Overall, seems well-built and sturdy enough, but it doesn’t hold up to the task due to the two small plastic retainer pins that keep the stalk attached to the head. On second use, roughly 2 weeks after purchase, one of the aforementioned pins broke off, rendering the device useless.

No way to repair due to how the stalk to head interface is designed. The mop is still useful when detached from the whole assembly. Will keep that and continue to use for car washes, but the rest of it is scrap at this point.

Overall, I like this product offering design format. Im rather particular in detailing my vehicles, and usually stay away from anything I cant put a personal hand touch, But grew fond of this product quite quickly! It does without a doubt speed up the wash choir over other wash mits, sponges, lamb mits, etc.

, that I have in my collection, in which gained favor with me quite quickly, BUT, What really got my attention of a sort, Was in how the Pad on this unit created suds on the vehicle surface over any other material product that I personally have.

It does indeed like others say, Hold a great amount of water and wash solutions to spread upon the vehicle surface as well in a light-weight base format, thus also saving more time in the choir. It also at least for me, saves a great amount of effort in physical body movement, as well as speeding up the overall end resulted job! Hopefully, and I see no flaws at this particular point of time anyways in material product integrity, But hopefully it will go the longevity of future use, as it appears to hold positive favor within my light-duty vehicle wash use cycle for the most part.

Will update on any future findings, but at this point, I am rather pleased with this particular tool design format.

This product is well designed and lives up to its claims. It made the whole car washing process easier, faster, and more efficient. As a middle aged female, I appreciate the pole with the pivoting head for the wash glove because even with an SUV I did not have to get in a ladder to reach the roof! The extra wash glove included is just another bonus!.

I have 3 vehicles. one of them is SUV. I use it for reaching to roof of SUV. I don’t know how people wash top of SUV without this. I still use step ladder but my T-shirt is not wet anymore after I use this.

I use microfiber mitt to wash side and back. I don’t take head from this mop, I use just regular washing mitt. Because it much easier using mitt (or just sponge) to wash side and rear of body especially mirrors and door handles, tail light many parts are not flat on body.

But it’s 10 times easier using this to wash on roof.

I’m 77 and not a fan of car washes. This mop makes it easier for me to wash my vehicles. Saves a lot of bending, which I can’t do so well anymore. It’s a big help to me.

This is the best Wash Mitt I`ve purchased. Can`t get over the cleaning power of these mitts. I ordered two of these to click & collect from my local store in Dover. Halfords Emailed & texted to say that it was ready to collect, I was met by a helpful friendly member of staff when in I arrived.

I snow foamed the car & gave it a clean with these, what an improvement on a using yellow sponge. The sponge I used to use just dragged the foam & dirt around the car giving an average clean and dispersing/absorbing the foam whilst doing so.

These clean without the scratching & lock the dirt inside of the mitt, the foam stays on the car giving a perfect clean too. Rinsed the car off & polished it dry with a microfibre cloth as I would`ve done with the sponge.

The car definitely has a better shine to the car bodywork.

First time I used it the handle was real flimsy and wouldn’t stay locked in the outstretched position. I decided to try another broom handle and telescoping paint roller handle, but unfortunately they are different sizes.

I finished my wash but it was harder that what it should’ve been. I’m going to try to return it.

I bought the brush for a friend so I could wash his house windows. It worked very well as far as washing the windows inside and outside. My only ‘dissatisfaction” was that the handle would tend to loosen when extended.

Otherwise a great product.

This telescopic brush is well made. The bristles are soft and it should not scratch the paint. The size of the brush head is small enough to dip into a typical car wash bucket. It makes washing a large vehicle much easier.

I would recommend it for every car washer.

A well executed design. The combination of the two is slightly weighty, but solid as a rock! Mercedes like! Durability requires a year’s use to apply fair judgement. I’m cleaning my painted cedar siding with Home Armor E-Z House Wash. While the solution does a great job, I need to remove cobwebs, bugs, leaves, etc. that cling to the siding. After considerable research I chose this brush.

The combination of the solution and brush removed everything on one pass. Here is why the combination works so well. I can attach the brush to a sturdy painter’s pole. The brush fits snugly with no tendency to twist.

The long pole lets me reach everywhere. After applying solution to the siding, I saturate the brush with solution. The brush holds lots of solution. The brush works in every direction. So it is possible to get under the siding overlaps, behind gutters, behind electrical boxes, etc.

While this is one of the more expensive brushes, it avoids having to climb a ladder on un-level ground.

This is a really nice addition to my car washing kit. I don’t need it when washing my small commuter car but it’s great to have when washing my wife’s van or the Taurus. I use an electric power washer to knock anything big off followed by thick layer of suds from a foam canon attachment.

I use a bucket grid and dip frequently to lessen the chance of scrubbing grit across my paint. I’ve used it on the tall front windows of the house and it worked well for that too. It seems well made and durable.

I’m quite happy with this purchase.

This brush has great potential with its long body, but the bristles on the brush are just way too soft to actually scrub anything off the car. Youre going to have to use a lot of wheel cleaner to help this brush out.

I just wouldnt get it again if I had the choice. That being said, Im giving it 2 stars because it did help a little bit in cleaning, but not as much as I expected.

It works okay. Makes the suds really well due to softness of bristles, but its an awkward length as you still need to bend over. And kinda wish the bristles were stiffer for this purpose.

It is a soft brush for washing your car finish. Don’t expect it to scrub stains out of anything. But, I wanted a soft brush to wash my window painted awnings without scratching and this is fine. It has done done six awnings and seems good enough to keep going.

Time will tell how well it holds up. Might buy again or step up a few bucks more for the next soft bristle brush. But currently, I am happy.

Never used a mitt before, it’s always been a sponge. After the change of car wanted to give this a good clean from top to bottom and after some research found that a sponge should be a big no no on a car due to the high risk of picking up grit and scratching the car.

This makes cleaning the car so easy, holds loads of water and makes the job quicker. Just make sure you give the car a good hose down to start with to remove grit and soften and dirt.

Always used the Meguiars Lambswool until last itme when it matted after just 6 months and so I thought I’d try something different. Tried a ‘noodle’ one and wasn’t too impressed, then tried this Microfibre wash mitt.

Some microfibre ones are cheaper, but very thin and this is much better. Not a 5-star, because like others I find the elasticated wristband far too big and the thing is constantly slipping down my hands and feel like it’s about to fall off.

I’ve stiched about an inch out of it now and hopefully that will improve things. However, my next wash mitt may be another manufacturer if the elasticated wristband becomes wearisome.

Actually for the job intended it is excellent. the ‘but’ though is that it is very loose on the hand and therefore it comes off very easily comes off when wet. It soon becomes annoying. The majority of reviewers have said exactly the same thing.

so why doesn’t Meguiars do something about it. Is Halfords advising their supplier?? To get round this issue we partially sewed up the wrist area, makes a huge positive difference. Meguiars are at the top end of car cleaning products, so I shouldn’t have to do this though.

Hence only 3 stars for performance.

I absolutely love this mop kit!!! Much easier to clean my shower and great for washing your car because it will reach way up on top of your vehicle and we short people love that!! YES I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!! I love.

I bought this about 8 months ago. I now drive a tractor trailer and need to try to keep my monster clean. I have been continually usingthis brush every 14-20 days depending on rain. (which I wait for since Blue Beacon charges a bit over $100 to clean a large truck.

) The only complaint I have at all is I can not find a head to replace the old one which has ripped in the interim time. However, the price point is such that I may buy a new brush for the price of a replacement head.

This is a must have for your vehicle, even if is is a small car.

I cannot reach the top of my car and this is the PERFECT solution when washing it! I use it on the windshield and also the hood (I am short!) The kids can even help wash using this. It also works on the side of the vehicle.

This pkg is full of good quality items but there is no container to fill with soap so soapy water comes through the brush. That was what I thought I was buying. I was a bit disappointed. I could have purchased the other items much cheaper since the brush isn’t much help without soap.

Great price but certainly not the Quality I expected from an Old company like Turtle Wax. Bristles on the brush are pretty course but nylon so as not to scratch. Just was expecting more from a company that holds itself out to be experts in auto care.

In order to use the on and off water switch you have to have a special adapter on your hose. Also the brush is too rough for a car finish. I used it to wash the soffit on my house. Good price point though.

This is a great tool to use for SUV’s and just car washing in general. It’s telescopic poll is fully adjustable and has a convenient sponge type grip around the poll that you can hang onto while washing your car.

This is actually the second one that I have purchased, but I have had the first one for at least ten years and it is still going strong. The wash pads are removable and I just drop them in the washing machine if they need it.

Very well made and a great time saver that makes car washing so much easier.

I have an F150, and run a bespoke detailing company that specializes in larger vehicles, this tool has saved me tons of time and has allowed me to reach the all parts of the roof, windshield and hood.

Other folks have mentioned the weight of the tool, I don’t find it to be heavy even when completely saturated. My only criticism is the pad fits a bit too loose.

Agree with other reviews I read before purchasing this. It is best for flat sided vehicles such as RV trailers or motorhomes, and that is exactly what I bought this for. It is a very rigid rectangle head that will not flex to the curves of many cars.

If it had a far more flexible head I would give it a Ive star rating. Unlike cheaper similar models of this I have tried, I found this to be of much higher quality. You simply get what you pay for most of the time.

An expanding metal handle (not plastic) combined with a thick huge water absorbing micro fiber head make the washing of an RV time cut in half or more. A real time saver that does a great job of collecting the dirt without scratching the paint.

If you prefer to hand wash your vehicles, this is the tool for you. It could not make washing any easier. I don’t use the filter cartridges, though. I just get out my battery leaf blower and use it to dry the majority of my car.

A little toweling and walla – clean car!.

System worked great but the refill supplies (filter (3 uses) and soap) cost more than the system itself!!! Cannot buy refill supplies Walmart either. Very disappointed.

Product works as it should, replaces one I had for years. The product looked brand new, in the box with filters and wash refills, everything you needed to get started. Now I can wash my vehicles at home very easily.

Needed a brush to agitate the degreaser and built up oil/grime on my engine in my car and this brush does great. It’s not the most firm bristles for serious scrubbing but the fact that there’s a lot of give makes getting into right spots a lot easier.

The handle is comfortable and it has a very sturdy feel. Also the oil and degreaser washed off very nicely leaving a clean brush when I was finished.

This brush, intended for washing your car, is soft enough to use to scrub your feet clean. Just put some soap on the bristles and then get that dead skin off your feet. Being soft enough for your feet, this brush certainly is gentle to your car.

And the rubber bumper around the brush’s business end further protects your car or whatever you wash with this brush.

This brush worked perfect for helping to clean the roof if my wife’s van. It was perfect to use with a small step ladder and I could reach more than half way across the van. The bristles are firm enough to clean the tough dirt but did not damage the finish in any way.

Can’t wait to use it on my truck.

I loved the RV mop it worked great on my travel trailer. I also used the Black Cherry soap. The mop and soap took all the black streaks and tree sap off with little effort. Great products

This is now the only washing tool that I use when doing high-end RVs & trailers. Unlike most brushes it will not leave wash marks. Just be sure to use with a wide bucket like the yellow one that DK sells.

I just wash with microfiber detergent after each use & store in a zip bag.

This brush is alright but has it’s issues. If you have a vehicle with rougher plastic feeling trim on the handles, wipers, etc. the brush will leave blue fabric stuck to it that is virtually impossible to remove.

Though it’s only visible when you get up close, if you’re detailing your vehicle it’s an eye sore. Also, while washing the head will loosen and you constantly have to tighten it.

This is the third one I’ve bought. The quality of the mop isn’t the best. Sometimes they’re good, sometimes they’re not. The mop head is really soft, works great

This great guy really cared, he took great patience as he picked out all these items you have listed for review. I was touched by the care he had. I mean, that was what made it a GOLD BANNER DAY!! He is the one who selected all these items for me.

He really knew his stuff too. I have never bought a nice car before. I was carefully asking many questions and he just shared so much knowledge, extremely valuable observations that pertained to calibre of finish on my 2020 Toyota Corolla.

I even keep it in the garage to protect it and the finish. He knew a whole stockpile and took the time and care to explain it all to me in great depth. HE IS THE BEST. I will continue to shop at his Auto Zone store for a long time to come.

I truly don’t like this Wash mitt. The mitt was used twice and the fibers started to separate and come a part. I have not returned it because I had already used it. I have had better wash mitts from the dollar store in Washington state which were given to me which didn’t separate or split.

I think this mitt was on sale yet I purchased it because I found the fibers soft and didn’t think it would start to fall apart. I recommend not getting this product.

Needed to wash my car and could NOT find a genuine sheepskin wash mitt anywhere locally. My new car has notoriously soft paint and is dark in color to boot so I was really concerned about leaving visible swirls.

I used the two bucket method with grit guards along with Meguire’s Gold Class wash, one mitt for the top half and another for the bottom half, and I was really pleased with how well this mitt worked.

Holds lots of soapy water, very soft, was very slippery on the car with the Gold Class wash, knobbies worked well on seems and trim, and didn’t snag on badges/emblems/lettering. It rinses out well and does not hold on to any grit.

I put in the washing machine after use with only other microfiber products, air dry, and it seems to be holding up OK so far. I only listed one con, and really it’s picking nits because it works fine the way it is now, but the density of the knobbies (knobbies/sq.

in. ) could be greater but would probably also cost more. After using this I am not so hot to spend more for a Mother’s/Adam’s/Griot’s/Meguire’s MF mitt on-line when I can just run down and grab one of these anytime, and I have forgotten all about getting a $40 Wookie mitt.
