19 Best Carbon Fiber Shaft (2022 Updated)

Great D-pole. From my research this is the lightest STX D-pole they currently make. Even compared to the composit Hammer which I was surprised from. I was also surprised to find that although this is lightest compared to what is in STX’s current lineup, this one is still noticeably heavier than my all Ti STX pole from the late 90’s that they no longer make.

Its not a lot heavier, but enough to easily notice when picking up back to back with the exact same head and mesh in each. What this newer Sc-Ti pole has over my older all Ti pole is it has much nicer shaping and a really nice semi grippy texture.

The texture is just right. Not too grippy and makes for nice hand transition with gloves on from right hand to left etc. Good shaft. I recommend!.

This shaft has the same grip profile as the metal Sci-Ti. I wanted a carbon shaft to use in winter, because carbon doesn’t transfer the cold to your hands the way metal does. The carbon Sci-Ti is only slightly heavier than the metal Sci-Ti, but not really noticeable in game use.

If you love the metal Sci-Ti, I think you will really like this carbon version also.

Bought this for my high school freshman son who has bent way too many shafts while FOGOing. Decided to try this shaft because it is so highly recommended as a d-pole shaft. So far so good! My son loves it!.

Been a pleasure to lighten my load on my shoulder, with wght. difference of new shaft. Can spend more time swinging on the beach. Txs B.W.

Great addition to the equinox 800 you can use the stock bottom shaft and it works perfectly fine however I opted for top and bottom and am pleased with my purchase time will tell quality however Im an avid detector and so far its holding up nicely.

If you’re buying or own a NOX and you buy nothing else, do yourself a favor and buy this shaft. Best investment you can make. You won’t regret it.

Im very happy with this Nox Carbon Fiber shaft. Its Very light, performs super in water and fixes the wobble issue that stock shaft gets after some time.

Very easy to install. I can swing this all day long without getting sore. Very good quality carbon fiber. The design is fantastic.

Had to send back due to crack in upper tube-poor quality control, Matt finish made feel like a cheap homemade shaft- would not recommend

Not shafts pictured. Axis 5mm N-fused are great shafts for a midweight hunting arrow, BUT the ones you get will not be the ones pictured. The shafts are just bare CF behind the logo. NO white. Annoying bc I will have to custom paint, but not bad enough that I would return it.

The arrows where exactly as described. The packaging was horrible though. The box was nearly torn in half. There was not padding on the inside. When the packed the glue, they accidentally cut one of the packages, so there was clear glue inside the package.

This is a super hunting arrow!! Never had an issue with them and the are hard hitters and hold up better than some shafts!

The 12mm shaft and tip were a big surprise. I could feel the differecnce immediately. Anyone who owns a Cuetec cue would be well advised to purchase one of these shafts.

I see why Shane Va Boening uses this shaft. It has a smooth feel when setting up on a shot, and is very accurate. I like it better than my Predator Z2 shaft.

This new shaft is straight and very nice to play with. I really enjoy playing with it.

I think this is the best shaft ever. Really nice feel, super light, and great flex. Before this shaft my shot was 65 mph and after I got it now it’s 73mph. I think thats because of the flex and lightness of this shaft.

I also really love the shape it’s slightly concave and really molds into your hands. And the sandpaper grip really gives a really great feel I didn’t even have to use tape!.

Feels like a huge upgrade from the original carbon pro. Great texture on the entire pole minimized the need for grip tape.

This shaft is one of the lightest shaft son the market. Due to the fact that it is carbon fiber it has Flex in it. East Coast Dyes calls this “Flex5l Technology! Being a goalie the weight is a big factor when it comes to the shaft.

Because it is so light I am able to move my hands closer than ever and get to shots that I couldn’t before. The shaft has a concave shape and has the best amount of texture for ultimate soeed and control.

The shaft has so many colors for whatever your team colors are. Overall, I rate this shaft 10/10 because it has great technology and East Coast Dyes put in a lot of effort to create this.

The carbon Pro 2. 0 is by far the number one East Coast Dyes lacrosse shaft that they have made. This shaft is for all positions and has great durability. This shaft was a big help for me when my son was getting to become very good at the game of lacrosse and was able to make his game next level.

He has used the same shaft for three seasons in a row now and has only gotten one tiny dent in it after playing maybe 50 lacrosse games with the shaft. I would be very happy if East Coast Dyes would come out with a 3.

0 that has all of the same standards but is even better shaft than the one that they have right now. I hope that if you or your child is very talented at lacrosse and has the money to buy this amazing shaft then you should buy this shaft to make their game next level.

I bought this shaft not long ago in store and love it. From the grip to how light the shaft is its amazing. Not to mention it’s an absolute shooting and passing beast lined up with the ECD Mirage 2. 0 head.

A great shaft however, the texture is quite rough (more than normal for a carbon stick) which can be an issue for offensiveplayers who prefer a more matte/smooth feel. We returned it. Sportstop is fantastic for that reason! They have great deals, customer service and I have never had an issue with anything.

In 2015, I bought an Epoch Gen 5 Dragonfly C30 Shaft. As I started to accumulate more heads, I realized having a carbon fiber shaft that was light,always warm(for when I played during cold nights), and most of all, versatile.

Over the last 2-3 years, I haven’t noticed a ton of changes in the Epoch shaft collection. After seeing the Carbon Pro released I noticed that East Coast Dyes really put time and effort into improving their original shafts.

Another major concern is the price and availability. When I bought my Dragonfly shaft 2-3 years ago, it cost me $150 retail. Currently, I cannot even find the classic C30 version anywhere. When the Carbon was released later that spring it cost around the same price.

On Amazon, the Carbon shaft currently costs $90 with the Carbon Pro costing $140.

If I receive this stick meesa will vow to fight the Darkside with it. My powers will double since the last time we’ve met if I receive this. The carbon pro is the coolest stick ever and no matter how many starwars quotes I can make.

nothing will ever top this awesome stick, it will be the anakin to my obi wan or the anakin to my Darth sidious lol. But we will see. because only a sith deals in absolutes. With this stick I will unleash.

This stick is the coolest thing ever, the feel, the kick point, everything about it is awesome. Meesa be crazy lucky to get this but I don’t have the finances! My powers would double since the last time we’ve met if I got this.

It would be my ultimate lightsaber that I would battle the Darkside with. May the force be with you.

I have had all of the carbon shafts from the mager brands and ill tell you if you’re looking for a hit that feels solid with no “ting” or hollow feel, this is your shaft! Low deflection. Yes! The construction is different than any other carbon shaft in the way that the carbon grain is running sideways.

This creates a much more pleasant feel in the hand unlike the cues that are sticky. Try it for yourself. you’ll thank me!.

I was a little skeptical but after getting it and putting in a few hours with it. I’m able to cut and draw the cue ball without any issues. My game definitely got stronger with this shaft. I’m definitely more comfortable and confident drawing the ball to get position.

The Spartan is a very good carbon fiber shaft. It shoots solid & you don’t get that doink sound. Better than revo & cynergy, plus you can buy fittings for othe cue pins. I own em all & Spartan is top notch in my book!.

I bought this back in November for my son’s Christmas gift and he is starting to use it now and he loves it. I did notice a small chunk of the outer coating of the shaft was chipped off close to the top of the shaft.

It was only about 3-4 millimeters so I decided not to return the shaft. I would expect a high quality shaft to not have a ding in it even before usage. That is the main reason I did not give it an overall rating of 5 star.

I am not sure how it passed quality inspection through both ECD and Dick’s Sporting Goods. So for quality alone, I rated it 3 star.

My son loves the look and feel of this stick. A lot of his teammates have played with it and a few of them plan on purchasing this same stick. We put an ECD head with Hero mesh 2. 0 red, white and blue with red strings.

The head and stick are white. Like the guy that strung it stated “Captain America would be jealous”! I agree!!.

Great shaft. I’m a varsity LSM that stays in the offense and yet I still do a ton of checking. Flex is perfect combo for LSM’s. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it scratches easily. Not a big deal but in white I’ve already scraped most of the white off in 5 games.

But that’s just appearance. Performance wise it rocks.

I shoot a While Wolf Stillhunter longbow made by Tony Semenuk. It is 66 inches, 45# at 28″ draw length, which is my draw length. I shoot with a fast flight string. This is an amazing bow. These shafts shoot great and just work with my bow unlike anything else I have tried.

The finished is beautiful. I couldn’t believe they were not real wood when I opened the box. I cut mine to 30 3/4″ and bare shaft tested. They fly like darts. I shoot the 90s at 8. 0 GPI. I fletched with three 5″ feathers.

I didn’t use arrow wraps. I cannot say enough about how great these shafts are. The nocks are consistent and clip onto the string with the same tension from arrow to arrow. They all fly perfectly and fly really fast off from the bow.

I shoot off the shelf. I tried to the Carbon Express Heritage arrows as I wanted a heavier hunting arrow. After a few weeks of shooting about 70 – 100 shots every other day, they started to fly crazy.

I started missing the target even at 15 yards. Finally three shafts broke and I had my brother (30 years of dedicated bowhunting experience) look at them. He noticed stress spots up and down the shaft.

He had never seen anything like it. Check out my review of them :>( So I am going back to the Tradition Only 90s. I believe the 8. 0 GPI with 125 grain G5 Strikers will be perfectly fine for whitetail hunting.

These shafts just fly so perfectly, are completely consistent, and look great, I will not shoot anything else with this bow. They just seem to group and I trust them. And when shooting at a deer, that trust goes a long long way.

These just work as well as I think an arrow can work. Well done Three Rivers! These are a great product.

These shafts should cost more than they do. They are as straight and consistent in weight as arrows costing more. I am VERY particular about weight, finish, and component fit. These have it all and for a very good price.

I shoot the 300’s at 31″ with a 100 grain insert, 200 grain head, a wrap, four 4″ feathers, and a point collar. They weigh an average of 650 grains and are all within 4 grains finished. Some of the comments you will see say they break easily.

not any easier than any other shaft. Use 24 hour epoxy on the inserts, spin test your points and broad heads, wipe the excess glue off by turning the shaft on a cotton rag and you will have very few problems with breakage.

Also, hit the target and not the rocks! The last thing I love is the logo removes easily with mineral spirits and a light scotch bright pad. Then they can be wrapped or dipped and crested into a beautiful wood like arrow.

and you can even scotch bright the entire shaft for a flat natural finish. Buy em and try em. I’m glad I did.

The arrows are consistent and accurate. I’m not crazy about the light weight (9. 1 gpi). The bad part is the finish. Whatever was used to put that wood grain appearance on them must be soft. After only 4 shots the finish is wearing, peeling.

They’re also much more difficult to pull out of the foam block target. I assume this is due to the finish heating up from friction. I’ll stay with xx75’s.

This baton was suggested too me by my conducting professor. It is balanced well, which is important. It has even withheld a few attacks from my cat during practice, so it is fairly durable. Overall, it’s a good choice.

The only thing that wasn’t great was the color of the handle. The picture shows a really dark, almost black color and in reality it’s just a medium wood color. That doesn’t take away from the quality, though.

A perfect gift for any aspiring conductor, the Mollard conducting batons are the quintessential batons. I love the large bulbous knob as opposed to the teardrop of the P series. I also like the various lengths that they offer to accommodate any director.

Get one for yourself or as a gift and get to conducting right away!.

There are differences in batons. When you’re conducting Les Miserables, the show is literally non-stop from the first downbeat to the end of act one 80 minutes later. I’ve owned and used other batons and found my hand tired and fatigued.

I instantly fell in love with my Zebrawood 12″ White baton. It’s extremely comfortable, just the right length, and very light. The Zebrawood has an interesting look and sets my baton apart from everyone else around me.

There are two conducting batons with this order. The feel great when being held and they are the perfect length.

The baton is great looking and it shipped out tremendously fast, very happy experience all around !

My older brother has a few of these. So light but still very strong able to handle some hard checks. Also very simple and clean look which is hard to come by these days. Definitely recommend to any type of player at any level.

Good weight to strength ration. Finish is matte, but pretty slick.

I bought this and used it during 1 practice, then played a game a few days later and it snapped in half. Gave 2 stars because I probably should have bought a heavier duty version. Just be forewarned.
