20 Best Career Mode Games (2022 Updated)

The gameplay is simply not good. I play online seasons only. I can’t imagine how many updates it will take to fix the garbage that makes me rage quit every time I play. There are times when facing Messi or Neymar that they can just wiggle wiggle wiggle through your defense and you can’t even switch to the correct defender in time to do anything.

The R stick switching is consistently inaccurate. When I ping a ball across the pitch to switch the play, no matter the player, they will chest it down and take ages to settle the ball. By the time the ball is under control and ready to dribble, the defenders have recovered and I’ve lost my numbers advantage.

Makes it so easy to overload ball side and trap the opponent. R1+O passed are always too low, might as well be double tap passes. Can’t even clear the head of a midget. They’ll just intercept it and automatically direct it towards their goal with perfect weight and the counter is on.

When defending a corner kick, there’s always one player that’s standing around the halfway line to start a counter. That player is consistently the wrong option. When using Chelsea, why would I want Jorginho there? He’s slow! When using Bayern, why put Gnabry there when I have Coman and Sane on the pitch? And I can’t control this.

If I play a formation like 4-2-3-1 and instruct my striker to always stay forward, I don’t want to see him coming back to the box to defend. I need him forward as an outlet, but he just doesn’t listen, even Lewandowski and Ronaldo.

If I set a formation with a winger and am attacking through the middle, that winger will just not get involved. They stay wide on their touchline and just watch me get swarmed by defenders without providing any useful outlet or attacking runs.

If I’m driving the ball up the middle with my CAM, I don’t need the striker to drop back as a false nine. That’s useless. He should be making himself a target, but instead drops behind the ball and doesn’t go in the box at all PSG are playing awfully in real life, but their live form doesn’t indicate that.

And everybody just uses PSG because of it. No gameplay variety. This will be the last fifa I buy for a few years at least.

Purposely held off with this review to give it a couple of weeks and to see what others thought of the game via Twitch. Definitely mixed reviews and thoughts on this game but did notice the same criticism being mentioned.

I’ll start first with the few things I’m not a fan of and noticed most so far, both player and ball movement is utterly slow, defending is horrible at the best of times and there is little to no difference from swapping gameplay mode from normal to fast.

Shots from inside the box are a surprise packet yet taking a blast or long shot seems to be the play so far for 22? also I’ll just add that just after half time the game does this slow glitch thing for about 5-10 seconds while in game, even after installing the game again.

I must admit 22 has made it from what I believe a bit easier this time around to get headers from corner kicks and crosses coming in. Goal Keepers are a lot better than 21, it’s probably the only thing in the game that feels like they got movement right on.

FIFA seems locked on this Volta thing but I guess for people that like it, it breaks the gameplay down a bit with new arcade modes added this time. I’ll finish this off by saying that I totally understand with every new Fifa we must adapt to the current changes each year and I still have a lot to learn about all aspects of the game.

YouTube tutorials will be your friend for 22.

This year’s FIFA is a mixed bag. The graphics and haptics are impressive but the gameplay still has question marks for me. I have experienced multiple glitches in the game even with the bi-weekly patches.

The microtransactions are terrifying. Beware, the learning curve from FIFA 21 to 22 is steep. Goalkeepers are both awful and amazing this year. They save impossible shots but fail to save simple ones.

The AI defense can be frustrating but you can learn to put up with it. Overall, I appreciate that they tried something different but it lacks quality.

They really screwed up the dynamics of this game making gameplay more cumbersome and rigid. The fluidity of the game is gone and they made PSG too powerful. Literally the same match-up everytime you play, your team VS the cheat code team.

Definitely takes away from the online fun. Their matchmaking algorithm is also way off. When I was in Division 6 I was Vsing Division 1 opponents. I restrict matchmaking to similar star teams, I use 3.

5 stars. Without fail, Im matched every single time with a 5* PSG team. They really need to fix this issue. Makes the game utterly unplayable for the purists.

I would rate this game a 7 out of 10. The thing I enjoy most about this game is the massive and beautiful open world. There is just an awesome sense of freedom and exploitability in this game whether you are flying down the mountains or racing across the desert.

The actual gameplay is decent. I enjoy the snow races the most, and I also feel it is the most realistic out of all the different sports. The mass races are a chaotic mess but in the most awesome way possible.

But other than the mass races I am not a fan of the competitive feel in this game, or the lack there of. There are not many multiplayer events, and this game doesn’t even keep track of stats. My biggest problem with this game is the blatant micro-transactions and the lack of earned cosmetics.

The costumes are ridiculous, and all the good ones are locked behind a paywall. It is really sickening. However, I did have a blast playing this game, and it is overall pretty good.

A blast once all event types are unlocked. Great visuals, even on PS4. Simple to start controls with room for plenty of player expression when it comes to tricks. Took a star off for the aggressive monetization (par for the course with most modern games, especially for Ubisoft) & bland single player story.

If you’re buying this for your kids, be sure to unlink those credit cards from their online accounts. Also no split screen option is a huge bummer for this kind of game. This is a single player only experience.

This game is really fun. It’s definitely a challenge as well. Only a few hours in and I’m stacking up points. Getting all types of new gear. And unlocking events. I’m used to playing extreme sports games.

I really like that you can do all types of extreme sports. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who’s a fan of snowboarding, bmx, etc.

I am only a few hours into this, and I can say I am liking this MUCH better than the 1st. Difficulty is more balanced in the beginning of the game. Leveling up skills makes a big difference getting Aiden through the world & fighting, & making the parkour much smoother/tighter.

The story is more simplistic & focused, which I also like. I’m sure it’ll get even better once I level Aiden up more, & get the grappling hook & paraglider. But. I HATE the auto-save feature in this game.

It might make me rage quit and never go back. If I put this game aside and not finish it, it’ll be because of the horrible auto-saving in this game. For one, the auto-save icon is so small I can’t even tell when it’s saving, so I never know how much time I’ll have to re-play the game when I have to go somewhere & turn it off.

I lost over half an hour of progress due to this, and if that happens too many times, I’ll be putting this game aside and playing one of the many other great games coming out this month. With the current technology in today’s day & age, manually saving (even saving while shutting down) should be a mandatory thing in most large open world games.

At least let me make the Save Icon larger, so I can SEE it. Oh, and that leads to my other complaint. This almost seems like a port from a PC game, because the text is “too small to read,” even though I have it set to large.

The subtitles are okay, but when it explains attacks and such, some of the hints & tips are just TOO SMALL, and I cannot see how to do things, like how to execute certain lunge attacks and whatnot. So, I love most of this game (so far), but 2 of my complaints have to do with the save icon and text being way TOO SMALL, & it doesn’t auto-save enough (& I can’t see when it does).

Maybe when I can fast travel it won’t be a problem anymore, because then I can just fast travel to a safe house and sleep, in which sleeping forces the game to save. Hopefully that’s soon, because I want to like this game.

I’m prefacing this review with the fact I’ve only played through the tutorial. But, after talking several hours to get through the tutorial, and the fact the busted coop has prevented me playing more, I thought it would be important to review.

Game is probably actually great if it works, but it’s currently busted and the last patch that “fixed” the issue did not in fact “fix” the coop. My issue in particular – I either freeze up upon loading OR I get booted via disconnect from my friends game.

Repeatedly. I’m playing in Halo Series X Xbox, and every other game has no issue with online play so it’s definitely this game. I have a full squad of friends I want to play with, and I can’t. It’s a super bummer and who knows when it will be fixed.

Second, I feel like I can actually write a gameplay/story review because the tutorial is HOURS long for absolutely no reason. I’m thinking the devs believe the story is stronger than it is, but it is – not good.

The whole flashback stuff includes perhaps the most annoying character since Claptrap. I have sat through many bad stories in games, but this is just so bad and the characters stink. Gameplay is fun and if you like single player, you’ll have fun.

I’m not grading the game on gameplay, but in technical issues disallowing me to play with friends, along with a far too long tutorial and crappy characters.

I really wanted a 4. 5 review. Part 1 was just so good and it’s not easy to match it. 7 years they had to really give us a bang for our buck. While I love many aspects of the game, I find myself wishing certain things were like part 1 and it starts to feel lacking, or a chore when it should feel fun! The parkour is super fun, however because traversing is more important then health you tend to level up stamina.

Which if gud enough you will be ok. The more you play the easier the game gets. However it’s missing something that makes me want to keep playing. I find myself taking long breaks and if I am really into the game I don’t do this! It’s worth the money and is super fun but the things I loved are not in this game.

You were scared and careful at night, now long as you play on the rooftops you will be ok. Nothing scares you or gets your. It puckered up anymore. The night zombies though are overpowered and even when leveled up they can kill you quick! It’s supposed to feel rewarding leveling up and getting stronger.

It feels like leveling up just gives you permission to finally enter areas you couldn’t without getting killed by enemies way tougher then you. So I ended up skipping an entire area which ai never do.

People now think grinding and roaming are the game, I still say for me, not really. I always say ai just wanna play the game! Then people say grinding and looting is the game. Anyways if you loved dying light buy this game!.

Literally no other game will ever compare to any of the sims. Especially when you play it on the PC. But beware! You wont ever want to do anything else once you start playing!!

Sims 3 is the bomb. com I truly love this game in fact I think I might even be a little addicted. You can create your dream house, create a family and control any sim you want. Your sims destiny is in your hands.

Not to mention the sims community has created challenges for you if you ever get bored this game is worth it’s money.

Rigs had the potential to be phenomenal. Instead, it serves as a distraction. While the gameplay itself is solid, the rest of the game feels more like a demo. Several reviewers have noted the motion sickness this game can inflict, and the measures the game gives to minimize that.

I am lucky enough to not have a problem with all the safeties off, as I felt annoyed and restricted with them on. I imagine the game would be no fun, at all, with the default viewing modes enabled. Having said that, the (blessedly) short matches are a blast.

Even with the relative steep learning curve, the feel of piloting the rigs was enough of a thrill to keep me coming back. Unfortunately, there was an abundance of wasted potential when it came to the league system.

There was little in the way of customizing your rigs, other than “more money = better gear. ” The cosmetic sponsor rewards are not enough to make this a serious time sink rather than a match or two distraction between other games.

But, if you can pick it up for $20, it’s definitely well worth it.

This is one of the few VR games that you have a chance of playing without feeling sick – which can last into the next day. A good fun shoot ’em where you’re in a robot. Good value, VR is impressive which makes the play more immersive.

The game is a bit of vomit inducing type of game play. Im not sure any game made for PSVR will get a good graphics mark from me. Until they can perfect the technology all games will just be about average.

Really just more of a 3d game type then actual virtual reality.

So I’d give NBA2K22 a 4. 5/5 out of 10. MyTeam is pretty much the same from previous years. You can grind it out but the rewards are minuscule and not worth it at the end of the day. You really are forced to pay for VC (Virtual Currency) in order to build a team and add players you want via Pack openings.

However then there is an additional currency (as with previous iterations) called myTeam currency that is exclusively used for myTeam and is the only way you can acquire new players/coaches/jerseys, etc from the auction house.

Match making is broken since your team could be rated a 80 (best player is say an 85, worst is a 75), but a team youre going against that is rated the same has 2 players on it that could be rated a 95 or higher.

in other words unless you’re a YouTuber, you’re going to lose. ————————————————————————————————————————————-(put this in to break up the writing).

MyCareer is gone in a new direction, the base story mode is gone and allows you to choose your path. Certain elements are a great addition (being a more corporate or free-spirit personality), also giving players far more badge points and the ability to get badge points depending on what university you attend is great.

But the downside is that the City is massive! and its become more of a RPG game than a sports game (but may be a good thing? for the MyCareer mode). I’ve found though drawing fouls is next to impossible which is a shame (for instance my draw foul in MyCareer is the same as KD, yet I’m averaging less than a 1/3 of his FT attempts) even with attacking the basket.

Oh and as with MyTeam you’re forced to spend VC to make your player playable otherwise you’ll be grinding forever ————————————————————————————————————————————- The WNBA mode feels like a cruddy add on that takes away 2K’s ability to further the other modes.

Either make a separate game where you can focus on developing the mode further and give it the time it needs or dont include it at all. ————————————————————————————————————————————-MyGM, have yet to touch but based off the above I have a distinct feeling its likely the same as previous games.

and it is better then the last three dumpster fires they’ve released. but with that said it’s not hard to improve from rock bottom. Overall, you spend +$90 on a game, and then likely another +$50 to $100 on VC to make the various modes playable and enjoyable.

Play every year and this is one of the best years as of late with one big HOWEVER. Graphics look amazing, gameplay is fluid, the defense is way better if not a bit overkill and thats the big HOWEVER as well as the shooting.

They once again made the shooting way to difficult. And not difficult as in im just bad but difficult as in even superstar players if even slightly contested will shoot 27% from the field. They pushed defense to the point that if you dont have a open shot theirs a 70% chnace your missing the shot.

Yes it makes you work which i like but its way overpowered and makes the game to frustrating to play long sessions with. But the game looks and moves so well as well as the commentary and new pa announcers for every arena make it to good to not play lol.

Its that good. The movement feels good the planting of the feet works finally. The blocking is good finally. They hopefully next year finally get the shooting where its competive but not way to hard and not way to easy.

Find a good balance like in 2k16. I like a challnege but this is ridiclous but i still hsve to recommend it at least if you can snag it on sale. Also ive learned to play on rookie mode and the game is fun.

Both teams can shoot and feels realistic and not cheese. Its like rookie is thr new pro level which i nornally play on every year and pro feels like all star. I dont like it when games just make things overpowered when you up the diffuclty and just make your percentage tank to make the game more hard instead of actually make it challenging.

Anybody can just make a game overpowered from you to up the difficulty instead of balance it more by having teams run better screens or plays or d up better ect. Dont just cheese your shooting. My team is my team.

Typical pay to win which i wont do and the cards they drop for you suck mostly so use the auction and u can get a decent team im alrdy over my team and i dont play online and dont even mess with my player anymore as its so cheesy most every year and a insane grind that i dont bother i play my gm mode 95% of the time.

First of all. I Love the Series of 2K Basketball. I am Mainly an Offline player and enjoy it. That being said. 2k22 is Harder to plays then last year. It feels like you have to get Higher-Rated Players just to get past all-star mode in Domination.

Also. the game itself feels like you’re playing College Basketball with Nba players(No knock on college play). This 2k Style would be Perfect for a College Basketball Game. I Enjoy playing the Game with your Favorite players you like, instead of feeling like you have to get the Top-notch players just to be able to keep up with just the offline modes.

Also. the Free-throws are more lack-luster this year. Towards the end of the game you’re playing. the game itself starts to drag if i may say(Cardio-Tiredness). though Too much. I Miss the Shooting-Style from Nba2k20 and Nba2k21.

Also. I miss seeing a Diamond-Contract in the Regular packs every now and then. Makes for a Good balance from the VC buys. Thank you for Reading my Review. Coming from a Regular Nba2k-Fan.

This game might be limited to twenty mini adventures, but it can be fun. There are traditional cardinal games for your Nintendo Switch with this. At $19. 99 that’s a fair price. Here you can shoot arrows, pop balloons, throw rings, and my favorite is the baseball home run contest.

If more of the games were like that, this would have a higher rating. Yet it’s one that most will find a few to go through. The graphics aren’t that great. I do find the carnival music amusing though.

You can unlock more activities by winning games. This isn’t a real challenge, but it adds some adventure to this. Load times can be slow, and I’m not sure what the deal is. If you’re on a road trip or short flight, this is a good diversion.

“Carnival Games” on the Wii system is a lot of fun! This game has over 30 mini games/activities to play. It can be played with one person, a couple, or a family. I would say the games are challenging but not too difficult.

The key is to have enough room to play it in front of your tv (there’s lots of motions with the Wii remote). The games here are the exact same games that you play at the carnival or fair: ring toss, dunk tank, darts, golfing, alley ball, ka-pow, and many more! I find this game better than being at the fair and I recommend that you enjoy it too!.

This game isn’t worth $5. There is zero strategy involved in any of the games, even for a 3 year old. The games are tedious and repetitive. Even worse only a few games are unlocked when you first play.

To unlock the others you have to grind through the locked one to earn “tickets”. If these were levels like in a game that works but these are mini games. When is the last time you went to a carnival and you couldn’t play the milk jug toss until you played slot car racing?.

F1 Manager is a good sports team simulator for a change of pace. The graphics are pretty good on next gen, but they do get a little choppy during the actual racing playback. There is plenty of things to do to keep the player involved, but it is definitely a slow paced game.

Overall, it’s a good game, and I would recommend this to the sporting and sim game crowd.

Good game, but a bit too polished.

I have played fifa every year since 1995, I’ve been there through the great times (FIFA99) to the godawful times (FIFA07 xbox 360. really?) And I have to say this years is a triumph. Gone are the overly paced players, gone is the poor defending and gone is the ability to beat anyone purely by using trick sticks.

This year’s game is pure football, you can’t win unless you know how to play the sport properly, which will upset so many of the more recent players that just want to be PSG and win every game. The game is slower, more realistic, so much more satisfying and more importantly opens up progression for players like me who want the game to replicate the real sport.

The only sad thing is that this will be the last fifa. What a way to end the era though.

We have to understand that FIFA is the only soccer game that exists, Konami was in charge of killing PES, so I can’t complain about this FIFA, it’s almost the same as 22. Obviously it has some bugs but with the updates they will be fixed.

Those of us who love football (as it is known throughout the world) do not expect illogical dribbles, or exaggerated shots, we want real football. If you want powers or fly with the ball, play Mario Strikers!.

Very similar to FIFA 22 I only play career mode and not much as changed. Had to use sliders to improve the gameplay. Visually very similar. Hypermotion graphic isn’t needed after you score a good goal.

But it’s the best football game available as Efootball isn’t an offline product.

First of all I must say that I have been a massive fan of the entire Sims series since the beginning and had initial high expectations of the game in question when I had heard about its release. People had originally told me that the additional features offered by the expansion pack, would side track you from the game in question and not serve as a worthwhile purchase.

As soon as I loaded up the game, I straight away disagreed with their choice. The options offered to you through this expansion pack, give you to opportunity to progress and actually become part of the world of Sims itself.

Rather than simply playing the game in a linear format, the pack allows you to decide the route that you will take and make decisions for your character, for the better or for the worse. It gives the game a more 3 dimensional feel as you can design parts of your town and interact deeper with characters in the town.

The Sims 3: Ambitions is the perfect complement to the already flourishing franchise that is Sims. For the games flawless design and additional features, I will be awarding this game the full 5 stars and will await any further developments offered by Sims.

This expansion pack makes the game a lot more fun, I haven’t had any issues with it affecting the speed/run time of the game. It adds a lot of good extras to the regular game play and it has some really nice create a sim items.

This is probably my favorite expansion pack and would recommend it to people looking to expand their game play.

Best Sims 4 expansion pack I’ve gotten so far! I enjoy the new careers, hairstyles, outfits and town! There are also some new character traits! I enjoyed that this is a very well rounded expansion pack with lots of thought put into it.

I have enjoyed countless hours trying to make my Sim the next Beyoncé! I totally recommend this expansion to anyone who needs a little push to fall back in love with The Sims!.

This is a really fun and quirky expansion pack for me. Luckily for me I managed to nab this one on a 50% off offer (probably wouldn’t have paid full price – I find all Sims packs quite overpriced in general).

I love the fame system and have enjoyed working my way up to becoming a proper celebrity, with all the pros and cons that came with it!.

Playable if you love football and the NFL. The best thing this game has going for it is official licensing. Gameplay is choppy. Little things like 2 MLBs making the exact same movement at the same time while calling audible.

Physics are terrible in pass defense, CPU defenders change momentum as they switch from their coverage assignment to where the targeted receiver is. Don’t try to be like a real QB and throw with anticipation, DBs know the route better than your WR, even ones with lower Overall attributes.

Prospect scouting is terrible with no clear direction in franchise mode, they are trying to make an improvement over previous model, but have not yet succeeded. Overall the game just leaves you wanting better.

Frustrating for fans who buy every year and end up getting decreased capabilities with a flashier display.

So I wanted to get this out of the way, I’m very understanding of annual sports game releases. I recognize that putting out a multi-million dollar sports game that many fans are demanding massive things each year isn’t always going to happen, but MAN did EA completely drop the ball on this.

First of all Face of the Franchise is completely and utterly broken right now. When you go to the pre-draft workouts as a QB, the game has you throw to some WR targets to see how well your accuracy/arm strength is.

But there are no WRs to throw to, your character will literally throw to empty air and get a fail. This is literally the FIRST THING you do in Face of the Franchise mode and it is broken. Franchise mode, when looking at my roster to make possible trades, I started considering shoring up my offensive line and when I went to look at trade options, the game doesn’t have RTs available in the trade menu screen, it simply goes back to LTs again.

During a game I had a WR on a slant route and a defender literally pushed my player to the point he ran his route in place. No penalty was called and my WR didn’t acknowledge that he was running into a defender who wasn’t even trying to engage him.

They FINALLY brought in assistance coaches into the game. years after they were taken out in earlier Madden games. These are some basic things I’ve seen in Madden 22 folks. It’s a complete and utter mess and frankly, EA needs to have the exclusive NFL license revoked and have some competition because they’ve grown complacent and lazy with their product.

Don’t waste your money. I love football and have bought Madden nearly every year for the past 15 years. EA Sports continuously proves it doesn’t put much effort into producing this game, and others. Franchise mode is buggier than ever and just plain sloppy.

The music is awful. No variety, just all basic & terrible trap-esque music. But because they (EA Sports) have a monopoly on the rights to produce an NFL video game, they simply lack any creativity and are just lazy.

This will certainly be the last Madden I buy until reviews prove they’ve put the level of effort into enhancing this game. The gameplay itself is solid, but that’s the only positive comment I can make.

Everything else about this is a huge waste of money and I personally am tired of the annual disappointment this game brings. Please don’t buy this. Maybe if sales plummet EA Sports will begin actually trying to make a good game rather than just making millions of a repeat of last year, yet somehow even worse then the colossal failure Madden 21 proved to be.

Or perhaps the NFL will license with another company that’ll bring this game back to what it used to be.

The game looks great, and gives off an awesome sense of speed. The world is well fleshed out with backstory for tracks and teams. The controls make the ships feel like they are actually floating, and take time and skill to tame.

The ships are customisable with paint jobs and are also upgradeable. The only downsides are although the ship designs are varied they feel like they are taken from other games like wipeout, Star Wars, f zero etc.

The controls can be difficult to learn unless you put in the time, and are not explained in depth outside a tutorial. There is combat to a degree, but unlike wipeout its not guns and rockets but more like energy drains and shockwaves which feel a little out of place in a game that focuses more on speed and skill.

But these are really nit picks. The game is well made and for under 20 is about on par with wipeout.

An excellent anti-gravity racer in the style of classic Wipeout and F-Zero games. The career progression weaves you through new tracks, vehicles, and modes, which also unlocks them for free-play and split-screen multiplayer.

Even when you fail an event, prize credits and experience are accrue, pushing you toward your next unlock/upgrade to make the next race class more approachable. The Xbox One X enhancements are well handled, and it’s a great showpiece for a 4K display.

Highly recommended.

As a fan of Wipeout and FZero I found this game to be up to par with expectations. It seems like the controls might be a little too much at times (having to pull up or push down on the right stick for proper steering is a little weird) but over all it’s fun and gives a good sense of speed.

Awesome “arcade” racer.

This game is a return to the traditional formula for Codemasters’ F1 games: Create a driver, and try and win. It’s a simple recipe, that is fairly compelling this time around. The graphics, music and overall feel is very similar to last years’ game; with a few small additions.

The 2017 edition isn’t anything ground-breaking, or revolutionary; but if you like Formula 1 and racing games in general this is a solid buy on sale or through an eBay listing. The ONLY gripe I have, is in the career mode you can select ANY team you want to start with.

I would have preferred they did the pre-season test model of getting an initial contract, as that was more realistic. With that said, I started my first career season with the worst team, to work my way up naturally.

(also helps with achievement hunting).

I have been playing f1 games for along time and they have never been brilliant. Especially f1 2015 which was a disappointment in every area. In F1 2016 they fixed all those issues, and added some great extra features.

Career is more intense than ever. But it does have some minor issues especially in the car development programs during practice sessions. Mainly with tyre management, in a program when your meant to be managing tyre life the game makes you push the car that hard (legendary difficulty) that tyre life goes into the red and you fail.

The cars are also unaware of you doing a fast lap and hog the line in every corner which is most annoying in track acclimatisation. Once these issues have been fixed it will be a brilliant game.

Focus is imperative. Highly challenging game. Small changes in car setups make big differences. I suppose I’ll have to buy F1 2017 due to the big changes of the cars next year if the new game, assuming there’ll be one, depicts that.

Great installment. Last game to have a personal favorite of mine – Malaysia. The boxy front tyres and wider wings look better than F1 2016, however the F1 2016 cars seem to run a little quicker. I have a recorded and verified 235mph / 378kph max speed hit in that game and cant come close even in F1 19 but this is about F1 2017, the first of the newer 3 games with Classic Cars, incuding the 1995 Ferrari which is absent after F1 2018.

Career mode is rich and lasts 10 seasons. A great game with replayability. I own the last 10 F1 games and 2 weeks until the 11th, F1 2020, and my personal top 10 is: F1 2012, F1 2016, F1 2013, F1 2017, F1 2019, F1 2011, F1 2018, F1 2014, F1 2010, F1 2015.

I think F1 2020 will be fantastic though. Just pick it up, its prob cheap and youll enjoy it.

Excellent game. My first ever playing. Graphics/images are great. All F1 tracks, and race cars available. Should you wreck two clicks and youre back to beginning and racing again. Patience is key because it takes practice to master, challenges you, the controller.

Graphically awesome and highly addictive play due to the graphics and sounds. Wheel recommended though dualshock can be configured. Recommended!!!

As a biker I was excited to buy this game. So disappointed with it all over. The bikes ride like theyre on ice, so its not realistic at all. What is realistic is the fact that if you make one slight mistake it.

Invalidates your lap on the time trails taking all the fun out of it. Far too serious for my liking, especially when theres no way to switch this setting off. Tried a race, and it just got ridiculous how many times I was falling off.

I can only assume that my rider had some sort of medical condition that prevented him from keeping balance on his bike in a straight line.

Game is ok but lagging some times. maybe too resource hungry for the console. hard to tell. Apart from that it is well built. Having the chance to ride a motorbike myself in real life I can say that this game is very realistic.

The customisations of the bike and the rider are great. And the race replays are simply awesome.

Having been playing the 2019 game. That has great games through all stages. And smooth grafics. 2020 has a lot of problems with smooth running graphics. And not as smooth game play as 2019 games Also much darker pictures.

Even though it’s a big step up from the previous game as far as what you can do with setup of bikes. Maybe be some updates may smooth things down a bit. Over all give me gp 2019 game any day.

This is an excellent game with a wide variety of cars and tracks the physics is good and the force feedback is great being immediately compatible with my G29 steering wheel and add on gear shifter. Graphics are good, although I would have liked more open road tracks.

The only hiccup is that sometimes when running off, the car freezes and doesn’t move and you have to restart the entire race. Also, the career mode does not work upon purchase until you open a PSN account and receive a special update which unlocks the career mode.

Car tuning could be made a little simpler with a little reccomendations on how to from the display or sound instructions. I do like how you can adjust the A1 difficulty but I would have liked the game to have a rewind feature like the Code masters games.

N. B. Opening a PSN account can be a problem for people living outside of the U. S. Please Sony, fix this! And please Bandai Namco unlock the career mode upon purchase. Thank you for such a wonderful game, Polyphony Digital has some real competition here! Can’t wait for Project Cars2!.

I await the next installment of gran turismo with this game as the level i expect it to at least reach, if not surpass. The handling on Project Cars is exquisite. I have a t300 racing wheel and the force feedback really allows me to throw the cars about and the precise handling means i can ease the gas pedal and re apply it to slide around bends.

Also setting the balance and ride high on the individual cars as well as many other settings allows you to set the cars to your own driving style. Seriously tho, if you like racing games, invest in a decent wheel AND this game.

You will not be disappointed. But please do not think you can just floor the pedal and win, racing tactics play an integeral part in winning races.

Project Cars is an excellent racing simulator that gives the player control over a myriad of variables. Its a simulator designed for a more mature player who is willing not only to invest a great amount of time experimenting with many game play variables but who is also willing to forgive one or two bugs in the programming along the way.

I understand that the car roster was very carefully chosen but I would have liked an even more varied selection of cars beside the game’s offering. Maybe my desire for different cars will be satisfied by DLC in the future.

For now, Project Cars is THE simulator for devoted racing simulator enthusiasts. Not without fault, but very engaging nevertheless.
