plenty of power. I feel safe riding on any incline, it is wonderful. This is a beautiful red scooter with everything you could possibly want.

I love it. I wish I had gotten it sooner than I did.

The scooter comes completely assembled, The only thing you have to do is plug in the battery cables. The batteries are included in the price. It is a top quality scooter and I am very happy with the way it performs and would recomend it to anyone that needs a scooter.

The 2 things that I like most are the dynamic brakes and the speed control. Shipping was fast and I was quite satisfied.

Scooter is great for all day use at any event, amusement park, farmers market, travel with family, Las Vegas, etc. Need a ramp to get into and out of car and home with front steps; too heavy to lift.

No need to find a place to charge or carry extra batteries. Used all day at Disneyland and Comic Con with very little drain on the battery.

I found the Zip’r Roo4 Travel Mobility Scooter difficult to put together. The instructions were not clear, especially the part where the battery is secured to the base. The latch to secure the front to the back is tricky because the “pull” sometimes flips under the latch.

It is also annoying to have the scooter beep whenever the key is put into or taken out of the handle (especially in church or a concert). Other than those issues, I find the scooter helpful in getting around outside as it offers more stability than a 3-wheel scooter.

I purchased 2 of these scooters and we are very pleased especially with the performance. No problems whatsoever. Very easy to operate and sturdy. Received shipment on time specified and was easy to assemble.

Would do business again with this company. Had very nice and knowledgeable reps. Thanks guys!.

Dash on tiller cuts into vinyl on seat back when folded for transport. I assume it will cut seat if folded under seat back. Snap nub on basket handle gone from start. Broken off? Called to get replaced; no response.

I got this for my 87 year old dad and it is awesome! The scooter folds and can fit in the trunk or at his feet in the car. We plan on taking it on a cruise in 2 weeks and I had to decrease the speed setting because that thing goes fast! This is a good feature but I know my dad would cruise too fast LOL.

I love that it has portability and can be taken as a carry-on and it’s lightweight. The safety feature that I like the most is that the key comes off and it won’t ride by itself or be stolen while we are eating or if we go to a Disney park.

I researched several scooter models and different sites and I do recommend the Gypsy and buying from this store due to the financing and ease to navigate the website. Also, a representative called me the next day and wanted to make sure all my questions were answered.

That alone built confidence in the store for me, but he also told me about the warranty and to call them if I ever needed anything related to the scooter in the future. 5- stars product and customer service!.

It took me 2 months to research and I chose the EV gypsy Rider. It is light weight and can get folded easily. I bought it so that I can take it on a cruise, airplane, or to the resort. Everything about it is excellent.

The motor is powerful enough to let me ride on the grass. If you left the key in, a power timer will deactivate the motor. You need to pull the key out and plug it back in to activate it again. I still can’t figure out where to configure the power timer.

When I first got it I spent 4 hours at the Mall cruising through racks of clothing, islands of dishes, on my to the food court. Gypsy does exactly what I need, slow for instore browsing, fast for cruising past stores I don’t care about.

I’m an 86 year old female, I lifted that little sucker right into the back of my car and when I got to the Mall I lifted it right out onto the pavement. Perfect in every way. Easy to set up and easy to calapse.

And it’s cute. I got green. I’m looking forward to going everywhere my old body had given up taking me. It’s a new world. FREEDOM.

love the victory 10. took 6 weeks to get to my home. told 3 to 5 days when i purchased it and paid for it. covid problem the new excuse for everyone. only problem is that it is to long to fit down my hallway and into my bed room.

36 inch door and it will not go into the room. told it would fit into any door. other than that it is exactly what i wanted and works great. ordered a 22 inch seat. 18 inch standard seat the bars on the bottom seat cut into you rear end.

I bought it for my Dad. He loves this scooter, he can go around the apartment easily, and he can even work in his yard, using this scooter. I made a great choice buying this Victory 10 scooter!

I have fibromyalgia,meniere’s, and many foot surgeries. I hated using the big nasty dirty store scooters. The Scootie is perfect! It’s lightweight, has FOUR WHEELS which makes it sturdy, turns on a dime, has forward, reverse, horn, basket, comfort.

I’ve had mine for about 5 years now. It’s very reliable. The battery lasts for a very long time. I go out a couple of times a week and do shopping and we leave it in the back of our Kia Soul behind the seat.

It fits into small spaces and has never gone dead on me! My husband brings the battery in and charges it about once a month. I took the basket off and hang a tote bag on the front and another one on the back.

I put juice and milk, paper towels etc behind my feet. My beloved Yorkie loved to ride on it with me like she was the queen of England,LOL. I highly recommend this product. I’m sure I’ve sold about 60 of these over the years when people stop me in the grocery store.

I give them QVC’s #, etc. I have the cobalt blue. This is one of the best things I have ever purchased from QVC in 30 years of shopping here. Tks QVC. This product has truly enhanced my life and allowed me to get out amongst people.

One of the trim pieces along the carpeted floorboard of the scooter arrived with a clip missing to help it to remain attached. We had yet to use the scooter, so it wasn’t damaged during use. I contacted the company by phone twice about the issue.

I also emailed a video of the issue to customer service. I have yet to receive a response or a new trim piece.

I purchased my scooter in January and when it arrived in Feb it arrived with a defected battery. I called and called and couldn’t get a representative to answer the phone, they’re phone literally says there are no representatives to assist you you and hangs up.

Finally I sent an email and got a response. They only responded back every two days. They told me I had to speak to the manufacturer to have a replacement battery sent. They contact me and tell me they will replace my battery.

I wanted two weeks without hearing anything and again I had to try to contact customer service because I got no tracking number or anything on this battery. After a week of trying to get that I finally see fedex says they delivered the battery but I did not receive it.

I called fedex and they delivered it to the wrong address. I had to try to contact the manufacturer but again you can call a million times and leave a million voicemails and no one answers or calls you back so I had to contact medmart again to try to reconnect me with the manufacturer.

This took me another week or so. Last week the manufacturer contacted me and told me they would resend another battery. It has now been over 5 weeks since I received the scooter but I can’t give you a review because we have not been able to turn it on or use it.

I still have not received the battery and no tracking number this time either. I have to try to contact medmart again to get that and hope the battery is delivered correctly. Honestly we received the scooter quickly but if it comes defective then this has been one of the worst customer services I have ever had to deal with.

I wanted a quality reliable product to use whenever I went somewhere with my family and couldnt walk all day long with them. This has really been a great product for me. I looked through so many scooters and read so much about them also.

It holds a good amount of weight and has a long lasting battery life also.

Seat will not adjust back and is uncomfortable since my legs have to be bent backwards to fit on the scooter base. If you are short this would be a good scooter, but it is definitely not for taller people.

I can take walks with people and go places that require a lot of walking and standing. This scooter is very comfortable and it is very portable. There was an issue with the battery when I received it and EWheels promptly shipped a replacement battery.

I live in the Country and it had no problem going on light gravel and some uneven terrain.

Smooth ride, excellent power, good miles per charge. Couldn’t be happier. Would love a video showing how to assemble and disassemble. Think it’s the best value in it’s price range. Would suggest muting the backup horn button.

Very loud and somewhat embarrassing when shopping or going to a small space like a Barber shop.

5 stars all around this company. I spoke with customer service about delivery and was so pleased with our conversation. I received my travel scooter within days and took it to Vegas last weekend. I scooted all over our hotel and the battery never even notched down one bar.
