18 Best Cartilage Hoop Earrings (2022 Updated)

I was looking for a small huggie earrings, and at only 10mm these are the right size to fit perfectly around my fat earlobes. However there is no width listed and the photo makes it seem bigger than it is.

It is a VERY thin earring, only 2mm wide, and really would look better on a child. Even 3mm would be better. But they are comfortable, a nice color, and lock in nicely once you adjust the prong, so I’ll keep them.

EDIT: I decided to return them and buy a pair that is 4mm wide for less $$.

I really love these earrings. They’re simple and tasteful. They haven’t irritated my ears AT ALL which is awesome because I have a lot of ear piercings lol. I wear them all the time and shower with them.

I haven’t noticed any discoloration but if there is I will update this. Also I don’t think the hoop is too small, they’re meant to be close fitting to your ear, and I have some extra room but it could just be my ears.

Also I haven’t gotten compliments on them because they really are quite beautiful. I would definitely recommend these to a friend (and I have!) and would get for my friends as a gift. In the fall when I switch my jewelry from “gold” to silver I may buy the silver version :).

Look great, but I bought for my conch which 10mm is perfect for and these were slightly too snug. I measured the inside diameter at 9mm not 10 as listed. And they look too big for my lobes. Waste of money for me.

I love small earrings so these are a perfect size. I wanted a small hoop for my cartilage piercing and this was perfect. It was easy to put on and looked great. The other earring i’m wearing in second lobe hole.

Looks great but i kind it doesn’t make that click sound when i close it. Makes me think its not closing properly. If you have big earlobes and your piercings are high it may not fit your ear. They are tiny.

I am SO happy that I came across this site! I had my jeweler looking for this exact piece but I knew it was going to have to be custom made because they don’t specialize in cartilage piercing jewelry.

I also knew it would be much higher than what I wanted to pay. Seeing this piece and reading the reviews, I can say that they were absolutely right! It is not too big or too small, the diamonds are the clarity, color, and price that I prefer! The shipping time was perfect and I am SO pleased! It looks beautiful on! I got a pair after seeing them from my friend and they’re absolutely beautiful! The diamonds are a nice size (not too big, not too small) and they are super sparkly. They are very comfortable and I sleep in them with no pinching or poking.

The snap closure also feels very secure. Amazing quality for the price. They’re actually much better than the $3K Tiffany earrings I got from my hubby. They are just lovely.

Extremely disappointed with this earring and the sellers resolution to my complaints. I ordered this earring thinking the leaf was the same size as the picture shows, well it’s not, it’s MUCH smaller! You can barely see the leaf, not to mention the earring doesn’t fit my ear.

It won’t close completely around my cartilage, even though I bought the recommended size for a cartilage piercing. When I contacted the seller, I was told the earring she sent is what is displayed in the pictures, and that’s not the case.

Don’t expect the leaf to look like the size in the picture. The picture is very mesleading! I could return the earring, but I would be responsible for shipping and handling. So I lost out on what I was hoping would be a beautiful earring.

Won’t order from here ever again.

I’m just in love with those. It has been hard to find ‘flattened’ hoops and these are perfects on my helix piercings. Will probably order some more in other colors.

This earring is absolutely beautiful. I’d been having such trouble with my tragus getting infected over and over again – within a week of wearing this earring, the infection completely healed and I think that is due in very large part to being able to clean this earring properly.

If you are hestitating – don’t. This earring is gorgeous.

I got one of these for my daith piercing and one for my conch, and they both fit beautifully! They are comfortable to wear and so well made, and just different enough from a standard hoop- so lovely and elegant.

If I ever lose them (under the strange circumstance that I take them off) I would definitely order again!.

It’s really pretty I got it for my conch but for some reason I can’t wear it. It makes my ear hurt and I can’t sleep on it. I did clean it and my ear before wear, started having issues, figured it was just my ear, put my original jewelry back in, waited for it to heal which it did and then tried this earring again and got the same issue again.

Ear gets red, inflamed and hurts. Not sure why since it’s made out of safe materials. Overall just conflicted, not sure if it’s user error like maybe incorrect size or something or if it’s the jewelry.

Love love love this jewelry!!! It’s so beautiful! Needed a little help actually getting it closed, but I have no doubts that it’s secure. It’s comfortable and I’ll be wearing this until it either breaks or turns colors, hopefully neither of those happens.

I love this piece, it’s absolutely beautiful. I’ve had this one in for about a week now it hasn’t turned like my other ones that I had bought elsewhere, I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on it, I would definitely recommend any of these products that, they are all amazing.

Maybe the size was incorrect however I woke up one morning and it was gone from my ear. I thought I had it locked in but it seems to be gone forever. I loved the way it looked in my ear and may consider buying another one in the future.

I bought the sliver one like this plus a couple of others, I’m not sure if this one is just a miss but the prongs on this particular hoop are awful it’s catching on my shirt when I’m putting them on, also it snags on my pillowcase so this is not a hoop that I can wear.

The prongs are not smooth they are very rough. I do have the silver one like this and it’s so smooth.

This ring is super cute! Sadly one of the gems fell out almost immediately upon wearing it. (A few days of wear) but I tend to touch my piercing a lot and blow/rub my nose quite a bit so it’s understandable.

I think it would be a lot safer if I wore it as an ear piercing instead.

I love how they have ALL SIZES available including the 6mm which is what I got. It fit perfectly. The jewelry opens easily but closes SECURELY & has not fallen off or opened by itself. The item looks and feels good quality and crystals have not lost their shine.

Very cheap little “earrings” but my fault, should have researched better. Probably better suited for a nose ring, not cartilage. Owner is great, messaged me to let me know they aren’t suited for cartilage.

Love the look of these so much. Unfortunately, they are infecting my ears. I don’t have sensitive ears AT ALL. I have never had a bad reaction to quality earrings. But these hurt. My piercings are all crusty and so inflamed after wearing these.

They hurt to take out because of the inflammation. So sad I paid that much for earrings I can’t even wear!.

Absolutely perfect ! When they arrived, I thought my little hoops were impossibly tiny but then I put them on. They are so comfortable, pretty, and go with everything. I bought the yellow gold rhinestone hoop and want the other 2 colors asap! They are hinged and you feel a tiny snap when they close properly.

I absolutely love these earrings! I have very sensitive ears and no matter what studs I purchased (nickel free, sterling silver, etc. ), my ears always became irritated, cracked, and even bled. I decided to give these a try, and let me tell you.

they feel and look amazing! I keep mine in every day and they are the perfect alternative to daily studs. Lightweight, easy to sleep in (no stud stabbing your head when you sleep), and they keep my ears nice and healthy! I ended up buying a second pair because I loved them so much (for my second holes).

Gorgeous studded hoop. Perfect size for my needs. Super quick delivery as usual. My only issue is that the hoop had a tendency to unhinge itself at the slightest touch. Nevertheless I do love this hoop so I shall save it for special occasions.

I got this for my nose piercing as I couldn’t find any rose gold hoops designed for the nose and it’s perfect! Fits snugly to my nose without being too tight and was so easy to put in. Haven’t tried taking it out as it is meant to be my forever piece but I think should be fine! I would recommend it for a helix piercing or if you have small lobes for a piercing there but I have fat lobes and it would never fit on mine.

I use this for my tragus piercing and love it! It looks so good, very pretty and well made. I prefer this tiny hoop to studs for my tragus because ‘twist on’ studs can come apart and fall out quite easily, and this doesn’t have that problem.

i LOVE this hoop. My Aunty, cousin and now all have the same hoop and I will buy for myself soon. Bought as a birthday present for my mum and she loves it. Delicate, classy, and sits really neatly on the cartilage.

Not too tricky to get in also like some others from other brands. I had it gift wrapped too and it was beautiful, such a lovely gift.

I am so happy I found Tini Lux because I have never been able to wear earrings without discomfort before, but these are wonderful!! These ones are VERY small, though, and I have a lot of trouble closing them.

I am wearing them in my lowest lobe hole though so they might be easier to clasp if they were higher up on the ear with more room to maneuver them and line them up with the back hole of the hoop. I probably should have bought the bigger size (and I might do that and save these for a higher-up piercing).

But I have absolutely no irritation or discomfort!! So happy.

My ears are extremely sensitive, and would start to discolor or have pain after only a few minutes of wearing nonmetal earrings. I got my cartilage pierced and knew I would need a high quality earring to keep this extra sensitive piercing from swelling.

I am extremely satisfied with the titanium hoop earring I found at Tini Lux. My piercing has not had any swelling or pain.

Super cute and dainty earrings. Easy to put in and I have very long nails. Unfortunately I lost one of the push-in nap earrings right away, but the other one is still in so must have been me not putting it in correctly.

Will definitely order more. They feel good in my ear and I have very sensitive ears. Had them in for 3 weeks now and been in the ocean and in the pool and still great. Love the hoops, they close very solidly and I have no fear of them falling off.

I was having issues with my piercing and finding something that felt comfortable and cute in it while it was healing. Originally I was going to err on the side of caution and not wear a hoop for a year, but after satisfying my curiosity and putting this ring in I haven’t taken it out because it’s so beautiful and so comfortable! My piercing also felt so relieved after putting it in.

I recommend to all my friends when they ask about it. I highly recommend.

So far these earrings have been great! I wear them nearly 24/7 and they’ve been super durable and the material has kept in great shape. I have struggled a bit with the width of the earrings. They’re much thicker than your standard hoop/earring so my ears have had to do some healing to get used to them.

Otherwise, I hope to keep wearing these for a while!.

I’ve got my ears full of these hoops now 😁 I did buy them all in the same diameter, and that has kind of revealed that my lobe piercings are wonky but I’m super happy with the quality of the product as usual! I haven’t removed the cartilage hoops once since I put them in and they’re still looking great.

These earring are great! My 2nd hole ear piercings are super sensitive and these fit great. So comfortable that I can leave them in while I’m sleeping, which i’ve never been able to do before. Fast shipping, item as described, packaged well.

At first I wasn’t sure how to put them on with tiny space open. I stretched them open and put through in my ears and closed & re-shaped the ring. It didn’t break, so I guess that’s how I’m supposed to wear it? It was not quite easy for me.

But overall, it stays on nicely and comfortable while sleeping too.
