My original wedding set, which I will never part with is a pink sapphire stone with diamonds. I wanted to upgrade to something a little more traditional. My husband always wanted me to get a solitaire ring.

I love the way it sparkles. I paired it with ring enhancer # 96049510. I plan to layer it with band # 10000651013992, to add even more sparkle. Waiting for the ban to get delivered.

The picture online is not what matched in real life. Very cloudy, immediately apprehensive about the purchase when I saw it when I picked it up. Although customer service and returning was a breeze, very impressed by how easy is was to return and find the right diamond I was looking for.

Overall experience was pretty good. Shipping was quick and the ring looks pretty good. I think the only downside is not being able to see the diamond firsthand or pictures of actual diamond before buying.

It’s definitely not as “Brilliant” as I had hoped for though. Considering the price I believe it to be fair and competitive. Ultimately, she said yes and my fiancé loves her ring.

The ring I purchased was not at all what the image showed. I knew the rock in the image was larger than what I was purchasing. I purshased a 1/3 diamond and the picture had to have been at least 1/2.

So that was incorrect, but I knew the sizes so it was fine for me. If you don’t know, look it up elsewhere so you’re not mislead. The ring quality is great. Not bad at all. Also, the shipping was confusing as can be.

I purchased it and didn’t have the proof of utility bill or whatever and they refused to send my ring. The money had already left my account so they had been paid, but would not send the ring. After a few phone calls it was shipped and delivered.

Honestly, I wasn’t rushed on time so I have no complaints. It was just a slightly misleading image for the ring and very hard to maneuver checkout.

I purchased a Bellagio in Yellow Gold 0. 30ct H/SI2 (0. 65cttw), and it’s a lovely ring, but after inspecting it numerous times under 15X magnification, I have to say that while the color and clarity are very nice, the cut isn’t what it could be.

The certificate says “very good”; but it seems more like below average. I realize I saved a lot of money on the ring, with a coupon; still, I should’ve had advance notice that its cut was not going to be up to the level of color (G) and clarity (VS2).

I still gave you 4 stars, as it came close! I may exchange it, if I can work out a reasonable deal – am waiting to hear from customer service.

Fast service and it arrived in about a week from purchase with express delivery. I wasn’t too sure about this ring when it first arrived, but that was only due to the size of the stone (as i would have liked to have gone bigger)! However do not let this put you off, this ring is elegant and simply set, as i needed something small and quite dainty for my finacee to wear as she does not like chunky rings.

5 seems closer to a 10. Band is nice and thick, sturdy and built nicely. Mirror shine finish.

I bought this ring online in February. It stated free to day express shipping. The ring itself is beautiful. I bought a diamond wrap enhancer and love it. BUT when I received the enhancer there was no diamond solitaire even thought it had been included in the email that it shipped.

I waited about a week, and used their online chat and was told that they would give me a ticket number and someone would be in contact with me within a week. After not hearing for anyone for another week, I called back.

The customer service agent said she couldn’t find the ticket but she’d make me a knew one and call back within a week. After not hearing back for another week. I again called, they found the original ticket and said I’d hear back.

you guessed it within a week. This time I did get a generic email saying that they didn’t know when it would ship but they would email when it did. After waiting another week, I attempted to cancel my order and the customer service agent refused.

She stated that I could return it once shipped but that I couldn’t cancel. I explained I was renewing my vows and just wanted to go into the store and pick it up. She refused. When I asked to speak with a manager they said the same thing.

So another week goes by, I talk to a customer service agent Fred who was beyond nice, he states my order had accidentally gotten canceled and the delay was because IT needed to fix it, and that he spoke with a manager and that upon receiving the ring I should call back because they would be giving some sort of compensation.

I received the ring after waiting another 2 weeks. Upon calling back to talk with Fred, I was told that they couldn’t connect me to Fred and that if I wanted to speak with him specifically that I could just keep trying to call and get him at random.

I was given an email. I emailed sent where I had screen shorted virtual messages. The dates I spoke with customer service and received an email saying enjoy your jewelry. DO NOT order online. Once I looked into it this is not incommon.

If you can shop local I would.

Fantastic value. Good quality. Someday I will upgrade when financially more stable but she loves it and wears it with pride.

Gorgeous ring, very beautiful diamond. Fiance got it for me as an engagement ring, and is simple yet elegant. Just what I wanted. Ladies — beware of it getting caught on your clothes. I personally love the style, but any ring that sticks out like this is bound to give you problems until you get used to it.

The reason I gave a 2 out of 5 for the value is because I used to work in accounting for a jewelery store and because of it I learned the mark-up on diamonds. I’m sure if you saw the price at which a jewelery store got rings of this grade for, and then saw the price it’s being sold for, you’d be astonished also.

let me start by saying I know what I purchased and if I had wanted a better ring I could’ve paid more to get one. the ring had a much more yellow tone to it under heavy light that what was described.

the ring had a lot of small spots in it that are visible from my eyes so it is not eye clean. again this is not a bad review just wished it had turned out better than it did.

Online it looked so beautiful & the price was awesome! I am a widow and really missed wearing a beautiful ring so I ordered it for myself. I ordered this ring online (for a right hand ring) after seeing it in my local store. The ring I received was VERY cloudy and had ZERO “fire”. I know…you get what you pay for. But luckily I was able to take the ring I received and exchange it at my local Zales, and for the price it is beautiful.

I saw this ring first. It was the first one I tried on and it was love at first sight! It called to me as “the most beautiful ring I’d ever seen”. Very Tiffany-esqe design that majestically carries the solitary without the distraction of other diamonds around it.

It was an instant “YES”!.

My husband and I ordered this ring after we read all the reviews and looked at other options. I knew the price was unbeatable for this size diamond, but I also knew the quality would not be the best either.

I was expecting a somewhat flawed diamond, but the one that arrived was terrible. There was a thick, cloudy line straight through the middle of the diamond that made it look like it had cracked in two and been glued back together.

That was more of a flaw than I could be ok with. I ended up taking the ring back to my local store and swapping it out for the same ring, same price. only better quality. Don’t get me wrong, the one I purchased in store was still flawed, but not noticeably like the first one.

I’m still pleased overall with the value of this ring though. It definitely sparkles.

I ended up returning this because I felt the band was thicker than I wanted. I already have the petite version of this band and I like the thickness on that one a lot (picture included). The only thing I’d change about the petite version is that I didn’t get the diamonds all the way around the band, only half, and so it rotates on my finger.

That’s why I got this band with diamonds all the way around. I would have kept it if the band didn’t protrude so far out from my finger.

The quality of the ring is so beautiful! I bought the 1CT eternity band to celebrate our beautiful sons birth. My wife was blown away by the color/clarity on this ring and by just the beauty of it! She loves it and wants all her rings to he from Noemie.

We love the first ring we got, my ring size is always the same one but unfortunately I needed one size smaller. We got the re-sizing but it was like nothing was done. We kept the ring because of the engraving but will have to change it eventually :(.
