20 Best Cartoon For Kids (2022 Updated)

My autistic nephew prefers the classic cartoons over the new CGI animation. Can’t wait to dive into these again myself and share most of them with him for the first time.

Hello. These is a great DVD box set. I suggest it mostly for adults that want to remember their childhood. Most of the cartoons are not coloured and unfortunately theirs not any subtitles or any other language option.

I certainly suggest it cause its fun and it brings a lot of memories back again Thank you.

This DVD is full of the great old Saturday morning cartoons I used to enjoy! These were the REAL cartoons, not today’s version. I would highly recommend it to anyone who truly appreciated the tradition of having Saturday morning breakfast & enjoying the great cartoons every week-end.

Time machine in a box. Right back on the Saturday sofa. Good times.

It took a long time, but finally it’s here. All the young toons you remember are back and in wonderful DVD quality. It brings me right back to the early nineties every time I watch an episode. Granted, its not without its downfalls.

It will leave you wanting more. Many of the classic episodes are in the later seasons (including all the Specials like Spring Break and Summer Vacation) and until Warner Bros. decides to release them too, you’re stuck with just a taste of what TTA offered.

Here’s hoping the rest come out to us long-time fans.

so my son saw this preview on one of his cartoon videos and he wanted to watch this. of course for me this was one of my favorite cartoon growiing up. i’m obsessed with collection anything i’ve watched growing up and experiencing it again with my kids!.

My Childhood, this tv series was the best ever. Kidd & Baloo were absolutely hilarious. Baloo is from the Disney movie Jungle Book.

OMG! I am so glad that Best had these titles titles available. We watched these when our son was little. Now we we can share these classic Disney shows with our Grandchildren.

The item was in perfect condition. The item was exacltly as described.

The description for the DVD made it seem like the classic programs Easter Beagle and others were included, but they are not. This is exclusively new material and it is not in the classic Peanuts style.

Disappointing.

This little “sleeper” was fantastic. I would rate it 10 stars if I could. Each of 15 shorts is about 8 min long and tells a complete story. Produced in France by some very talented folks. A Snoopy fan Must See.

Peanuts by Schulz: Springtime is another classic special of Peanuts cartoons. This is enjoyable to watch. Snoopy and Charlie Brown never get old!

Having grown up with the Zelda games I was excited when my son began to show an interest in them as well. He and I both love cartoons and so we purchased and watched this DVD set. Simply put, he loved it.

He eagerly waited through every episode to see if Link would get a kiss from Zelda and when he would say “Excuse me Princess!” Having never seen the series as a kid, I was disappointed that most episodes were formulaic.

Ganon goes after the Triforce, Link stops him. Initially I was put off by Link’s rebellious attitude and smarmy comments. Having spent hundreds of hours over the years with a character who says nothing made it hard to accept the way our hero is portrayed.

Many sound effects come straight from the original Legend of Zelda game. All in all, enjoyable and fun to watch. The three disc set contains all 13 episodes with some of the live action Super Mario Bros show episodes as well.

The DVD set is pretty good deal, instead of buying each DVD separetely. It is interesting to see the episodes, it is not really funny these years, but the interesting moment is always waiting for Link to say: “Excuuuuuse me princess”.

A conflict I found on the DVDs, once you chose an episode, you will see a Super Mario intro, then the Legend of Zelda title introduction, then you watch the episode, then a “Mario dance” and credits at the end of the episode (just as you were watching a TV episode without commercials).

So, if you are up to watch the episode (just as the other Legend of Zelda DVDs), you have to go to that proccess. If you press skip, it goes the Super Mario, then Legend of Zelda, then Credits. The only way ‘faster’ is to forward it (x4,x8,x16.

etc) This conflict goes as well to the “PLAY ALL” link from the title screen. It is annoying to see much interruption than the episode starting. Other than that, seems good. Don’t expect much from these episodes, as I said, it is entertaining, but it was made on 1989, where most ideas came from the game “Zelda II: Adventures of Link” for NES.

It’s rather cheesy at times. the scripts aren’t the greatest in the world. and somehow, I just don’t see Link acting more like a young Kirk Cameron than the noble and heroic boy. At any rate, fans who are old enough to remembering watching the Zelda cartoon during the weekly Super Mario Bros.

Super Show should pick up this DVD. You’ll love taking yourself back in time to the glory days of NES cartoon series. So, what’s good? – reliving a childhood cartoon series, the characters are based on a classic video game series, the animation is actually fairly good and they use sound effects straight from the original Legend of Zelda game itself – oh, and let’s not forget the catchy tunes.

So what’s not to love? – Well as I opened with, the stories aren’t particularly well developed, but for a 20 minute cartoon shows based on a fantasy video game, I suppose they could be worse. Link has an attitude of a rebellious teen and that just doesn’t fit the image we have of our little video game hero.

I also have a problem with the fact that they always seem to kill off Ganon with about one hit. so much for being an all powerful evil wizard. ? Putting these minor inconveniences aside, reliving childhood favorites seems to be a huge market these days in terms of DVDs.

This set has three discs, but is really only about 13 episodes with some pretty weak extras. Also, fans who didn’t grow up with this cartoon or who jumped into the Zelda scene sometime after A Link to the Past, may want to stay away from this.

they might find it annoying and stupid. As for those of us who grew up watching this cartoon and Mario Bros. and Captain N it’s a definite buy for the collection.

I have many Studio Ghibli/Hayao Miyazaki movies. I love all of them. except maybe this one. Don’t get me wrong, this movie is still a wonderfully made movie with a really good story to it, but unlike some of the other Studio Ghibli/Miyazaki movies, this one is mainly just for kids.

Other Ghibli/Miyazaki productions such as Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away and Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind do “star” children/young adults, but these movies have more adult-type themes to them that older audiences can enjoy as well.

This specific movie, My Neighbor Totoro, really deals with the story of how two very young girls are dealing with their mother not being at home with them because she is stuck in a hospital for an extended time for some unknown reason.

It’s a decent story, but outside of huge anime fans, if you’re over the age of 14 or if you aren’t experiencing having a parent having to spend an extended stay in a hospital, there’s not that much to keep your attention.

Keep in mind that this is just my opinion, but I’m being completely honest when I say that unlike all the other Ghibli/Miyazaki movies I have, this one is not going to be getting a repeated viewing unless I’ve got a certain young girl on the couch next to me demanding to watch this one again.

All the cocomelon dolls are super disappointing… they’re rediculously expensive and they don’t sing a quarter of one song. The amount of money you have to spend you literally have to buy one doll per song and they don’t come close to even finishing the main verse.

It says over 100 phrases…nope not even 50 words total. They should make each character with a chip or disk and a wardrobe change to go with the theme. I have no room with all the toys as it is … I don’t need nor do I want 20 j dolls sitting all over my house.

And my son gets sick of it in two seconds because it doesn’t do anything! I really hope the company reads reviews and decides to do what I mentioned because I’m sure I’m not the first person to think of it.

If they made the toys this way I would absolutely keep buying it. Then my son could change jus costumes and songs and it would be fun and keep the kids interested! So for now SAVE YOUR $$$$!!!! Better off getting a Vtech toy or one of the plush sea horses that light up and sing lullaby’s…my son loves that one!.

I bought this doll for a one and a half year-old and she got so excited when she saw it because she loves to watch the Cocomelon TV show. It was taken out of the box for her and as soon as she grabbed it the head hit her in the face and she started crying a lot.

I can’t understand why they would make this doll for a little girl baby girl and make the head so hard. The head is very very hard plastic. It’s made of a very hard plastic. Why don’t they make it out of a soft rubber like other baby dolls.

I was so angry I told my daughter just to throw the doll away before she hurts her self again. I didn’t think I could return it because it was already taken out of the packaging. I wouldn’t have given it one star but I had to give it at least one in order to give her a review.

My son loves Cocomelon and one of his favorites is the “Bedtime Song” so I was really excited to buy him this JJ. Then I became very disappointed. The quality and price point are not equal. The toy itself is nice.

It has a plastic head attached to a soft plush body. This toy, however, only has 3 short phrases; one of which is the bedtime song. The toy is not worth the money I spent. My son played with JJ for less than 30 minutes when he first got it.

Now he hardly even takes a second look at it. Cute toy but it’s repetitive and boring and honestly not worth the money.

We purchased this for our granddaughter (4) as one of her Christmas choices. She was so excited. We babysat for the girls the other nite and she couldn’t wait for grandpa & I to sit down with her and her two sisters 6, and 18 mos.

to watch “Minnie’s Wizard of Dizz”. She had already memorized the characters and was able to relate the story as it appeared on the screen. We all enjoyed the movie. It was just long enough to hold the girls attention.

My daughter really loves this movie cause she loves Wizard of Oz and Mickey and Minnie Mouse. So with it combining the 2 made her want and love this movie. Great storyline and graphics.

Purchased this dvd for grand daughter because she loves Minnie Mouse. This dvd is great. All the characters were great and my granddaughter couldn’t be pulled away from it. Just like the Wizard of Oz, this dvd is just as entertaining for adults as it is for children.

First time I used Pop In a Box and I am not disappointed. All the three Pops arrived in mint condition. I really like this Vegeta Pop as it took me back decades in memory lane when I was a kid and watched Dragon Ball after school every day.

The Pop is very detailed which certainly adds to the nostalgia feeling. I can recommend this Pop for everyone who loves Dragon Ball!.

my five year old could not even get through the whole dvd and was very bored with it. He usually likes these guys but this dvd was not a hit in our house!

Tom and Jerry was on TV the other day. My 3. 5 year old son saw it and began asking many questions. I remembered how much I loved that cartoon and immediately began looking for something we could watch over and over.

These updated versions are great. I will buy others.

great find for someone who has children who love peppa. Hot Topic was the first place I saw them available and I got them in time for Christmas

My granddaughter loves ALL things Peppa, so she’s going to love this! it’s really adorable.

My daughter is nearly 3yrs old. She began watching Baby Looney Tunes at 6 months old. It was the only age appropriate cartoon I could find at the time with vivid animation, not to mention engaging enough to hold her attention.

However I was not aware of the educational value (sharing, telling the truth etc) each episode had; so you can imagine the pleasant surprise. When we moved to a new state, the cable provider did not offer the network which normally carried the lineup.

It’s been a year since she’s been able to view it, but when I popped in the DVD collection she immediately made it her #1 watched show (this time on her own). I hope the entire set is released soon because this would make for a great follow-up Xmas gift!!!.

This was a favorite of mine as a child, I would wake up and watch it before going to school. I’ve always sang the them song to my son, and decided to pick up a movie so he could see it too. Great show for younger children who the original looney tunes would go over their heads.

My 2 year old son will watch nothing but Baby Looney Tunes. I watched them when I was younger and I am so Happy that I can pass that onto my children. It is appropriate for all ages. I hope they will release all the episodes so we can enjoy more of them.

If you like the Pink Panther cartoons, then this boxset is for you. It is a six disc boxset containing ALL of the Pink Panther cartoons ever made. It is Blu-ray and about 13.5 hours long. Great set.

Not sure why they didn’t compact the packaging a bit, but on the other hand, it’s nice to not fight those custom boxes that have discs overlapping. The content is great and just what I’ve been waiting for as far as this cartoon series is concerned.

I was so happy to get this. I loved Pink Panther in the 1970s and when it reappeared in syndication circa 1984. I remembered a few of them. The quality of the episodes stayed constant through the first 100 episodes.

Highly recommended.

An excellent Woody Woodpecker collection that also includes some of his Friends:- Chilly Wiilly, Andy Panda, Wally Walrus and Buzz Buzzard. It also contains “Rare Vintage Bonus Features” which seem to be basically behind-the-scenes and the-making-of stuff.

The box warns that “this collection is intended for adult collectors and may not be suitable for children”. Collectors will be happy with the 75 cartoons in the box set. I doubt any children who happen to watch it will be shocked by it,.

I have truly enjoyed watching these videos. Its been so long since I have seen them, they are like new. My teenage son has enjoyed them too. Its great to pass along an old memory. Its nice to see the hand drawn classics.

Definitely worth the money spent!.
