1)Delivery- hassle free, faster than expected. Purchased from across the globe: Singapore 2)Color: It’s more a MANDARIN ORANGE than a BLAZE. Wish it were more BLAZE, a color tone that sticks out immediately.

This tone is ‘dull’, not vibrant. 3)BRIM (stiff) Well constructed. My personal preference is a Pliable brim that allows 100% packability. 4)Fabric Polyester I wonder why not NYLON/ SPandex. Wish there is a waterproof (not water resistant!) version soon.

Most brands that claim their products to be waterproof are just water resistant. A coat of DWR that u can pretty much spray yourself. soaks thru a in a heavy rain. ‍♂ 5)Only wish it’s made in the USA.

6)I would give a 5⭐ IF not for the color n stiff brim.

Love these hats! The sweatband actually absorbs sweat; novel thought, I know. I bought two of these awhile ago, but in my move from NJ to Texas via New Orleans (where I really needed them) I couldn’t find them.

So, I ordered two more! Colors are bright and beautiful. Fit is great (though tab is a little long when the cap is cinched up for small heads with short hair). Service is prompt. If I lose these, I’ll be ordering more.

Pros: Love the feel of how it fits on my head. Does a better job of wicking away sweat than other running hats I have tried. Black underside it nice. Light. Good quality material. Cons: The velcro to adjust it is poorly done.

Its one sided velcro so if your need to adjust it significantly big or small you are out of luck. Other Velcro hats I have stick on both sides of the velcro. The hat was almost too big for me to be able to wear it.

It was too big for my friends head. Also, the holes are too much and make it see though. Smaller holes and more of them would be ideal so it doesn’t look so see thru. Overall: It was a better hat than most of the cheap running hats I have had.

Not my favorite though.

The flamingo print is really fun and great colors. The construction is great and it’s so soft and comfortable. I’m now a fan of Sprints. I do wish they would add some solid colors to the line. I wear mostly baseball type caps daily due to chemo alopecia and the prints don’t always work well.

I love my new rainbows and unicorns hat. They took care to put a rainbow and a unicorn front and center on the brim— just like it the photo! Oh, and the 4 vents in the cap and the Velcro band adjuster are very practical.

So lightweight that I forget that I have it on. Great for running. Sits a little high on my head but stays on great unless it is really windy. I get a lot of comments on how cute the print is on the hat.

I ordered this hat and the 5-panel performance hat (https://www. newbalance. com/pd/5-panel-performance-hat/LAH91003. html) from new balance. This hat in particular I like more than the performance hat for a few reasons 1.

This hat has a zipper pocket on the top for key/card storage 2. The band on this hat is made of some kind of elastic material. It makes for a more snug fit than other hats which I like for running. 3.

The material itself feels more durable than the other 5-panel performance hat. That being said I have to take off at least one star for the following issues – The plastic clip on the back of the hat itself is flimsy and can easily be broken, leading to an unusable hat.

I think most NB hats have the same issue, as both of my hats use the same clip. – The hat itself is not advertised accurately on the website. This is essentially a flat-brimmed hat. The pictures here make it look curved.

The brim is flimsy and made to bend, but likely will not break unless you put it under lots of strain. I also wish the hat came in a pure white (though I can’t really fault the product for this). Overall, great lightweight running hat with a little extra storage and a snug fit.

Fix the two issues mentioned above and I would rate it 5 stars.

The textile of this hat breathes well. I really enjoy the flexible covering for the face. I am appreciative of the velcro on the back of the hat for adjusting the size of the cup diameter. On top to the hat, you can find a section made of a mesh.

To my taste, the diameter of the mesh is too larger. I’m concerned of having sun burns spots by the openings on the mesh. The second thing I found sub-optimal is the depth of the hat. On my head, the hat doesn’t fit fully because the cup isn’t deep enough.

I would make the depth larger by 0. 25″.

I’ve using a rotation of various cotton/wool ball caps and my lone slowly disintegrating Brooks running cap and I finally got tired of the relative lack of airflow. I ordered the blue NB cap and the white NB cap.

I liked them enough that I then ordered the black cap and the gray cap. I like that the caps keep the sun off my head and absorb a decent amount of sweat during a run. The caps are light and very easy to adjust for my 7 3/8 head.

I’m not a fan of “ponytail holes” but that’s pretty much the norm for running caps. Flex-fit would be so much better. I like the subtle reflective “NB” logo and I think the caps are styled somewhere between MLB and “Breaking Away.

” My biggest gripe is the limited color selection. How ’bout red, green or even a Hi-Viz version?.

A super-comfortable, washable hat that you can sweat in or get soaked, while wearing. Quick dry. Perfect for me. Sizing: I’m prone to sweat a lot. And I’m a fairly large, athletic man with a decently large hat size (6’2″ height, between 59.

7cm to 61cm hat size). This hat is the most comfortable, durable, and easy-to-care for cap I’ve found. At my local REI, it was not in the men’s section, though. It was on the side-display part of the shelves/racks with backpacks, facing the women’s undergarment’s area.

I opted for the neutral grey colored hat, because it’s a better match for my wardrobe. I don’t really care what gender they had in mind, when designing the cap. I just glad I was able to find it. Leaving that info above, in case there’s other genders (including men) who are looking for a cap like this, who don’t normally think about looking in the women’s clothing areas for great gear.

I’ve learned that for certain types of gear & clothing, I’ve been able to find options that are a better fit for my style & comfort in areas that don’t align with the area of the store aimed at my gender.

Don’t be afraid to explore! there’s some great stuff in the women’s area that is really more pan-gender / gender-neutral than some folks might realize.

Hat fit well but very low quality compared to past running hats and logo cam off in the wash before I realized it was a hand wash only- first time I have ever seen that:( Save your money!!

I love this hat, and its now my favorite. Like all TYR merchandise, you can t beat the quality. I am not a swimmer, but love Their t shirts and base layers. I am a frequent customer.

Feels like nothing at all, stayed on in the wind kept my head cool enough. Looks smart too.

a bit big but lightweight enough

I wanted an affordable white cap. Quality is just as expected, lightweight and comfortable. I’d be using it for either tennis or hiking It’s easily foldable and packable. Will find out how durable the material is.

Overall, I’m pleased!.

This hat feels really good. I noticed immediately when I touched it. It is much softer and more flexible that other baseball cap style hats. It fits well and is easily adjusted for fit. My husband and I both wear it, so it’s a great unisex cap.

It is comfortable, particularly with my glasses or sunglasses. I have found other caps to fit oddly around my ears and glasses so I often don’t wear hats. I like that this hat really fit nicely and was comfortable with my glasses.

My favorite part of the hat is how soft and comfortable it is, and it shades my face from the sun while keeping my head at a comfortable temperature.

This hat is very lightweight and would be great for exercising due to the wicking material. Even though I got it in black, because of the light, breathable fabric my head never felt hot. I used it mostly when out in the garden or when out walking and honestly at times I forgot I had it on! I also really liked the adjustable strap at the back – instead of the usual velcro it came with a small loop, which makes adjust it so much easier than the other hats I own.

Finally, I like the hole at the back is on the larger side, so for people with more hair / bigger pony tails, this hat would well accommodate! Overall a great hat.

This is my 4th run cap. Wear one almost every day running, walking the dog or hiking. Good size brim, easy adjustment that fits my smaller head, has great ventilation and washes well in a laundry bag on delicate.

Second time buying this hat. Good for running not too hot. Good vents on top. Lightweight. Velcro is strong. Throw it in the washing machine with your gear and it’s fine.

This is the second time that I’ve bought this cap. I wore the first one to death. I immediately bought the second one. The fit is perfect. It’s light and the inside band does a great job of keeping the sweet out of my eyes!.

Bought as I wear glasses and this waterproof hat hasnt leaked and kept my vision clear from rain. Adjustable strap, rides a little high on head but covers and stays on.

Great fit and keeps water out without the head hitting boiling point.

Amazing Lovely Purposeful item

I got this cap thinking of summer and driving around, hiking, working out and doing some activities in general. I love it, looks very nice, the quality is amazing! Only thing that did not meet my expectations is the height/depth of the cap, I would have wanted it to cover a bit more of my head (reaching closer to ears), but that’s only my personal preference, which is not lowering my overall satisfaction with the product.

I bought this & another more typical, shallow-crowned running cap. I like this one so much that I’ve yet to wear the other one. It fits lower around my head and the elastic makes it secure and comfortable.

Being able to easily tie my hair up higher than usual is great for warm weather. It also machine washes easily.

I bought one for myself and bought another for a friend. It’s well made for the price point. As this is a very cool tone I think it’s more suitable on a face that’s lighter in skin tone. I only look good in it when I wear make up to brighten my face.

I actually purchased this cap for running marathon. It was comfortable n lightweight. I finished my run without any difficulty, I mean to say comfort of the cap. Usually other caps irritate after some kilometres run, but this cap serves the purpose.

I got bald spot by cutting my own hair. This hat is light and flexible that I can move it around to hide my big bald spot. (Bald spot is like inches away from neck/bottom hair line) Definitely good hat for exercise itself too! Can’t wait to rock it on my running.

I love this cap for its fit and light weightedness. It also absorbs sweat very well. I use it for general walk for protection from Sun, for jogs and even for drives. Picked another colour (black) after loving the fit.

I have experimented with about 5 running caps and this one is right up there. It is not the lightest I have but it is a valid contender. The brim is very firm and the cap has that feel of a plasticized, water resistant material.

It is comfortable with a good clasp to adjust size that does not seem to slip. The colour is certainly vibrant.

This is by far the best cap I’ve ever owned for training. It’s now a staple in my running kit and I don’t go out without it! I’ve also worn it when not training too as it’s sleek looking in Black with the logo and not bulky at all.

I may have to get the white too! When it’s hot, the cap serves to protect both my head, eyes and face from the sun. Gone are the days where I have to keep pushing my sunglasses back up my nose! The hat has ventilation holes all over to keep my body temperature regulated in the heat, it’s SO lightweight, I hardly realise it’s even there and it wicks away sweat and dries quickly.

really what more could you need! In the rain, it’s just as useful. It keeps the rain out of my eyes and its fast drying too so if/when it stops raining, I don’t have a soggy heavy cap on for long! It’s been perfect for the ever changing weather conditions here in the UK when one minute it might be blazing sunshine and the next it’s pouring it down! I took it to a triathlon I did not so long ago and it was my saving grace in keeping the rain out of my eyes on the run! It’s currently protecting me from the rays in Mauritius! If you’re looking for a good, sturdy, well built running/training cap, this is well worth the investment!.

Very nice hat. I use it for running, walking, and hiking, and it is very light and breathable with mesh venting on the rear sides. Construction is high quality and the fit is adjustable (rear adjustment belt tucks into a pocket).

Unstructured so it can be washed easily. I got the navy and colour is true to the picture. For reference: I usually wear medium in hats (22″ / 56cm circumference).

Overall very pleased with this running cap. Got it in both grey and black. Could do with being able to tighten it a bit better, as it’s likely to blow off on a windy day, but that’s my only gripe!

Very solid cap. I first tried out the trail running cap but it was too small on my head. I’m a 7 3/8 fitted cap size. This hat fits better, and is a true running cap too. Material is super light, doesn’t get smelly and looks great!.

I was looking for a hat with a shorter brim. I had the previous model made from 2020. I noticed the brim on this one was just slightly longer, but just a subjective detail. The quality is still impeccable and premium!.

I went to a conference and they were giving hats with their logos on it and it was this hat. I own a marketing company and knew this was the hat I was looking for. So I searched and searched for the best prices and Cap Bargain was it.

Personally, I prefer a visor to a cap when the sun is out, as it keeps the sun out of my eyes and off my face, whereas lets my hair steam off, but in the business end of marathon or ultra marathon training I am leaving the house before sunrise to get my long run in before most of my household is up and about – therefore, this Proviz visor is perfect as in that period of time before sun up, I know that the lining of the visor contains the high vis segments that will light me up should a car come my way.

But then as soon as sun is up, it performs well with a wicking material and easy to fix Velcro type fastening on the back that did not cause any issues even on a run lasting several hours, great stuff! (Please note item was gifted).

Absolutely loved receiving this as a Christmas gift having eyed them up for a while. The pink is perfect and I won’t be missed running in the dark nights! Great material too, waterproof but breathable.

Ordered 3 hats on 12 February – that’s 12 February — and due to arrive on 22 February (10 days is more than enough time) but still not here on 28 February. Finally arrived on 1 March only to find three hats that are too small for me.

I’ve had scores of snap-fit hats in the past and present, and while I do take a large size (7 1/2), I’ve never had one that will not fit at all (on the last “hole,” the Born Tough hat fits literally on the top of my head – I cannot pull it down!).

Unbelievable. Lastly, the “Born Tough” logo on the front of the hats is NOT the one shown in the website advertisement. Yes, that logo on the website was one of the reasons I was attracted to and purchased the hats.

Needless to say, your service has been less than acceptable (“Terrible”). Very disappointed, to say the least. Sorry, but no more Born Tough for me. Question is, “Will Born Tough make this right?”.

One size fits all doesn’t. I take an XL Football Helmet and this cap doesn’t fit. I set the snap to the last one, and the cap is way to tight so when i put it on, the snap ‘snaps’ off. So i put black trainer’s tape to hold it together but when on the cap puts too much pressure around my head.

My XL Football Helmet doesn’t put that kind of pressure even when i use it to hit another guy!.

So I’m the type of person who does not leave the house without my sports cap. I have a collection of athletic hats and I just added Born tough’s black colored cap in my collection. It was undoubtedly a good purchase.

I bought this cap for my husband who was doing an ultra running event. I ordered two sizes as I was short on time and returned one. They arrived promptly and the return was quick & easy. He ended up with the small, he does always say he has a small head so that made sense.

My husband said the cap was excellent. He loved that it was light and folded, I think he even used the sunglasses holders too! Perfect for him.

I love a white cap for running in hot weather. This not only fits the bill in terms of keeping me cool, but the foldable peak and sunglasses holding straps are great little additions. The holding straps especially are a boon for racing.

They hold your sunglasses securely leaving you stress free to concentrate on your run. The folding peak means I can shove my cap into my back pocket when wearing jeans etc.

Tried 4 different caps and through no fault of stigma they were all too small. Why most cap C companies have one size firs all does t work for me. However Sigma has an excellent web site plenty of choices with a variety of pricing so a good shopping experience Returns quick and easy so overall an interesting experience.
