I bought these cartoon classics for my family and friends to watch. These were cartons that make you feel all warm and cozy inside. These cartoons bring you back to a place and time that was good and fun to remember! These should be in every household! Popeye and Betty Boop are great!.

This was a present to my 7 year old grandson. He is mermerized with the cartoons of that era. Felix the Cat, Casper and Popeye, are now his favorites. I am delighted with his acceptance to these cartoons, as the current modern ones are so elaborate and he enjoys these more.

Proof of that is his laughter and repetitive playing back of these classics.

I watched some of the cartoons and they are not as violent as some that I have seen; not speaking about this set. They were some nice cartoons.

packaging is very flimsy–the box wants to break apart-. too much weight in discs-the three stooges cartoons are not complete. they were originally a combination live action and cartoon animation-the live action has been removed from the cartoon-disappointed –worth watching if you’re a big fan of vintage cartoons-A BABY BOOMERS DELIGHT.

As a big fan of Filmation, this was always one of my favorites. Silly, colorful, with one song per episode. using the same “animation” as The Archie’s for the musical numbers. Season 1 has all the Brady voices, but Greg & Marcia sat out Season 2.

The Superman & Wonder Woman episodes are good examples of just how weird this series is. Fun!.

I used to love watching The Brady Bunch. When this came out later I was so excited because I felt as I got to see my favorite TV family in more adventures. The music is great if you like their music.

I personally do because it just all goes together so well. I have no problem recommending this set to anyone who likes The Brady Bunch.

Plus side animated music videos by the Brady Kids in every show. Original TV cast voices. Cameos by Superman, Lone Ranger etc. Minus, not remastered and cheaply made show.

I think everything I could have said about the toon itself has already been said – it is without a doubt a timeless classic masterpiece, and together with Animaniacs I would recommend Tiny Toon Adventures to anyone with a good sense of humour, who fancies a good laugh, regardless of their age.

But as I said, there’s plenty already said about the toon itself by others so I’ll just throw in a couple of comments about the DVD release. The packaging, more precisely, the placement of the discs inside the box is pretty weird, or at least it seemed a bit strange to me.

The problem is that it doesn’t really seem durable, and the first time I saw it I was instantly concerned about the state of the discs. One of the four actually did have some scratches, but the other three were fine.

Overall, it’s not too shabby. The video quality is generally good, at least for a DVD. It’s not perfect, though – for it features pretty drastic interlacing. But if your player features a deinterlacing function, it will be just fine.

The bonus features, except for some trailers for other toons by WB, alas, are absent, contrary to the first volume. Importantly, there are subtitles. This will be helpful to some people, including me, personally because English is not my native language.

The saddest thing to me about the whole product is the region lock. The DVD is Region 1, meaning “USA Only”, so both my PS2 and PS3 refused to play it. If you’re outside America and do not intend to watch this on a computer, you will have to find a way around it, such as finding a region-free player.

This set is very funny. There is a parody of MTV in there. The episodes are really funny. If you watched these in the early 90s 1989 1991, you’ll remember these and laugh. The cartoons hold up well even to this day.

You might have to look up the references if you are not aware of them. Overall well worth your time and the price was right!.

I loved cartoons growing up and I love to draw, so I have a great appreciation for traditionally animated shows especially from the 90s. Tiny toons is very witty and the animation is great. I occasionally watch what’s on tv these days and don’t find them that good, so it’s nice to know if I have kids one day I’ll have something I can let them watch that I can enjoy with them.

In this collectiion Woody appears in his more child-friendly form But the gags are of the same caliber as in the early cartoons. This set takes me back to the days when I watched these caartoons on the local UHF station.

Besides, This has Juke Box Jamboree and I just had to have it.

This is a great cartoon set! My wife and I have been watching these and Wow! Brought back some memories! Had to explain some of the plots of these shorts to my son. The cartoons today for me are boring.

They aren’t funny or plain fun like the ones back in the day, These cartoons back in the day were the babysitters. All we wanted to do after school was watch my old pal Woody!.

I loved these cartoons growing up and now my kids enjoy them too! So funny, with simple humor missing from modern cartoons. That woody woodpecker laugh is iconic and well known. We watch them all the time, hey have very easily transitioned generations.

My children loved this story. Now, I’m sharing it with my grandchildren. Guess what? It’s timeless fun for all!!

This movie is funny and enjoyable. The characters are lovable and the cartoons are entertaining. This is a movie the entire family will love and want to watch again and again.

Growing up in the 90s, Tiny Toon Adventures is pretty much ingrained into every kid who came home after school, slipped off their shoes and flipped the channel to watch this classic cartoon every weekday afternoon.

Of course watching it continuously in my youth well into the 90s up to my late 20’s, I have come across How I Spent My Vacation quite a few times over the years. I remember just watching this for a hour and a half watching Buster & Babs rafting down a river, Plucky & Hamton travelling on the road to a theme park and other fun vignettes of summer travel, with a big grin, laughing a load and securing a place in the annals of my personal Hall of Nostalgia.

Of course wanting to own it, I tried for years to find an OOP VHS copy, but was selling past $30, so had to do my best with some clips on YouTube and reruns on occasion on some 90s retro block. Finally, Warner Bros.

came to their senses and released this classic special on DVD and finally satisfied my craving of the past two decades. Of course I wasn’t expecting a full blown release of this, but the PQ does leave a lot to be desired.

It does look ok, but this needs a nice remaster to make it excellent, and not just merely adequate. The audio is your standard 2. 0 track and nothing major of note although in the scene in the theater where T.

H. U. D. plays sounds pretty nice as I remember it. The extras only include trailers for other WB products which disappoints considering this was a big success on TV and on video (Was even planned for cinemas at one point) and could have included a commentary, a retrospective or etc.

Sigh, at least it satisfies my nostalgia and love of all things 90s and was extremely cheap!.

Adults will be entertained as the Tiny Toons wait most impatiently to be dismissed on their last day of school to start their summer vacation, and they all have their own looney adventure as Babs and Buster Bunny go downriver and end up on the Bayou, Plucky Duck goes on vacation with Hamton J Pig to Wacky world amusement park, and Elmyra goes to a drive-thru safari where she gets out of the car and goes in search of her favorite animals, KITTIES!! This movie was a favorite of one of my children.

He loved watching Looney Toons with his father, so when the Tiny Toons arrived on TV, he was instantly hooked. His Grandmother bought him this movie for his 4th birthday. What I like most about Tiny Toons is that it is written so that adults will also find entertainment in it, it isn’t just for the kids.

I watched this movie many times with the son who is hooked and he is now an adult. I purchased the DVD for him so that he will have it, and one day watch with his own children when he has some. I only wish that it would have been released on blu-ray! You won’t get bored, in fact, you may end up disappointed when the credits roll and their isn’t more looney fun.

I grew up watching TINY TOON ADVENTURES: HOW I SPENT MY VACATION on video, so upgrading to DVD was a no-brainer, considering I’m a huge fan of the cartoons. However, for the uninitiated and those who don’t really know or have an appreciation of the 90’s show, the film may be somewhat of a hit and miss, with some jokes (often adult in nature, normal for the Steven Spielberg-produced ‘toons of that era) providing hilarious moments, and others referencing ’90’s pop culture, which based on your knowledge of such things, may or may not necessarily tickle your funny bone.

Overall, the movie is incredibly enjoyable, especially as a summer treat for the whole family. As a fan, I was disappointed with the lack of bonus features or a better transfer, yet I have to commend Warner Bros.

for finally releasing it on DVD! Now if they would only release the rest of the episodes/seasons.

I was happy to buy another copy of this version of Totoro. My first one was broken and I wanted to replace it. Happy I did, however when I recieved it the parcel and opened it dvd case was smashed into about 20 pieces and I was worried the DVD was scratched or cracked.

Thankfully it wasnt. Sender should put a Fragile, do not bend note on the envelope!.

Even after 25 years, My Neighbor Totoro remains an instantly watchable animated masterpiece that holds new surprises from every time I watch it. Satsuki and Mei are sisters who move to the Japanese countryside with their father.

The children are fascinated with the quirks of their new house, as well as the vast nature around it. Satsuki goes to school and Mei begins to explore a fantastical world beneath a large tree in the backyard.

She meets three little creatures and names one of them Totoro. Mei tells her sister about the adventure, but Satsuki does not believe her. During the next few days, the sisters discover more and more about their neighborhood and adjust to their new way of life.

My Neighbor Totoro effortlessly crafts and develops so many different poignant stories. It is a coming-of-age tale, as well as a story about how we deal with change and one about the bond between two siblings.

Totoro, his little pals, and the world they inhabit add a whole other layer to an already complete narrative. The magical elements intertwine with Satsuki and Mei’s story. They bring light to the siblings, during a scary and dark time in their life.

The elements of magic add some levity to less joyful parts of the film, giving just as much closure to the audience as to the characters. The film never reveals too much about Totoro and a lot about him remains a mystery even after the credits roll.

He is so adorably drawn and never feels threatening. He has no dialogue, excluding a few grunts here and there, but is still one of my favorite things about this film. He brings a kind of magic that resonates with you every time he is on screen.

The lesson of My Neighbor Totoro is to never lose faith in what you believe in. Mei’s belief in the magic of Totoro never falters and for that, Totoro helps her and Satsuki not just because they are kind souls, but also because they both learn to believe in his magic.

I give My Neighbor Totoro an age rating of 4 to 18. It appeals to all ages and has practically nothing objectionable for young audiences. I think adults will marvel at the spellbinding animation and wonderful story.

I give My Neighbor Totoro 5 out of 5 stars and you need to see this special re-release if you haven’t already fallen in love with this film.

so this review isn’t so much for the movie itself or the product which looks amazing. this review is for best buys poor shipping and handling they really don’t protect their items they self well as this limited edition steel book arrived in poor condition.

for steelbooks and things that get damaged easy you would expect them to add better packaging and care to them but they don’t. This should be no stars but that’s not an option. the added one star is for how beautiful the steelbook in general.

i have had a few steelbooks come in good condition but this isn’t the first package that’s been damaged this month by best buy. If i were you I would pick this up in a store.

Now have all 6 volumes and have enjoyed all of them. Ordered 5 volumes at once from BB and recieved when expected in the expected condition. Am very happy with my purchase. Each volume contains 4 discs, each about 1.

5 hours long + features = 6 hours + features.

Has a few of my favorites cartoon shorts which have not been on previous DVDs, not the same ones repeated again.

Watching the great classics that have spanned throughout the years in 1 of 6 volumes. I do hope someday they will release the entire remaining cartoon shorts.

The animation quality in this movie is FANTASTIC. Pairing that with a wonderful fantasy story that has the most incredible things happening almost every second and this is a win-win for any lover of animation/fantasy.

The bluray is a great way to see everything in the highest detail.

This was one of my childhood favorites, and the animation is just breathtaking. This is almost impossible to tell apart from Disney animation. I had always wanted to hear the Japanese dub which is mostly why I bought it.

The other reason I bought it was it is nice to have the pilot films as bonus features on it.

As far as anime’ this is a classic. Saw it a time or two as a kid in the early 90’s. Extremely well animated with a great cast of voice actors including Mickey Rooney as Flip! The back alley antagonist with a fun outlook on life, and mischief.

Very fun for kids of all ages in my opinion. Love it.

I had never heard of Peppa Pig until my grand baby show up. She love the show and to hear her laugh just warm my heart. It support family relationships and friendship. She’s only 21months but she can let you know that she want to watch Peppa.

This was purchased for my niece’s bday, which is not for another 3 weeks. I have no reason to believe this video will not be what it is; just like all the other kiddie videos. It is all about the character/subject.

Peppa Pig, Paw Patrol, etc. She loves them all, so she will love this too.

Quality of the dvd is great. It’s definitely enjoyable if you enjoy the series. My kids love watching Peppa Pig.

Bambi one was a remarkable watch. Wait until you watch Bambi 2. The film uses similar art style as the original film, the voice actors are spot on the same or sound the same. The story was very cute but can be at times tearful moments.

Bambi was a beautiful film to watch and I highly recommend to watch this film it is one of the most mesmerizing films to enjoy and to take part in for the kids as it teaches values and respect for one another.

It was another Disney’s classic, not so bad as the sequal of 1st one. I liked both of them, I watch them over and over. Never got tired of them. It was well written, great script, layout, coloring, editing, sound quality, and production.

Please buy for collection and gift for anyone who has a baby around 3 years old.

I bought Bambi 2 because you can’t have the first one without the second one, and the Bambi movies are so wonderful. I liked how the father took care of him, but disliked that the dad was hard to please where Bambi was concerned, and tried to give him to another female deer.

I thought this movie was just as good or if not better than the first one.

Cute movie. The movie is “littered” with how man is destroying the environment which my 5 year old doesn’t get yet but I suppose it is to be expected. Seems like most cartoon movies have a “greater message” these days.

She lost interested a few times and I found myself and my husband watching it more than she was at times. Overall entertaining, funny parts and beautiful underwater graphics. Not much music in it which was surprising.

I purchased both this one and A Turtle’s Tale 2 for her Easter basket and she has not asked to watch the second which seems to me that she really wasn’t that impressed with this one. I probably could have just rented them and kept some money in my pocket.

These turtle tales movies are my daughter fav she sits and watches the whole movie since she was 6 months old and now she’s 8 months and out of all the movies we have turtle is her favorite the second one is better BC the colors are vibrant and the music is so good.

Both my daughters watch this movie over and over again. It’s an adorable story about one turtles oceanic adventure in finding true love. Brightly colored and worth watching.

Every single scene of Sesame Street: Awesome Alphabet is lovable. This DVD has the funniest songs and parodies for each letter of the alphabet. Each part has so many cute characters and great lessons for the whole family.

Your children will love to learn their ABC’s with all of their favorite characters. Sesame Street: Awesome Alphabet has two hours of fun for everyone! It spends approximately five minutes on each letter.

We see a wide range of themes from Tori Kelly singing about kindness to Chance the Rapper in a play with Cookie Monster. In all cases, we are learning about the alphabet with so many talented artists.

It’s a mix of old and new Sesame Street episodes such as Big Bird and Mr. Snuffleupagus singing a song together to Sia singing about how she loves songs. The DVD includes many of our favorite Sesame Street characters including Elmo, Big Bird and Cookie Monster as well as some of our favorite people in real life including Maya Angelou and Pharrell Williams.

I love the songs because it makes you want to sing along. Also, some of the songs are parodies, which I very much enjoy. My favorite part is when Elmo can’t sleep so Ricky Gervais comes in and sings a “celebrity lullaby”.

Throughout this DVD, there are a lot of positive messages. My favorites are learning is fun and using your voice in a fun way. I give this DVD 5 out of 5 stars and recommend it for ages 2 to 7. Adults will also like all of the parodies of the songs.

I picked this one up because my son, 1yrs at the time, loves Elmo and I wanted him to get a little more familiar with his ABC’s. Well, when I first watched, I was not happy with it and wanted to return it but it grew on me.

I didn’t realize that the Challenge were spoofs of different games. Its just okay to me. We do love the songs though. Then we got to the Bonus Features. OMG. my son loves the 45 min Alphabet storybook where they read a book from each letter of the alphabet.

This is the only reason why I kept this DVD. Now my son is almost 2 &1/2 and he recognizes each letter of the alphabet and can still sit for the entire 45mins because he still enjoys the Bonus Feature.

I am disappointed and even disgusted that Sesame Street would produce something like this. I viewed it with my wife and daughter when we first purchased it and that was the last time it came out of the box.

I wish there was a short preview and description by Best Buy.

My most favorite Disney movie! I watch this constantly and I love it every time! I even started collecting many merchandise from it (especially now that they are creating more merch) If you never seen this movie, it’s a very fun, relatable story about Goofy’s son Max having a crush on a girl and wants to impress her, but Goofy ruins his plans.

You’ll have so much fun watching this and the soundtrack is AMAZING!.

Love this movie! I think I saw it when I was about 9 or 10 and fell in love! As a child the part where he sung stand out at school directed towards Roxanne had instantly won me over 😍 the music in this movie is great 👏.

I especially love the ending performance! Where he got to get on stage with powerline and dance with his dad to the song eye to eye! I use to play those 2 parts of the movie over and over again, and dance in front of the TV to it having a blast!!! Lol This is a heart warming, thought provoking, fun movie! Must watch!.

My kids and I love this movie because it’s funny and entertaining. Anything with Goofy is going to be funny and will keep your attention throughout the whole movie. Love the relationship that happens between father and son.

I bought this for my little boy who loves Peppa Pig and is starting his own Funko collection. It’s a great addition and very much a likeness to Peppa.

This might be the Pop that made me laugh the most to purchase for my 20 year old daughter. She also loved it. Its perfect.

My niece age 8 and granddaughter age 5 loves this movie. My granddaughter said that she thinks that Jerry is going to win! lol I bought this movie for my niece because she wanted it after watching my granddaughters DVD.

I use to love watching Tom and Jerry when I was little. Always on Saturday morning cartoons! I’m happy to say that my kids love it too!!!!!! Would highly recommend for kids of all ages. even adults :).

Tom and Jerry adventures are a classic that have been enjoyed by me when I was young and now being enjoyed by my grandchildren. There is always a child in all of us and this DVD will add pleasure to that thought.

Not only are these cartoons Oscar nominees, but some of these are also milestones in animation history! There are also similarities between these cartoons: 3 of them are war-related, 2 are set to musical compositions, 2 are based off of The Three Little Pigs, 2 are set in Christmas, 2 feature Bugs Bunny, 3 feature Tom & Jerry, and 2 were produced by the Fleischer Studios for Paramount.

The only issue I have is the restoration errors: the ending score on Sindbad the Sailor (1936) is not the correct music, and for some odd reason, Puss Gets The Boot (1940) has what appears to be a recreated title card.

Nonetheless, this is a must have for cartoon fans, as well as college students seeking a career in animation.

This has a nice assortment of classic Warner Bros and Tom and Jerry animation. Even the Popeye cartoon they chose is good, so you know this is a rare collection. Unbeatable at this price and great to pop in any time!.

Works very well for what I use it for. It is great for holding an iPad mini and reading downloaded books. Also works with kindle. Laptops also.

I was very disappointed with the shirt. I ordered the “big brother” shirt in blue. Some of the letters are also in blue; they do not show up on the shirt. I did review this; however, it looked fine on the review.

Very disappointed. Ordered this for a friend’s son who is about to NOT be the only child after almost 10 years. It says size is 14/16 but it’s REALLY small. No way it will fit. Otherwise, the printing was good and we liked the picture and the quality seemed good, too.

But considering there’s NO WAY it will fit him, all the quality in the world doesn’t really matter. MONEY WASTED!.

I ordered this shirt 3 days before a baby shower so that he could wear it. It was a last minute idea and you really came through. I ordered 2 shirts and a onesie for the upcoming baby and couldn’t believe the price WITH express shipping.

It came when it was supposed to and the quality is excellent. I would (and have) recommend you to anyone and will shop with you again!!.

My granddaughter’s favorite story is the three little pigs and she loves Dora. Put the two together and she sat there with her eyes as big as saucers and did not move during the whole show. Money well spent just for the pleasure it gave her.

Children love dora , I have a 2 1/2 year old toddler class and Friday is our movie day. It’s the only dvd that the children can interact with and as a teacher I can encourge , verbal, multi-cultral, cognitive matching and reasoning, social interaction, and music and movement skills.

Pretty good price also. I’ll be looking for more titles that I can use in my class and at home.

I really like this video. We rented this video and my daughter loved it. So I ended up buying it. My daughter watched it three or four times in two days. So it is worth buying if your child is a Dora lover like mine.

It has a lot of Spanish in it as well, that was another reason that i decided to buy. :).
