20 Best Bras For Flat Chest (2022 Updated)

If you’re looking for something to wear at home that won’t bind or restrict, that’s comfortable but also stops the ‘girls’ from floppin’ & boppin’ around – then these bras are for you. They are very lightweight, but very stretchy in all directions.

Not supportive enough to go out running – but enough to keep you comfy and presentable. They will not provide you with a flattering silhouette, but they will keep you from looking sloppy and loose. I would wear these out somewhere as long as I wasn’t wearing a tight, form-fitting shirt/blouse.

If you are generously endowed, I recommend ordering the next size up. Also recommend line drying as dryer will probably cause elastic to fail sooner than later.

I needed something to bind up my “girls” so I am appropriate for company or repair people. It’s merely good because it’s not totally as it’s presented as the chest band is not nearly as wide as shown, allowing for the significant size difference between me and the model it still is NOT the same as the picture.

The other complaint is that the fabric is the thickness of a pair of tights. And in the larger size gets a little sheer. So as long as a person is REALISTIC about this product it’s still something I’d reorder especially since I NOW know the limitations of the item.

It was able to reign in the nips even in cold AC stores and THAT was why I ordered them to be able to jump in the car, run quickie errands in my leisure style house clothes without having to change into a proper bra.

My back and shoulders felt better with even this minimal support. So yay! I felt comfortable and covered when the appliance repair guy showed up. Mission accomplished. So for the price, it’s worth buying again.

I hope the good folks at Amerimark will see about getting a thicker version of the cloth, and add more colors and patterns, I’d be willing to pay a bit extra for a 3pk that addressed those things.

As I got older I would come home from work and could not wait to get out of my bra. Since I am home all the time I just didn’t want the discomfort of a bra. I was always afraid someone would knock on the door and I would have to grab something to hide that braless look.

Then I saw these and decided to give them a try. I feel better about myself every day knowing if company would pop in, I have plenty support to get me buy. Another good product from Amerimark. I love these bras and I am happy with them as I am with their zip-up compression hose from them.

I love this bra so much. It’s very comfortable to wear all day. The racerback option is a nice feature for a little different style or just to feel more secure. Plus the lace on the back is so pretty and not stiff or scratchy at all I really recommend using the size guide because I needed a bigger size than I normally buy.

I usually wear a 36C but the guide said 36DD for my measurements. I was skeptical so I ended up buying the same bra in three sizes (36C, 36D, and 36DD) and I was shocked that the 36DD fit the best by far.

So I would say trust the size guide and don’t just buy the size you normally get.

This is by far the most comfortable bra I’ve ever worn and on top of that, the front-adjusting straps combined with the built-in j-hook make it one of the most thoughtfully-designed bras I’ve ever owned! One of my biggest bra complaints is chaffing and the underwire on this bra doesn’t chafe at ALL.

On top of that, the fabric is incredibly smooth and the lace detailing is flattering and doesn’t itch. The most unfortunate part is that this bra stops at DDD cups!! I’m most comfortable in 34/36DDDD but I’m able to tolerate a 36DDD (just barely) because I love everything else about this bra (especially that it comes in gorgeous colors like Plum).

Lively, PLEASE please PLEASE consider expanding your sizes!.

I ordered this bra because I needed new bras with a larger band. I wear a 36C now and before I bought this bra I had a different brand that was giving me blisters under the band! The band on this bra is so comfortable and a little bit stretchy so that it moves with my body instead of chaffing against my sensitive skin.

I wish I could buy it in every color! It’s perfect if you’re looking for comfort in the band and straps.

This bra is beautifully constructed. Nice materials, nice finishes. I have had good fit with Bali before but this did not work for me. First, the straps started to slip on first try, never a good start.

The B cup was true to size and very comfortable. My problem came in with the depth of the material under the arm. I’m not that overweight, but definitely mature. This bra gave me underarm spillage at the top of the breast where it meets the arm.

There are other bras that have deeper coverage to manage this sensitive area. While it’s a well made bra, it seems it may be designed for a more youthful, fit frame.

This bra does not hurt my ribs! My ribs stick out and it is hard to find a bra with a wire for support that does not hurt them. This one is comfortable and does not hurt my ribs like breezies does. The reviews are correct in the sizing.

This bra runs smaller in the band and larger in the cup compared to breezies. Take out a bra that fits you, measure the band across. Go by that length in their size chart then come down in cup size. I wore a 34DD in breezies.

A 36C fits me in this bra. The cups are not real stiff which is nice and it is really comfortable around the band and wires. The same one as this one that is wirefree is a little loose in the cup under the arm and there is no support in it.

I like this bra for me.

Finally a bra that fits AND is so comfortable! I’m a 38DD and have purchased and returned many bras. This bras fit is perfect and good coverage. The straps don’t dig in my shoulder. The back has four hooks and lays perfectly.

The underwire sits exactly where it should and does not move. I swear I don’t even feel like it’s on. Unbelievable. I’ve never ever experienced this in a bra. The shape is great. I went back and purchased two more.

I sized down in cup size. Padded bra fits me as a 38G but when I tried that size on in the unlined bra, there was an inch of extra room just above the underwire and my breast. So I exchanged for a 38F.

I was surprised about this bra! Totally skeptical it would not be a fit for larger chests and that I would show through it a lot. But I feel pretty confident in this bra and not a lot shows through. Maybe in a tight light colored shirt you could tell.

It’s a little uncomfortable from the underwire in the front middle area where the two wires meet and on the outer sides. I think a bigger waist band would help with that pressure. I’m also switching form wearing wireless bras for two years to underwire so that could also attribute to the discomfort as I get used to it again.

I do think the straps fall slightly I find myself needing to pull them back up even after tightening them a few times. I really like that my breasts are in their natural shape with this bra and feel supported with minimal padding.

Lastly I would say the wire is very U shaped and I feel like a wider u shape would be a better fit for my cups.

I was really excited to overhaul my bra wardrobe. I will say that I love how soft this bra is, but it’s really not comfortable. The underwire hurts when I move or turn my body, especially when bending over.

I needed to take my bra off after 8 hours today, and that’s much shorter than I usually go. I have had Thirdlove bras since 2016. The quality has really declined over the years. Thirdlove went from being a brand that understood what it meant to have big boobs that are hard to shop for (and carry around on your body) to a glorified Victoria’s Secret.

Maybe they are only good at the t-shirt bra, but those aren’t holding up for me. Unfortunately, I think this will be my last purchase with Thirdlove. I would rather spend my time and money on comfortable bras.

I just tried this on/purchased and I am shook, as the kids say. This is like the spanx of bras. I didn’t even know I needed it until I tried it on. I’ve been on the hunt for a white tee to go with an outfit and kept striking out because they were too sheer.

On a total whim I snagged one of these to try on, seeing as it promises to “disappear under clothes”. I don’t know what I was expecting but this highly exceeded my expectations. In addition to being extremely comfortable, I just can’t get over how many white top options this opened up.

I hate wearing camis underneath them because it just feels bulky but I won’t need to mess with that from now on. Highly recommend just trying one on under a white shirt to see for yourself! Also, just a warning – I literally thought I was going to snap mine in half putting it on in the dressing room.

The material is very thin which is part of its magic but once it’s in place it won’t feel as tight.

Love this bra! It’s actually so comfortable I fell asleep still wearing it. I bought it in both the pink and mink colors. The material is fabulous, so soft and with appropriate stretch. I’ve gained some weight so now I’m a 36D and the typical bras you find to accommodate that size are huge and unattractive with uncomfortable underwire.

I need a little padding so everyone doesn’t see I might be cold but don’t want a ton of padding to add additional cup sizes. The padding on the racerback is thinner than the True Body Lift Wireless. I had to return the other bra because the padding was too thick.

The only thing I would change or recommend for the next product is to make the straps on the racerback like that of the other bra, those are nice and soft.

I literally never wear bras – usually just a tight lululemon align tank which is a sorry excuse for a bra especially in a professional work setting. I HATE anything tight! My back and neck are too sensitive for racerbacks, so I opted for this option based on the reviews and the bloggers I follow that are still pushing this Nsale.

This thing is amazing! It gives me the same (possibly more, TBD) comfort as my align tanks since it comes down right below my rib cage. It actually does feel like butter too! I sized up to a large so it wouldn’t suffocate me (120lbs + 36B) and it’s perfect.

I also threw out the padding immediately. So anyone that absolutely HATES bras or anything constricting, this might be the one for you!.

I really like how comfortable this bra is, especially since it lets my boobs sit where they naturally are on my chest instead of pushing them to the center of my body. I’m a little sensitive to textures, so the horizontal seam in the center of the cup feels kind of awkward for me, but not uncomfortable.

My new favorite bra. It’s super comfortable and supportive. You can adjust the straps as needed. I bought my normal size and it fits perfectly. The padding is just right. Beige is a light beige.

Inexpensive bra that fits my odd sized breast perfectly. My boobies have are a size B-ish (+) and this bra was able to accommodate me without any bulges. The straps are wide and stay put. The lace was soft and very comfortable to wear.

It didn’t make me itchy like some lace has in the past.

I bought this bra at the store and was excited as it looked so nice, however it is not! The underwire is noisy when you move and the back closure scratches when wearing. This even after cutting out the tags as well multiple washes and wearings.

Honestly you can’t beat this bra for the price. The memory foam cups are smooth under clothes and fairly comfortable. The lace trim can get a little itchy, and now that I have had it for 6 months or so, the underwire is starting to poke.

It’s not as long lasting as the more expensive bras I have bought. but this has honestly been a lifesaver for me as normally you have to pay $$$$ for a 34G cup bra, and that it is not in my budget at the moment.

I am ordering 2 more. I have tried a lot of the Paramour bras and I think this Bra is the most comfortable and most true to size for the brand. (In general the brand is very inconsistent in it’s sizing.

I have worn this brands various bras in a size 32H, 34G, 34DDD, and 36DDD. all while being the same size person). I see people complaining about the quality of the materials of Paramour bras, but I this bra exceeds my expectations for something so inexpensive.

I’ve known about Soma for awhile now, but just thought it was another lingerie brand. So what? When I recently had some friends visiting we went shopping and stopped at a Soma store because my friend said these were the only underwear should will ever buy.

I still wasn’t convinced. I was like, it’s underwear, how great can they be? I decided to try an Enbliss bralette because I like some support when I’m just hanging around the house. Wow. Just. Wow. I cannot say enough about this bralette.

I loved it so much, I literally replaced my entire bra and panty collection with the Enbliss collection of bras and panties! I will NEVER shop another brand again!!! I love Soma! I also bought several sleep wear tops and bottoms! This is the most comfortable line of sleep wear and undies I have ever worn.

I purchased the Barely There Comfort bra after breast cancer surgery. Such comfort iit gave me. That was about 10 years ago. The store I purchased them from doesen’t carry them anymore. I’ve been looking for over10 years and finally found them again.

i’ve ordered over six and plan on ordering more. I do not want to have to search again. I thought they were not available anymore. But YEAH!! I found them again. You can wear to after surgery or to bed just for comfort if you wish to.

AE underwire bras don’t usually work for me, but I decided to take a chance on this one. Instantly obsessed with this bra, I immediately ordered the other colors!! Lol I am 5’3” 210lbs and 38DD hourglass shape with full boobs, it’s hard to find bras that are comfortable and don’t show through clothing.

This bra is seamless, smooth and so soft, with and without the pad Inserts fits like a dream! You don’t see the insert outlines, like some bras do. I’ll likely wear without inserts most of the time bc I just prefer all my bras and swimsuits that way.

This offers great support, without feeling the underwire dig anywhere, and the straps are the perfect width, and I don’t get any spillage in the cups bc it’s a nice full coverage on me. I also have piercings and even though the fabric is thin and breathable, you can’t see them without the pads which I don’t really care about, but just to note it seems modest if you’re worried about that.

I see some reviews say they have extra fabric in the cups, and I don’t have that problem but I can totally see that being an issue if you’re shape isn’t as full. Try it and see! #AEReviewSweepsEntry.

I feel like in recent years Aerie items have plummeted in quality. This bra is everything at first: soft, buttery smooth, doesn’t feel like all of those other annoying underwire bras you’ve worn before.

But that lasts for maybe 6 months before it starts to fall apart. I have always taken good care of my Aerie bras, but whereas the ones I bought in high school would hold on for at least 5-6 years, I now find myself trashing my bras within a year or 2 because of how poorly they hold up.

The lovely stretch that makes this a dream to wear? It stretches out and the side band fabric gets loose and lumpy. The cups start to lose their shape. The straps lose their elasticity. I keep coming back to Aerie because it’s affordable, but given how often I have to replace my bras now it might be worth it to upgrade to a better quality brand.

I was sceptical purchasing this bra, as I hadn’t worn a non wired bra in years. How wrong I was to have any doubts. It is the best and most comfortable bra I have ever owned. It stays in place and does not roll up, which was my initial fear.

I wish I could give this bra a better review as the quality is great especially for a wireless design. However the unusual sizing is not for everyone; I’m usually a 12C so initially got size 1. Cup size was a little on the tight side but gave a nice lift, but the back strap too tight.

I exchanged for a size 2. cups are slightly too large (and plenty of stretch for a much larger bust), yet the back strap is still a little on the tight side. I’ll persevere with the size 2 but it’s a shame it doesn’t come in standard sizing.

I love this bra, it was immediately comfortable although I do agree that it was slightly tight but soon ‘relaxed’ to my shape. It gives a great silhouette, everything is nicely secure and where it should be! It’s like turning back time! I’m usually a 36 – 38D depending on fit and size 14.

I ordered size 3 in this bra which was just right. Only very slight negatives, the colour is quite peachy and is not invisible under white tops, I would like more pale colours ideally and it comes up quite high so could be visible if you wear low tops.

Still 5 stars though, so well made and quite attractive for a bra top.

I was wanting to try a wireless bra and thought I’d switch from Victoria’s Secret to these ones after reading all the good reviews. They’re now my preferred bra. I find them to be very comfortable! They have just the right amount of padding.

I have a very small frame(weigh 107lbs) and wear a 32B. I think they could do better, quality wise, as they do pill a bit after time. To that extent, I found Victoria’s Secret better. Furthermore, I only buy these bras when they’re on sale-I don’t feel they’re worth $55 each.

I wish they had some more colour options such as a tan because the beige shows under white shirts for darker skinned people. Perhaps even some other pretty colours instead of just the neutral ones they have at the moment.

I have three of these and liked them, so I ordered two more. This time there was a problem with both. On the sides of the cups there is a plastic vertical support sewn into the seam (see photos on this review page).

At the top and/or bottom of each support, there is a sharp corner that pokes into the skin. It is sewn in but protrudes just enough to cause immediate irritation. I think the rigid support pieces were cut just a tad longer than in my previous bras or not sewn in sufficiently.

Since I want a wireless bra, I’m not sure why this support is even necessary. In previous versions of this bra, I was able to cut a hole and remove the plastic piece but these are made differently and not removeable without destroying/remaking the bra.

I will return these.

Long review. I’ve hated wire bras for all of my existence. No matter how many sizes I tried, nothing ever fit right. My two biggest issues were either spillage or gaping at the top of the cup – no in between.

On top of all that, the wires always poked my sides. I gave up on wire bras and switched to bralettes. I couldn’t find bralettes anywhere that fit my 40F breasts. The ones at the stores typically go up to a C cup, maybe a DD if you’re lucky.

The Bliss bra is what drew me to Harper Wilde. The first one I ordered fit like a dream (I almost cried), so I ordered 5 more. Now they’re all well worn out and I need to replace my bras. Since I’m going to Italy next month, I wanted something a bit more sophisticated than bralettes.

I’ve looked at The Base before but never went for due to my prior history. Since the shipping was free, I just went for it knowing I can return it if it didn’t work out. This is the FIRST wire bra that fit me perfectly in every way.

I mean EVERY way. The band is snug but not too snug. The cups hold the girls like they were specifically made for my girls. The wire doesn’t bother me on the sides. AND. they don’t have those thick ugly straps that bras for larger-chested women have.

These straps look like regular bra straps, which makes me feel better letting them show when wearing tanks and dresses, etc. The thick, ugly straps always made me a tad insecure. I’m obsessed and am ordering a couple more.

I am a 23 year old woman who has apparently been in the wrong bra size for most of the last eight years. I started in a 36C in undergrad (wore mostly sports bras in high school, I think, so not sure what cup size I would have been in), then got sized at a 36DD about halfway through college.

I’m now in grad school and felt like I was spilling out of the 36DDs, so I took both a ThirdLove and a HarperWilde size quiz and ordered from both. I also used the r/ABraThatFits calculator, which said 36H.

ThirdLove sized me at a 38H, but the bra they sent was definitely too big for me in both band and cup. HarperWilde sized me at 36F, and the bras fit perfectly. They are a little uncomfortable until you wash them, which is kinda a bummer since you can’t return after you wash, but I haven’t wanted to return any of them.

I originally bought a Boost and a strapless, and within two weeks had budgeted my paycheck to get two more boosts. I am sending back all my old bras through the HW recycle program, so all I have now (besides sports bras and one Aerie bralette) is HW, and I’m so happy about it.

I would recommend using a lingerie bag to wash them, and I always air dry them, but they do feel pretty sturdy and I expect they’ll hold up for a while. As far as fit, I have a rounded/maybe bell shape and fill out the 36F comfortably without overflow or gapping.

The gore (connector between two cups) sits flat, the band doesn’t dig in (I do have some lines at the end of the day, but that’s what happens with any bra for larger breasts and the lines are not red or irritated, just indentations), and with a little bit of initial adjustment, the straps are comfortable without digging in.

There’s also a connector to make the bands X shaped in the back if you prefer. Another factor that has me sold on HW is the price. ThirdLove bras are usually >$70 each, which feels crazy to me as a grad student.

Prior to these direct to consumer brands, I was wearing (the wrong size) Target bras, which are like $10-20 each. $40 for this bra felt risky when I originally ordered, but now I know that the quality, presumably the durability, and the comfort are well worth it, especially since my 36F size is hard to find in stores.
