20 Best Bra For Strapless Dress (2022 Updated)

An absolutely miserable fit comfort wise. Way too much padding. I would return but there was nothing in the package with return instructions. The panties are perfect!!

This is my usual bra size but after reading reviews I ordered it in several sizes and I’m so glad I did. It barely hooked on the last set of hooks and it felt I like I was being crushed it was so tight.

The next size up fit perfectly.

The only strapless I can wear! I completely gave up on strapless bras until I found this one. I absolutely love the fact that it holds so well and has no padding what so ever. With DD cups, the padding is absolutely not needed with so much already going on up there.

This company is the only one I have found so far that understands. I have done away with the entire pile of useless strapless bras that were taking up space in my dresser drawers for years and replaced them with the Lilyette Tailored Strapless Minimizer.

I’m 44 and this is the first strapless bra that has ever actually worked for me. I ordered the 36D and my regular bra size is 36D. If it stretches out any, I’ll be in trouble because I have it on the tightest setting.

I tried the 34D and 34DD. The band fit better, but the cups were too small on the 34D and I got the fabric ripple on the 34DD. Hopefully that will save you from having to order multiple sizes like I did.

I took this bra for a trial run, shopped all day long, tried stuff on, walked around, etc. It didn’t disappoint. Hands down the best strapless bra for larger boobs. I never pulled it up once. I’m really happy I found this one :).

I have worn Lilyette and Bali bras for many years. They are beautifully designed and well made. They run true to size. I had difficulty finding strapless bras; and these, also with the adjustable straps, were what I wanted.

And when they arrived they fit correctly!.

I am 64 getting married and have ordered 9 strapless bras that stated they were good for support. I am a 38 DD or 40 D in a variety of other bras. I ordered a 38 D and it works perfectly!!! THIS ONE! The real deal! I wore this for hours to run errands before an appointment to try on my dress – no slipping AT ALL! AND EXTREMELY comfortable.

I like this bra. It is comfortable to wear but I had a heck of a time getting the bra hooked up. Normally I would hook up in front and then slide the bra around and settle into the bra. The bra has non slip strips on it which made that almost impossible to do.

I will need to figure out how I can hook up with the hooks in the back but so far I can’t get the hooks to go into their spot. I think this will take a lot of practice and soon enough I will get it right.

Other than that, I like the bra. The sizing was correct for me and it looked fine under my clothing. I am glad to be able to wear my clothing without bra straps showing.

If you’re like me, you are so tired of bras that dig in, rubbing and leaving marks. You are constantly adjusting, rubbing and scratching. This bra doesn’t do that. It has got to be the MOST comfortable bra I own.

Its relatively inexpensive and it feels as if I’m going “commando”. Highly recommend – the price is great, the fit is wonderful and the twins can breathe. My bosoms thank you. :).

This bra is so uncomfortable! I keep giving it another chance and wearing it to work and I’m mad at myself for the entire day.

Ordered bras did not fit well. Had the misfortune of both tags coming off while I was trying the bras on. Now I cannot get a refund. Clearly bras were not worn but company policy is no refund. Will never order from this company again and will warn all not to buy anything from here.

Regardless of the brand name “Wacoal” and positive reviews, this is by far the most uncomfortable bra I have ever worn. The underwire digs into my body so horribly all the way around that it is just torturous to wear.

In fact, I don’t know what happened to this brand, most of their bras are extremely uncomfortable unlike years ago. I don’t know what happened, very disappointing. I do not recommend this bra at least not for me.

It’s itchy in the back and actually feels like it’s stabbing me. I’ve tried everything to figure out what it is and it’s just the bra itself. It actually seems to add to your back bulge area or make it more enhanced.

I love Maidenform bras and it is the only brand I purchase. The selection is wonderful, from sexy glam to office to workouts! Currently, I own a convertible bra from Maidenform that is so flattering and looks great with my strapless tops and dresses.

I purchased the Full Coverage Strapless Underwire Bra in the hopes it was the same style as mine. I received them promptly, yet I realized they were slightly different and were not a match for the one I own.

The online price was great, too! A local retail store carries many of the Maidenform items, and I’m hoping to find if there. As an aside, your website was user friendly and made it very easy to place an order.

I don’t wear strapless bras; I’ve never found one that worked for me (still haven’t). If I had tried this bra on in a store, I never would have bought it. Some of my issues with this bra may be necessary for a strapless bra to actually stay up without straps.

First problem, it is very difficult to put on. I fasten the hooks in front of my body then slide the bra 180 degrees around my body into place. This bra doesn’t slide very easily; in fact it slides with great difficulty.

Second, the sizing runs small. Both the band and the cups were smaller/tighter than normal for my size. The band is obviously what keeps a strapless bra in place, so it can’t be loose, but it was very uncomfortable and unwearable for me.

Third, this was not my definition of lightly lined. I don’t care for that much padding.

Nice smooth front. It’s a little less “shelf like” than other strapless bras. My cousin wears hers hiking without any issues. It is tight but I think it has to be just to keep everything up. It’s not one I want to wear all day, but it’s better than any other strapless bra I’ve ever had.

How’s that for review? It stays up. I have substantial equipment so the fact that this stays in place is a plus.

i needed a new strapless bra and wanted one with minimal padding. i liked the idea of this longline maybe helping it stay up but it didn’t pull through. i ordered a 40b as i have a wide ribcage but a small bust and the cups were the size of my head, i wish we would use fit models of all sizes to understand this bra is a waste of fabric at this point.

the worst part is that the boning started sticking through the fabric nearly immediately while i was trying it on.

I tried this strapless on, and immediately felt the need to return it. I do not like the way it makes my chest look incredibly pointy! I prefer bras that give me a rounded look. On a positive note, this bra seems to provide good support and doesn’t seem it’d easily slip down and need constant adjusting.

This bra provides great support despite being strapless. The quality feels strong and I absolutely love the feminine details throughout! My only concern is that while it fits up top, it did not feel comfortably around my mid-section.

Every one carries their weight differently so it appears I may have needed to adjust the size as it kind of squished my mid section out the bottom. Otherwise, it is a gorgeous piece and the bra size fit perfectly!.

I have been looking for a seamless bustier for some time. This Dominique comes close. The fit is true to size for Dominique (I found they run small). I generally wear a 32 but definitely need a 34. The low back provides no hang over and it is quite comfortable.

The support and fit is not as good as the Dominique Satin Tricot (this is an amazing product) but it suits the dress really well. I have found the Dominique bustiers the best by far for a larger bust.

I’ve always been wary of strapless bras because I doubt their ability to uphold and support my. “assets. ” Having some spaghetti-strap tops for the summer, I decided to try this bra since I supposed I could send it back if it didn’t support the twins.

I was prepared to be disappointed, can any strapless bra not made of steel and under $100 firmly hold a DD cup? THIS BRA CAN. I put it on. I went up and down stairs. I jumped a little. I bent over and moved my arms around.

Amazing. It held firm and held me firm. Absolutely true to size, no gaping, very impressed. And very pretty too. If you have a smaller band size but larger cup, this is an excellent choice. I’m laughing at the “Add Photo” option to my review.

Great bra, exactly as pictured. Wide back band with 5 hooks on the side and 2 alternative positions. True to size, second closure would be helpful after some washes. Cups are stready but soft (definitely softer than the bustier effect of Wonderbra), and designed to accomodate smaller/larger breasts; there is no internal gap though, so it depends on the coverage you wish.

The external material is a subtle black lace in contrast to the inner skin beige, so it can be worn wo the straps under various seethrough black lace patterns. Not sure if it would be an ideal pairing with open back items for a formal occasion.

Attractive and comfortable! I use this bra after a mastectomy strapless because straps pull it up. This bra stays put and is padded enough to balance my figure.

Finally! A woman and designer who completely understands not only fashion, but what a woman wants and needs. I can’t say enough about my garment. It is beautifully made and the quality of fabric is excellent.

It stretches enough to keep you comfortable but hold everything in place without smashing everything in. I had a bilateral mastectomy and purchased this because I could not find a strapless bra that held my prosthetics without looking odd under my clothes.

I easily put my prosthetics in and it makes them look more natural than ever. It is so wonderful that Skims has produced clothing of quality and style, even if we wear some of it under our clothes. Just knowing what we are wearing under our clothes makes all the difference in how we feel and look I think.

I have ordered an xxs after reading a review from someone 5’2 / 108lbs who got the size xxs, and I’m not sure how she could fit it. I maybe a bit taller but waaaay skinnier than her as I am 5’4/94lb, and I couldn’t even fit the size xxs so I’m returning to get a bigger size xs or s.

It was just too tight to even pull it up to try on from the bottom and got stuck below my thigh. Again, I’m only 94lb(42kg) and literally can’t be more petite than anyone. I also tried to pull it down from head and I couldn’t breathe when it was wrapped just around my shoulder, and I was already suffocating by the time I finally managed it around my chest.

F. y. i I’m also flat chested. On the other side and besides the sizing, this bandeau is just purrrrrfect in every aspect. The length, fit, material, feel/softness, elasticity, and the holding up omg I could tell it won’t even budge to roll down even after doing 1000 jumpsquats.

It’s just that that secure! This will be the best ever bandeau with the right size. I almost never leave a review but omg this bandeau is a MUST! Get a 2x or 3x bigger size!.

First I am 5ft, 34DD, and ordered a size medium. Being a small girl with a bigger chest its a big struggle it find strapless bras, but after seeing great reviews on this product I decided to give it a try.

For the material/quality and it being a celebrity’s brand I think the price is very reasonable (some on the other things on the website I think are a little pricy). I ordered the product on Sunday and it shipped by Saturday with the cheapest shipping option, big plus.

I am thoroughly impressed with the product, the material feels very high quality, and I can understand the “buttery” texture people say it has. It is nice and sung, but also very comfortable. It says very well; I only find myself pulling it up a little after I bend completely over a couple of times.

If you are shorter, or small with a big chest I definitely recommend.

Its definatly not invisible. I tried it under a tank top and tee shirt and i could see the outline. They seem to be pretty sticky. I think it will stay on but ill have to try it under a thicker material so it doesnt show.

Also theres barely any lift so you pretty much have to have perky ones to begin with cause this is not gonna hold them up.

This product is fantastic. I’m very petite and it’s impossible for me to find a strapless bra that fits, stays put, and flatters. It’s nice to wear under backless outfits and camisoles. What I love about it is that it eliminates all of the extra fabric and hooks so when you have it under your clothes you don’t see or feel anything.

Makes you look and feel like you’re not wearing a bra, but you still have coverage and support. No worries about bra gaping open when I bend over because adhesive keeps everything in place and no sliding down when I reach up.

Only problem is that if you wear it all day especially in extreme heat, your skin could become sensitive, I don’t know what kind of support it would give for women who are bigger on top, but for my little 32A girls, it is the best.

Everything was as to be expected. It does hurt a little bit taking it off though as the bra sticks to your breasts. Other than that, it stays put and covers just the right amount.

It’s great to see Torrid step up it’s lingerie game – it’s near impossible to find a 46D in department store brands, and forget about finding a strapless bra or beautiful bra from those brands. This was my first time buying a Torrid bra.

I’ve now worn this bra for a full day strapless and it’s a great addition to my bra rotation. The teal and black lace are really beautiful. But more importantly the support is great. The underwire and padding provide really nice support – there’s no boning in the band under the armpit like there is in some strapless bras – which helps with comfort.

I never had to tug at it to keep it in place. Note the padding is aggressive – this is definitely a push up – and it does maximize cleavage. Why not 5 stars? Two reasons. It’s a true convertible bra, many ways to hook up the straps (including taking off the smaller straps in the front that make the upside-down “V” in the photo).

But the straps are not long enough for me to wear this as a halter bra. I can just get the straps to make it for criss-cross, but they dig into my shoulders. It would also be nice if it included some clear straps.

Second reason is I’m concerned about durability. The band has 2 layers – the outer layer of mildly stretchy teal and lace, and an inner layer that is a black elastic strap about 1 inch wide that does most of the “heavy lifting”.

If this strap loses its elastic I don’t think the bra will work strapless anymore.

My favorite bra of all time from torrid is a multiway strapless red and black lace so I was hoping to love this bra just as much. I do! But with one minor issue – the strap design. I love the look of the V at the end of the one side however it limits the multiway use compared to the single strap.

When put together to criss cross like I usually do with my red and black one it’s awkward to get on and one side of the V will push outward in odd ways. So as long as you’re not dead set on trying to cross the straps this bra is still a winner.

Plus the iridescent green with the black lace is gorgeous.

When I saw this bra online, I had to have it! It looked so sexy in the pictures. Alas, it just wasn’t meant to be mine. I’m an A/B cup depending on the bra. Torrid doesn’t offer a 38A, so I ordered a 38B.

The bra is beautiful and the color looked great on me. It fit around my body and was a decent push up, but the criss-cross straps in the front were very loose. I couldn’t see any way to adjust them, so instead of laying across my chest, they stuck out.

I would recommend this bra only if you have a larger cup size.

I don’t usually wear strapless bras as they generally don’t work well with my 38-e cups, however this bra worked quite well. The shape was nice. The band fitting was as expected, I didn’t need to size down as you usually do with strapless bras.

It did work its way down a little, but as I was wearing this with a tight dress that all held everything in place, I don’t think I’d wear this with a loose fitting outfit though. The straps are uncomfortable if you choose to use them as they attach so wide that they’re almost under your armpits!.

Love this bra. So comfortable and pushes me up perfectly. The padding means I don’t have an issue with nipples showing through tight tops. I am usually a 46D but found the 48C more comfortable. Have spent much more on other bras which are nowhere near as comfy or flattering.

I wash on hand wash setting at 30 degrees in my washer and and the bra handles this well. Would love this in a flesh colour or a sexy red!.

I love Nuance bras, they are so comfortable. These bras have no wires which is much better. They fit well and the colour doesn’t fade with washing

I am usually very apprehensive about purchasing strapless bras as I usually find they never fit me just right, and tend to slip down. This bra stays exactly where I want it, and doesn’t move, even when dancing and jumping all around.

It’s perfect for a night out when you need a strapless bra for an outfit and know you’ll be moving around a lot. The material is very sturdy and I can tell it will last a lot of washes before it gets worn out.

The other great thing is the actual shape of the bra. Some strapless bras only come about 2/3 of the way over the bob, leaving the top to bounce out when moving around a lot. This one has a curve that extends over the top of the bra which allows for both a sexy silhouette for an outfit, and also ensures your boobs won’t pop out.

Also, note that the bra does come with straps if you need them. Overall I’m definitely happy with the bra.

We had to adjust size as ordering the bra the backband of the bra does not have much give. Be sure to measure accurately as when going up in back size we had to go down in cup size. Very comfortable strapless otherwise.

The bra is absolutely gorgeous and well made. The fabric is soft and the lining in the cups is light yet durable. I wear a 36C, but this bra is a little tight around the rib cage on me. I would recommend sizing up a couple of inches.

Calvin Klein tends to run a little small in general I’ve found. It is comfortable though which isn’t always the case with a strapless. It does come with some nice straps as well if you want to wear it that way.

The color is very pretty and it is a lovely piece of lingerie. This bra is elegant and classy, well made and beautiful. Again if you wear a 36C, I would go with a 38C for a little more comfort.

I didn’t realize it was a padded bra. I no longer feel the need for padded bras. Anyway, I ordered my true size, but I ended up having “quad-boob spillage” in the bra, so it was too small. I didn’t feeling guessing on what size to order from offline and it go wrong again.

Rather just try something on in the store to ensure proper fitting.

The sales associates were amazing in finding the correct strapless bra. This bra doesn’t creep down as many strapless do, is the perfect fit, and very pretty. Purchased in nude and black. Great that it also has straps to wear in multiple ways.

Fit is very comfortable and stayed in place for the 8+ hours that I wore it. Better fit than 2 other much more expensive models that I tried. Also used it with straps for a dress that needed them off to the side – also worked well.

The strapless feature was a plus when ordering. The size fits beautifully and look is greater than expected. I wore the item under a peekaboo bodysuit. It was a fabulous head turner and got a number of second looks.

Well made – stitching is perfect for longevity and the bra is comfortable for such a bra. A magnificent piece of lingerie for a sexy night on the town. Absolutely recommend for anyone feeling good about themselves.

I wear a 46 DDD this thing fits like I’m trying to squeeze into a D cup. Spilling out all over the place and not in a sexy way. We are talking hard lines across my boob where it spills out. Super disappointing especially because it appears I bought the stupid thing on a final sale so I cant return it.

Throwing away money wasnt on my itinerary during this pandemic. I needed a good bra and I got this atrocity instead. The sizing is way way way off and I don’t think it’s right that I can’t return it.

Their final sale stuff is BS. Band fits perfectly, but its like they sewed d cups on instead of ddd cups which I’m paying the price for. Got it in mail tried in on doesnt fit and I am stuck with it. Torrid is just off in sizing anymore.

I’m pleased to see that Torrid has added a few sexier bras to their portfolio. I’m a 28 year old woman and not a 16 year old child. My only criticism of the bra is that it’s too padded. I’m fine with padded bras but this is sort of next level.

Also, just so people know, the red is a much deeper shade than the product image might lead customers to believe. I personally like it more because it’s a deeper, sexier red.

This bra looked like a great idea – convertible between conventional, cross-back, and strapless, and I like the idea of the system used to make it cross- back, which was a type of hook that didn’t require you to unfasten one end of the strap.

However, like every other strapless bra I’ve tried or owned, it just sat over my chest with no support or lift (and I felt like I’d be constantly pulling it up. ) As a cross-back it was okay, but I felt like it added more volume than I wanted.

I have a much better cross-back bra that costs significantly less. This one just doesn’t work for me. For reference I’m a 34D.

I’ve tried a few wireless bras and haven’t been able to find one I really liked. All of them would loose their shape whenever I would sit and lay back. This one definitely holds its shape. But there is boning on the sides.

I don’t feel it too much, but it doesn’t make it completely wireless either. It’s very well made, but perhaps there is better out there. I just haven’t found it.

I am on the hunt for the best wireless bra. Despite not having a wire, my boobs have a GREAT shape in this bra so I wanted to love it. Sadly it has two rigid pieces on the side under the arm pits that dig into my skin which means I’m constantly fidgeting to pull it down or away from my skin – not a good look to be messing with your bra in a business meeting.

I’m a 32DD in Simone P, Victoria’s Secret, etc and ordered a small. Spanx bra-lleulujah is the most comfortable wireless (passes the comfortable enough to watch TV in test) but heads up the sizing is v funky.

For several years I hadn’t bothered to buy from Victoria’s Secret anymore because I just wasn’t satisfied with their bras anymore. I was finding better elsewhere. I’d try on each new line that VS introduced but I’d never end up buying because the bras would fall short in several ways.

THIS bra, however, is everything I always wanted in a bra. Supportive and comfortable without any padding or thick, unnecessary lining that tries to pass off as “lightly lined. ” This is ACTUALLY lightly lined and I like that it complements my shape rather than trying to enhance it by reshaping me with padding or heavy lining.

Beautiful fit, and also smooth on the sides and back so it is perfect under all types of clothing and fabrics. Plus finally I found a bra where the wires don’t dig in! I went back and bought several more because I hear they are discontinuing this line.

The outer cup material is the best material for under shirts (while cotton bras tend to grab at cotton shirts). BUT the band has raw edges. That means, this bra starts to unravel the first week before ever washing it.

The sewing of the plastic gold V also comes undone. Customers have posted pictures of this. It’s the most frustrating bra I’ve ever owned. If I reach up, the whole bra comes up and I should no be exposed, being a B cup, but the bra lifts up because the band keeps stretching.

The band has no finishing, it’s just raw cut stretchy material like the VS illusion panties. The bra provides ZERO SUPPORT. I like that the cup has minimal lining and no pushup, and that it’s a slick material, but I hate that the threads holding it together in the front get frayed all apart by the V, and that the band has no limit to how much it stretches.

This is the worst bra I have ever purchased from VS. Why does there need to be 4 TAGS sewn into the band. They itch.

The bra fits weird, like the bodice strap fits fine until I get it over my breasts, then the whole getup just sort of floats over the girls. And the underwires are really wide, so if I move my arms wrong, it digs.

With a tee shirt on, it looks fine, thankfully, but my underboobs are kind of squished in the weirdest way. Its hard to describe, so I will stop there except to say I adjusted everything this way and that.

It technically fits, its just that as I wear it, it slides up in front. Never had a bra do that quite so badly, so I don’t know what VS changed about ThiS design, but they shouldn’t have. I have been wearing VS nearly exclusively for 25 years.

I had planned to swear off them, but then they increased their size catalog about the time my girls increased their size, so I figured, why not stay? After this last order, that is changing for good.

Time to find a different, more reliable brand. VS’s quality has steadily and steeply declined from even 10 years ago. Its kind of tragic.

LOVE almost everything about this! I wanted a bra that I could sleep in when needed. While I do wear sports bras and bralettes for hiking, sometimes camping is more just hanging out around the campsite and if I don’t feel like changing (such as if it’s cold), I want to be able to sleep in my bra comfortably.

This definitely checks the box for that, and the ‘push up’ padding really doesn’t feel or look like a push up at all – instead, it’s really just a little more padding than usual so that I still get some support and shape as a small-chested person.

It’s soft, it’s comfortable, and perfect for every day wear. Only downside – 2 of the 6 I own of these are REALLY ITCHY at the clasp area. It’s right where the regular fabric of the strap has a seam to the clasp part and it drives me NUTS.

One of mine has always been liked that, and last week I ordered a couple more and both today and yesterday wearing my new one it’s been driving me crazy. I wear a 30C in this bra and start it on the loosest notch but it’s as if having it at this position exposes some of the rough material (that the hook and eyes are sewn into) to my skin.

Seems like poor design, if this is the case, as I’ve always read that a decently fitting bra should be started on the loosest hook, so that as it stretches and gets worn you can tighten it as needed.

I already own this in purple, blue, a light pink, and now just got the ‘sands’ and ‘glacier grey’ colors. Would love to see some bolder colors offered again, but still happy with these lights ones; it was definitely time for me to own a nude colored bra! One more note – I do think this fits roughly true to size but feel that the band is a smidgen on the big side; I’ve tried on other Aerie bras and 30 is always a little too tight, even for other wireless ones (the Sunnie lace).

I don’t understand how this bra has so many glowing reviews, as the fit was really poor, and not because I ordered the wrong size. I have teardrop-shaped breasts that are maybe a little wide-set, and one boob is slightly bigger than the other, so this may have had something to do with the odd fit, but not everything.

The cups on this baby are so wide-set that they dug into my ARMPITS. My boobs also spilled over the top of the cups closer to the center of the bra due to this design. Even if I ordered a size up (32DDD) just in case I have my size wrong, I feel the cups would dig into my armpits further and still not solve the spillage issue: I would end up gaping on the sides and spilling in the front.

I can’t say this bra won’t work for everyone, but if you have a smaller ribcage and a “larger” bust (I don’t have a big chest subjectively), this ain’t it. The underwire was also pretty uncomfortable even though it didn’t poke me anywhere and sat where it was supposed to.

I would also like to mention that the band in this bra might run slightly small. My underbust measurement is actually 29″, so I should technically be wearing a 30″ band, but I always wear my sister size because I can’t find a 30DDD anywhere.

The band sat pretty straight on my back in the 32DD I ordered (on the loosest setting), so this is something to keep in mind. All of this said, the quality of this bra is great. The fabric is really soft, and despite fitting me really weird, I did feel supported.

I have to return the bras I ordered, however, because I’m serving quad-boob lewks and getting jabbed in the armpits. Grateful that Aerie has a good return policy for bras, otherwise I’d be mega upset.

Let me start by saying that there’s nothing inherently wrong with this bra. It seemed to be good quality, the color was as expected, and it was no less comfortable than any other bra (after a good 2+ years of wearing mostly bralettes while I continue to WFH).

I recently lost weight and found myself in need of a new bra. Aerie is my go-to, so after looking at tons of options and reviews, I settled on this bra in a very neutral shade so I could wear it with anything.

The band size of the last set of bras I purchased still fit okay, but the cups were too big, so I assumed that going down a cup size would solve the issue. I purchased this in a 36B. When it arrived, there was.

spillage, let’s say. I took the bra into a store to exchange it thinking that I would try my OG size of 36C instead. Nope. Same problem. At this point, I should say that I have never in my life worn bigger than a C cup.

The associate suggested I try a D cup because she saw that the band was fitting well but the cups were not. Okay, fine, give it a shot. SAME PROBLEM! I have absolutely no idea how to explain the freaky phenomenon that took place between my boobs and this bra, but I can tell you that the store associate was incredibly helpful – she even recommended a similar style with a slightly different fit that worked great, and helped me find another bra I likely never would have tried on my own to boot! Overall, a strange but positive experience.

My best advice with this one is to try it on before you decide whether it’s the one you want or not. Either that, or order a few sizes and pick the one you like the feel of best. Hopefully you’ll have better luck with it than I did.
