20 Best Bras For 34 D (2022 Updated)

Initially, before I even tried the bra on, I liked the material and shape of the cups. I really had high expectations for this bra and was certain I would love it. Unfortunately, as soon as I put it on I was very disappointed.

My boobs seemed to just kinda sit in the cups…normally, I have some sort of cleavage with other t-shirt bras, but not with this one. The product pictures are misleading because it makes it look as though the bra is more round and not as full-coverage.

I looked almost flat-chested which wasn’t the look I was going for. Also, the shape of the cups was odd…looked almost pointy. I wanted a more rounded appearance. Because the cups are more stiff they didn’t really conform to the shape of my boobs and just made me look pointy under tops.

Not a good look at all. Being that I’m losing weight, I don’t want to take away from what I’ve already lost up top. Unfortunately, I’ll have to keep looking for a better t-shirt bra.

This is the most amazing bra I have ever owned. It has made so many more outfits possible, it’s comfortable, and cute! I originally bought a drawer full of 34D’s, then just changed weight a bit and got a new set of 34C’s.

Both fit great. Worth their weight in gold. This is the ONLY non-running bra in my drawer now! Pros: no upper boob bulge in shirts, can skip the cami b/c the top gives you the coverage for v-necks, smooth under shirts but not uni-boobed, thick enough coverage (though it’s not padding) to feel comfortable under thin shirts, very supportive, your boobs won’t fall out when you do plow pose, comfy enough to sleep in and chase your kids in, and it converts to a racer-back.

I’ve also sold my mom on them, and she is larger busted than me. So far they have all held up very well! Cons: I wish they would put a little elastic on the strap b/c I have to lay the extra material flat when I put it on.

I may add this myself or you could cut it off if you never want to use it as a racerback. Or if you are tall, this wouldn’t be an issue. This is very minor considering how many bras I have tried.

I was looking for a replacement for the Maia bra and I believed it was comparable as it has both encapsulation and compression. However, the straps are a huge drawback. The notch system is a major pain in the a**.

having to always count the notches after every washing, the straps coming undone occasionally while working out, having the awkward leftover straps dangling and poking out of tank tops are some of the design flaws this bra has.

If they put normal straps on this bra and change nothing else, it would be a perfectly suitable replacement for Maia. I had high hopes for this replacement bra, but until this issue is fixed, I will continue to look for a better alternative.

If you are looking for a bra that squashes the girls and pushes them out to the sides, choose this one. The shape this bra provides is neither uplifted nor separated nor attractive. The top of the underwire sticks out at the sides, poking the underside of the arm.

The bra itself seems to be made well and it’s pretty but that’s about it. Also I would have expected 4 hooks for a larger size (36 DDD) rather than 3. If returning an item to QVC wasn’t too expensive and inconvenient, the two I purchased would be in the mail tomorrow.

Please, hosts, ease up on the hyperbole and give it to us straight. The host specifically said the bra would present the girls front and center and not smash them down and out. Not true. Not recommended.

I buy less and less from QVC these days because I find so many of the products below par, too expensive and the shipping is too high.

I don’t get bras often so, when I saw the opportunity to receive a bra from the Hanes sampling program I jumped right on it! My first thoughts were how incredibly soft it was. The material is like a t-shirt bra in my opinion.

I’ve been wearing it since I got it (and washed it of course) and it’s become my favorite! The material is so soft and comfortable. My only issue is occasionally the straps become lose and fall off. It’s an easy fix but, I hate when it happens because I have to go to the bathroom and fix the strap.

It’s a really great bra overall but, the strap issue is the reason I have 3 stars.

I thought I had finally found a bra with straps I could adjust the way I wanted, not someone else’s preset measurements. Big disappointment there; only a small adjustment is allowed. Bummer there. But, the main problem is that the underwire on this bra is painful.

I wore the bra, took it off after 2 or 3 hours, and dropped it directly into the waste basket in the bathroom. I felt it unworthy of a laundering and return for refund. I have worn Bali products for many years and they have served me well, but this one is far inferior.

I love this bra. Bought it in the natural/ivory color and it’s stunning. Maybe no one can see it, but I know what I’m wearing is beautiful. Gives a feminine shape. I’m more into feminine retro rather than the rounded shapes.

I also have this in a blue/green color from a couple of years ago. I will continue purchasing this bra.

Beautifully made good quality bra. I usually buy Chantelle as a preferred brand but JL never have the size I need. I find Wacoal come up smaller. A 32DD was too small in the band size so on the advice of the sales assistant I bought the 34D not quite perfect in cup size but close enough.

I bought the matching tanga briefs which make a beautiful set.

I have this bra in almost every color. I bought it in this color to wear under lacy tops and it is perfect. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that sizing is not consistent across colors which makes no sense.

I guessed right this time, but I have had to return others. It is a beautiful, comfortable bra in the correct size.

I was really worried about ordering this online as opposed to buying it in the store. However, it arrived in perfect condition and was extremely well made! It’s a beautiful color that is exactly as shown in the photos.

I’m very pleased with this purchase. It comes in two pieces and is very heavy. It won’t be easy carrying it to a second floor, but it’s possible with a few people to carry. I would buy this product again for another bathroom remodel!.

Perfect, comfortable coverage. No lines through your clothes. I wear a 36C, this bra keeps everything covered without squeezing them together. Love it!

The vanity looks great, it’s a good quality piece and it arrived well packaged in three boxes. The delivery was on time. It’s pretty tall, great for adults, harder for small kids. A little tricky to clean the floor under the shelf.

This bra is ridiculously comfortable and is my go to 360 days out of the year. It comes down a little lower on the rib cage so the dreaded back fat is avoided. I’m a 34D and like the feeling of being supported (without wires) but not squished.

I’m 55 and have always worn wired bras with cups so that my nipples didn’t show. If you are someone who never wants them to show, then this is probably not the bra for you. If you can get comfortable with it, then you will be rewarded with extreme comfort.

The racer back version works well with different necklines. It’s probably obvious that this is not the bra for low cut dresses, blouses etc.

Great new style by Natori! I purchased this because I LOVE their regular limitless bralette so much (great for leisurely days and sleeping). I also liked how this had a inner foam frame pad for concealment; boy was I happily surprised how lovely this style was.

The band is nice and secure; not having an underwire I want to ensure I won’t fall out the bottom. The fabric is EVERYTHING and more; soft, and I put the moisture wicking feature to the test and it works wonders.

Highly recommend adding to your wardrobe for an everyday style or if you just want something light weight when you want a break from wires. Great option to have in your drawer.

Bought for a everyday bra I can wear for walking and hiking as well. This is it. NO wire and wicks moisture in our hot Texas heat. My under wire bras have all been retired. Freedom. It’s high enough in the front that I can also use for a cami.

I am a size 34G and it is near impossible to find a good bra. This one is well made and fairly comfortable. It does have underwires and I’m not used to that. (I recently lost weight and my band size is now smaller.

What I had been using is not available in the size I need now. ) I am very active so the underwire does cause some discomfort. If you are OK with underwires I highly recommend this bra,. If not you will be like me, trying to get used to it and hoping another wireless bra becomes available.

This bra is more comfortable, supportive and flattering than any bra I have tried on in a store (with the help of a professional bra fitter). I am 47, size 34DD, and relatively fit, but I have 28+% body fat, and I dont like to be squeezed like a sausage into an unforgiving bra that emphasizes my softness and highlights my back fat.

This bra has a wide, supportive side/back strap that holds me in without squishing me. It creates a smooth look on the back and the sides, and feels soft and comfortable. Its like the bra version of the firm yet loving support we all yearn for from our loved ones My only reservation about this bra is that the cups are seamed and unlined, so there is the problem of the seams and the nipples showing through.

But we cant have everything at once! Seams provide a great shape with no bulk, and I just pretend Im still in the Madmen era before technology gave us the molded cup T-shirt bra. And visible nipples are not against the law indeed I have met women who lament the current trend of obscuring the nipple.

And there are many products available to cover up natures thermometers now, including my favorite: silicone nipple covers called Dimmers. Clever and effective. Great everyday bra at a great price! Like wearing a hug.

I purchased these bra’s for my wife. Buying items like this can be a slippery slope for a man, especially for a woman who has a very large bust like my wife. Usually it’s all wrong. I knew very little about bras.

I researched bra info for fit and read reviews on different brands on line. Chantelle got good reviews, so I ordered. Beautiful, well made products. My wife was skeptical( she had never worn this brand before), but tried one.

This bra is so attractive (which is so hard to find in a supportive bra for larger sizes). The fabric is really comfortable. I also love how it gives enough thickness over my nipples to make them not seen when wearing a tight shirt.

It was sized perfectly and the top of the breast didn’t go too far up like I’ve experienced with my chest size. Underneath was comfortable for my armpits as well. The straps were hardly noticeable! They were so comfortable!.

I own 4 Norah bras in different colors, however, my most recent order from August 2022 feel different than my others. I purchased Black and Nude Blush and the seams of the underwire are sharp. The wire is completely covered, but the sewn edge of the fabric is so rough that it quite literally needs to be smoothed out with a nail file or something, I am at a loss.

These are the only bras that fit me right and I love them, but the issue I am experiencing with my most recent purchase is enough to push me to seek alternatives for future bra purchases.

After 40+ years of looking and having to settle for something not quite right, this is the one! I saw the reviews, but was still skeptical. I have been making do with the a LL 5042 being a bit large in the A cup for me.

Over time the cups collapsed and would fold over. ( I’m talking years. I don’t shop for bras unless I just have to, too much heartache when they don’t even come close to fitting) and I had learned to live with it and 5042’s plain design.

Recently, I have been looking for something more feminine (yet again), and I can’t tell you how many companies I tried over the last couple of months and how much money (and tears) I spent returning bras hoping there was something new out there.

If you are like me needing a larger band with a small cup, you know how hard it is to find anything that fits right. We don’t need a bullet proof vest! Plus Size and Full Figure don’t always mean the same thing! I will say that I took a chance on this style when I decided to go down a band size just to see if the cups would fit.

They only go up to a 48 in the A cup and I have the 5042 in a 50 band. I was going to get an extender if it was a better cup fit. I was surprised when the 48 band worked for me. The cups do not have any extra spaces or gaps.

I am trying to figure out the wires since I am not used to them. When sitting they tend to arch a bit low and my belly pushes on the wires. Probably due to my bad posture since if I sit up straight, it is better.

I also may have to adjust the straps some and get used to the wire being where it needs to be. Overall I prefer this to the new LL 5042 50A that I bought just in case this one didn’t work. I will be buying more in the near future.

The AVA bra is my favorite bra ever. The lighter colors work best for long term. I’ve had every color, and the white and nude colors last longer. The colored ones I’ve had issues with the wire popping out after the 3rd or 4th wearing.

I wash in a laundry bag, and hang dry, and I have tried them more than once. still have the wire issue. Other than that. most comfortable bra ever.

This is my 2nd review after ordering 4 separate bras now! This new set STILL doesn’t fit! Leading Lady’s bras are totally a whole different size than what you normally wear (from my first 2) so then I went up another size, still doesn’t fit! I’m going to TRY one more time, “3rd times a charm”, I feel like “the 3 bears”, I’ll send these two back AGAIN!! But ladies, do NOT order your regular size!!.

This is my fourth Niya bra which I have in several different colours as it is just so comfortable. It’s lightly padded so no embarrassing pointing at people when it’s cold, and something about the fabric and the way it’s cut means that the underwire never stabs me and the elastic & straps don’t dig in.

It is pretty much the first bra I have ever had that I don’t want to take off the instant I get home. As someone who has chronic pain, this bra has been a revelation as previously I thought I was doomed to a life of floppy, useless supermarket support vests on bad pain days, but now I can look work appropriate.

Obviously everyone is different but this really works for me! (an afterthought – if you are looking for a comfortable version of a Freya idol shape this is perfect).

For years I have worn the envy bra in several colours. I have been very happy with that style but I needed something different for a t shirt under which the envy just didn’t quite work. I chose the Niya from the descriptions and hoped for the best…I am SO pleased I did.

It gives me the shape I need under the shirt I bought it for, but it’s so comfortable I am wearing it all the time, and will buy another one in a different colour! For me it wouldn’t work under everything, I don’t find it gives quite so much of a forward shape under some clothes as I want, but it’s a fab bra and I love it! I did go up one size in the cup as recommended and that did work for me.

Otherwise true to size I would say.

I wear 42 c (bust fits better) or 44 c (extra length in underbust band more comfortable). I’m 170 lbs. This winter 2022 model is improved from last year with a separate extra plastic piece at the top of the underwire so it doesn’t stab your armpit.

The cotton blend fabric & overall simple design are comfortable. The 42c has more under band length choices, a good thing, but that length always shrinks after I wash it, even though I hand wash in lukewarm water, so I would love yet another extra fastening length for when my back is cranky.

Clearly the fabric is not prewashed, which would prevent shrinking. I recommend this bra.

I have a hard time finding a good bra that FITS. and I know I’m not alone in this constant search. I have tried quite a few online options and have returned each one, back to the drawing board. I have been wearing my VS bra way way past it’s effectiveness and releuctantly started looking again.

and then I found the ‘Fits everybody T-Shirt Bra’. My only regret with this purchase is that I didn’t try this brand sooner. I chose the underwire option with light padding and it was a game changer for me.

First try. perfect fit. So I ordered another. and will most likely order a third. I am so stoked that I gave it a try. My old bra is forever gone and I have found a home with SKIMS. Thank you.
