20 Best Almond Oil For Hair (2022 Updated)

Even though you are selling 70% mustard oil in the name of Almond oil, you are not doing your job good. Please work on your bottle. The bottle is very inconvenient. Firstly, it’s a glass bottle secondly the cap doesn’t fit rightly, alot of oil gets wasted because of this.

Most importantly, the oil doesn’t have any good effect on the hair.

A small tester packet was part of the amenities in a hotel where I stayed in India. I liked the way it smelled and made my hair feel. So I bought a bottle after returning to USA. I was disappointed to see that it is 77% mineral oil and 21% vegetable oil.

I did some research and found that mineral oil only creates a barrier from moisture on your hair. It is a petroleum product that is not absorbed. It helps with hair loss (breakage) because it lubricates the hair.

I don’t see how the Almond Oil and Vitamin E can be absorbed by the hair with such a high % of mineral oil. I have found that it builds up on the hair, so only one application ( 2 or 3 drops) between shampoos is all I can use.

It does make my hair shine !! And easy to comb. I will continue to use it, very sparingly.

I use it along with my bronzer especially during summer in beach. Makes your skin glow like anything. Has multi purpose usage can be used as hair oil and also gentle on your skin. Doesn’t get too oily like the other highly viscous oils.

I’ve been using Mielle products since 2015. During the Memorial Day sale this year, I decided to give this oil a try. I absolutely love it. It’s versatile can be used as a scalp oil, hot oil treatment, sealing oil….

It’s just a fantastic oil. The bottle size is larger than what you get from most oils. The only thing that I would prefer would be a bottle topper that allows for more control when pouring. This oil leaves my hair nourished and soft and will always be in my stash.

This product smells so good! There are no buildup residue and it keeps my hair shiny! I believe everyone should buy this product because it helps retain hair growth and smells great. I use this product 3 times a week and I really enjoys it.

Works to smooth down flyaways and frizzies, also to tame hair. The aroma is sweet and subtle, leaves hair smelling feminine. Need to really shampoo to wash it out. I only shampooed once and it was still in hair.

This is an excellent organic, cold pressed, almond oil. I keep this in the shower and apply it to my wet skin after I’ve showered. The water helps move this over the skin easily so you apply an even, thin coat and it absorbs well.

The little bit left on my hands I rub into the ends of my hair and rinse it through. This is a great winter moisturizer and using it in this way, I never feel greasy, remember a little goes a long way.

It comes with a pump but I prefer the snap lid, it’s less messy and more controllable since you need so little. This product has almost no smell, it just slightly has the smell of a bag of fresh almonds in their shell, it doesn’t smell at all like say almond extract, if that’s what you were thinking.

It’s pleasant and fresh and good for your skin. I prefer this to lotions that are full of chemicals and other unknown ingredients, everything you put on your skin is absorbed into your system, so I prefer to keep it organic and pure and this is pure organic oil.

This is an excellent oil at a great price. I highly recommend it.

I have been so into skincare oils lately – facial oils and body oils. My skin is so dry with the cold weather and I’ve found that oils are the most effective topical solutions for my face and body. I’ve used this sweet almond oil everywhere – my face, my body, my hair.

I highly recommend for the face as a lighter, daytime oil applied in the morning. My skin absorbs it readily and I can usually apply makeup after about 5 minutes. I also use it as an after shower body oil instead of lotion.

It is phenomenal for this purpose. My skin stays moisturized for about 3 days. It doesn’t do as well on my hair, as my hair doesn’t readily absorb it. Despite my hair needing a lot of hydration, I find that this oil turns my hair oily and lanky, even with minimal amounts.

This sweet almond oil has no fragrance so perfect for those with sensitive noses or if you prefer to wear a fragrance that won’t clash. I’ve also started using this as a carrier oil to dilute tea tree oil, which I use as an antimicrobial.

I think is the best oil combo I’ve bought. A set of my two favorite oils that has had my hair growing like weeds! This is definitely the real deal stuff and it’s all in the texture of the oil. The coconut oil is more runny which is how it should be at heated temperatures and has little to no odor.

If I may add it’s perfect and better than me having to dig into my jar of solid coconut oil and having to melt it manually. It’s a pain! The castor oil has a thicker consistency and the smell of some can be very strong and unbearable.

This smell is light and easy enough to be covered by a more favorable smell of needed but I like it just the way it is. The oils come in very easy to squeeze bottles as well! Definitely one of my favorites of oil sets so far.

My skin is sensitive to any type of skincare product that contains oil, but I came across this one which really made a difference for me. My skin gets so dried during the crazy cold winter in MI, and I used this for the past three months as my main moisturizer but only once a day which I do after I wash my face with the cleanser in the morning.

It does also give you a nice glow.

Very nice oil, soaks in and doesn’t feel greasy at all. Almond is a natural antiinflammatory, speeds healing, and is a wonderful addition to my skin and hair care. Lovely!

I have not used it yet but I’m sure it does what I want it to do for my dry ends.

Great oil for fine Natural hair and doesn’t weigh it down if I use it sparingly. I purchased this because it came with a pump for ease of use.

The almond oil that was sent was totally differ From the one in the picture but it came with the same amount and great quality! Perfect sweet almond oil for a reasonable price I believe.

I apply this oil 1 hour before washing my hair. It leaves my hair soft, shiny and silky. Also I have noticed that it helps in the growth of my hair. The only downside to this product is the scent. I find it a little too strong for my liking.

This oil saved my hair! After going blonde and using l’ordeal’s everpure blonde shampoo, my hair was a mess. It was so tangled and dry, I couldn’t get a brush through it. I soaked my hair in this oil, and left it overnight.

I washed it out in the morning, and my hair was so soft, and manageable again! It’s amazing. If you have tangled frizzy hair, I recommend trying this. I found it at superstore for under $5. I have been putting it on my ends for about a month, and its really made a change.

This almond oil seems a better quality than others I have tried. Some seem to go rancid after a month or two. I have had this brand for more than several months and it is still fresh, no icky smell. Use on hair, under eyes and weather permitting add a few drops to my lotion.

I have long dry, frizzy coloured hair, so I tried the almond oil and a little extra virgin olive oil mixed and left on for an hour before washing out, very pleased with the result. I have put the almond oil in a small bottle and now apply perhaps daily as a leave in conditioner.

I truly love this product! I typically deal with a severe itchy scalp and this tea tree oil soothes my irritated scalp. I bought this product from CVS Pharmacy. The only thing that irks me is the strong smell.

I purchase this oil and applied it before bed, after cleansing my face with raw honey. There was a noticeable difference to my breakout areas. The swelling and redness was gone. The bump was still there but felt a lot better.

This is a great scent and a lovely oil sheen on my medium length color treated hair. It keeps the shine, keeps the ends from frizzing and I ONLY apply it to the ends. The oil works it’s way up through your hair all day long.

My hair is softer, shinier and the scent is gentle, not strong. I bought 4 more of this after the first one arrive. I’ve applied it to clean dry hair with super shiny results, again only applying to the ends.

After a shower, I was more liberal when I applied the oil. I did use shampoo and conditioner, first, towel blotted and then added about tea spoon size to my finger tips and worked it through my whole hair and then a bit more to make sure I had the ends and I got very nice smooth results.

I adore the smell of this oil! It reminds me of pina coladas and it has a lovely sweet smell. It’s my favorite post shower detangler. Spritz a pump or two into your palms and work into hair however much you need.

I usually divide my hair in half and apply a few pumps to each half as a heat protectant (I need this much since my hair is so thick and long at the moment, you likely need less if you have shorter or thinner hair), then use a cream on top of that to seal in the moisture.

I never apply on my scalp, just the lower half of my hair from the neck down. I love how healthy hair oils have made my hair!.

Make sure to apply on damp skin or it doesn’t work as well. You can even use it before you apply makeup — use a few drops and let it sink into your skin. It helps makeup look much smoother. I’ve been using it everyday for a few weeks and I’ve barely put a dent in the bottle.

I quickly washed it out and had red patches along my hair line. I quess it was to strong for me. That is probably not the case for everyone. If you try it, maybe start with a small test area first. It just didnt work for me.

2 days ago the avocadooil came and since that day I wash my face 3 times a day and apply the oil afterwards, like a miracle I don’t have a single pimple anymore and my skin doesn’t shed. Thanks a lot
