20 Best Cartridge For Deer (2022 Updated)

This year we have an excess number of wild rabbits in our entire yard. They love to hang out in the shade and munch on our grass all day. They chase each other around the yard in the early morning and evening.

They are cute to watch especially when the babies come out. The only problem is they love to destroy my flower gardens at night! Often I was waiting in anticipation form my plants to bloom, only to find the new buds lying on the ground after neatly being cut from the plant at a 45 degree angle.

This occurred over and over again through the spring and early summer. They are cut from the plant, often left untouched after that. At first I didn’t know what creature was causing this weird phenomenon, but eventually I discovered it was due to my furry little friends.

I purchased this product from Chewy about a month ago and when it arrived I sprayed it in my back garden to see if it would help. I didn’t spray my entire garden perimeter because other reviewers said it had an awful smell.

I will not lie, this product smells horrible! Remarkably enough, no more stems on the ground. It has been about two weeks since first applying and I noticed some more destruction at the base of my morning glories yesterday so I applied the spray again last night.

This time I sprayed around the entire house and garden going up the side of my garage and OMG it reeked! The smell has subsided since then and is not noticeable to me this morning. The smell reminds me of the odor you get when you unfortunately drive behind a garbage truck on pick up day.

You need to be careful when spraying this product, to make sure you are not downwind. I had no problem with the hand pump sprayer not working. I just followed the instructions and popped it into the opening.

After a few pulls on the trigger it was spraying. I am glad I gave this product a try and may try it on my arborvitaes later this year if I notice the deer are going at them again. Hopefully it will work as well.

This is my first season deer hunting, and I wanted to know the patterns of my local deer. I picked a fresh scrape and dumped the gallon not too far away in front of my trail cam. For the past 4 weeks deer have been eating this stuff up.

It works for sure. Looking for my next mineral site to use my next gallon of deer cane.

Heres the scoop. The product works great. Ive used it for years to attract velvet bucks during the OFF season. Once season gets here no more deercane. HOWEVER. this shipment NEVER made it to my door.

I waited a week plus then got an email stating my shipment was returned to sender due to damage. From what i gathered the 4 gallon jugs were not packed well and all 4 opened in box during shipping. I cancled the order upon hearing this and never recieved even a single inconvenience apology.

Nothing. Will never order from Tsc again.

I’ve been using it for the last couple of years and it works. It won’t pull deer from miles away but if you place it in the right place, it’ll keep them coming back after they find it. I poured a gallon on a rotten stump last august.

By late september they would stop by the stump before they hit the near by corn every time. On large doe that I took feed on the stump for over 20 minutes before I shot her with a well placed arrow. She was so busy with it, she was completley relax and didn’t notice me.

Find a rotten stump or decaying branch to pour over or just bear ground and watch them come. I think that the people that are not seeing action with this product are just placing it on the wrong place or contaminating the area with human scent.

use scent control when you use it as if you were hunting. Also, spray you gamecams with scent killer.

I have had great success with this product for many seasons. I use it as a mist spray bottle and apply it all over my hunting clothes as a cover scent. Effective enough so a deer walks right up to my ground blind and nuzzles my outstretched hand.

Put the product out. They ate the corn and never were drawn to the product. Never saw another deer for another 10 days. Tried 6years ago and they spooked

Didn’t work at all. Bought 2 bags and tried in 2 separate locations. No deer even came. Waste of time and money.

The others are ok (Tink’s 69) is my second favorite, and will work when there isn’t any Code Blue. Being from South Alabama, most all of the Whitetail hunters are very familiar with Code Blue Doe Estrus Urine.

It’s collected at the peak of the rut cycle from one doe and is labeled from that doe. She has her own ID, and the doe “P” can be traced directly to her. The herd that the urine was originally collected was in Atmore, Alabama.

The bottle says Birmingham, Alabama I guess they’ve moved their processing since they’ve gotten so big. Either way y’all this is the real deal!.

I have usually had good results with code blue. I wont say this is some miracle lure that will draw bucks everytime you put it out. I have used it and had many bucks come in to check it out. I have had does spoke when they smelt it, but if you are primarily hunting bucks its a good product to use.

Alot of it depends on when you put it out, and how close you are to the rut. I have used it right before peak rut and drew some nice bucks in. I havent had alot of luck when bucks are chasing during peak rut.

I have had decent results in rifle season, after peak rut when buck are looking for does that are late coming into estrous.

Worked great and will use again. Can’t believe that it really works. Wish it was in a different bottle because I poured it all over my hand when I tried to pour it in my tinks sent bomb. Oh well it just made me smell like a deer then.

I will be purchasing again.

I recently switched from mechanicals because I often get bored in the stand and shoot squirrels. Not a good habit for bagging bucks but really fun. Mechanical replacement blades were getting expensive.

The Montec CS hit dead on with my broadheads. I was amazed how well they flew. As for the edge, I bought 2 packs. First was dull. Second pack quite sharp. After considerable time with whet stone they were even less sharp.

I bought the G5 flat diamond and got busy with similar results. Finally I read the directions and realized I was using too much pressure after getting the edge set. Armed with that knowledge I got six heads shaving in short order.

Used this for spring black bear hunt with my crossbow. (rated 405 fps, 125 grain) Bear was at 12 yards, pass thru. bear didn’t know what hit him. Blood trail was good on impact and got less and less after that.

Shot was from a tree stand and had lots of angle to it (low exit wound) Thought it would have left a better blood trail. Camp rules were for fixed blades, will hunt the next bear with my Rage mechanicals.

Bear was recovered next morning.

These broadheads have to be resharpened out of the box. They are dull like a butter knife. The carbon steel model is easier to sharpen without a doubt in comparison to normal steel model which are a pain to get to the point where they can shave the hair on your hand.

However the most concerning for me is the depth of penetration, which is not the best after a well placed shot in the vitals with 70 lbs draw. It should be a pass through and it isnt. One last point of criticism is that they fly considerably different from the field points and you have to sacrifice a 1-2 of them to use for sighting in.

From what I can tell its because of the very wide vent cutouts in each blade. I have been using these for over 5 years and dont think that the quality of the product corresponds to their exuberant cost.

On the upside I have shot multiple deer with the same broad head. And if you are willing to take the time to resharpen them you can reuse them many times. Also for those who hunt in the cold weather in December you dont have to worry about the blades sticking or anything like that.

The Brother TN-450 Toner is the only one that fits our machine. For that, it is good. But like with all all toners (and I will never understand why), it just says “High Yield” or 2,600 pages or such.

But in reality, this never happens. Toner runs out long, long before that. The 450 cartridge yields 300 to 600 pages the most. Then the “toner low” message comes on, pages have faded before that. No reviving, no shaking the cartridge ever will yield close to 1,000 pages.

let alone 2,600 This is the insincere world of toner cartridges. Customers are hostages of their printer systems. They have to live with it.

There are likely toner specialists out there, well educated in the printing arts, that could speak to this properly. To me, this was the slightly more expensive toner I picked because I expect it to be better.

Printed sheet music looks vibrant. The benefit is amplified by using better paper. Also. Remember when staples had the high end business furniture instead of just a sloppy pile of chairs in the center of the store? IMO the rest of the store actually looks nice and organized.

Please consider an augmented reality system to help shop for office furniture. Lidar technology and other industry wide optimizations make measuring spaces and placing objects in rooms easy. There are so many speciality brands for office furniture that it would be awesome to get expert comparisons and sales services.

Bought this toner cartridge 2 weeks ago and it is high yield. I get about 15 more copies after my printer calls for a toner change. Done it many times. I’m in my eighties, having no trouble using it’s directions to install made me proud of myself.

It was just another thing, my husband can no longer do. It is well worth buying the TN450 over the TN420.

I have never used calls for whitetail, so I don’t have one to Compare this to. BUT…the guys I know who do use calls recommended this one as THE one to get. After checking it out I decided to get one.

With our property I’ve never had a problem getting my tags filled with an edible animal. But never have I been able to encourage a buck (or doe)I’m targeting to come within range. It either happened, or it didn’t.

So to the point. This call arrived quickly, later in the evening as our deliveries usually are from ups. I took maybe an hour and a half that night to watch the videos and practice using it. The next morning I walked out the house and expected to be back by noon, hopefully with a deer.

Well within an hour I saw a nice little buck walking a ridge across from me, something like a 3 by 3. My first thought was as usual to quickly get ahead to set myself up for him if I could, then I remembered my brand new call so quickly I pulled it out from around my neck and gave it a doe blat.

My damned glasses were fogging up so bad I had to stop and wipe them in order to try getting an eye on him through my scope. By the time I got my glasses back on I didn’t see him, so I gave one more doe blat.

I had not cleared my glasses well enough so again they came off, quickly wiped and back on. The moment I looked up the buck came to the top of the ridge I was on maybe 30’ in front of me. He could tell something was not right with what he was looking at and started turning and slowly walking away.

Each time he looked away I raised my rifle, then he’d stop look and I’d stop. He’d continue and I’d raise it as far as I could again. By the time I had it nearly level a much larger buck popped up right where the first one had crested which happened to now be pretty much exactly where I had my rifle pointing.

I quickly dropped my eye to the scope placing my reticle on his neck below his chin and fired. Nice 5 by 5 (or 10 point however you want to count it) dropped in his tracks. Not the largest I’ve harvested from our woods but definitely in the top 3-4.

So, long story to exclaim these bucks were headed in an entirely different direction and I’m absolutely convinced that if I had not had this call they would have continued their course heading further away and it is quite likely (given the distance and the issue I was having with glass) that I would not have had a shot on them.

Instead they came right to me!! What’s phenomenal experience! It is a fact that the extinguisher will be a permanent piece of my hunting equipment from now on! Thank you guys for creating such an amazing device!.

Watched a few YouTube videos on the extinguisher and decided to give it a try. I specifically watched one video of a buck called in with a doe bleat and then a buck grunt to re-enforce the buck to come take a look.

I hunt in an area where the deer are notoriously call shy. I had zero problems calling does in with the fawn bleat. I sat during the rut, watched a doe come through and a 7 pointer follow her trail 10 minutes later, I gave a doe bleat, he looked up but then continued following her trail, I have a buck grunt and he looked again but headed south following the doe’s trail.

I gave one more doe bleat, he stopped in his tracks, turned around and came 20 yards broadside and I tagged him right behind the shoulder only for him to drop 50 yards away. This thing is legit!!!.

To whom is on the fence of buying this product. Get off and buy it! I have purchased the Extinguisher deer call and have personally used it out in the woods over the last weekends. I watched the tutorial videos on how to make the different calls & sounds from the Deer Society app (huge help!!) and practiced.

Took it to the woods and WOW!! I would do a “blind call” and after that it would be 15-20 minutes and bucks would come in (button, spike & 8 pointer). This call works great with the Black Rack system.

Grunt, rattle and grunt again. amazingly useful!! I’m looking to purchase Phase Out face foam.

This has always been our go to brand to keeping scents ar bay when hunting. It’s also a good starter kit for anyone who is just starting out and need it all to try out. It comes with 10 items such as laundry detergent , 12 oz field spray and a 16 oz refill for the spray, pac it re fills, soap travel case along with the soap, 5 color face paint and spf 30 lip balm!! Comes in handy! If haven’t tried this definitely recommend yall trying it if hunt!.

The products are great and I’ve used them for years. Just not what I ordered. The one I ordered had a few different items then what I received. When I purchased, it had wind detector and when my order came in it was a different box.

Was really the only reason I ordered the bundle package.

Good kit. It was wet and bagged and boxed back up. Shipping label was cut and reattached. Still missing 2 items. Backorder i suspect.

Epson’s marketing plan is the same as Polaroid’s was in the ’60s and ’70s: Polaroid practically gave away the camera to get customers hooked on buying their expensive film. Epson printers are OK, given that the entire machine, including gears, is plastic.

But the ink, although of good quality, costs lots more than it should. There are many aftermarket suppliers who can furnish similar products at much lower prices. And Staples never runs sales on Epson ink.

I bought this cartridge because I needed it immediately and could not wait for my supplier to fulfill my order.

Like all the other ink jet printer manutacturers Epson ink cartridges are very expensive which makes buying refilled cartridges an attractive option but the manufacturers put obstacles there also by having the printer refuse to accept refills by putting a code in the cartridge chip.

The refill manufacturers can sometimes get around that too. It’s a spy vs spy game. I hope the Epson 802XL cartridge I had to buy lasts a long time.

Bought a small property mostly wooded area with a little clearing. Have seen a couple deer and other wildlife. Have used other products over the Years and nothing has worked like this. with in two of days of putting this out.

I had 300 pictures on my camera and has brought out some nice bucks from hiding. These deer are not being hunted. On this property little safe hideaway to live there life’s out happily. Hope to see the grow over the next few years.

Saw some reviews on BB 110 and figured I would give it a go. I literally put 2 of the 8lb bags out and also poured a jug of the Old Fashioned and within an hour of leaving, my camera went crazy. This product has pulled in 10 and 14 point bucks that I had no idea were in the area.

All I have been seeing are little 4 and 6 pointers. I am going to buy the 25lb bag and a block now!! This stuff is AMAZING!!.

Dusted a small amount on the trail where bucks and doe visit multiple times per day. Cell cam footage confirms, that deer have avoided the scent for the second day. Smells like cinnamon, licorice, of cloves.

I read all of the rating statements. I believe the less than five stars raters are not users that rely on the printer for a living. I use mine every day. As an attorney for 41 years, I have relied on printing from printers from day one.

I started with a secretary and IBM typewriters. In college I learned to use punch cards the year before Bill Gates was working in his garage in 1975. Since 1980, I followed and used the floppies through the troublesome DOS and pre-MicroSoft 7.

Along with those problems came shoddy printers. The worst of all has been the laser-jet cartridge ink printer. I tried many disappointing printers and wasted ink that rarely lasted more than six month.

I have been using daily for over five years a Brother HL-L2380DW and used TN 630 and 660 cartridges without any problems. Yes, it’s a monochrome. But it is a work horse and the most reliable I have ever used.

I am using the Ever Clam vials in my Scentfire units now as it is early in the season. This is a new system to me, but it seems to work well, as I have had deer pass by my stand without detecting me.

I have used other EverCalm applications in the past with very good results. this type seems to work well too.

I believe in Conquest scents. Hunting season is close, and I hope it aids me in taking a deer.

I really like the new scentfire thing and use this scent, along with VS-1 on another scentfire, to get attention at the food plot and in the woods. Great stuff!

I am pleased with the product. Easy to handle and use. Know it works.

Overall I am satisfied with my purchase. I upgraded from an Ortofon Quintet Red which came with my turntable (a VPI Scout, Jr. ). The differences I noted right away was a tighter bass response, less mid-bass bloom (e.

g. , warmth) and more details, especially in the high frequencies. Also, on many records the surface noise was also lower, probably due to the Shibata stylus. It was easy to setup due to its rectangular shape.

It is not fully broken in yet so I expect the sound will further improve. The thing I don’t like is the low output. A 60db gain on my phono preamp is not always enough on some records that are produced with lower output.

I can still get the levels I want but my integrated amp’s volume level (a Hegel H160) is close to being maxed out at times. I may be looking for a better/different phono stage with at least a 70db output.

I bought a Quintet Blue for my Gyrodec with Techno arm. Massive upgrade on my previous Denon MC cartridge, very impressed with it. Tracks well, bags of detail and control. Just gorgeous. Highly recommended.
