20 Best 45 For Concealed Carry (2022 Updated)

This is a great purse, stylish and functional. I like the the ability to lock the zipper for added safety. There’s plenty of room for what I need in a purse. The outside is not as durable than I thought it was going to be, I’m hoping it’s going to last for a long time to come.

If it does, I would love to order the other colors as well.

First, I must say that I love this purse! The quality seems great, the conceal pocket locks, which is great for someone who would use that feature. The size is great and I feel like it would hold the weight of my pistol rather well.

However, the handles are really inconvenient. In the pictures shown, they seem like they would be a bit short for my liking, but work fine. They are not. I can get my arm in, to position the purse on my shoulder, however the purse to took high up in my armpit that it is very uncomfortable.

For this reason I haven’t even bothered to try and use the purse. Very disappointed, and wishing it at least had a removable choice of handles, like every other purse I have ever purchased.

My wife loves it. It is a full size bag and easily conceals a full size 1911 , N Frame Revolver or any large hand gun. A J frame Lady Smith is very deeply concealed and easily and quickly accessible.

Easier to put on w/o the weapon inserted and before securing your pants due to the structured body of the holster. Once in place it is very secure. Drawing and returning your weapon to the holster is smooth and easy.

unlike some of the IWB leather holsters that tend to “grab” your weapon when drawing and almost impossible to return the weapon to it without using 2 hands. Very comfortable to wear. I also have the OWB Hybrid holster that is another great Sig product which gives me the option of carry depending on what I’ll be wearing.

I would have given it 5 stars if I didn’t have to put it on as earlier stated. Great holster.

Very comfortable for appendix carry, also feels good at the 4 and 5 o’clock positions. Has adjustable clips for different ride heights. Fits the P365 xl perfectly. Comes with OWB clips as well. The draw is very smooth and natural.

I give it 4 stars based on the leather. I foresee it becoming flimsy and floppy after a lot of use. Also the retention is good but don’t rely on it if you get into a close contact situation or ground fight.

This is my 2nd Comp-Tac (the first was for a Springfield XDm). For a sturdy OWB, I think these are very good. They hold the firearm securely while allowing for a smooth draw. I haven’t tried all of the modular hardware, but it appears it should give you any option you’d want concerning positioning and cant.

I shoot with the factory open sights, but based on the openness of the design, it looks as if most optics you might want to use should clear without issue.

Simple, lightweight, flexible, quality, adjustable retention. Good for competition as well as for OWB carry and training classes. One of the best on the market.

Fits my Sig Sauer 320x Carry perfectly. But came with no instructions for the various components. Checked the Comp-Tac website for pdf manual. Found manual but was unable to download it

Had previously used this brand holster in a professional role, but not with a paddle and slightly different lock release. Very snug weapon fit, but not too snug (it is adjustable). ALS action is very intuitive; one fluid motion to grip, release the lock and draw.

This particular holster was recommended by an FBI and former SWAT team friend for CC. I was skeptical at first; thought it would be bulky and visible, considering it’s worn outside on the hip (paddle inside between underwear and pants, holster outside pants, held by a mechanism that hooks under the belt to hold holster in place while drawing).

Wore it around the house all day to see if my very observant wife would see it. Passed the test. Had been warned that I’d likely try four or five holsters until I found the proper holster to fit my needs.

Not so; got it on the first try. Buying one for my son.

I have not tried this exact one (although I bought it) but I have tried the same holster made for a Kimber 1911 with 4 inch barrel. * I bought this holster mainly to afford myself good retention for those rare days that I open carry.

I think Safariland has a corner on the retention market. The locking mechanism hangs up on the “lightening cuts” in the Performance Center slide but this is easily corrected with 5 lengths of electrical tape over the cuts and I wish the weapon did not have those cuts! *They do look very wild though and appear to be a selling point.

*The holster is not advertised to fit the S&W 1911 at all, so it’s another plus that it does. I assume all 1911’s are more or less the same shape so it would probably work with other 1911’s. If I wanted, I could cut part of this holster down and use it alongside the shorter 6378 I have been using.

The suede lining does its job, draws are fast and easy, and 1-handed reholstering is a breeze. The paddle holds to my 1/4 inch thick “gun belt” very strongly, once put on correctly, if someone grabs the weapon and pulls upwards, they end up trying to lift my whole body as the weapon will not come out without the locking lever pulled down.

🙂 The only downsides to this holster are the following: it cannot be adjusted for cant and when putting it on, my pants want to slide down with the paddle. It also rides rather “high” but that does allow for better concealment without the need for a long cover garment.

Although not advertised to fit the S&W E Series, it fits quite well. I like this holster so much I have found excuses to open carry more. 🙂 I wish Safariland made it for more weapons (Browning Hi Power!) but they have to make what sells.

Bottom line: if you are looking for a holster with excellent retention and you carry a firearm Safariland makes this holster for, it’s a great buy. The price is excellent also. Like me, you can learn to live with the high ride and cant.

*Apparently the belt loop attachment was not meant to be used with a “gun belt. ” My gun belt is 1/4 of an inch thick, about twice the thickness of a normal belt. The paddle will move along my belt though for some location adjustment.

I love this holster! I have the coyote tan/FDE colored version of the 6378. but this is for the plain black, which is the best, especially if you have to use it professionally. The model 6378, for the Glock 17/22 can also be had with Safarilands proprietary fabric wrap.

The fabric is for disruption of color to promote style camouflage. But in my opinion paying nearly $100 or more for the 6378 ALS USB(the multicam version) is silly. Buy the black one! This one! And then get a QLS fork so you can swap it between belts and plate carriers.

awesome holster! It clicks upon insertion. And is easily released with the thumb using the SLS nub. It is extremely secure, holds close enough to the body for Concealment during winter coat weather. Is retained well enough to wrestle someone and not lose the weapon! The Safariland STX and SafariSeven materials are some of the finest quality polymer products that are available.

The Safariland ALS is the best auto-locking holster ever invented. And is only rivaled by the SLS(Self Locking System, -which is the hood,) and the ALS has the modularity to be installed with an SLS if needed.

Making it a level 3 holster. This holster as stands is a level one retention It has a sentry knob which can be purchased from Safariland which turns it into a level 2 retention holster, and tightening the tension screw in conjunction with the faux safari-Suede lining, which makes its so the gun must be drawn straight from upward only,(and protects the finish on your Glock! I bought a CYA holster for my m&p. i wore the holster maybe 20 times. the screws started falling out of it. screws bouncing along the ground, washers bouncing other directions. it fell apart with nothing but light use.

if i was in a gun battle and my handgun was not secure, i’m not feeling safe. spend your money on something else that will not fall apart. throwing away the other one i bought for my glock. scary, scary stuff.

Exactly what I was expecting! Top quality! I bought it as a gift for my son. He was happy with the quality of this product.

I would like to start off with what I use the belt with. I have a S&W Sheild 9 2. 0 in 9mm with a Muddy River leather iwb holster, which I love. As for what I like about the belt it is made very well, is very sturdy and size is what they say it is.

It fits all the belt loops in all my clothing and holds them up for the most part. If you’re getting in and out of a car a lot it tends to slide town but that happened with regular belts also to be fair.

It does droop a little when walking around but that is minimal. The only real draw back I have is the width. With my holster it has a metal retaining clip which makes it cumbersome to put on and the clip sticks out grabbing my shirt when I lift it to take it off.

My hand will also hit it when I draw. I bent the clip to avoid these issues and has been much better. All together it is a solid belt and see no reason to not buy another.

This belt is one of the finest I’ve owned. The leather and build quality are superior to many belts on the market. Also, my experience with Relentless Tactical left me feeling good about dealing with a small family owned business.

And for those concerned about buying online, you should know that Relentless Tactical stands by their warranty. I ordered a belt that worked, but was just a bit too large leaving only one hole to go tighter.

I contacted Relentless Tactical and they had the correct size belt to me in no time, exchanging belts with no hesitation. I will be doing business with this company again.

As a 6’1” guy with no butt I have had to cinch belts uncomfortably tight in the past, often ruining them in a matter of weeks. Since I bought the Steel core belt from Relentless I no longer have to do that.

And I can tell you I am extremely happy with the product. As an every day concealed carrier (iwb) wearing this belt I no longer have to pull up my pants and give away I am carrying. To say I am happy is an understatement.

I have owned many holsters IWB & OWB over the past 25yrs. This holster has good retention keeping your weapon in the holster where it belongs. There is another key point I need to touch base on here.

The retention is strong enough to keep your weapon from accidentally coming out although you will have no issues drawing your weapon in any situation. There’s no tugging, struggling or super human strength needed to get down to business.

God forbid the time comes to protect yourself or others in a situation that has gone bad and has you in fear of your life and or someone else’s life. I can testify that with a little practice you will be able to draw from the holster possibly quicker than any other holster you have ever used, owned , etc.

The holster provides a range of angles and a very strong retention hold despite being very minimal. After a little adjustment I am now able to carry my firearm in the appendix position all day with little discomfort, even while bending over to tie shoes etc.

I opted to add the Claw feature and highly recommend it to everyone. Combined with the adjustable angle, the Claw allowed me to find the optimal fit so that there is zero printing except in the most extreme positions.

The single belt hook is very sturdy but allows for quick removal of the holster when required. I am very pleased with this purchase overall.

My EDC is a SW Shield Plus 9mm. I normally carried it in a Black Point Tactical IWB holster. As a prospective dealer for Rounded, I ordered their IWB holster for comparison. I found the Rounded as comfortable as the BPT I was using and have carried with the Rounded holster since.

Good feel, easy draw, and very good concealment and comfort with the holster. I sold several of Rounded’s holsters at the last gun show for various gun models. It’s a very good holster for the price point!.

I’ve had firearms for decades, but am new to carrying one outside the house. I also am not rolling in money and didn’t want to go through a dozen holsters finding something that works for me. I spent a month researching everything I could find on what to look for in a holster.

Reviews, tutorials, body types, positions etc. The bottom line is I had this preconceived list of characteristics and features that I REALLY needed a holster to have. My first was an OWB paddle holster for my M&P 9 2.

0 compact (3. 6). It was everything I’d hoped. All the stuff everybody said to look for in a kydex holster, it was. 🙂 Great fit, adjustable positive retention and still easy to draw, great build quality and lifetime warranty.

Very happy. 🙂 i now have three. One IWB I use as a vehicle holster I rigged up to the seat in my truck. Good stuff at a reasonable price and very fast shipping. No company made up of mere mortals is perfect.

i feel for the folks who didn’t get their order shipped as fast as they’d like, but clearly this is the exception and not the rule. I don’t hesitate to recommend Concealment Express whenever the opportunity arises.

After using the holster for about a week I finally obtained adequate retainment by tightening down the crushable rubber spacers. The retainment is similar to other Kydex holsters. The paddle is another matter.

The paddle does not adequately attach to the the trouser and belt when the belt is not tightened. Twice while lowering my trousers the holster came loose and with the gun in it fell to the ground. The paddle does not sufficiently attach to the trouser and belt.

For this reason I feel that this holster is unsafe. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this paddle holster for purchase. If possible I will return this holster to the seller.

Pretty much the perfect paddle holster. Very slim and close to the body. Adjustable cant! Very secure hold on the weapon with a smooth draw and audible click when re-holstering. Comfortable and secure on the waist.

I’ve always liked Fobus , but this holster is much better, cheaper and made in America! Ordering was easy and very fast delivery. Will probably order one for another handgun.

The holster has two indentions that hold the flashlight in place. Because they are so pronounced it is nearly impossible to draw the gun. I had to replace the rubber bushings and use the longer screws that came with the claw that I purchased with the holster.

They could easily make those indentations much smaller–not being able to draw your gun is a potentially life-endangering problem. Also, the clip on the gun is very pronounced, protruding much further than needed to fit over any thickness of belt.

I tried to remove the screws so I could take out the bushings and draw the clip in closer to the holster, but they appear to have used some adhesive (red Loctite?) to keep the screws from coming out.

This isn’t a deal breaker, but I like some ability to personalize fit. While I can now use the holster, having to use some aftermarket extended bushings to make the holster loose enough to release the gun and not being able to adjust the clip made this just an Okay option for me.

BTW I had the same problems with the holster being too tight on a DeSantis kydex holster, as well–I don’t think holster companies have done good R&D for guns with lights.

I had been looking for an IWB holster for my gen 1 Baby Eagle/Jericho compact for awhile. Stumbled apon this and figured I would give it a shot given the price. I was pleasantly surprised on how nice it was when it arrived.

My pistol did have a little play in the holster, but was to be expected as it wasn’t built for it. I was also glad the holster didn’t interfere with the slide mounted decocker. The adjustment of the retention is great as is the cant.

I took a heat gun to the top/slide edge of the holster and gave it just a little pinch, the gun now fits tight in the holster. The holster is about a half inch longer than the end of the muzzle, have not decided to trim it yet.

So, this is a long review for a holster that wasn’t built for my gun. I can only imagine how well it would fit one it was actually built for. But, if you are looking for an inside-the-wasteband holster for an old steel framed/no rail Jericho or baby eagle I would recommend giving this a shot.

I should have gotten one of these a long time ago. It has a very affirmative snap and retention that can be adjusted. It appears to be quality made. This is not actually a carbon fiber holster, but rather it just has a fin carbon fiber layer on the exterior.

The only complaint that I would have with it is that it rides high compared to what I’m used to with a crossbreed super tuck deluxe on the lowest setting. However, I’m carrying a much smaller gun with this p365 so it’s not really a deal breaker.

This might be a problem if I was carrying a bigger firearm. I added a picture with my shirt tucked in so you can see how I had it rides. This fits tactical belts but also works fine on normal with leather carry belts.

I have owned Alien Gear holsters for a number of years. Not only are these holsters constructed using the highest-quality materials, the customer-service is always superb. This 4. 0 Sig P365 holster disappears when being worn and is super comfortable all day long.

I HIGHLY recommend these IWB 4. 0 holsters.

Supremely comfortable holster with adjustable retention and unlike other holsters that attach to your belt in only one (1) location, the cant of your pistol doesn’t change and create awkward moments when it is at an odd angle and holding your shirt / overgarment up.

I had a single-point attachment holster for a few years and it was OK, but I was always reminded of when I was carrying and had to keep readjusting both the cant and the location on my belt as I sat down / got in and out of vehicles etc.

I wore this all day in blistering 98 deg F North Carolina heat and was completely comfortable. Highly recommended.

Alien Gear is the best for IWB concealed carry. Super comfortable while standing, walking and sitting. Even while driving these are comfortable! Im a loyal customer for life

I have been using this holster for over 3 weeks every day I leave my house. Solid holster and claw material, will likely last a long time and it’s not the issue. There are two problems, one large and one small, for which I have knocked off 2 stars for the large and 1 for the small issue.

1) The large issue is that the cover for the trigger is not form fitted correctly. I have medium-large fingers and I can almost stick my finger in and pull the trigger when it’s fully seated in the holster.

Considering I use a Glock 19, that’s not good and it’s evident that it was to save a bit of $$$ in production. This is a HUGE no-no for me and I will be looking for a replacement holster ASAP because of this.

Nothing is perfect but it’s just too much room for error. The solution is self-evident here. 2) The smaller issue is that the singular belt clip is inferior to the multi-clip system if you’re using a holster claw.

This cuts both ways, so to speak, because it DOES allow for easier angle adjustment without bringing too much attention to the fact you’re carrying BUT I use a 1. 5in Nexgen EDC belt (closer to 1. 4in) and there’s too much movement no matter how tightly adjusted it is and it causes the claw to dislodge from the inside of the belt.

A solution to this would be to sell multiple size belt clips that fit tightly to different size belts OR sell the option for single or multiple belt clips to help reduce the Holster Claw coming Ajar.

Perhaps even increasing the clamping space for the belt clip so that it can be tightened to a greater degree would fix it. ANYHOW, good material and build quality but the large issue makes this a hard pass for me and I sincerely hope they fix it.

hello, I have used raven concealment minimalist holster top conceal carry for the last 6 years. It sits low and tight and with the claw concealed great. BUT I could not reholster without taking taking the holster out and applying it to the trigger guard.

I asked and received your IWB holster for Christmas and have loved the dryfire although retention is a little light no matter how much I tighten it within reason. I hated the claw that came on as it fell below the belt.

So I put my raven concealment claw, Which I noticed they changed their claw and it looks more like the claw you produce now. I also got a belt from you which I love it carries so nicely and makes any pant secure.

Love the idea of the mag holder although it prints terribly. My only complaint on the belt is the elastic band to the left appendix. One it gets in the way of an appendix support hand extra mag iwb. And i wish there was an option to not have the logo so I can wear it with a suit or other tucked in options which brings me to my last complaint of the holster is that it is NOT tuckable.

How am I suppose to look like the white James Bond if I can not conceal in a tux. Otherwise I love my belt so so much it early has changed my everyday carry and the holster works very nicely. Thanks for reading my complaints.

I am more than happy with this holster now, but wasn’t at first. To be honest, I hated it and started to regret my purchase. I fought with finding the right clip configuration for the comfort and position that I wanted.

I went back to my old holster for a few days, but I couldn’t give up on this holster. I worked really hard and tried every position until I found my “spot. ” Along this journey, I realized that my platform aka belt (a flimsy 1 piece nylon carry belt), was a large part of the problem.

I got a 2 ply low profile EDC belt, and the two have been a very happy and comfortable pairing since. I will admit that I judged to soon at first, so I can’t completely blame the holster, that’s on me, I’ll own that, I’ve got some time on my side now.

One more thing I will say, this holster nor any other holster that uses screws is maintenance free. the screws need tightening from time to time. but they’re screws, just retighten them and carry (pun intended) on.

My wife bought me a Kimbar Micro 9 for my birthday so I could conceal carry. Being a big guy (355lbs) I was skeptical about anything feeling right or being able to be hidden. My first purchase was a high quality leather pocket holster and while it did the job you could still see the outline of the gun in a pair of kakhis.

I began to do some research and found a FB video of the Alien Gear and loved the versatility of the set. Since I was looking for an IWB (In Waste Band) configuration it seemed like a perfect fit. My first impression was the build quality was nice and durable.

The holster features an adjustable friction hold at the trigger gaurd that engages well and holds the gun tight in the holster. In an open carry configuration it also has a thumb lock that has to be depressed to remove the gun which is a super nice feature.

In an IWB configuration it is exceptionally comfortable to wear all day. Whether I am sitting, standing, bending, working or driving the gun feels great and is hardly noticable. The only draw back is the weight of a belt carry does tend to pull down on the pants which can be annoying but im sure that can be attributed to being a bigger man.

I mostly wear form fitting polos tucked into my pants and the only evidence that I am carrying is the area around the belt clips that I can not tuck. Overall I highly recommend this holster and would encourage anyone looking at it to make the jump.

Excellent for different carry configurations. Sturdy and comfortable for everyday carry. I carried a sidearm for a majority of my 30+ military career as both a primary and a secondary weapon, and have tried and experienced many different holsters, both for combat and garrison.

Alien holsters are for the discerning. Well put together in every way. If you need to duty-carry the L2 thumb-lock is nicely designed. With the way things are going in this country, I would not dismiss this as a possible configuration when out and about while conceal carrying.

The bad guy is getting bolder and the innocent man is a new target! They are eyeing you up to see if you are carrying, and will try to take it from you. Currently, I prefer OTW high carry with L1. Many of my buds prefer appendix carry and are happy with the Alien configuration for it.

This holster’s configuration for both are – surprisingly – extremely comfortable (but don’t forget there is no perfectly comfortable while carrying), I was so pleased with it, I bought another complete kit for a larger pistol.

My overall rating for this piece of equipment is as follows: Well done, Alien!.

Great system. The setup is a little confusing at first but once you have it down, it is easy to set-up and swap between the various options. The added hard surface holster mount is a nice bonus. You can order an extra shell for a different pistol to make it even more versatile.

Holsters are comfortable to wear and I am very pleased with it.

Sturdy, a little bulky compared to slimmer type kydex but has a great snapping safe fit unlike thinner holsters. Overall very well made and easy to draw with the strong clip. Retention can be adjusted to your needs.

I bought this for an upcoming class I was taking. I didn’t have a mag holster for the gun I was using so of course I went to Blade Tech’s website and looked around. I got the 9/40-DS for my P365. I tightened the middle screw to my liking and it worked great all day.

It was a medical care while under fire type of course from Baer Solutions @baersolutions. We did a lot more than just shooting and the retention level was awesome. I really liked how the whole thing was curved to be closer to the body.

And the attachment clips were very easy to get on and off and seem very sturdy. Would highly recommend.

I have carried a pistol and spare magazines for 56 years. I have a large box of magazine pouches of different types for different pistols. For the last 10 years I have used only Blade Tech Eclipse OWB mag pouches.

They are light, flat, easy to carry, have just the right amount of retention. They are cut for easy grasping of the magazine. In all these years I have not found an everyday carry pouch that I like as well as these.

I use nothing else. Lawrence Mudgett Combat Infantry vet and retired police officer.

This is a review of your customer service as much as it is the mag pouch. The mag pouch is, of course, great, and I’ve got many of them for other firearms. What was especially impressive was your customer service person who went out of her way to supply me with the older style attachments for the Total Eclipse holster I ordered at the same time.

The holster no longer comes with the FBI cant attachments and the IWB attachments, having been supplanted by the Total Eclipse 2. 0 holster with snap on attachments. She found some older style attachments for me and mailed them out the same day.

First and foremost I personally love these holsters. Very comfortable for ADC. I ordered another 3 for other guns I carry. Once I receive them tried them out but ran into a bit of an issue as I run extended mag releases on all 3 of the particular guns.

When I put a magazine in and holstered the gun the Kydex that covers the release depressed it kicking the magazine on the floor. A little investigating found my issue. I sent an email with photos to customer support and they worked with me through multiple attempts even to the point of offering a full refund/return.

They tried working in a solution with their R&D but without cutting that area around the release there was nothing to be done as it would void the warranty. Again I really like the way these holsters fit so I used a little heat and massaged the areas around my extended releases and that’s all it took.

I contacted my customer service rep and notified them what I did and they granted me the ability to keep the warranty in tact since I didn’t actually cut the product. Hopefully this may be something the R&D can look into for future products.

I couldn’t be happier and the customer service communication is second to none.

My 1st “real” holster, but finish/fit/build quality seem xcellent. Runnin a Romeo1 on’a Sig mount plate, and the mount hits the upper inside edge of holster, which takes gun slightly out of battery. Obviously, it returns to battery when drawn, but I’d think mount plates are pretty common, these days, and the clearance outta be there, outta the box.

Certainly not for EDC, but the XD holster’s a passable fit for my G20SF, 23, and 27.

I got the Buffalo hide holster belt in pink, size 36. Very sturdy, fits perfectly. 4 stars because the pink accent is just hand painted, which could have been done a little neater and I am not sure how long the paint will last.

The belt itself is beautifully tooled, the buckle is sturdy. I expect it will last several years.

This belt is very nice and a clean style. Strong in weight so your firearm does not bend it over away from the body. Nice buckle that comes with the belt. I was so impressed I turned around and bought a second matching belt one size larger to give me more room for my different styles of holsters.

This is the best belt I’ve ever owned. Supports a weapon perfectly without being uncomfortable. I’m a plain clothes detective and at the end off the day, my glock 29 would get a bit heavy. Not with this belt.

You kinda forget the pistol is there. Will be buying a brown one next.

I love this belt. I bought it for concealed carry use, but realized this isn’t the belt for me in that area. Regardless, it looks great and will obviously last a lifetime, so still a solid purchase. My gripe is with what appears to be a rushed burnishing process.

90% of the belt edges are burnished, but the tail end that you feed through the buckle/loops is not, and the last 6 in or so of the bottom belt edge looks like it’s not as burnished as the top. That bottom part I can ignore, and I even tried to ignore the tail end, but every time I put the belt on my attention is drawn to it and I can’t stop thinking about that fact that this is touted as a premium belt that I paid $125 for.

This review is more for whoever is in charge of QC. For any of you shoppers considering this purchase, I’d say don’t worry about having the same experience. I’m going out on a limb and assuming my issue is a rare one.

For context, I had my hands on two of these belts: the first one sent to me was too small (with conceal carry in mind), so I sent it back for the one I now own; however, that first belt was perfection.

No burnishing issues, and the belt looked worth every penny spent on it. So, I was a bit disappointed when I received this and noticed the issues. Initially I was busy, needed a belt, and figured if these issues cause the belt to split at the end the 100 yr warrantee would come to the rescue, so I chose not to make a big deal about it.

But, it’s finally grated on me enough to at least brig it to someone’s attention.

This is an excellent belt, and has the same outstanding quality of the other two Hanks Belts that I own (Esquire Premium Dress Belt and The Brute). I hunt upland game and wanted a thick, quality belt that I could wear in the field and not worry about it being exposed to the weather, briars, tall grass, etc.

I got it in the Montana Bison belt. I went back and forth between getting the brown and the peanut, and ultimately ended up with the brown. Looks exactly the same as in the photos. Belt was delivered promptly.

It is thick, just like the Brute. The Brute has more of a refined finish to it. The Montana Bison is a bit rougher/rugged/outdoorsy (for lack of a better term) finish. Both the Brute and the MB are about the same thickness.

They both fit well. Had no problem with sizing using the sizing chart. I’m a 40, and so ordered a 42. The MB was a bit stiffer at first than the Brute. But it has started to break in, and I have to problem fastening it, or slipping it though the holster of a Leatherman Wave.

I could have just as easily ordered another Brute and been very satisfied, but I wanted to try something different. Ultimately, I like the Brute better, just because I like the finish better. More a matter of personal taste than anything.

And I’m kind of wondering if I shouldn’t have ordered the peanut color in the MB. But again, that’s must a matter of personal taste. Absolutely no regrets regarding the purchasing experience or quality of this belt.

Over the years I have had to buy department store belt from the big and tall store, I had finally found one I liked, but recently with the pandemic and actually before they had stocking issues. I saw Hanks belts on social media and really they 2x the cost of what i usually pay.

Now I know why. They are awesome exactly what I was looking for in a belt. Very thick, durable, comfortable, great for everyday wear. I don’t carry weapons or tools so I probably could’ve gotten a size smaller.

I first got the 1. 5 black gunner and the coated black buckle, couldn’t be more thrilled. Only issue is when you wear it one direction it kind of bends so to straighten it out I have to wear it the other direction.

no big deal just an observation. I had to n do that with my dept. Store belts as well. Then within 1 week I bought the everyday belt1. 5 again very happy probably within a few months I will probably get a couple more.

I would say my favorite it the everyday belt. You have a fan and now a lifelong customer if the quality stays the same. Highly recommend the 2 belts I bought. Probably going to stick with the everyday belt for my preference but both are great.

This is a beautifully made heavy duty belt. The quality of materials and workmanship are excellent. The embossing of the leather is very deep and looks at first glance like it’s hand carved. The finish on the leather is excellent and it looks like it will last me the rest of my life (I’m 55!).

Xlnt craftsmanship bought 3 hillason belts in past 6 months to wear with expensive vintage buckles. Low price high quality. And no buckle to dispose of.

I have been a concealed carry licensee holder for 27 years here in Texas since it has been legal. There is probably not a handgun made that at one time or another I have carried in those 27 years, and all were carried in a leather holster, until now.

When Kydex first came out I thought that was the stupidest silly thing someone could do making a holster out of plastic. Blasphemy! Well, I saw the light, or a YouTube video, that caught my interest on the Tulster OWB Contour Holster.

The biggest issue I had with the Kydex type holsters was how far they stood out from the body. I like the gun close and tight against my body and from what I saw in the video that Contour holster did just that.

So, I ordered the Tulster OWB Contour Holster for my Glock G43X from Tulster and It fits close just like I like it and is more stable than any leather holster I have owned. I like the snap in and out feel knowing that gun will never leave that holster unless I pull it out.

Another leather holster goes in the holster drawer, and I am a now a proud Tulster Kydex holster owner. The Contour fits the bill for an OTW. Tulster has converted a dyed in the wool leather holster guy to plastic, er, Kydex holster owner.

Keep up the good work you have an excellent product. Job well done. My next purchase will be the Profile for my G42.

As we all know, there is a plethora of places on the market making Kydex holsters, and this review isn’t about bashing any of those products as I own some of those other brands. But here are the key points I found that make my Tulster purchase spot on for me: 1.

) GREAT finish, the holster is professionally finished, no sharp edges to snag on clothing or skin, easy on and off the belt/pants. 2. ) Adjustable cant, easy for appendix carry or if you aren’t into that great for side carry, i.

e. 3-o’clock. 3. ) Fits my SIG like a glove and the retention is solid, like that it has an adjustable retention screw, full sweat shield and a very positive click when I holster my weapon. 4. ) I like the way the trigger guard is cut which allows me a good purchase on the grip of my pistol, fast and easy access and then to reholster it.

5. ) I like the raised sight channel and the muzzle being open ended which is a bigger plus if I were carrying it OWB. Lastly, love that it’s made in the USA and in Oklahoma, this has been one of my better purchases with regards to holsters, and I have zero regrets on getting it.

This is one that won’t end up in the box of other holsters that didn’t quite measure up to the hype on the website. Hope you get one and like yours as much as I like my Profile.

Very well made holster. Fit pistol perfectly straight out of the box. Cant is adjustable. Holster holds pistol securely, but allows fast draw. Grip is positioned so that a full grip can be achieved while holstered, which enabled an efficient draw.

The design is well thought out, and the molding is very well done. I had researched the type of holster that I wanted, and a number of forums had a significant number of people that currently use this holster and were highly recommending it.

The price was competitive with similar holsters from other companies, it was in stock, and they shipped it out the next day after I placed the order online (I ordered it after hours the evening before).

I used the free shipping, but still had it in my hands in a few days. I am pleased that what I received matched my expectations from all of the reviews I had read. I definitely was not disappointed! I will be using Tulster in the future.

Good style, but for the price, missing other features that competitors offer at 2/3 the price of 511. Most important is a muzzle holder. Competition offers similar case but with a holder to protect the muzzle from punching a hole through the case—it’s gonna happen soon with a muzzle device with teeth (Saber or Shark).

The other negative, which may be a positive for others, is the case is thin and flexes. When I place my rifle in the case, you can see a rough outline of “something” that might to the trained eye look like a rifle—it does not print and scream rifle, but it does draw some attention.

Overall, I’m okay with the purchase, but have bought and will buy more of the competitors.

Looking to carry an AR pistol with out bringing attention to yourself? This is an excellent option. It secures the pistol yet allows for easy access. Plenty of room for spare magazines clothing etc. one exceptional feature is the adjustable shoulder straps.

They can be adjusted up or down to meet any body configuration. Also the shoulder straps are nicely padded and have a very nice sternum strap. This is constructed with premium materials and in my opinion is worth the price.

I use this bag for my duty rifle. I have a 11. 5 inch barrel with a collapsible stock and a mounted optic. The rifle fits perfectly in this bag. The main compartment has strips of molles as well as the front pouch.

The bag has padded shoulder straps and a couple of hand straps for easy carry. Due to the compact size I’m able to easily place this bag into my cruiser for quick deployment. I recommend this bag for duty use as well as personal use.
