20 Best 5 Inch Twin Mattress (2022 Updated)

Definitely meant for children or light weight adults. I added a 3 inch gel topper so it holds up to my weight (235 lbs). I gave it 48 hours to expand and it expanded to nearly the full 5 inches. There’s no odor.

Has a zippered cover you can remove to wash. Over all, I knew this mattress was more meant for children/light weight adults, but I had already bought the twin xl topper for my daybed to put on my old mattress, but wanted a twin xl mattress to go with the topper (my daybed didn’t state it was meant for a twin xl mattress, that’s why I bought the topper), and am satisfied with this brand and mattress/topper combo.

The topper brand is also made by Linenspa.

This is a comfy mattress for fairly lightweight folks like my son and daughter-in-law, who say they sleep very well on it (at least compared to their old mattress), but 5 inches is really too thin for the average person.

When sitting on the edge of the bed, you basically hit bottom. Also, we bought the double/full size, and it’s a good three inches shorter in length than the previous mattress, which fit the bed perfectly.

The 8-inch version of this mattress was out of stock when we bought this one. In retrospect, I wish we had waited until it was available. On the other hand, the price was good.

I read the reviews about this mattress and decided to buy two for my kid’s bunk bed. The mattresses arrived within 5 days (on time). They arrived in a short medium size box and mattresses were vacuumed sealed in two heavy duty plastic wrapping.

The mattress is a perfect fit for the bunk beds. It’s easy to lift and it’s NOT thin and flimsy. The mattress is firm and soft. My kids love the feel of it and says it’s comfortable to sleep on. I layed on it myself and it was more comfortable than the kid’s spring mattresses I previously had.

The price was reasonable and well worth it. With all the other options for memory foam mattresses I’m so happy i decided to get the LinenSpa “5 mattress😊 I strongly recommend getting this mattress!!!!.

This mattress came exactly as described. It was clean, fun to unpackage and watch it expand. No nasty plastic smell at all. Almost ideal. We actually bought it to replace our camper queen. However, this mattress is WAY firmer than I can stand.

Like it has no give at all, and my husband and I are not tiny people. It should give a little if it could. I upgraded so I wouldn’t be sleeping on a board, but I still am. We only managed to use it about 3 nights our first week of camping season before giving up and sleeping on the couch.

I’m trying to see how I can go about returning it and find us a better fit for our needs. but nothing against the company or mattress specifically. I just wanted you all to be aware of how firm it feels.

This mattress is softer than my other 2 memory foam mattresses. Not sure if that is good or bad! It almost has the feel of sleeping on a down comforter, that cradling softness. I don’t have any back aches when awaking.

it give a nice, cuddly sleep. Because it is so soft, I worry about getting ‘dips’ over time, but only time will tell. I love the idea of a removable cover; that is one thing I wanted and have never seen in a memory foam mattress.

The price-point for this mattress is very reasonable. And being able to move the box by myself (at over 65 years!) is a miracle. After moving it, the mattress was just what my back needed!.

Horrible customer service and horrible mattress. The mattress is way too hard and it sinks down on the sides. Sleeping on this is the most uncomfortable thing. It’s hard af and soft af on the sides. Absolutely do NOT recommend this mattress unless do you like torturing yourself with sleepless nights.

Smells awful and does not rise all the way as it should. I wouldn’t even give it to my worst enemy.

In case color matters to you, product sidewalls are white, top and bottom are grey. Ordered split queen so it could go up stairway. Arrived quickly, and it’s conveniently packaged in 2 separate recyclable cardboard boxes which are easy to move into the house.

Easy to unpack the boxes. The foundation (no springs) is wrapped in plastic so they were nice and clean. Fit into my typical metal queen size frame. Has the little plastic corner guards as shown in the picture.

I have seen foundations that seem like they have a more heavy duty construction, but they also cost much more. This one seems fine unless I invite over a couple NFL lineman or small elephant to sleep on the bed.

I followed others advice and ordered 2 because as stated in other comments the frames come in just a cardboard box with no protection around them and 1 from each box came broken. One box had a big hole that went right into the box spring and the other box the corner was all squished resulting in one of the box springs being crushed.

Over all ok quality, deff on the cheaper side but it serves its purpose. We have a pull to adjust frame and it fits perfect. Only issue is the mattress slides but that’s due to the frame we have. They come wrapped in plastic and we left the plastic on in hopes they last longer because the material is so cheap.

Really light weight, like super light. Overall 2 stars because they r very cheaply made but theu do the trick.

I was very hesitant at first because I was thinking this would make my bed low to the ground but it was actually perfect. My mattress looks how it looked before I moved. I like it so much I ordered another one for my other bed ( remember I was hesitant at first that’s why I didn’t buy both of them at the same time) it was worth the price came actually a few days it was scheduled expected date 7/6, got it 7/2) if u want a 8” it’s more likely to make ur bed higher but whatever your preference u Will not be disappointed.

Also it was very easy to put together two box spring in one box I’m not sure for the 8 but with the 4 it’s two in one.

when I first saw the size of the box and then heard the rattling of the pieces inside I was a little bit uneasy. when I opened it and saw all the pieces it was a surprise! I looked at the pieces on the directions and decided I would try to put it together.

I am legally blind and with the help of my magnifier red the first two steps and with the help of almighty God I was able to put it together. for the price this was a good buy! I did put it together all by myself within 2 hours slowly making sure I felt where the pieces went.

I would recommend this to others it is easy to put together and for the price a nice sturdy box frame to lift your bed up higher!! much better for me to have it higher to get up and down and not hurt my knees.

I absolutely LOVE this “box spring”! (No springs) I’m sure it’s going to add years of life to our bed. Easy assembly! Comes with all the tools needed. Lightweight but VERY heavy duty! We bought the king size for our bed and it only weighs #50 Made of metal without any squeeks during sleep or other bed activity.

Hubby and I are on the heavy side and it does not affect the performance of the product. Very affordable! Highly recommend.

Product comes shipped in a long and narrow box that was easy to fit into my hatchback after I let the back seat down. Me and my Dad assembled this, after laying it out per the stickers on the metal pieces and getting everything in place.

Assembly was easy, and the stickers on the metal pieces made it more simple. The best part was when you put on the cover, it really came together and looked finished. I also really liked that the cover has a zipper for easy removal.

I think this box spring it very sturdy and will last me for a long time. I purchased a medium firm memory foam mattress to go with, and the combo of the mattress and box spring is much more sturdy and does not give like my previous traditional box spring and coil pillowtop mattress.

Honestly, I was seriously skeptical. Buying anything online without feeling or touching it is hard. However, I read the reviews and they seemed to be good, so I purchased it. The delivery process was rather easy and came quick.

I was a little upset though when the email said my product had arrived and it wasn’t at my door. But after chatting with an online assistant I was told it was marked as delivered because it was dropped at the post office.

She told me to wait 48 hours and if I didn’t get it by then to reach out. It came within the hours. I bought this bed for my 4 year old. The set up was simple and self explanatory. The mattress comes in a box and in plastic, after removing it and allowing time to expand it was ready to go.

They say to let it sit for 24 hours, but I let it sit for like 4 or so, it was fine. My toddler slept on it and it still fluffed up with no issues!! The bed is very firm.

My mattress expanded to nearly 5 inches same hour I unpacked it. By the way, this company packages their products very securely and waterproof. They shipped it amazingly fast. Upon arrival and unpacking, I waited for 24 hours, as recommended, before I tried to sit on this mattress.

After 24 hours, it expanded to about 6 inches. After a couple of days, I tried to sleep on this mattress over the night. I am an adult of about 155 pounds. Feels great, I did not feel any difference between the comfort level of this 5″ mattress and my other 12″ mattress from this company.

Firm, good support. The length is as described 74. 5 inches. Though 75. 5 or 76″ would work ideal for my daybed, it is not essential. Will put a lot of long and square shaped pillows on it anyway. Next, the shell can be unzipped and laundered.

The fabric texture is great. Overall, very happy with this mattress. All as described, even better. Thank you.

Our nerodivergent kiddos have a tendency to shred mattresses, so we didn’t want to spend a fortune on yet another mattress (We’ve gone through 5 in the past 2 years alone 🫣). For the price these are amazing! They’re stiffer than expected, but thats actually what we were hoping for.

We were able to use it without a boxspring for our kids. If me and my husband lay on it together we can just barely feel the boards, but the little ones have no complaints. They love the bright colors and so far have been unabble to destroy these ones 🤞.

bought this for a hospital bed(which are twin xl). fits nicely BUT 5 inches is too thin to be putting on a bed spring type of base. The springs are felt. Fortunately, I had a 3 inch memory foam topper left over from redoing my full sized bed.

I cut the topper to fit the hospital bed and its literally perfect. Perfect for me anyway. I like a medium soft bed. I also purchased a zip up, waterproof twin mattress cover and inserted both this mattress and the 3 inch topper into it so it sort of makes an all in one 8 inch mattress.

I am extremely impressed with the results. Havent slept so soundly in a very long time. How much a good bed influences the quality of your waking hours never seriously occurred to me until just recently.

Wished I’d prioritized super comfortable sleeping arrangements long, long before now. Trust me; Getting your bedding right will change your life for the good.

It’s holding up since nearly 1 yr of usage. There was NO repulsive chemical smell. The bed inflated to the designed thickness within 24 hrs of unpacking. Bear in mind not to lie on it for 24 hrs or until it reaches its full thickness.

Usually it will inflate to full size in a few hours. But it can vary.

It’s a really good mattress. I wasn’t sure if 5” wouldn’t be thick enough to be comfortable but I had to get a mattress that would fit in the lower drawer of the trundle bed I have in my vacation rental.

I originally bought a 7” mattress and couldn’t push the bed in when it wasn’t in use. So I bought this one and it fits perfectly, allowing me to put sheets on the lower bed and push the drawer closed so it’s ready if the guests need it.

And as a super great bonus it’s very comfortable and provides plenty of support.

Overall, I think it’s a pretty good buy. I’m only around 5’1” and I have a decent amount of room. I bought it for bunk bed use and it fit very well in the frame and all. It’s pretty comfortable and the cover is easy to wash.

Although I’ll be getting another mattress soon since my family is moving, I will still be using this for a while and I’m very satisfied with it. I just wish that, when certain things spilled, there was an easy way to get clean the foam without messing up the mattress itself because the cover is easy to wash but it’s not necessarily thick enough to protect the foam part against certain spills.

That being said, not much movement transfers to really spill things either which is very nice.

It came in box that was pretty messed up but the mattress itself was wrapped pretty tightly in plastic inside and showed no damage. When unwrapping it we let it lay flat for 24 hours and then put it on a twin sized frame.

The mattress isn’t really thick but its comfy. Better then most mattresses in guest rooms. Will be perfect for kids and guest rooms. Maybe not for long term use for a big adult as I’m sure it’ll flatten out but great for long term use for kids.

My daughter sleeps very well at night and loves the tie dye pattern on it.

I purchased these foam mattress for my two granddaughters bunk beds. There is a little bit of a gap, but the girls love them. They say they are very comfortable and they are so glad that they got them.

They also love the tie dye colors. I would recommend these mattresses.

The mattresses expanded fully. I used these for my daybed. I bought 2 since the daybed turns into a king bed. Perfect height. Comfortable mattress for kids and teens. Good overnight mattress for adults, but not as your everyday mattress.

I ordered this mattress on Black Friday and it was delivered days earlier than expected – which was a great surprise. I let it come to room temperature, then unpacked the mattress in the area where it was going to be installed.

I pulled the packing material away and left the mattress alone. It quickly worked out the bends and folds (I mean seriously, whoever thought up the idea to vacuum seal a mattress was either a genius or on some really great stuff).

I let the mattress do it’s thing for 48 hours and then set it up on the affordable frame that I also purchased from Target. I never noticed an odor from the mattress at all. Slept on it for the first time last night and it was perfect! The medium mattress was the right selection for me – not too soft and not too hard (I know, I sound like Goldilocks!) but I didn’t sink into it and it didn’t bother my hips like firm mattresses do.

I’d highly recommend!.

I wanted to wait until I used this mattress for a longer period of time to give an accurate review, and it did not disappoint! I have been sleeping on this mattress daily for almost a year & it looks and feels just as it did the day I got it.

It arrived vacuum-sealed, was easy to open, and inflated fully within 24hrs (no depressed corners or anything), but I let it take the full recommended time to inflate before using it just incase. I’ve been sleeping on it every day since on just a metal bed frame with no box spring, no topper, and it’s still extremely comfortable (especially for those who like moderately firm mattresses).

The foam has not formed a crater where I sleep & the mattress does not trap heat even in the warmest temperatures. So worth it!.

I bought this mattress to replace an older traditional mattress. As I’m getting older, I’ve been feeling my joints (lots of pain): hips, lower back, shoulders, knees. I’ve been sleeping on it for two weeks.

Within a week, all of those pains were pretty much relieved. Whew. It feels good to move my arms without shoulder pain. I didn’t think this would be that amazing. And, I used to wake up in the middle of the night with hip and knee pain — no more.

However, during this second week, I’m now waking up in the morning with upper back pain (trapezius) — and I wake up in the middle of the night because my ribs hurt. I think this is happening if I roll to my side.

I think I just need to learn new/better sleeping habits. I am a stomach and side sleeper, the medium seems a bit too firm for me to be on my side so I’m trying to figure out how to sleep on my back (the weirdest position ever!) — it’s a work in progress.

I’m not a very large person, just over 130 lbs, so it’s likely more firm for me than it would be for folks who are a bit heavier. I hardly sink in at all while flat and I have no trouble rolling over.

So, overall, I’m happy with the initial results and am hopeful that the rest will resolve itself soon.

I was sleeping on an old twin mattress and it was SO uncomfortable. I’m a student and couldn’t afford an expensive mattress, so after reading reviews, I decided to go for this one. PROS: -The price is unbeatable! Most mattresses cost AT LEAST multiple hundreds of dollars.

This one is a steal. -It’s super portable. I picked it up from my local Walmart and took it home in my Toyota Camry. I also carried it into my house and up the stairs to my room (I am 125 lbs). -It expands quickly! Mine only took 25 hours to reach the full 5 inches, though for others it may take longer.

-It works without a bed/frame. I have this mattress on the floor or my room and I do not feel the floor at all. I lean it against my wall once a week to air it out. -MOST IMPORTANTLY: It is insanely comfortable! This is by far the MOST comfortable mattress I have EVER slept on (I come from a family that buys pretty high quality mattresses).

It is the perfect combination of firm and soft. I always get an amazing night’s sleep and never have any back or neck pain. My fiancé slept on it with me for two weeks and he loved it as well. As I said, I’m 125 lbs and he’s about 160 lbs.

Neither of us had any problems at all, even when snuggling close together in the same spot! CONS: -There is a bit of a weird chemical smell when you first unbox it. For my mattress, the smell decreased a lot over the first 2-3 days but didn’t disappear entirely for about a week.

I kept a window open and burned scented candles to help the process. You will NOT regret buying this mattress, especially if you’re a person on a budget, like me. Thank you, Lucid and Walmart!.

These mattresses are comfortable and came with directions for allowing them to expand. I dropped a star because they’re advertised as twin sized but are about 2-3 inches short of my twin bed frame.

These beds are s real treat. They are perfect for the kids bunk beds. I was pleasantly surprised they were so comfortable

We purchased the mattresses for a bunk bed. They were a little short lenth wise compared to the bunk bed but were the right thickness for the bed to stay safe. They were comfortable to sleep on.

My lower back has been causing me grief for a few years. My friend suggested a new mattress and recommended The Bedroom Store. I told them my bidet and took the sleep metrics test and a few days later this awesome mattress showed up on my doorstep.

Can fee the pressure being taken off my aching joints with each passing night. The mattress came early and was easy to transport into the bedroom as it was fairly light. Despite its lightness, however, the mattress is very sturdy and we are both liking it very much so far.

We purchased this mattress for my granddaughter’s new bed. It was too easy actually. She tried out about a half dozen and decided that she liked this one best. She has been over the moon about her new bed and mattress, and has been looking for excuses to go to bed early! Great product, and exemplary delivery and installation.

This is our second mattress we’ve purchased for our children’s “big kid bed. ” The mattress is the right blend of firm and soft. It’s cozy enough that I’ve fallen asleep on on these, but it is too soft for me to use as my own, though I like a firm mattress (I’m 6’2” and 225lbs).

Regardless, it is a great mattress at a great price. I’d buy this mattress again for a guest bedroom set.

We love this couch so much. The cream color is beautiful and it feels like you’re sitting on a cloud. But it’s firm enough that your back doesn’t hurt after an evening of being a couch potato. We have a one year old and a four month old puppy and it has been very easy to wipe clean with some soap and water.

Buyer beware. They advertise a waterproof cover. After my 4 year old had an accident I am now told that the cover cannot be removed from the mattress and washed. You are advised to “spot clean” a puddle of urine and leave the cover on the mattress.

This is highly impractical as a child mattress cover. Buy this if you want your child’s room to smell like a cats litter box.

It’s decent for the price. I bought this for my 3 1/2 year old who from time to time wets the bed. The blue liner on the mattress has a zipper, so that means it’s easy to throw into the washer. It’s soft and so far my daughter loves it.

This is nice for now until she stops bed wetting, then I can get a better mattress later down the road, but this will do for now. The only down side is it’s super thin, but for a toddler it should work fine.

Wow. The ends aren’t as high as the center. So, so, so stiff. Seems like the material is old or something. It’s just ridiculous.

Normally a “Budget Shopper” would not purchase such a pricey mattress, but I liked the Amerisleep guarantee and wanted to try a mattress that might help my aching back and post-surgery neck. After all, if I didn’t like it, I could give it away! There’s no way I’ll part from this mattress.

This AS2 mattress has supported my husband and me in so many ways and is worth every dollar I paid for it. So, this king-size mattress came rolled up in a box! I had my doubts about the quality of a mattress that could be rolled up into such a small box.

Then, after unrolling it and allowing it to “settle” into its actual size, we placed it on its frame and tried it out. Wow! What a firm yet “soft” mattress! My spine issues resolved themselves on this mattress and we both get a good, comfortable night’s sleep on it every night.

I bought an Amerisleep AS5 Hybrid, based on the recommendation by Trevor, the Amerisleep sales representative I spoke with. I had concluded, based on a solid review by Tuck. com, that the AS5 would be my best choice, and called to inquire further, and to place an order.

I am 5’2″, 130 lbs, a side sleeper, with numerous old injuries that have had me in moderate to severe chronic pain, especially in neck, shoulders, numb hands, and hips, that worsen while sleeping. I’m also very chemically sensitive, and had resisted any consideration of a memory foam mattress due to outgassing of chemicals.

This is my third mattress trial since Thanksgiving, and this mattress is a keeper! I got rid of “my heavenly bed” Stearns and Foster innerspring pillow top, after 6 years sleeping on it because I was sleeping in the deep depressions that were killing my hips and shoulders.

After much research, watching YouTube videos, and reading reviews, I first purchased an organic all latex soft mattress, added a 3″ topper, plus a thick plush mattress pad, and tossed and turned all night, having to get out of bed between 12:30 and 4 AM because of pain.

I then purchased a top quality hotel grade soft mattress, with the same results and discomfort. At my wits end from pain and lack of sleep, I discovered the Amerisleep AS5 review by Tuck, which indicated that it was the best suited for those under 130 lbs, side sleeper, and any sleep position.

The Amerisleep AS5 Hybrid has saved my life and sanity! I am sleeping through the night, and I love my mattress. I like the decent edge support, softness and plushness without a too firm pushback from underneath, the relative coolness of not having a zone of heat retention reflecting back into my body, the lack of out gassing of volatile chemicals, the immediate rebound of shape when changing positions.

I don’t feel effort in order to change positions, and I do rotate quite a bit during the night.

We must have watched nearly every video review and read every possible article to find a memory foam mattress that provided firm support. and we landed on the AS2. The support is firm, but the surprise to us was the “pillow-top” like experience when you lay down.

We weren’t sure it was going to work for us, but after a month of trying it out. it’s a keeper! Our back and body aches are gone and we’re both definitely sleeping more soundly. I couldn’t have asked for a better match. I researched and researched and could not find a better deal or this particular mattress to be delivered quickly. It was supposed to be 2 day and it took 3. I’m so pleased with that! I applaud the people of Walmart and the delivery services right now.

The mattress is everything I wanted. And the reviews helped me decide. What is strange is that even the negative reviews helped. I learned that I need to make sure to unpack in a warm environment such as a huge sunny window, as I did.

I actually made sure the plastic wrapped roll of a mattress was at least room temperature, if not warmer. Then unpacked and placed on a Serta futon sleeper. Which brings me to another review that said the mattress was not long enough for their bunk bed.

That actually made me want this because the futon that I have is shy a few inches of a twin bed. So, win win there. I’m also a petite thin person, which is why I was looking for a plush soft mattress for my home office/art studio because the work at home thing has really made for some weird schedules and sleep habits.

I was in need of two twin mattresses for my two small children 5 and 3 years old. I saw this and since I couldnt spend 400$ on mattresses I figured I would try these. I had a box spring with hard foam padded top and figured I would put these on top.

Out of the box I was nervous because it was smaller than the box spring, hard, and creases were in the mattress. I let them sit for a few hours when I went to work and I came back and they were thicker than I even thought and so soft.

I slept on my sons mattress and it was the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. My back and hips felt so supported but without that weird sinking and stuck feeling you get with gel memory foam mattresses.

The kids wanted to be able to jump on these but they aren’t bouncy like that, but it’s still not too firm. This felt so comfortable I am ordering one for my bed as a mattress topper, and I know that this mattress is only 5 inches and would probably be fine as it’s own on top of my box spring.

The mattresses was clean, the boxes they came in were intact, and I am just so blown away with this product for the price. Its great for small children and I trust it will work for me as an adult. Great buy!!!.

We love this mattress so much. We mainly use it for a guest bed but will use it ourselves as well. All of our guests comment on how comfortable it is, no matter what their usual firmness preference is.

It’s a good thick mattress that gives you all the support you need in all the right places. It’s also soft enough to give way to your pressure points and form to your body making it for a well rested nights sleep.

Even though we have had it so long, it’s held up well with no sag and no dipping. It doesn’t seem to run hot like some memory foam can.

Perfect for our toddler’s transition to a full bed. Wanted a mattress that wouldn’t make the bed too much higher but still had a nice comfort level. My husband and I both laid on it with him and it’s actually really cozy! Also bonus it’s got grippers on the underside Which I didn’t realize until we put it on a frame we also bought from Wayfair and thank goodness for that otherwise it would be a slip and slide on it! Happy surprise.

was worried about few negative comments around it not expanding, however tried due to good deal. The mattress came in vacuum packed plastic bag (guess that’s how they deliver it in smaller boxes), the mattress expanded quickly after opening the bag.

This Euro-top mattress is medium firm and provides very good back support no matter if you are a back sleeper or side sleeper (sorry can’t test in on my stomach). On this mattress I always get a full, deep sleep and wake up full of life and energy.

The mattress is supportive all over and even lets you sleep all the way on the side with great support. Lets discuss to the main feature (especially for summertime) – the cooling fabric/technology they use in this mattress really works well and I have never during all these nights woke up sweating or overheated.

The bed is good on a box spring or on a regular frame/platform bed – the quality of sleep it provides is still the same. I haven’t found any sagging spots on the mattress yet even as I am not in my model weight now – and believe me I am producing lots of pressure on the bed and I sleep at least 12 hours a day! I couldn’t be happier to have this mattress in my home and I highly recommend you buy one for your home as well.

Simmons Holiday Medium Eurotop Mattress has the perfect firmness for side sleepers like myself and back sleepers like my husband. The mattress is surprisingly high and is about an inch or two higher than our old memory foam mattress.

We have a platform style bed with wood slats close together and did not use a box spring under our new mattress. Prior to this mattress, we’ve owned one made from memory foam and I didn’t even notice how uncomfortable it was until we replaced it with the Simmons Holiday Medium Eurotop Mattress.

I’ve been waking up with pain in my lower back for quite some time now but haven’t experienced any back pain since replacing our mattress. It takes me less time to fall asleep and I don’t toss and turn in the middle of the night anymore.

A better night’s sleep allows me to wake up well rested and better sleep has helped my overall health as well. I thought the soft top would be an issue in keeping me cool throughout the night but I have yet to sweat.

If anything, I’m cooler sleeping on this mattress than my last one.

I wanted a new mattress after owning our current one for almost a decade, it was shot! I used to prefer a softer mattress but over the years learned to love his firm mattress for the back support it offered.

Although we both prefer a firm model there is a lot of variations when one say the word “firm”. Are we talking like sleeping on a rock with no give or movement or one that has a sturdy support structure but you sort of melt into it.

This mattress you kind of just melt into it after a long day of physical work. The bed is perfect for all of our needs, including the cat who sleeps on my head! Simmons has always been a name I heard in commercials but never got the chance to try.

This mattress meets all of our needs and then some. The mattress is firm but yet plush and soft on top. The mattress was light enough for myself to move upon delivery when he was not home. I love my queen size bed but I am contemplating a king size in the future.

Thanks to quarantine we have seem to grown a little wider, and with more pets and children on the horizon a bigger bed will be a must. I will be 100% seeking out a Simmons mattress when that day comes.

Buying this mattress has been so frustrating to say the least. So I ordered the Lull Lux Hybrid mattress and mattress cover. The cover arrived in a polymer bag that had torn in shipping and therefore stained the cover.

Lull replaced that which was great. The mattress took a long time to arrive but this was due to FedEx. The delivery notifications would say it was out for delivery and then it would show as delayed. it was a mess!! Upon arrival of the mattress, the box looked like it was sent through a wood chipper.

I would attach photos but there is no option for me to do so. Anyhow, because of the heavy damage to the box, the plastic was also torn on the mattress which caused it to slowly expand within the box and also allowed for whatever dirty water or whatever that was to spill into the plastic which stained the mattress.

I called customer service and they approved a new mattress to be sent out. I bought all this on 11/25/21 and I’m still waiting for the final mattress to arrive. I will say, customer service and management have been great at handling all these issues but their downfall is allowing FedEx to deliver these.

As a matter of fact I just checked tracking for the replacement mattress and guess what? It is now showing as “delayed” just like the original mattress. As I said, customer service has been great but when your paying almost 2k for a mattress, you shouldn’t have this many issues.

As for rating: -Customer Service is 5 stars -Product is yet to be determined as I haven’t received it. -Delivery 1 Star (ideally 0) -Mattress Cover 4 stars since the texture of it feels quite nice but would probably be much better if I had the actual mattress.

In all, I would never order another mattress from this company unless they used another shipping company that can handle this size and weight of box. Reason I gave them only 2 stars is because I’ve spent so much time on the phone with them to resolve so MANY issues and still don’t have the final product.

So be aware people and really read these reviews because all those BAD ones you read along with mine are so VERY TRUE.

There are a few things that have led me to dislike my purchase…. 1) The shipping isn’t as quick as they advertise it to be. Their ads give the impression that the product will arrive to your home within 3 days.

However, they should note that there are other variables that can contribute to the delay – like paying through Affirm (payment plan) and purchasing on a weekend. For example, I ordered (2) Twin XL mattresses + foundations with legs + mattress protectors on a Saturday.

However, it wasn’t until Monday that I got a message stating that my order isn’t confirmed yet because Affirm still has to verify my account. After a few more days, I was notified the order is set but I had to wait 3 days for the items to ship.

My order was then delivered sporadically over a course of 3 days and at the end, it took 10 days to receive everything in full. 2) The manual should be custom to the product I ordered. For example, I spent 10 minutes looking through the box, around my living room and in the trash thinking that I was missing 20 wood screws.

After calling the help line, they mentioned the wood screws are for the King, Cal King, Full and Queen beds. It would be HELPFUL and save a lot of time if that was noted in the Assembly Instructions! It mentions that there are only 4 foundation legs for Twin/Twin XL and No Center Support Rails for the Twin/Twin XL – but it fails to note that the 20 wood screws are NOT needed for Twin/Twin XL.

3) The part that really makes me dislike my purchase is the fact that my mattress keeps falling through foundation because the slat packs are not long enough to be secured in the pocket. I have counted 12 times now that I have fallen through while siting on my bed.

I shouldn’t have to worry about how I move around on my mattress. I have figured that the slat packs need to be longer in length because if you move them half an inch it falls through the opening of the foundation frame.

Also, it could probably use a center support rail to assist in holding up the mattress. Every time the mattress falls through, I have to remove the mattress, pick up the fallen parts of the slat pack and place them back in the pockets.

Then I have to call someone else to help me place the mattress nicely and aligned onto the foundation. BE ADVISED IF YOU WANT TO PURCHASE A TWIN/TWIN XL FOUNDATION. The mattress is wonderful, but the foundation sucks!!!.

I first purchased a full size Lull mattress back in 2018 & after about a year or so, we immediately noticed that the mattress was sinking in the middle. It got really uncomfortable and it was too small, so we decided to purchase another mattress, but a queen size in 2020 instead.

Well, a year or so after that, the same thing happened. I’ve tried contacting customer service about it and they wanted pictures and never told me how to even take a picture to prove that the mattress is 1 1/2 inch deep sinking.

All I know is that when my husband and I lay down, my entire half portion of my body in the middle of the bed is so low that my body hurts. The middle is so badly sunken in that I’ve been getting up in the middle of the night to sleep on our couch because my body hurts so badly.

I so badly want to like the mattress and company because the concept is so cool and it’s much more affordable compared to the others on the market. I’d love to purchase a king and new bed frame with one of the newer kinds of mattresses they now offer to give it another shot, but im scared it would break down so fast too and then I’ve spent $1000s on multiple mattresses when I could have just bought one expensive quality one.

I hope they fix this issue because there are hundreds and hundreds of reviews in different places having the exact same issue. No matter the support of the mattress, there’s some sort of defect that makes it lose all support in the middle.
