many reviews said that 1+ holes for wheels weren’t drilled, but the 2 units i bought are fine. HOWEVER, i have many of these iris carts that i’ve bought over the years, and this purchase is much thinner plastic and overall flimsier, so only 2 stars bc of reduced sturdiness and quality.

NOTE: for people like me who want more storage in a small footprint, YOU CAN REMOVE THE TOP OF ONE UNIT AND ATTACH 2 TOGETHER; remove the top drawer and depress the small rectangular notches inside the post spaces (i very carefully slid a thin, not-sharp butter knife in the space), then put the second unit on top and press gently to click the notches into the spaces; attach wheels at the end.

Because of dust allergies I tossed out all my heavy pieces of furniture that collected dust. I wanted movable storage with drawers that I could move and wash out. As well as not being plastered against a wall.

I thought this Iris storage chest would do the trick. I did read all the reviews but was hoping for a miracle. No such luck it was defective just like the other reviewers stated. it’s not for heavy items and drawers can not be filled up.

Just put socks, pjs, tops and other light articles of clothes inside all drawers. Drawers don’t close properly with heavy or medium loads. Design flaws. Assuming this was a brand name and looked nice and set up was a breeze.

It failed for what it was purchased for. Unless you are going to put one or two items in each drawer this is not for you. Now Walmart has to get involved with seller for return. I usually don’t like to purchase from other sellers because its a hassle.

I’m sure Walmart will back me up. I needed.

I have numerous Iris storage carts for storing office supplies, papers, and now quilting supplies. This unit fits perfectly under my sewing table, and I use it to store fabric and patterns for future projects.

I particularly like that Iris drawers are modular and can be adjusted to remove or add drawers, depending on your needs and available room. Fortunately, I didn’t need to adjust this, because this design is a slightly different shape and therefore not compatible with my older storage carts, making mixing and matching impossible.

In an ideal world, at least some of the drawers would be five inches deep, but this works for my current needs. Iris is a quality brand, and they make sturdy, dependable products.

I purchased this from Walmart because it had the best price compare to other websites that I looked at. I read all the reviews regarding this product about how people said that the drawers were hard to take apart and that they’ve managed to break some while trying to seperate them after unboxing the product.

Other reviews mentioned that if you stuff the drawers too much, they fall off of the side and that it was a pain to get it to stay on. After carefully considering all their reviews, I made sure that I didn’t over stuff my drawers and was careful to seperate the drawers to assemble the product.

First of all, my product came faster than the projected delivery date. Second, it wasn’t hard for me to seperate the drawers because between each drawer were plastic sheets and it came with instructions on how to pull them apart.

It was easy for me to pull apart and I had no problems with it breaking or cracking. The assembly was very easy and I was able to do the majority of it myself except for the part where you have to put the wheels on.

My husband helped me with it. We found that using a soft head hammer, you can easily and lightly pound the wheels in place. I use this for my kid’s homeschool due to Covid-19. I needed storage to keep all their textbooks and school supplies in and this was perfect.

Each side has 6 storage drawers which was perfect for each kid and with their 6 subjects. The top is where they put their Chrome books. I haven’t had any problems with the drawers falling off of the sides but then again, I made sure they don’t stuff it either.

The paperwork on the product said that the weight limit was 65 lbs. so as long as you keep this in mind, you shouldn’t have a problem with it. I love the top metal mesh. It is very sturdy and looks nice.

The cart itself has two locking wheels which is also a nice feature. Overall, this is a very nice product and it looks great. I gave it a 5 star because it serves it purpose.

It took me a long time to finally purchase this cart because the thought of assembly was daunting. Finally, need won out over trepidation. What a relief to find the task manageable, even for someone like me who has zero skills in that area.

So frustrated ordered this for my sons dorm and they shipped him this cart in GOLD!!! Why Gold ? Gold is not even an option for a color choice! So frustrated he is at college. How exactly can he return this when he has no Car to even do a return and I am a state away GRRRR.

Love this cart. Had one before, but one of the casters broke. Ordered some new ones from Service Caster but ordered the wrong size. While trying to screw one in, I sheared it off the unit and left the screw part of the caster in the unit.

The caster that broke was one of the locking wheels. I use the cat on carpet and didn’t realize the caster was locked and it broke. So I bought a new one and am using only one locking caster on it and one non-locking caster from the old one.

I couldn’t use one of the non-locking casters from the new cart because the screw is faulty and it won’t screw in. I have since ordered more replacement casters on ebay and hope that they will work. As for the old one, if my husband can remove the screw that is stuck in it, and if the new casters work, then I will have 2 lovely carts.

I bought this for my move 5. 5 months ago. And it was a HUGE help during my move. It’s also been very useful beyond that. It’s been great for hauling my heavy Costco purchases (i. e. cases of water) from my car up to my apartment.

Great little cart for hauling small amps, speakers or drums – cases, the platform is just the right size for transporting smaller equipment or just for around the house for just about anything. OK, it is billed as a Heavy Duty unit, and the shelves are thick and sturdy with no wobble. And the casters have a long shank so that they snap in place satisfactorily. The size is perfect for the spot I needed it for.

However I have reservations about the design. While one end of the vertical parts slide over a 2-inch shank, the other end merely rests on a flanged ring. I had to pull out my own glue supply to apply to the parts and hope that this will hold it securely enough.

So far so good, but I have not wheeled it all over the place.

Although it did not come with assembly instructions, it was pretty easy and intuitive with one minor exception. Pro Tip: Make sure you get the casters installed on the correct corners of the cart. It comes with two stationary casters and two rotating casters.

Initially I put them on such that I had a stationary caster on one side, and a rotating caster on the other. By the time I went to put the third caster on, I noticed my mistake. The non-rotating casters are meant to go on the back end of the cart (on the end with the handle) and the two rotating casters on the front.

so you can make turns with it. That was a real light bulb moment. LOL. Anyway, this thing is built like a tank and expect it will still be working hard long after I am gone. I am glad you can still get good Rubbermaid products on Home Essentials Direct.

I wanted a cart to hold 9 mics and desktop stands and a 6U rack with a wireless receiver, mixer, and power distribution unit. The 6U rack fits very well in the top but the drawer is almost useless due to the height of the sides of the cart.

On the other hand, the height of the sides is great for ensuring things stay in the cart. Assembly was simple but needed a mallot. I am not sure it will hold together well under heavy use, but we won’t need it to go over rough roads or a lot of wires etc.

I needed a cart to fit a narrow space in my laundry closet. It had to have wheels so I could have access to all the shelves. This fit the bill perfectly. The hardest part of the assembly was screwing on the casters since they had a tendency to cross-thread, but even that wasn’t difficult.

I feel I could have assembled this myself but an extra pair of hands made it easier to hold the shelf brackets level. For sturdiest assembly, be sure to position the locking casters diagonally as indicated in the directions.

The biggest negative for me personally is the location of the foot brake pedal and how easy it is for me to accidentally hit it. Please keep my specific use in context, as it might not apply to most users.

I live next to a wide bike, running, jogging, and walking path that can be taken to get to the grocery store. Instead of just walking the cart, I can get in some exercise and jog while pushing the cart to and from the store.

I have accidentally hit the brake pedal multiple times now. I am trying to be more careful, but the pedal is right in the middle and it is a large pedal. The only other negative is the high price, of which I spent the $80 extra to get the insulated bag.

It would have been nice if we had the option of selecting which bag we wanted at time of purchase, and then just pay the usual $249 total. There is a lot of good with this cart. It glides very smoothly and is easy to push.

The handle is comfy. It can easily fit in your car. There is no odor to it, it’s well built, and the bag is easy to lift in and out, if desired. If you are single, and want a push-cart, I think you will really like this.

It’s exactly what I wanted. I measured my space before ordering and it fits perfectly. It is light weight and holds my machine embroidery boxes on top and all the disc’s and tools in its 6 drawers. The assembly schematic was very clear and it went together easily.

One of the plastic draws was chipped and does not align properly but I make it work. Assembly was user friendly. I did have an issue with it getting a little wobbly so a couple of days ago I tightened everything up.

Not sure if the screws loosen up themselves or I didn’t make it tight enough. Only time will tell.

I bought this cart in order to store all my cricut brand machines. The bottom shelf fits my cricut press easily, taking up about half the shelf space (So in other words, you could probably fit two if you need to).

The top shelf fits my cricut explore lengthwise. The little drawers on the left are very shallow, and not quite big enough to fit my green cricut Matt laying flat down. They do each fit about 7 rolls of vinyl laying lengthwise.

The other two drawers are big enough to fit my mini press and then some. When assembling it, follow the instructions carefully as it can get a little confusing. It’s easy to accidentally flip the middle divider and the poles the wrong way, which will lead to the drawers not fitting in right.

All the necessary parts come with it, so there is no need to get a screwdriver or anything. DO NOT buy this if you need it as a workstation, as the cart is too wobbly to do iron-on with, even without wheels.

Overall, it is very good for storage though, as it fits everything I needed it to and does not take up too much space.

Got this cart reluctantly, noting that it had drawers that appeared to be cheaply made. Luckily, they work fine, but they are definitely cheap WalMart-like in quality. They’re thin and a little flimsy for what you pay.

The pulls on them are cheap plastic too. Looks cheap from afar, even. I cranked down pretty hard when assembling and ended up with a fairly sturdy cart. The metal bits are all working great. Perfect for a rolling art station that can roll into a closet and behind closed doors.

Lowest drawer is holding a full load of heavy acrylic medium jars without issue. Overall, I’m glad I bought this. There’s just no excuse for this level of cheap plastic on something at this price range.

This is a terrific cart if, like me, you do not have a designated crafting space and need to keep it portable in your home. However, I received this as a birthday gift and it was assembled in place and I moved into it.

Perfect, loved it. Today, the very first time I try to move it, it violently wobbled as it rolled and from my spare room to the living room and stopped at a vicious slant. I had to pull out a hex wrench to tighten all of the screws to move it back, because otherwise it would have been like a bad cartoon, where the entire car falls apart and the driver is left holding the wheel.

I don’t know if I can trust this with my Cricut, if I have to move it, and I do, unfortunately. I’m currently weighing my options. I’m still within my 30 days.

I bought this unit to store my acrylic tube paints. It was easy to assemble and pretty well made. The main issue is that if you put too much weight in a drawer it seems to come out of the track. The track needs to be a 1/4 inch closer.

Or the drawers a bit wider. As long as there is not anything heavy in them, they work fine. Probably designed more for paper craft or stickers. I just have to distribute the paints into all the drawers and then there is not a problem.

Otherwise, I enjoy it and love that it is on wheels.

I like these carts for moveable storage in my classroom. I was glad to see the gradient white to black color option instead of the typical rainbow or plain white choices. This is a great choice for lightweight storage and use by a careful adult.

Heavy items or rushed and impatient children can make the drawers slide out of their “tracks” very easily, but for use as our felt, needles, and threads storage for our craft club, I love the size and all the drawers for very specific storage places and organization.

This is the requested photo to show the reason for the return. When assembling this I have noticed that either the screws are too loose and it tilts to the side or too tight and you cannot open the drawers.

I purchased this to haul folding chairs; unfortunately the chairs on cart stop the wheels from turning. Use this cart for something else and it will be fine.

I use this product for delivering of all office supplies which is a very large order. Usually consisting of 10 cases of paper at a time plus regular office needs. We are getting a second one as our attorneys take it to court with them for all their files and it folds up to about the size of a briefcase.

Love this trolley! I don’t own a car and have to walk 1 Mile to my grocery store. Since I buy all my drinking water there, I could not get it all home without this wonderful trolly. Bought it several months ago and waited with my review to see whether it lasts.

Despite uneven road conditions and heavy loads it has held up perfectly. Like other buyers stated, it is a little difficult to maneuver around corners when all 4 wheels are down on the ground. However, the moment you tilt it back and lift up the front wheels it very easily goes wherever you want it to go.

It also folds easily and stores neatly. It has a padded grip and does not hurt the hands. Only the clip that holds it together when folded gets lost easily. This needs improvement or they should provide several clips.

Otherwise, it is perfect and I would definitely buy it again. Hopefully, this will last me for many many years to come.

Bought 5 of these carts to help with traveling COVID vaccine clinics and we really love their versatility and ease of use. The wheels roll smoothly, the cart makes turns with little effort, and the ease of folding flat made it ideal to load in trunks without taking up too much space.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that for our purposes the middle shelf limited what we could fit. Having just 2 shelves would have worked better for us. We also top loaded them with weight (because of the restrictive middle shelf) and they never tipped over.

Another BIG difference is that we only paid in the $90-$100 range. The price either really jumped or we got them on sale, I can’t remember, but as I was the one getting reimbursed for the purchases, I know we paid less than $100 for each cart.

This is a fabulous cart! It is very sturdy, but light weight. It folds easily, and when folded, can be stored behind a door (or at least my door). With its 3 shelves, it holds a lot. The shelves have an edge around each, so things do not slide off the shelves when it is in motion.

It is very convenient to have handles on either end, and items can be put on the shelves from all four sides. The large wheels are great for going over bumps. The cart can be easily washed, which is particularly important during these times of Covid 19.

The design could be improved: The handles do not stick out far enough, and it’s short, so if you’re tall it’s likely you’ll be kicking the wheels as you push it forward. Also, the bearings of the casters on mine popped out after a month of daily use.

I had to replace the casters (stems are metric not standard). The shelves are better accessed from only one side; if it folded lengthwise instead of widthwise, then the stabilizing bars could be on the ends.

The casters need to be pointed outward in the folded position, or it will easily fall over as you are walking away. It is quite light and portable in size. I was able to fit it in my car backseat with no trouble, but watch the grease on the casters.

I got stains on my plush seats because it didn’t occur to me beforehand.

These were slightly cheaper than the Sterilite, but the quality is inferior. The plastic is more brittle and the drawers and structure do not resist the same amount of load/usage without breaking. Also, if the modules come apart for some reason, they never hold back together.

The structure also starts to collapse and get deformed if the drawers are full, normal full, without compressing clothes. I make these comments because I have owned the Sterilite brand drawers for many years and receive the same treatment, and work perfectly, unlike these, unless you’re planning to keep the drawers half empty.

I bought two orders of these carts. The first order of four carts were fine,on the second order of two , one of the carts had a crack on two of the frames that hold the drawers ,probably from shipping (the box had a hole torn in the bottom) instead of sending one cart back I glued the cracks together as best as I could.

In those two drawers I put light things. I really like the carts and the storage space in them. I had never had a problem with items that I have bought from Jet. com. I have always had fast delivery on the items I purchased.

Even though I had a problem with one cart, I would reccommed these for anyone who needs extra storage. You can use them with or without the casters. I stacked mine in a closet.

This is great! It keep things organized and fits in a small area out of the way. It’s not big and bulky, very clean looking. I need a small matching cabinet.

The product appears much better in the picture. It is small with not a lot of space for storage. It does not roll well if your considering using it for a Hospitality Cart. Lastly , it cannot stand too much weight otherwise it cant be moved without difficulty.

The height of the product is low causing you to excessively rely on back muscles. I would not recommend this product in a Activity Department in a Nursing Home or Assisted Living Center.

I really love this cart. It has plenty of storage space and the built is pretty sturdy. The only thing that hasn’t worked for us are the wheels. I have a tile waxed floor and when the cart is fully loaded the wheels are thin and leave a mark on the waxed floor.

Other than that it has helped keep our stuff organized and it still hasn’t broken after heavy everyday use.

I attempted to carry one of my containers. The base is too small to hold a container. This cart is perfect for small office boxes and files. Not for larger events like tradeshows or community events.

I am a little disappointed I can’t use it for tradeshows.

I use this to carry a couple of medium size totes to local trade fairs. easy to set up and take down. Has ample sized base. Wheels are a good size to negotiate thresholds and one or two stairs. Good for moderate use.

This Kantek luggage cart is exactly what I needed! It is easy to operate, folds up nicely, and is sturdy enough for the jobs I have. I would recommend it for the lighter weight jobs.

This is the best garden cart ever! I had an old wooden one (too big and heavy)and then an old metal Vermont garden cart that was an antique when I got it. Loved the shape and the size was perfect for easy use.

I looked at many carts to replace it and this polar cart is the first one I could say is better. The size, balance and weight of cart are all perfect for ease of use, versatility and convenience.

Very easy to push and maneuver. Well balanced, just be sure to load the back portion first so it doesn’t tip forward. Tough cart! I use it for all sorts of yard work, but the main purpose for me is transferring firewood.

I’ve loaded it up with hundreds of pounds of firewood and it performs great–so much better than a wheelbarrow! Assembly was easy, only took a few minutes, though I noticed the spoke wheels that came with my unit do not spin true.

It doesn’t affect performance at all, as there is no detectable wobble when pushing the cart. Plastic rims would have been better, as I expect these will rust soon. Also a bit wider might prevent the tires from sinking into soft ground.

This Polar Cart is unbelievably efficient. Balanced to allow the tip to go down with little effort when emptying. Hauls 300 pounds easily. Spray the wheel rims with WD 40 occassionally to keep rust at bay.

This thing is a great water carrier as well. You won’t be disappointed.

I use this cart for moving items from my car into my condo on the 7th floor. It is perfect for smaller grocery runs, and saves me from entering the building to borrow a much larger cart from the service area.

It folds easily and tucks away near my back door until the next task. It is lightweight, and a little smaller than I expected. However, it gets the job done.

I like the fact that the cart has a shelf that you drop down, so you have a second level.

this is very small and you cannot return it to a store, you have to pack it up and ship it to the 3rd party vendor.
