This book was smaller than expected but packed with interesting facts and recipes. Perfect for the person who loves to host afternoon teas.

This is a dear little book, beautifully presented with recipes, illustrations and chit chat. What I particularly like is the fact that it dispels that myth which is circulating, in this country particularly, that High Tea is an elitist affair with fine china, embroidered table cloth, silver teapot, etc etc.

It certainly is not that and here in black and white we can see the origins of high tea which was designed for country folk coming in to a good farmhouse tea. As a child I can remember high tea being served before I had to return to boarding school – maybe a boiled egg, or something on toast, followed by sandwiches and a good substantial cut- and come-again cake.

A meal in itself and hearty enough to make dinner unnecessary. All in all this is a good read.

I thought this was a lovely old fashioned book that was informative about the tradition of afternoon tea. I really enjoyed it.

This is the first time ordering your tea. Someone gave me a few sample packets so I did the research so I could order more tea. I am really enjoying this variety pack. I already tried most of the flavors.

I like the convenience. You can make a 1/2 gallon pitcher at a time. If you choose a little sweetener (my preference is Belgium beet rock sugar). I just melt the small amount in around 10 oz. of water and add it to the cold brew.

The tea has a very fresh aroma and it is very refreshing. This allows you to try many different flavors to see which are your favorites. The only tea I was not thrilled with was the spicy ginger peach.

For my taste it was too much ginger forward and I felt it overpowered the peach. I made an adjustment though. I had some herbal peach tea so I added enough to make a full gallon. This way I made it very tasty for my family.

All of the other flavors I felt were outstanding high quality fresh tea (so much better than the tea bags with just the tea fanning or tea dust you get at your local grocery store, not to mention all of the good benefits of drinking loose leaf tea.

I will definitely be placing future orders when I figure out my favorites. Wow! This is such a nice variety (12 different flavors and 2 of each flavor so I also have plenty to share with others.

It’s the year 2022 and it’s been 105F in Texas for 3 weeks in a row with no end in sight. The inside of my home is always 85 degrees despite the AC on full blast. It is miserable. I’ve never had cold brew ice tea packaged like this before and decided to impulse buy.

I was shocked at the size of the box when it arrived not realizing the quantity of tea I had ordered. Did I make a mistake? Was this too much tea? No. This tea is perfection. All of it. Nothing calms you down when the earth is on fire and the impending doom of climate change is upon you like a nice, fresh, cold glass of ice tea.

All the flavors are delicious, it’s easy to make and I love having control over the sugar content in my tea which makes it healthier than the sweetened store-bought ice tea. Thank you Tiesta Tea for making living in this hellscape much bearable.

If you are wondering whether or not to buy this variety pack, just get it. Stop reading the reviews and just buy it. Totally worth.

After the tea brand that I normally purchase discontinued their line of cold brew herbal teas, I came across Tiesta Tea while shopping for other options online. I find that cold brew options are usually very limited, especially when it comes to herbal teas, but not with Tiesta.

I wanted to try them all and found that I could with the variety 24 pack. I ordered three boxes to hopefully last through the summer, as I enjoy an iced tea daily. I’ve sampled six flavors so far and all have been exceptional in taste and blend.

The large pouches are super convenient for making a pitcher at a time. Even though more expensive than my previous brand, Tiesta Tea has become my new go to for cold brew herbal tea.

I like my tea with a strong flavor, add milk and 2 heep teaspoons of white sugar and I’m a happy bunny. This make of tea is good. It’s not as great as Tetley Strong but it’s still makes a good strong cuppa that keeps me happy and helps with homesickness and missing my family.

I purchased by first 40 bag box of BUILDERS Tea Bags by pure luck(MISTAKE!). When I made the very first cup I was hooked. The wonderful body and pure after-taste was exactly what I have been searching for in all the years that I have been enjoying tea.

Nothing else has come close to the satisfaction that I experience with EVERY cup. I’m sold on it and I highly recommend it to all of my friends, most of whom I have shared cups with!.

I have been drinking builders tea for the last 5 years or more. usually I buy my supply at a tea shop in ft. worth, texas when I visit there, but didn’t go this year. I am happy to find teadog. the prices are good and shipping cost is reasonable.

Builders tea is strong, full flavored and steeps quickly.

I do not normally drink herbal tea but used it for an upset stomach. Pleasant drinking if you like herbal teas. Very strong fragrance of clove and cinnamon with just a subtle orange fragrance. I steeped the teabag for over three minutes so it was too strong for me so that’s a caveat.

I was having lunch in Santa Barbara with a friend and we had lunch at a place called the Good Earth. He ordered iced tea and I said Pass!. He told me to at least give this particular tea one sip before disregarding it out of hand.

I have been drinking it now for 30 years or so and it is the only iced tea I wil drink. The flavor is amazing and it is so aromatic. It is sweet, however, there are no sweeteners, has unreal flavor and is simply the best at any price.

My experience: I often don’t like doing my own manis as I find that even with base top coat, regular Polish doesn’t last more than a day for me before chipping. Wow have I been pleasantly surprised. This is a buttery, creamy nail polish formula.

It glides on beautifully is easy to apply. Chuffed to bits is a gorgeous opaque periwinkle blue color that is well pigmented. I applied two even coats a top coat noticed full color opacity. I’ve been wearing these for a few days have noticed minimal to no chipping.

This is a huge win for me as I always get angry with chipped nails after one day of wear. Overall: I’m in LOVE with this londontown lakur! I always have a hard time maintaining at home manis because they chip so easily but not this one.

It’s a clean formula, long wearing, beautifully pigmented nail polish. Retails for $16 which is pricy but we’ll worth the investment when it’s hard to find long lasting polish. 5/5.

This was my first bottle of Londontown fingernail polish. I was very disappointed with Honeymoon Lakur. The picture of it was a beautiful shade of pink, as shone in the picture of it attached to this review.

What came in the bottle appeared to be lilac but when I put it on my nails it was GRAY with bluish tinge. Also, the Lakur did not spread well. The second coat gummed up and was very splotchy leaving some areas of the nail unpainted.

I think something was wrong with the formulation used for this batch as there have been so many good reviews of your fingernail polishes. I did purchase your Duplex Base & Top coat with the purchase of Honeymoon and it smoothed out the the shoddy two coat color application of the Honeymoon Lakur.

I have purchased your nail cream, Kur Remover as well and I am very pleased with them. However, I feel the Honeymoon polish Lakur was mislabled and was not properly prepared. I do feel a corrected bottle of Honeymoon should be sent to me.

I am in love with all of Londontown products. This Queen of Hearts color is lovely, plus I love the wide brush. I have several Lakur colors. The brush makes a big difference. I can polish most of my nails with 1 swipe of the brush.

Thumb sometimes take 2 swipes if I don’t center on my nail. It is amazing and saves time! Two coats and I am done! I am a nail lacquer junkie and can’t help myself. This polish really has staying power.

I do use Londontown basecoat and the topcoat which probably is a factor of its staying power. My hands are in water everyday and all day long. Most nail lacquer start to chip by the second day. No chipping for a week+.

I usually change polish weekly but if I cant get to my weekly manicure, I can go 2 weeks sporting Lakur without my hands looking too terrible due to minimal chipping. Thank you Londontown!.

I adore this tea. Yes, it is bold. Yes, it is strong. But that is what makes it work so well as an afternoon pick-me-up or in place of a coffee after a meal. The trick with this, or any tea really, is to make certain that it is brewed properly.

For this tea I have found the perfect steeping time to be exactly three minutes any longer than that and it will burn rather quickly which will leave you.

Lot of flavour. I have a few favourites already. Still haven’t tasted all of them. But I want to try more. And it’s organic. Would even be better if it’s also fairtrade.

The tea infuser was not sealed and the tea keeps falling out. I give it a 3 because I love the different teas especially the yellow and teal detox teas.

I love twinnings tea. They have such a variety of flavours that are always high quality. This particular flavour is a wonderful black tea with a bold taste I love. The fact that they have loose leaf is even better.

This is a beautiful, rich, deep red. I wear this on a short, squared off manicure, giving it a “retroesque” look. Yet, this color is so rich that it is still absolutely appropriate for business wear as well.

I fell in love with this color in the “Lakur” line and was ecstatic to find it in a gel! I, of course use an UV/LED lamp to cure (dry) the polish, making sure to wipe after each coat (base, color, top) with an alcohol prep pad.

My results have always been a durable manicure that lasts me up to 3 weeks of work, chores and being a Mom! Being a Mom, time is precious, so the expediency and convenience of the gel line are an absolute bonus! Searching fir a clean product, is what brought me to London Town, their beautiful colors and variety of product line will keep me returning as a consumer.

My favorite all-time nude nail color. It’s a beautiful almond beige neutral color! Please Londontown bring it back to its original lakur formula. I loved this, yet the gel application was a bit tricky.

I love this color. It’s something in between purple and brown. It’s dark enough to be considered dark, but not that dark to look black in darker setting. This is the color that will go well with anything.

On my second week and it still looks perfect.

My partner was super excited to receive this as a history buff with a love of tea. We both love the presentation and enjoyed being able to show it off to friends, who also thought it was a cool concept.

The only downside was the teas we have tasted aren’t particularly exciting – then again, I’m sure most things weren’t as flavorful back then anyway. Still it is definitely decent quality and I would recommend this to anyone who isn’t super picky about tea flavor.

We received this gift from a friend this week. The packaging is simply amazing–well thought out, high quality, elegant–it just feels like the nicest packaging tea has ever been placed within. The overall box came well packed in an outer box that was very well secured with packing.

The box that holds the tea samples is really cool, like a nice vintage cigar box–but even cooler–it seals with magnets! Each serving of tea is stored in these really cool pyramids, with the leaf tea string sticking out the top.

Even the tea string stands out, it is wired so it sticks up and cannot fall into the tea cup while you are drinking. They really thought of everything. The individual tea pouches are made of a micro mesh material that looks beautiful and works very well.

The first tea we opened could be smelled throughout the room, each packet is well sealed and fresh. This is simply a great gift for anyone who loves tea. Most people will have never seen anything like it.

We were first introduced to Tea Forte in the tea service at the Price of Wales Hotel in Waterton Lakes National Park, British Columbia. This was a full English tea and they amazingly trusted the experience to an American tea company.

We’ve always sought out their teas ever since.

Like many of the others. does not taste like what you buy in bottles. Taste like lemonade. Gave it a 1 star mainly because Walmart packaging and shipping. Ordered 6 at one time. They did not package with proper insulation/bubble wrap.

Shipping (FedEx) threw it around as usual. in turn 2 of the 6 were busted open and green tea mix EVERYWHERE! Looked like I had a box of cocaine dilivered to my front door. And the other 4 were dented up real bad.

But not busted open.

Years ago I used to be able to buy this at grocery stores, but in recent years, I haven’t seen the product anywhere locally (I live in a major metropolitan area, so you’d think *someone* would have it—but no.

)In any case, this is the only flavor of sweet tea that really sits well with me. Peach and lemon just aren’t, um, my cup of tea. And I can’t do much sugar (my physiology hates it) so sugar-free is important.

Beware that this isn’t entirely carb-free—it’s about 1 gram of carbs for every regular sized serving, and of course, it’s dissolvable so there *is* some sugar here in one form or another. But it’s low enough that I can tolerate it well as long as I don’t drink too much of it at once.

And at this price? The price is what I love most here. Each jar will make gallons of tea. Many gallons if you make it a bit weak, which I also like. General win. If they managed to make a fully carb-free variety, I’d give them five stars.

I am very happy with the flavor of Lipton’s instant tea. no chance that it gets too strong or is too weak because you can measure how much powder and water for a perfect glass of tea every time. With working from home all the time, I wanted a tea with no calories or artificial sweeteners, so I did a blind taste test to find the best one.

This was the best hands-down! My grandparents always drank this brand and I thought it was because it was cheaper–nope! It tastes the best in my opinion! Turns out, you can learn a thing or two from the people who’ve lived the longest! I originally came out here to see how much caffeine is in every teaspoon (wish they would put this on their packaging–why is it a secret?).

While I was out here, I decided to write a review about how much I’m enjoying this product line staple.

I love the pre-printed tins, because it makes labelling void. Long term, this also goes a long way to save on the environment. These tins are also easier to open and close with my arthritic hands. Wish that eventually all teas will have their own pre-printed tins.

I would even be willing to pay for a first of tin. BTW, the tea was also very good!.

I bought the pitcher with the 4 pitcher packs. This Raspberry flavour is my favourite. It really tastes like raspberries. I used my sparkle machine to carbonate this. Poured over ice and added a few squirts of Sugar fee Raspberry syrup.

This was way better than I ever thought it would be! I made this with Georgia peach seltzer and it was so refreshing and delicious. I also did a 50/50 with lemonade…to-die-for!! If you’re on the fence about this infusion, take the plunge you won’t regret it.

Quite sweet on its own. I usually add a tiny touch of honey or monk fruit sweetener to my herbals & fruit infusions but this doesn’t need any props!.

I have been drinking this tea iced for years now and I have yet to find another tea that matches this one. It was the first tea I tried iced and it is always my go-to summer drink, definitely a win, in my opinion, you can’t go wrong with this one.

Very good as an iced tea. If you like Mango Fruit Punch you will like this tea. I would say one or the other. I dont think the flavor are too different to require both in your stash.

Reminds me of some groggy mornings in a B&B and how good breakfast tea wakes you up gently.

First time ordering this tea. Great flavor! This tea is good for someone who likes a robust breakfast tea, and it stands up well with milk and/or sugar.

UPDATE: Still yummy. 11/14/20 There is such a creamy, caramel-y sweet smell as the CommuniTea packet is opened. I had to look twice, is this a black tea, really? I do not see anything else – just the dark black-like dried tea leaves waiting for a chance to dance.

I pour 200F water over them and let the party begin. I can hardly believe my eyes when they are done- the leaves are now green and what they give up makes the tea a much brighter, redder color than I would have expected! It smells like black tea as the bitterness hits my nose, however, the flavor is so sweet and creamy.

I keep checking the cup to make sure I am drinking the correct tea. Bitter in the nose, sweet in the mouth, with a soft, full bodied mouthfeel, and sight astringency on the tongue. However the finish is clean.

Adding the smallest amount of heavy whipping cream makes the tea even creamier (if that is possible). I add teaspoon of Truvia sweetener (to 10 oz), and what a sweet cup of tea! It tastes just as good in the second steep.

I have been trying to avoid caffeine, however, I may have to buy this one. (2 steeps: 3 mins @ 200 F + sweetener and cream).

14 Nov 20 communiTEA review: Moderate cream and mild black tea dark chocolate aromas were noted from my communiTEA packet this morning. I decided to do a lower temperature steep to stave of any black tea bitterness.

No milk products were added because I wanted the cream flavor to stand on its own. When hot, a mild, but acceptable dark chocolate bitterness was noted. Cream flavors were weak. So I decided to add a little sugar to tone down the bitterness and bring cream flavors forward.

When warm, moderately smooth and creamy flavors came forward and were very tasty. Mild chocolate bitterness tastes were still present at the end. This was a really nice sip, but one I wouldnt want to drink on its own everyday.

This is one of those flavored black teas that are better left for blending with others. (3 mins @ 190F, 1/4 tsp sugar).

I enjoy the flavor of this tea by itself or in some blends. Im halfway through a second pouch now and like to brew 2 tsp in a 14 oz. mug for 3 min. at 195F. My CT packet today had my favorite amount of 3 g/ 2 tsp.

to steep. The dark tea leaves brewed into a cream scented golden brown liquor. No bitterness was detected but I was careful about the temp. and time. Today I noticed a delightful chocolate note unlike my previous brews from the 3 oz.

pouch. Maybe the formula has changed? The bright Ceylon tea base in the pouch has a brisk finish that balances the smooth creamy taste vs. the tea base in the CT packet with a hint of chocolate that accented the cream flavor nicely.

I liked the chocolate flavored one better and hope to get that one again on reorder. Chilled, this tea tastes like a delicious cream soda, so yummy! This one will remain a favorite, I love it!.

This is a great way to try different teas and get to know what you like. Here are my impressions of each tea: English Breakfast decaf – I’m not a fan of decaf, but it makes a decent iced tea. Irish Breakfast – A good tea, especially if brewed fairly strong.

Nice flavor, good with milk. Organic Assam – Very nice, will probably get this one in a larger portion. Good breakfast tea. Monk’s Blend – I was surprised by this one–thought it would be too fruity for me, but the flavor is nice and soft, mellow, light fruit inside the black and vanilla flavor.

I give this one an A! Kyoto Cherry Rose Sencha – good-quality green tea and not at all like the grassy senchas I’ve had before, but be prepared for a definite “Rose!” flavor and scent. It’s not subtle! 🙂 *Earl Greys and the Lapsang Souchong are not my thing, so I gave them away.

I’m sure they’re delish if you like those types of tea!.

I ordered different flavors, not this combo. The Bourbon St. Vanilla Rooibos is incredible, plenty sweet enough without added sweetener. I will be ordering more! I didn’t try the lavender since as I opened it I remembered lavender flowers make my nose run and I was concerned about possible allergic reaction.

I will pass the unopened pouch to someone else and use the open one to made something soothing for a friend. Haven’t tried Bella Coola yet. I also have ginger tumeric which tastes medicinal but may have beneficial qualities-adding honey and lemon made it delightful.
