20 Best Cardio For Bodybuilders (2022 Updated)

I just got this a week ago. Love it! Been using it at least 4 times now since then. My first home gym equipment and needed a space saver in my bonus room. This is absolutely perfect! It got really good reviews which is why I chose it as I’ve been deciding on this or a treadmill.

I’m so glad I decided to get this! I’ve sweated so much doing a great fast workout on this. It’s pretty stable being a light weight piece of equipment. Super easy to put together. Only 5 steps and the main base came together already.

Just had to have help carrying it upstairs. So far so great! I’d highly recommend. The tension on it definitely enhances how hard you wanna work out. I was pretty sore the first day I used it. Which is what I was hoping for!.

Okay 1st is was so easy to put together took about 45 minutes. I followed a video on YouTube. I found the instructions it came with to hard to read. It’s extremely quiet. I love the fact that you can download an app to track your progress.

There’s also YouTube videos for this specific machine to get you started and to challenge yourself. The one feature I have not figured out how to link or setup the Bluetooth to the app. Hopefully I will figure it out soon.

I did a short 20 minute workout to see how it felt i found it easy to use. It was easy on my joints very comfortableI I will update soon.

The Fitness Reality 1000 Plus Magnetic Rower arrived very well packaged. My Dad helped me by putting it together, in less than 30 minutes. The first time on the rower was extremely quiet and smooth. The machine did not move around, nor scratch my wood floors.

Others have left negative reviews, and I am sorry for their experience, but please try this. If you put in the effort, and are consistent, this machine can be the workhorse in your weight loss/fitness journey.

This is one of the only machines that I have seen that has the capability to perform many different strength-training exercises in addition to the rower. It even comes with many exercises in the instruction manual.

I did use the Fitness app, which comes with a wonderful trial. I have alternatively followed workouts found on YouTube. I do however think it is necessary to utilize the app or other videos, as they will teach you correct form, tempo and time for maximum results.

Once I got the hang of it, every row I did felt as if I was doing an abdominal crunch. My stomach is my worst part, but I see a dramatic difference. You cannot beat the price, and do not be fooled. This is a quality-crafted machine that will stand up against rowers over $1,000.

I have never rowed before, but this is a total body workout for those who are also short on time. I had been looking for awhile for a full motion rower which feels like the real thing. I read the reviews and You tube videos. I was concerned about quality and also most importantly the California warning.

I finally decided to buy it and I am so glad I did. I have it in the garage or an area that has good airflow. I was impressed with how relatively easy it was to build and the quality. It is an excellent piece of equipment and I got it on a sale for Valentine’s day.

I read reviews about the seat not being smooth but honestly people, when you are rowing, the body of water you are in is not always smooth. The arm swing is smooth and very well built. The first day I could not do 2 minutes without pausing.

Every day I feel like my body is gaining from the exercise. I am very happy with the equipment and if you are in the market for a full motion rower, which in my opinion gives you the real effect of rowing, I would make the purchase today.

1. Weight max 350. Good quality 2. Small footprint for small apartments. 3. Very quiet. Perfect for upstairs apartments and sleeping babies. 4. Realistic rowing feel. 5. Can be stored away. But no wheels to roll away.

Low price makes up for no wheels. 6. Only con. Cannot use more than 15 – 20 minutes at a time. Gets super hot. I do circuit training so it’s working perfectly for me so far. 7. Advice, don’t man handle it.

I have been really happy with this rower. It is a great workout and it is actually quite fun. I had never used a rower before but I wanted something that targeted quads to rehab a knee. It was very quick to put together and it is very quiet.

I was not able to use it for prolonged periods at first, it gives quite the workout, but short sets with rest breaks and using it twice a day built up my stamina and strength quite quickly. Visitors have tried it and also said it was very fun, but a challenge.

I have been coaching now for over 15 years and usually use the higher end and more recognized brands. I was very pleased with this Sunny Health model as it was significantly less expensive and yet well built.

My only observation is that it has no fan resistance adjuster so you’re stuck with one resistance. I overcame this problem by putting tape over some of the fan vents thereby restricting the ability of the air to escape and thus increasing the pressure resistance.

Seat is comfortable but the resistance is really non-existent. The only resisted you get from it is to row faster. It’s a chincy piece of equipment. Overall it will probably last about a yr before we upgrade since we can’t return it without meeting all of this criteria just to get something more sturdy.

Yes, it’s an okay machine but don’t think this will be anywhere close of an equivalent to the major rowers out there.

Machine was well packed and directions were easy enough to follow. _x000D_ It took about 30 minutes for two of us to set up the machine. It is sturdy and well built and sliding seat is smooth. _x000D_ Overall very happy with the machine.

There is no tension control except to row faster and force more air into the wheel so this is not a rower for extremely strong athletes. _x000D_ It provides steady resistance which provides a good workout if you row for 10 minutes or so.

Loved the size of the bike. I have a small room in my house that is my “exercise equipment” room, and it is small in size, so it was perfect. It was comfortable to sit on, and fit me perfect. It took over an hour to put together.

All the parts were there, but the directions were a bit confusing. When I finally got on it to use it, it made a horrible grinding noise, and even at the lowest setting, was almost impossible to pedal.

I had to return it. It may have been damaged internally in shipping, because the box was damaged.

I am on a weight-loss journey and miss my 1990’s AirDyne fly-wheel exercise bike. This one comes close to what I was used to back in the day. It’s simple; no extra bells and whistles. Was easy to put together and doesn’t take up alot of space in my home office where it’s parked.

The read-out of kind of small, but it gives times, distance and calories burned as well as how fast you’re going. So, that’s everything you need! Resistance belt is easily adjusted. It’s very sturdy.

The only thing I do not like about it is the middle section that you have to step over to get on the thing. It’s very high for a shorter person to get over.

Love this bike. It was easy to put together, works beautifully, is easy to move around, and is very comfortable. I am 75 years old and put it together all by myself so that shows how easy it is. After I finished the bike, I actually exercised on it for around 10 minutes.

I’ve only been using this for four weeks. The product is sturdy and well constructed. The nylon strap looks and feels like it will provide lasting use. The handle is easy to grip and comfortable in the hands.

The seat is comfortable and I’ve had no issues with it. I’m starting out with 30 minute sessions on low level to work on my technique and form and very much like the steady resistance. For older first time users on a rowing machine (I’m 66), if you haven’t already been exercising regularly this will give you a good initial workout at level 1.

If you’re like myself and do regularly exercise but haven’t used a rowing machine, once you feel comfortable with proper technique and form you’ll be ready to push upwards and this machine has very good resistance settings and built-in programs that will challenge you.

Purchased this rower because of it’s magnetic resistance (quieter) and upper weight limit. I’m 6′ 3″ and 265 lbs, so I wanted to know I was getting a machine w/ a sufficient weight limit. Generally, I use the Heart Rate program and have been mostly happy with the performance of the HR monitor.

I”ve not bothered with maximum resistance, since my emphasis is on low-impact Cardio, and I’m still out of shape enough, that I can get to 85% of max heart rate and stay there w/o tons of resistance.

My biggest complaint is the seat noise and lack of smoothness in it’s travel. It feels like the bearings are “lumpy” and is squeaky with each stroke.

This is a very good rower. I like rowing and the gym in the community where I live has an old worn out one. It was becoming hard to get on it as others were always using it. So I decided to get my own.

This one is very compact, super quite and smooth. Love the different scenarios you can tailor to suit ur needs. The seat is a pain in the rear. I even tried reversing it. My coccyx bone gets irritated.

For the price and all the great features this rowing has, it was a no brainer for me, to order it from BJ”s with free shipping. Setup was simple.

While this machine appeared to be a good choice for me (full body extension and very quiet for those of us in a condo. ,) the one I received was NOT the same as the picture indicating a silver frame over the front of the unit.

Mine was plain black plastic and cracked at the lower front where the two slides come together. It appears to me that this was the previous version of the one online and that the silver overlay was for added protection to prevent cracking in that area.

Other than that, it appears fine. I spent a lot of time with customer service about my dilemma, but they are not able to call the vendor directly to ensure that I will get the one I ordered. Personally, I would think that QVC would be very concerned that a vendor was not providing the product that they had contracted to sell to their customers.

I have never experienced anything like this before. I may not have liked an item once I received it, but have always received the item that I ordered. I am trying to get this issue in Corporate’s hands because I may not be the only person who received and paid for a cheaper version.

Please make sure that your SPM Magnetic Rower has the silver frame as shown on your order confirmation. Mine may have been an oversight, but since the Company has not returned my calls yet, one wonders? The reviews look great, so I am hoping that QVC and Sunny Health & Fitness can resolve this issue quickly and make a valued customer happy.

Fairly easy to put together. Seems good quality, however the resistance at the highest setting is not very difficult and I am probably below average strength for my age/size. My husband tried to use it and it was a joke.

He didn’t get any type of workout from it. Unfortunately their return policy is also subpar. They only allow you to return if it’s unopened. And sometimes you have to pay $200. Ridiculous. For something that you have to buy online to try it out, the return policy should be much smoother for the customer.

I wouldn’t recommend buying this product.

I am a very capable person at putting fitness equipment together. This however was the most challenging thing I have ever come across. First of all the directions were nuts. Then some of the bolts and pieces didn’t line up.

I proceeded to calmly put this together for three evenings after working all day. By the weekend, I was spent. On the 3 rd eve. I tried to put the other petal on it after successfully putting the left on with no problems.

This thing would not line up. After doing some inspection of the pedal I realized that is was cracked at the screws in the plastic part. All of that time and energy wasted. I returned it and decided not to get another.

Best Buy has the most amazing customer service ever!!! The delivery team came out and picked it up a week later and I had my refund in 2 days. Amazing job Best Buy!!! Schwinn, I really tried and wanted this to work out for me but there were to many issues.

This bike combines the aerobic workout of biking and spin with resistance toning workout. I love that I can do arm toning and resistance band work while spinning on the bike. The bike is well made, sturdy and really can adjust to give you the level of resistance and work that you like.

It’s not your average exercise bike and I really love that I can be working my arms while getting that low-impart cardio biking workout. Product Details: • Bike comes unassembled- but comes with all needed tools and product manual.

Assembly is not too difficult or time consuming • Pedals have no strap for over top of the foot- but they have a good grip and my foot does not slip while biking • Handles at the seat- no front handlebars on this bike- this for me is the one thing that it is lacking.

I wish that I also had the option to stand while biking with that front grip. However, that isn’t really the focus of this piece of equipment • Resistance band arms adjust to many levels and you always have an even level- it allows you to do so many arm movements for targeting specific muscles.

We love the Stamina Wonder Exercise bike as a family! I just can’t believe how much use everyone is getting out of it from the kids to hubby and I! Our 14 year old put it together in less than an hour without any trouble at all! It’s super light weight and compact design with the wheels on the back end allow me to move it from room to room without any resistance.

I even enjoy taking it outside to get some fresh air and peace while working out! Hubby and the kids love the multi-funtion battery operated monitor which is promoting a little friendly competition. And with where it’s located right above the resistance dial, the bike is easily adjustable for everyone in the house! The Wonder Arms are my favorite feature though and what really sets it apart from other exercise bikes we’ve owned.

I love how easily I can change the angle of the arms changing the upper body work out all together. My favorite is straight out like a “T” shape and throwing punches. Right now, that’s how I find them the easiest to use but I’m also 38 weeks pregnant and not supposed to be doing a whole lot of working out.

My oldest son likes using the arms as a bench press style work out and hubby changes it up every time he uses it it seems.

The first bike they sent me was defective. I was impressed at the fact that they were quick to respond and replaced the bike. Unfortunately I used the bike anywhere from 5 to 10 times, spending 30 min.

on it each time; I then had health issues which prevented me from using the bike. I just recently started using the bike as my health has improved. I was super excited to get back into my workout routine.

I used the bike 3 times each time 30 to 45 min. Then one day as I proceeded to pull the bike out of its spot I noticed the right crank was broken. I spent quite a bit of money on something that I was only able to use for a small amount of time.

I recently started a chat with the company and all they could say is that its broken because of wear and tare. Thats unacceptable, especially when you spend the amount of money you do for this bike. This is the most expensive piece of junk I ever purchased!.

I’ve had this machine for only a few weeks so I cannot attest to its long-term durability but what I’ve seen so far is very positive. Assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow (the only exception being a little difficulty fitting the cup holder, of all things).

The kit includes all the necessary hardware, tools and accessories. It took me a little over an hour to put the machine together. As advertised, the machine has multiple settings to measure a workout but if you don’t want to fiddle with them, it is already programmed to display the basics — distance, calories, time, strokes and so forth.

The machine is comfortable to use, almost deceptively so as I overdid it the first time out. Some years back, I had inherited a high-end brand (i. e. , very expensive) rowing machine, which I eventually sold.

The Stamina 1130 works just as well, is lighter, takes up a lot less space, and comes at a very reasonable price. In sum, I’m very pleased with this purchase and look forward to using the machine for a long time to come.

And one more thing: I contacted Stamina about an issue (turns out I had overlooked something, so it was my bad); Customer Service answered my call immediately and promptly took action to resolve the issue.

I have had this machine for over a year now and it works flawlessly. I use it everyday in the morning for about 30 mins to get a great start for the day. It is fairly easy to move around, easy to setup and use.

The pedals and velcro straps are a little cheap looking but they work. The heartbeat monitor strap is not very useful – needs physical contact with the body across the chest and does not starting working reliable till you build up a sweat.

The magnetic resistance works flawlessly, it is virtually noiseless, and the built in programs are a breeze to use. Not too expensive either. Low footprint is an added advantage. You cannot go wrong with this purchase – my 2 cents worth!.

I purchased the Stamina 1130 rower after reading a number of professional reviews. The item was received, packaged well, within 4 days of my order. The box wasn’t really heavy so I could get it to my basement easily.

(I am a 65 year old female. ) I uncrated all the parts and did a quick inventory. The assembly instructions were straightforward. They included the tools needed for assembly. I was able to assemble the rower within an hours time.

The rower is sturdy and worked well. My only criticism would be that they chintzed on the quality of the foot straps (velcro strips) which I restrung to the bottom slots for ease and comfort. I’ve done 3 workouts thus far, all presets: Fat burning, Intervals and today I did the Target Heart Rate workout, using the heart rate monitor that comes with the machine.

In each workout you could definitely feel the difference in resistance as the programs adjusted it during each interval. If you do not specify a time, the presets will last 36 minutes with intervals of 3 mins.

The programs really work you! The rowing action is smooth so you can easily get into a rhythm. I normally work out on a treadmill, elliptical, exercise bike and bowflex, so I’m reasonably fit. I was using the bowflex for rowing prior to this.

The Stamina 1130 is much better and I now find myself gravitating to this machine as my preferred equipment. I highly recommend this product.

How is ProForm so much less expensive than its competitors? My only guess is perhaps it is because the company is still making a name for itself. I bought a ProForm treadmill back in 2017 and it was phenomenal! My ex-wife and I used it nearly every day for four years, then sold it (after we split).

I just bought this rower at the beginning of the month and, yet again, I’m VERY happy with the purchase. I was nervous about ordering online, because it’s a pain to go through returning a product this size after it is removed from the box.

The packaging material is superb! I think the delivery guy could have thrown the box from the truck without causing damaging the contents with how well the machine is protected in the packaging. Great work, ProForm! It comes about 85% pre-assembled.

SUPER EASY installation. I think a 12-year old could put it together. It may help to have two people, but I did it myself with no issues. I’m a slightly higher than moderately-strong male. Finally I’ll add as others have stated that the machine has warning banners all over it, stating that it is “locked” and that you must visit a website and subscribe to unlock it, but that’s not true.

Just hold the iFit button 30 secs and you’ll be good to go — no extra costs necessary! ProForm is STILL great bang for your buck! Buy their products while they still are! They are 2 for 2 so far with me!.

Worst piece of equipment ever created in the history of mankind. Difficult to activate, with very poor customer service. The tie to the iFIT subscription basically means Proform will frustrate you at every step of the way in the activation and use of the device.

After setup I observed the resistance in the rower does not work. Called Proform and after a 1 hour wait, they said they are sending a technician to repair it in 5 days. So much for brand new equipment – it came out of the box needing parts and repairs.

I also happen to have mistakenly bought a Proform HIIT Elliptical. In that case, they sent me a used product.

I’ve purchased Proform before. I had purchased a treadmill about 8 years ago and it still works. I consider Proform a middle-of-the-road brand for fitness equipment which is what I was looking for. I originally wanted a Concept 2 rowing machine but the wait time and price was a bit of a turn-off.

The rower comes almost entirely assembled. You basically just have to attach the seat and control panel/arm and you are set. The box it comes in is extremely large and heavy (I think they listed the shipping weight as 110 pounds).

Once out of the box I was happy with the quality I saw. It looked sturdy and pretty nice overall. I’ve used the Proform 750r for 2 weeks now and can say the following. * The magnetic resistance is good for those who are not already muscular.

If you already have good muscle tone built up you will want fan or water resistance. For someone like me, who has let themselves go during covid, it’s perfect. * It is quiet. The seat will make more noise than the actual machine.

* It is comfortable (of course this is subjective). The seat is cushioned enough, the handle has some nice padding, and the foot platforms work good. * The display panel could use some work. While it does cycle through the different stats and you can remove some before you work out, I’d really like it to display a set of stats constantly rather than cycle through them.

Plus, it doesn’t remember which ones you remove when you turn it off, so you have to remove them each time. It does have key stats such as strokes / 500m. * Putting it away isn’t easy. You have to tilt it forward and then fold the other half into the underside of the front.

My 5-foot tall wife doesn’t like it. I don’t mind it but it’s not great. * I can get a good sweat with less than 10 minutes of rowing. I just did 4000m in about 13 minutes this evening. Overall, it should work for me for several years.

Rowing is a technical exercise. Don’t start gung-ho when you first get the machine. Watch some videos and work your way up focusing on your technique first and then your fitness. As others have noted, you don’t have to activate iFit when you get the machine (despite all of the warnings and literature that comes with it).

Plug it in and hold the iFit button for about 30 seconds and the display should activate. You only have to do that the first time.

It’s awesome, magnet control – no electricity required! You can adjust different levels/resistance and easily adjust from small to steep inclines. It’s a really nice, smooth walk and QUIET! I went downstairs and literally stood under the room while my husband was walking on the treadmill — I could barely hear a thing! Box fans are louder! Terrific treadmill, I highly recommend to anyone looking to buy one!.

Love it ! Just what I needed !! Super smooth operation and I personally feel it’s a much better workout than a motor type treadmill …I use it at max incline and walk only as I am over 50 years old …changing the resistance is extremely simple as well ….

Setup was not complicated. A quick read of the manual, just 2 screws to mount the tray, small rag to lubricate the deck and a slight alignment to center the belt. Total time less than 15 minutes. Machine is well designed with nothing cheap or wimpy about the materials used in the construction.

I am 65 with over 25 years experience as a multi-sport endurance athlete and more years as a back country explorer. If you are looking for a machine that will extend your cardio endurance, this is it!.

Very happy with the 1215 Stamina Orbit Rower. Best Buy price matched! The product is solidly built, and no pieces were missing upon putting it together. It arrived in great condition and was delivered through Canada Post.

There are drawings with instructions, but also recommended Stamina prepare a video as it makes assembly even easier. The booklet also contains technical information including warm up and cool down exercises.

This is quite useful. I feel I have a lot of variations to provide endless combinations of training over the years using slop adjustment and tension choices. I prefer the orbit rower as it is closer to real life rowing.

Product registration was extremely easy and web-based. Stamina already checked up on how I like their product. There is a free smart audio coaching app (muuv) linked to Stamina equipment, but I have also searched for others as it is not exactly what I am looking for.

However, these days with youtube choices I believe there will be lots of options. This is a lifetime purchase. Well worth it. Glad I spent the amount of time researching rowing machine options ahead of making a final decision.

I like the 1215 Rower. Its well built and easy to use, and there is plenty of resistance for a hard workout. But I had two problems with the rower. The first is that I really had to crank the adjustment knobs down hard to prevent the adjustment from slipping during use.

I have strong hands, and I struggled to get the adjustment knobs tight enough for them to not slip during use. The other problem is that due to the position of the foot pedals relative to the base frame, the foot pedals cannot pivot enough to allow me to stay flat-footed when I fully extend my legs.

Its ends up feeling like I am standing on a steep hill, and its uncomfortable and awkward.

I purchased a Stamina model 1215 rowing machine serial number 18NOV 026945 on 1-15-2019 at Amazon. com. The big problem with the rower is the resistance produced by the two pistons located alongside the side rails is way too large.

Too large for me to comfortably handle. I exercise at home here with a small variety of callisthenic movements and two 20 lb. barbells for strength training. I know what 20 lbs. feels like. The rower’s two pistons each must produce at least 40 lbs.

of resistance. The rower’s advertisement is misleading by stating, “adjustable resistance”. The pistons are not adjustable, they always exert ~40 lbs. of resistance each. What is adjustable is where the pistons are attached to the rowing arms.

When attached at the “lowest resistance” setting, the piston rod is half extended, so when I lift up/back on the full forward horizontal arms, the first 45 degrees of angular arms travel up/back is without any resistance whatsoever.

Then, when the unconstrained arm travel has reached its limit, the normal resistance of ~40 lbs. kicks in…which is still too much. In physics a force applied over a distance is defined as “Work”. What’s adjustable with this machine is the amount of “work” demanded of the user by changing the location where the piston rod is attached to the rowing arm.

The piston’s force is never adjusted and cannot be adjusted. I have lubricated the piston shaft without any change in resistance. Replacement shocks/pistons were shipped to me and they behave exactly like the original units.

I cannot use this equipment and I do not recommend anyone else purchase one of these rowers.

The flavor that was sent to us was the Watermelon flavor – which is one of my favorite flavors when it comes to anything nonProtein Powder. The caffeine ingredient is disclosed on this label and I’m glad since it would indicate at what mg would be needed in order to feel that stim effect.

The flavor, in my opinion wasn’t too sweet nor was it too bland – just the perfect sweetness. I wouldn’t say that it tasted like a watermelon jolly rancher but the watermelon flavor is there. No complaints about that.

There were no problems with the mixability, until you get to at least 2 servings. Most shaker bottles are a maximum of 28oz and I’m going to guess that one would need something along the lines of a 40oz in order to fully mix the product without the noticeable chalkiness that comes with the double serving.

It’s not quote as noticeable for one serving but two, the chalkiness is there. I haven’t gotten a chance to take three servings at one time, because at the moment, I was under the impression that the directions said not to exceed 2 servings at one time.

Perhaps tomorrow for my run in the morning, I’ll take 3 scoops as I have some servings left over and I’ll update this post accordingly. Regarding the energy, I think that perhaps, if I had taken 2 servings at one time earlier, prior to my body adapting to the stims, I think I would’ve felt the energy more.

The energy was definitely noticeable on the first couple of go arounds, and especially when I’m feeling sore from a leg day, but halfway through, I should have taken the double serving to feel the effect more.

The days following where I’ve done Cardio, I can say that in my head throughout, I had wished I had taken some Cardio Igniter. Final Thoughts: After reading the review, the question begs of whether or not one would recommend this and/or would I ever buy this again.

I’m a bit iffy regarding this recommending this supplement because Cardio is different than weight lifting and a prime example is when on one of the days where I took Cardio Igniter and XAT-7 prior to my run, I definitely felt like I could run a mile – however, my cardiovascular lung capacity wouldn’t have allowed me lol The energy was there, just that my lung capacity doesn’t scale with the added energy lol So with that said, I can’t say I would recommend this supplement because it’s bad but rather, it’s not a supplement that scales with your lung capacity – if that makes any sense lol Thanks for reading and a big thanks for TSN to be able to log these two products! << edit >> So I looked at the bottle label last night and it actually differs from the bb.

com website as of this writing. The website said maximum of 3 schools while the bottle says maximum of 2 scoops. So I just went with 2 scoops today and with my usual Core ABC supplements (maybe I’ll try 3 some time but wasn’t that adventurous today lol) and I’ll have to modify my statements here.

Today would technically be the 5th day that I’ve done Cardio in a row – M/T was Insanity at home and T/TH/F was the usual run across the bridge. I timed myself the past 3 days and W was the worst (after 2 days of consecutive Insanity who wouldn’t right? lol) and it gradually got better – but I didnt take any supplements at all this week, until today.

I have to admit, perhaps it was the combination of the Core ABC and Cardio Igniter together, but I have a new PR! 30 seconds faster! i mean, it’s not great by any means but slow progress is better progress overall.

I didn’t really feel sore as the past two days and I did feel a difference when it came to the Cardio today. I still can’t say I would recommend this for HIIT workouts as your bloodflow/lung capacity is direct correlation on how well any effects that CI has but for LISS or MISS – I would definitely recommend.

Great stuff! I used the old and the new formula (not sure the formula changed much, but the packaging did). It works! I try to incorporate a 60 minutes cardio work-out during, and I am using this product during.

The first 20 minutes just fly by, and you stay very focused. The other 20 are more gruesome, but you manage to push through. I think CI gives you the extra umph! The last 20 minutes you tap into your reserves, and usually you are able to do a semi-sprint in the last 5 minutes or so.

There is just this rush of energy. DON’T over do it though! I usually use a scoop and a quarter. You don’t get the jitters, but anything more than – you feel the heart in the chest (rate is usually elevated over by 10-20 bpm than what it should be).

This is by far one of the greatest supplements ever made. I take this before any endurance activity. I take it when i run marathons, mud runs or any cardio day. It has replaced my energy drinks when i do physical activities.

I have been taking it a little over 3 years and i always have a container of it on hand. I remember the first time i took it. im at the gym and i was a guy who never really ran or did any cardio for a long time.

The first day i doubled my normal distance on the treadmill. then i got on the bike and i went 24 miles. Ive been hooked ever since and its the number one supplement i make sure i have. Just trust me when i say how great this is.

There is no crash afterwards. there is no jitters. also when you really know its working it feels like you get your second wind. and that second wind never goes away.

I am 57 years old, obese with chronic health conditions. I purchased this piece to mainly strengthen muscles that were not used due to osteoarthritis pain, not to mention being quarantined upon the couch watching TV and eating Little Debbie snacks for over a year.

I wanted gain my mobility back and I knew I had to start slow, strengthening my muscles. I can’t do much walking but this helps build energy so I can do more a little bit at a time. This piece replaces 5-pieces of gym equipment and does not require a lot room.

The weight limit is 350 but I can tell you I’m well over that and thus far, no problems. It’s sturdy and the quality is good. It took a minute for me to be able to get on/off but since using this, my leg muscles have strengthened and is now easier to lift leg to get on/off the machine.

I was able to purchase this for $499 before the price hike to $700; and I paid $89 for assembly. This was a good investment for my health. I’ll probably upgrade and sell this one once I gain my strength and mobility back.

Upon arrival the unit had scratches on it, and one of the parts was already put together, making it seem like it was a refurbished rower, so really disappointed in that. really light, and moves on the floor if you try to row hard.

The lcd screen is really hard to see, and really cheap, especially since we are in 2022, and screens are fairly cheap, I feel as though this company took it to the next level. The rower itself was easy to put together, and the exercise is smooth.

If the screen was updated, and had a little more options, (which once again, its 2022, is not hard to do for hardly any cost at all), I would give it another star. The velcro needs to be longer for different size feet, in our experience, if you have shoes on with a smaller sole, you cannot use your legs to pull yourself back in the starting position because the straps will not hold your feet in place.

The resistance is adequate, but if you are stronger, it really provides no resistance. If you updated the things that I have listed, your machine would be phenomenal.

Good: Assembly instructions were very clear. Easy to use. Bad: Plastic seam seemed to come apart at first attempt to use. The monitor screen is very, very basic. At the highest setting, the tension is lower than most rowers I’ve been on’s, lowest setting.

This cannot be used directly on hard surfaces, you must have a mat or carpet, it will slide and slides far. If you’re someone that likes to watch workout videos or put in your airpods and go, keep in mind there is nowhere to set anything on this rower.

Overall, I would say (if the plastic hadn’t come apart) this would be a good rower for someone that is just starting their fitness journey, or a teenager. It is EXTREMELY basic, hence the price.

Easy to put together. I managed to do it all on my own. The only help I needed was just my son’s insight that you have to pick up on the main horizontal bar to slide it onto the channel on the front half of the rower.

I was trying to put it in straight but it needed to be lifted to slip in the whole way before screwing down the knob that’s in front of the seat. At first I wondered if the resistance would be challenging enough but it became obvious that if you only row a few pulls to try it out you’re not getting a good representation on the resistance.

After actually rowing for 10 minutes it became clear that the rower gives a good workout. I’m confident I’m going to enjoy it.

It takes some coordination, but this is the best butt-kicking cardio out there! I used to do 45 minutes per day when I had one at my gym. It’s expensive but the quality is great and very sturdy. Also, this is a great investment specially now we’re at the pandemic state.

Very happy, and worth the wait. Shelly kept me up to date and was very responsive to my questions while my order was made. I was not expecting a made-to order piece of equipment at the time of ordering, but glad I held through beacuse the quality of this thing is impressive.

Overall, great machine and even better customer service.

We love it. Now that it’s cold outside, we get to use it in our basement. We use it everyday! It’s an awesome full body workout.

I received my Bowflex M9 max trainer two weeks ago. Everything started out great, loved the JRNY experience with the coaching, around the world and music. Very soon after however I started having technical difficulties with the console.

I had a new one sent out and still same problems. I am figuring it must be an internet problem to a certain degree, I have normal internet, nothing crazy no streaming or gaming in my house and not that many devices.

The console will freeze over and over sometimes it is okay and sometimes not. I have moved the machine closer to the router etc. I even bought a wifi extender/booster but haven’t been able to try it because the console is stuck with an error code.

I am disappointed in the lack of conveying how truly important the internet connection is. For the future I would expect a company as prominent as Bowflex to disclose how important that is for full functionality of the machine.

A generic must have wifi connection is not enough to convey that. At this point I have two tickets in with JRNY from last Wednesday and Thursday and have not heard back. Nautilus themselves have been helpful but I am still waiting to hear back on what needs to happen to go forward using my machine seeing at this point since 4 days ago it is stuck, will not update and shows error codes.

I had read a few people did have problems but not many I thought “oh it won’t happen to me” boy was I wrong. I am hoping this is a console issue seeing as not everyone on the reviews have mentioned these same problems.

I am in love with this machine and I do desperately want it to work! That would make me the absolute happiest even after all these problems ! Hoping I hear back soon. #sweepstakes. :-).
