20 Best Car Mat Cleaner (2022 Updated)

It definitely leaves a shine on my dash in my 19 mustang, it’s easiest to tell in the center of the dash being that it’s a different material. Seems to last about a week but dust will start accumulating within 2 days of using.

After about a week the shines gone completely and dust will accumulate even with a new cabin filter installed. I’m super **** about the interior of my car even more so than the exterior. I vacuum, blow all of the dust out then wipe down and still doesn’t make a difference never the less I like the smell of the cedar wood for the first day after applying and will keep using.

I bought a 16oz bottle just to try the product out and it blew me away with how easily it took out embedded grime and stains from my seats. I’m a service technician and I constantly get filthy from oils and grease and this product easily removes it from my seats, even after a month or more of being there.

I can’t recommend this product enough, just buy a gallon or more and thank yourself!.

This formula works for carpet and upholstery extremely well. Even without a brush, this will take stains out of seat and door upholstery simply by spraying, blotting or lightly wiping. I’ve used tons of different types of carpet cleaner over the years but this stuff works best and won’t allow stains to come back.

My wife has had her edge for three years now and the only thing that’s ever touched the floor mats is her feet in a vacuum needless to say they were dirty and dingy including the back mat. So I tried the mat rejuvenator and oh my gosh what a difference they look new again great product sprayed agitated and wiped off awesome stuff!.

I have to said this. This is freaking amazing upholstery cleaner. I have a huge 60 pounds Husky and this clean the mess my baby left. Not only that the drinks that been spill on it. Is great to clean all spots that been on your seat for a while.

I have a steam cleaner and have tried to clean up the front seats on this car without any love. This product worked amazingly. The seat is much brighter than it has been in years and the stains are all but gone!.

We bought a used SUV that had old dark soda stains on the floor carpet. Nothing got them out until we tried Armor All Carpet and Upholstery Cleaner. The cleaner removed the ugly stains and also some rust colored stains too.

I have used Weather Tech’s cleaner in the past, but they never got my floor mats this clean. I used this product to clean my wife’s Weather Tech floor mats after a trip to the beach. She said they haven’t looked that good in years.

I’ve been using degreaser to clean my weather mats, never truly was satisfied with how they looked after. After using this, this is exactly what I was hoping for. Cleans them, leaves them looking new like they came out of the wrapper.

This TechCare product gives your mats that new look again. I’ve had the mats for 2 years & they were looking very dull & kind of gray looking. I put off buying this because of the price but didn’t like what my mats looked like anymore.

Now that I finally bought it all I can say is WOW this stuff works!! My mats look new again with a nice sheen to them without being slippery & its easy to use. A little goes along way so you don’t need much.

I bought my first set of Weather Tech mats for my new car and saw this product on the website. I thought any cleaner would work, but I was wrong. I scrubbed the mats with a cleanser and they did not come clean.

I bought this product and the mats cleaned up easily in one try! Will never use anything else!.

We have weather tech front mats and a cargo mat with bumper protector for the new Buick Regal sportback we really like everything a whole lot, planning to purchase more weather tech products.

I love this stuff. I have used other brands in the past and this one takes the cake. I feel that this one really takes the dirt out. Plus I haven’t had the caps on it break like I have on other ones.

Plus it has a nice smell as well. Doesn’t smell like chemicals like some other ones do. Lastly, I don’t feel like the bristles are too stiff where it is going to tear the stitching out of my seat. That is a plus.

This is a great powerful cleaner. I love it, it has brought my headliner and carpet back to life. I truly didn’t know what to expect but I am beyond impressed and happy. A tree fell on my car and it busted my back window out and I wasn’t able to drive it for a while and the moisture caused mold and mildew to grow in my car.

I thought my car was a total loss because I tried a few other products and nothing helped not even the smell which was very heartbreaking because this was a older car that was custom fixed up. I scrubbed everything twice and everything thing is like new.

The directions are very clear and easy to follow. This required a lot of arm muscle and scrubbing but it was worth it. I used a rubber jar opener to keep grip of the can because after scrubbing for so long the can got slippery.

I like how the brush comes off and how this cleaner eliminates odors. I also used this in my other car the seat had a red stain on it from the pervious owner and it came up with ease and this also dries up quickly.

Overall this is a great cleaner I am so glad I got this and wish I used it sooner. This is my go to cleaner from not on and I highly recommend this.

I am so thankful for the Armor All FreshFX Carpet and Upholstery Cleaner. This little can saved the interior of my van, as well as my kids booster seat. Most people with kids can imagine just how dirty a vehicle’s interior can get when going on vacation.

A 10 hour car trip, plus a kid who gets car sick easily, plus food, trash and all the things that go along with that. my van was trashed and smelly. This amazing stuff was able to get out stains from ground in food, mud and my kid getting sick.

As if that wasn’t good enough, it took the smell out of the van as well! It worked so great that I decided to try it on the booster seat that my child was sitting in. I used it on the seat plus the seat belts and it not only took out the sick stains and smell, but it took out previous stains from dirty shoes and candy that I had tried to clean out numerous times.

Now everything is clean and smells great and I have the Armor All FreshFX Carpet and Upholstery Cleaner to thank. I promptly went out and got a can to keep in each car.

I have yet to try a Turtle Wax product that has not performed as advertised. I liked the ease of using the spray and scrub brush. The scent was pleasant and did not linger too long. Once the product dried, I did not smell any lingering odors on my seats.

The cleaner removed spots on my cloth seats and cloth covered center console that were set in for years. I tried another cheaper product that dried quickly and the stains came back in a few hours. I have used this for about two weeks now and the stains have not returned and the seats remain very clean looking and odor free.

The bottle says that there is a stain guard addition that helps to prevent new stains from setting in. Great product, I should have used this years ago.

The Turtle Wax Upholstery cleaner …did its job as much as I allowed it to do. I spilt Maple syrup on the passengers seat 10 days ago. I didn’t clean it, I just blotted/wiped it. Last week I used the Upholstery cleaner and what an improvement it was.

I bet if I cleaned it sooner like that afternoon it would have been spotless. I only know it’s there, others don’t notice it which I feel that shows this product is a good cleaner.

BUY THIS – don’t hesitate – works great! Truck hit 4 years – had a few spots on the seat. The worst was about a 6-8″ stain leftover from leaky lobster through a grocery bag. I’d done a basic cleanup when it happened (about 1 year ago) but never used upholstery cleaner as I should have.

Didn’t think it would work. I was wrong – this stuff pulled it right up within about 15 min. I used the foam + scrubbed, then I put some more foam and let it sit for a minute, then scrubbed again. Had a couple other minor spots that came right up.

VERY IMPRESSED. Would easily buy again and will-do when this bottle runs out (won’t for awhile). $8 well spent. I’d considered buying seat covers ($400) to avoid stains moving forward, but knowing this stuff cleans so well, don’t think I need to.

Poor container design. The brush is not as pictured, but a bright yellow hard plastic. The spray foam splatters all over the place and it is impossible to aim it and not get foam sputtering where you do not want to, even if you spray 2 or more inches from an edge.

I ended up spraying it into a towel and then wiping it onto the surface. I guess my seat and floors are cleaner. It smells OK at least.

Honeatly the best upholstery and stain remover I’ve ever used. i used it in my car and got out BBQ stains from 4th of July after a diah tipped over in my car. I also used it to remive blueberry stains from a poptart that was under a car seat that had got ground into the fabric.

I used it on the very light colored carpet in my house also to lighten chalk stains, pizza stains, and anything else my toddler drops. I love this stuff.

This stuff is TOP NOTCH!!! I bought this yesterday to clean up some mud stains on my carpet in my 2017 Fusion Titanium. This stain has plagued my car since around November when the snow had started to fly.

I know I know. Why wait so long to take care of it. Well, my wife pointed it out to me and I decided to finally do something about it. This stuff is absolutely amazing. So long as you do what the instructions tell you to do I’m pretty sure it can remove almost any stain.

I sprayed it on, waited 30 secs, scrubbed with very little effort with the agitator and then took a dry shop towel and blotted on the spot and it was all gone. I was absolutely stunned. My carpet in that spot looked brand new again.

I’m considering looking all over the carpet area and doing more when I get some more time. I would definitely recommend this product if you like to keep your carpets looking like new in your car. I’m going to be trying this on my wife’s 2015 Fusion SE with Cloth Seats next.

I was recommended this product for getting a food stain out of my the upholstery on the back seat of my car that had been there for (at least a couple of years) and it Really worked!! I was Amazed!! Bought a few weeks ago, to give my Mini F56 JCW seats a clean, alcantara & material parts. Does the job well & brush part is very handy, follow the instructions & have a micro fibre cloth to wipe off & rinse out with water everytime, you will be amazed how much dirt you get out & how much better they look when they dry.

Only down part was the smell after for about a week or so. Bought a good air freshener to sort out, so only gave 4*for that reason.

I have been using this type of carpet cleaner for a long time. It not only is good for the car but also those stubborn stains caused by children on sofa’s and carpets. I wouldn’t say it get’s rid of 100% of stains but for the price you can’t go wrong for a multipurpose product.

Everything smelt better and it certainly cleaned up pretty well, but could get all the stains out. Its possible I wasnt using enough of it. Would have preferred a detachable scrubbing brush perhaps, but did the trick all the same.

This stuff is AMAZING ,bought a tahoe from someone and they never cleaned the inside. Arpet it seemed like. Carpets had brown spots from what smelled like poo. but this got up the hard stuff that shout and dawn didn’t even touch.

So well that I started using on my house carpets as well.

I recently bought a 1997 Civic. The thing has high mileage and the inside looked like a trash bin. It was disgusting and I don’t know how the previous owner was okay with it. Anyway, something clearly needed to be done and I’ll admit I was skeptical about anything working.

I decided based off reviews and the neat scrubber sponge thing to give it a try. After all, at $5 what did I really have to lose. The product is fairly simple. Shake, push the button hard so the foam sprays even, let it sit for about 30 seconds, pop off the scrubber and go to town.

You will need to put some elbow grease into it for maximum effectiveness. On deep set In stains you may need to go over it a few times. One can was enough for multiple coats off my small car, and there’s still some left.

This will be my goto for cleaning car carpets.

My 2 year old daughter spilled half a gallon of vegetable oil in my car after a grocery trip and it got all over my brand new car’s beige upholstery. Because the stains were so bad I bought some seat covers and just ignored it for a couple weeks.

After reading the reviews on this product I thought I’d try it out (not expecting much of any result since it had been so long that it had been sitting there). I thought if it didn’t work in the car I could just use it at home for the carpet and what not.

ANYWAY, I used it and it removed the oil stains from my BEIGE upholstery. I really couldn’t believe it & I would definitely recommend this product to anyone. Especially MOMS! It also got some crayon stains that my son had branded on the car over 6 months ago.

I used the can up on my car then carpets at home and already bought a new one to have for touch ups!.

This is the perfect little canister to keep in the car at all times. The first time I used these, I was completely blown away at how well they picked up foods and liquids reminents off of the seats and floor.

It may not get rid of the entire could be stain, but it definitely tones it down to a much more easily tamed stain for the carpet cleaner when you get home. The scent is nice and fresh without smelling completely chemically.

As a parent, I absolutely appreciate a product like this.

I decided the best thing for me to clean with these in order to have a good or bad first impression with this brand, would be to use in my husband’s car because over a year ago, he had a soda explode in his car and it has left some awful looking areas on the upholstery.

Knowing that these stains are old, I assumed this product wouldn’t be able to clean the spots well and that I was possibly being unfair to use this as a first impression but to my surprise, it helped tremendously on those areas.

Some spots wiped away and are not even there anymore which is great, and the areas that were the biggest spills, the biggest eyesores to look at, are now faded so well that they aren’t very noticeable anymore.

That blew me away because not only did it help but the wipes are so simple to use and have worked great on recent spill as well. I am definitely impressed and a fan of this product and will be purchasing more from now on!.

There is nothing worse than getting a coffee stain or other stains on my car upholstery. I never tried Armor All Upholstery Wipes before. They are always coming out with new products to try. I used the wipes on all my seats in my car that had stains.

I was so happy how great they worked. The stains came out completely with no residue. The Armor All Wipes have a pleasant scent and also work great in the carpet in my car. I have already bought more in a larger size to keep on hand.

This was purchased as a tool to help remove mucky footprints / food stains and all the other grime kids leave on car seats…I lightly dampened the seats then applied the cleaner to the seats and gently agitated then wiped off with a clean damp cloth.

Great transformation and well worth buying.

I recently purchased an 18 year old car with just 25,000 miles from new. alas the previous owner had been a heavy pipe smoker and the interior stank and all the surfaces were heavily contaminated. I happened to have this product to hand and was amazed at how easy it was to use and what outstanding results I got from only two applications.

As the curator of a fleet of historically interesting vehicles dating from the twenties to the current , this quality of product is most useful. I have since purchased two more sprays and will always keep it to hand.

I originally tried this on a car I was selling a few years ago and have used nothing else since. It cleans stubborn stains really well, even on light coloured fabrics. Not the cheapest fabric cleaner out there but is the best by a long way.

Works brilliantly on carpets and all upholstery. It even smells quite nice. 🙂 If used fairly sparingly a single bottle will do 3 average sized hatchbacks (including the boot space). I also use it on the lower plastics and door shuts so would probably go further if you’re only doing the fabrics.

Overall an excellent product.
