20 Best Cartridge Tattoo Needles (2022 Updated)

My teenage nephew needed his athletic jersey altered. Although I’ve sewed regularly over the years I’ve never worked with stretch fabrics. I did a little research and saw that this twin needle made by Schmetz was a good alternative to finding a serge machine.

My sewing machine is an older and relatively inexpensive Brother without a lot of bells and whistles. I was a little nervous because teenagers are awfully picky about how their clothes look but this needle made me look like a pro and performed beautifully.

It was also very easy to use after watching a short video about how to thread your machine when using a twin needle. One tip I saw online about keeping your tension loose was also helpful. I highly recommend this needle!.

They worked like a dream. I bought a second hand machine and it came with needles that were dual. When I put the new needles in everything went to smoothly. But me being new to sewing machines, I dodkt have the right settings on for what I was sewing and I broke 3 needles within a week! I was devastated.

But I was my own doing. I am still learning and really like how these needles sew my projects. I will definitly be buying more.

Gave me the finished look I needed for this particular alteration. Had a little trouble adjusting the tensions for proper underneath thread tho. I really needed a ballpoint twin needle. I wasn’t quite sure if this met the criteria.

I had to assume it was as it stated it was for stretch, which usually are knits.

needles are good. arrived fast. i was forced to purchase online because ii was gifted a gift card and the store could not read the magnetic strip. the store machines are antiquated the manager could not input the gift card number by hand so i was forced to make a purchase online.

i did not want to purchase these but wanted to be done with the gift card.

Schmetz universal needles are a general purpose needle that can be used on knit or woven fabrics. It will do a number of tasks sufficiently. It has a long scarf that is great for zigzag stitching and it does not damage Knits.

Prefect needle for most jobs. I know you are suppose to use a new needle for each project but who really does that. This needle holds up through multiple different uses.

Schmetz needles have been my choice for my embroidery machine for nearly a year. They were recommended to me by my sewing shop. I also now use them in my sewing machine. Both my machine are brothers and the Schmetz needles fit both.

Mostly i use 75/11 but I do also buy 100/16 for any faux leather i sew. Good strong reliable needles.

All purchases come in a timely manner. No complaints, though I was missing the hand sanitizer as promised. Not a big deal breaker….I love FQS!

Although I use Schmetz needles exclusively, this size was not easy to find. I’m so glad to have found them at Sewing Parts and very pleased that they arrived promptly.

Quality was poor. Implantation was poor. Switched out multiple times. Happened with different configurations. I used to love this brand.

Used a handful of different needle groupings and I was very impressed with the. 35mm 3RS. So versatile and worked amazing for both getting that velvety shaded eyebrow texture and for getting more pigment into eyeliner more efficiently so you can be in and out with less skin trauma.

Highly recommend!.

Needles are great but cartridge tips should be clear in order to see how much pigment is in tube. Difficult guessing game. The only drawback.

I’ve been doing permanent make-up for over 10 years and recently took a continuing education course. The class was great and I learned so many new techniques but the most valuable lesson was being introduced to Tina Davies cartridges.

The precision of these needles are a game changer for liner and shading. I was so excited that after the class I ordered her pigments and multiple different micro-blading implements…. my work has improved so much it’s pretty incredible.

The pigments have much better coverage than the many other pigments I’ve used over my career and her blades are so sharp every single stroke is perfection. Take your work to the next level and order this line.

I love your products and switched to your brand of needles because they were perfect for micropigmentation. I consider that the hole where the needle comes out should be round, not diagonal. I am a micropigmentation master for 30 years.

and I have used everything that the market brings. In this purchase,On the needles that came to me they have a diagonal hole, I did not expect that since I have been buying their needles since you launched that product.

Rhis new configutation I d’ont like The handling of that configuration tends to be painful in the procedure and somehow there is depending on the case not to apply movements in certain angles. I would like to buy it again and specify if the needle comes with a round hole.

I’m not sure what is up with these lately. I’ve just opened my 4th cartridge with a bent needle tip. When they’re of quality, they’re great, but bent needles is not okay. And that’s 4 in the past like 3 orders.

It is damaging to my client’s skin when I don’t realize it until after I start attempting to tattoo. I’ve also noticed 2 of the really bent ones before I even put the needle into my client’s skin. Someone needs to get on quality control about this, I’m ready to stop purchasing at this point.

I’ve used 3 different grouping of these cartridges for microshading eyebrows and they are wonderful!! They are so smooth and worked seamlessly with my Xion. Thanks you guys!!

They probably take a few tries to get used to but I use them always to preform micro realism tattoos, and I don’t think any other brand has a better needle set for such style

I have purchased similar diabetic needles from this company before, but did not receive what was ordered. Again, I did Not receive the ‘Penta Point’ version. I attempted to contact the seller, but have yet to receive a response.

The needles are Great, the delivery- not.

I use Nano tattoo machines and these are the best needles by far! I do permanent makeup as well as other tattoos. One time use, clean, sterile and safe !

These needles are not reliable, about 10% of the needles either do one of the following: 1. Do not secure properly to the pen 2. Do not dispense solution when it is inserted into the body.

I am a professional with experience. It is my favorite thing to make people beautiful and happy. I’ve been doing this for almost fifteen years. I purchased this, the quality of the goods is excellent but faced difficulties because of late shipment.

10/10 review easy to clean and autoclave. Very natural feeling when being used. Would recommend trying.

I only ever buy Schmetz sewing machine needles because they reliably do the job. Their Schmetz Stretch needles in particular are the best on the market for domestic sewing machines. I’ve tried other brands but none do it better than Schmetz.

They cost a little more than other brands but sew beautifully without puckers, threads bunching up or needle breakage. I have forever used Schmetz needles for beautiful results.

i never received these items, though I was charged for them. I have sent an e-mail to the company and have not gotten any response. I’d really like those needles! Or a refund so I can get them somewhere else.

This is my most commonly used sewing machine needle, and this is the best price (and quantity) I have found.

Have had the Cheyenne pen two years as my main daily. As of today it is going back to the factory for a second time for repairs. First repair process was last May. Out the machine for months and came back still not sounding right.

Now it’s dead again. Would Not waste the money again. But it runs great and does excellent work when it actually works.

I never leave reviews but felt I needed to after I bought the hawk pen, first let me say I loved this machine it does everything perfect! Color/B&G/ lining all of it, then after 3 months of use it tore up on me! I was mad to say the least if I spend $700 on a machine it should last a few yrs at least not a couple months, luckily my shop owner loaned me the $ to get the axys fehu and omg that machine does everything the pen does only better! I lined a half sleeve in 30 min and that’s insane, if your gonna buy a machine buy one that supports this industry not just in it for the $, hope this helps you guys, take care ~yoshi~.

Another great product from Cheyenne. I have only had it about a month and is starting to act up. Have tried numerous other pens with the same result. So at this point. Still on the fence.

Calving season for me hasn’t started yet so I haven’t had a chance to use the pliers. The revolving process looks to be more time consuming than I had hoped for. Nevertheless, it’s one pair of pliers to keep up with rather than two.

The revolving head saves changing all of the digits in the pasture. I have my herd prefix on one side, and I put the calfs’ ID on the other side. All changes are made inside, no lost digits in the mud.

I do wish that it came with one blank digit, my herd prefix is only three letters, without a fourth digit, the three letters have some wiggle room. This should come with a full set of letters and a full set of letters, but it doesn’t.

With those few complaints, I like it so far!.

Having a designated side for my herd prefix speeds this process up immensely!! 1 and only 1 minor issue I have is the thumb screws to tighten the digits. DO NOT try to be Hercules and tighten the ever livin out of these or you will break them off.

Simply snug them and then give em just a hair more and your digits are kept right where they need to be. Great product, would recommend to anyone!.

Work exactly as expected. Caps a little hard to twist open but I’m weak 😀 can put Tylan, la200, saline, etc thru this size

I definitely prefer the Seirin J needles. The quality is superb and very easy to use. You definitely get what you pay for in these needles, but well worth it.

I purchased 2 Cheyenne Hawk Pens about 5 months ago. Both are amazing, but both cords started to break near the machine connection after just a couple months. Overall I’m happy with the machine, it is easy to use.

Go to machine of choice lightweight and durable. Tattoos like a dream!

They are so powerful and stay sharp for 3-4 entire face session’s! Will be buying this now until for ever. The results are great too. Every 2weeks I focus on my crinkle’s. most all of them gone after 5 full facial sessions an extra attention to under years of course.

Also around smile lines ect. Using the flat ends as well as the needle combination is the trick. Don’t go over same area in all directions more then 4 timeS. TAKE CARE. Under eye cx moisture creams all day every day after for the healing with hydro acid.

Also deep Pore cleaning with a scub an exfoliate about a week in a half after every time. Your face will look like glass. now with a experience resin like myself 2 -3 weeks in between for healing time.

Just starting the. 3-4 just depends on how fast you heal. An what your response -results are.

I have recently purchased your microneedling pen and I love it. I have a bad scar through my right eye brow from a bad car wreck and in just 3 uses I can see the scar improving. Also I am full of wrinkles and I’m hoping to improve them too.

But I absolutely love this pen and how it make my skin feel fresh after using. The increased circulation really helps my skin product to be absorbed much greater than without using the pen. Thank you for such a great product.

Spa sciences micro-needling tool has worked miracles on my skin. This being my first micro-needling pen I wasn’t sure what the results would be. I never had success with derma rollers. I use both the 12-needle and nano-needle cartridges for different areas of skin, with the more sensitive areas needing the nano cart.

We like this product. It replaces the 1 1/4 inch – 23 gauge that comes with the prescription, which can be too long for upper arm injections in persons with little fat. As well, it is less painful.
