15 Best Case Lg G6 (2022 Updated)

Simply the best case for any phone on the market. Worth every penny. I have used the Otterbox Defender cases on my last 3 phones. The protection, feel, and looks are second to none. With the built in screen protector, no more frustrating buying protectors and trying to get them applied with no bubbles or lint trapped in between.

I take my phones out of the case twice a year just to give it a cleaning. It truly doesn’t need it but I take very good care of my stuff. Easy access to all your ports, keeps them free of dust and dirt.

I love it for my new LG G6, makes the phone pop and appear larger. I am always getting compliments and asked what case I am using. The feel in your hand is solid and the controls are very easy to use.

Spend the little bit extra money and get the best, you will no regret it! When I get a new phone I sell mine on eBay and the phone looks and preforms as if it just was pulled from a sealed retail box.

When buyers see I have kept it in the Otterbox case, and I am including it in the auction, I always get top dollar for my phone. Yes it is a little more expensive but you WILL recoup that when you go to sell it and the protection is superior to any other case out there, period! I dropped my iPhone from 30 feet up of a balcony as my toddler niece knocked it over the edge, my fault, but the phone and case were unharmed and the case showed no sign of wear.

I love this cover except for the plastic cover that goes over the face of the phone. I have a glass screen protector on my phone but thought the plastic front piece on this style of Otterbox would add an extra layer of protection.

The thing I hadn’t thought of till after I got the cover was that since the plastic front cover (that I thought would be helpful) has to have openings for where the ear speaker is and also for the camera hole.

Therefore, dust still gets in under the plastic cover and you have to take the whole thing apart to clean it, and then the next day, there’s more dust/dirt in it. I figured eventually it could scratch the glass screen protector I have on the phone, so find the front plastic piece is useless as protection.

I popped out the front plastic piece and its much easier to keep my phone clean. If I had it to do over again, I’d save a little money and have just bought the cover without the extra front plastic piece.

Just have a glass or plastic screen protector applied directly to the face of your phone and get the Otterbox cover without the extra front plastic piece.

case is great. buttons respond well. good exposed space for the cameras and finger sensor. really tight seal between the shell and plastic and you can see the whole screen. only drawback is the screen protector.

not very responsive around the edges. there is an ever so slight warping that puts space between what i touch and the actual screen so the connection isn’t always made. making my keyboard a little larger has help some but i’m thinking the issue will always be there.

personally i feel it’s a side effect of the tight seal between the shell and plastic case. they use something similar to a french cleat design so the shell stretches up and over the plastic’s edge and then grabs on.

unlike previous shells that just fit snug in place. the phone’s screen is durable and water resistant so popping the screen protector out may be my best bet. for not i’m trying to retrain myself on how mush pressure my fingers use.

still i wouldn’t go with any other phone case. the 2 cases i had with my last phone were great. (only bought a second one to change up the colors). otterbox has proved its worth with me.

The Speck Presidio Grip line has been one of my go-to’s as long as I’ve been using smartphones, and I’ve always loved them. They look nice, feel nice, are surprisingly durable, and are relatively long-lasting.

Even though they’ve felt a little thicker than other cases I like, I’ve appreciated the sense of security that comes with them. The first few days with this case on my 13 Pro were pretty similar to my experience with past phones, but then came the MagSafe experience.

even though a charge passes through the case, the magnetic grip has been almost non-existent. For claiming to be compatible with MagSafe charging, this thing was a pretty big disappointment. I have a MagSafe portable charging bank that I use regularly, and it just won’t stick with this case on my phone.

Apart from that, I still appreciate the sense of security that comes with having this case on my phone, with the grippy sides, grippy material all around, and tight fit on the phone. Of course, the tight fit does make this sort of a pain to remove from the phone, but it is MUCH easier to put back on.

The buttons are clicky and tactile, and all-around, I do really like this case, despite how much bigger it makes my phone feel in my hand. If only this thing was more MagSafe-friendly, it’d probably be the only case I ever used again on this phone.

If you don’t care about MagSafe compatibility, this is a fantastic purchase! Protective, appealing, and worth the money. Just seriously consider whether the protection or MagSafe compatibility is more important to you before you buy.

I needed something to replace another case that was 2 years old. This case was advertised as thinner and gave just as much protection. I am pleased with it so far. Having a built-in screen protector is a bonus for me.

The other cover that I replaced had this feature, and this is a feature that I look for on any phone case. My only complaint would be that it seems to show smudges/fingerprints more than any phone case that I have had to date.

It isn’t a big complaint, since they wipe off easily, but it is something that I guess I will have to get used to. So, with this one small issue, I am deducting 1 STAR from my rating, and I will give it 4 (I’d go with 4 1/2 if ebay had a way to do that).

This case is a bit bulkier than I’m used to but for the protection it provides, it’s great. Screen protector is still sensitive enough but has some glare and rainbow effect in some lighting. I bought this case specifically because it has dust plug covers which which you should never cut off because I’ve had to replace my phone three months after brand-new because my phone disabled the charging port due to moisture, although it was never near liquids.

Dirt and lint can also do this so beware. apparently this is common with LG And Samsung phones. The only thing I am not to crazy about is the volume rockers, they are hard to find because they are not raised enough.

Even when buying a used phone, it’s an investment a person should protect from drops, bumps, & scratches. along with everyday bumbling. Have a SUPCASE Unicorn Beetle for a Kindle Fire and have been very pleased with it.

So was excited to discover the same style case for a LG G5. The touch screen responds easily with out any extra pressure. A nice feature of a built in screen protection. The case is a perfect fit. no complaints what so ever.

Solid build quality. The stand design is very useful, can stand either longitudinally or horizontally. The belt clip holds really tight. The price is super! Wow!

t fits perfectly, buttons work just fine. Covers the edges well without adding any bulk at all. I’ve purchased Ringke Fusion cases for many of my previous phones and it has become one of my favorites.

Best case for S8 also. My phone have dropped too many times to count without having any cracked screens.

This case is well designed, it fits well, the holes/buttons are on the right place. It is surface adherent. Unfortunately it’s not dust-proof. The audio jack protection isn’t easy to use and if you use the smartphone on your trousers pocket, the case become loose on the extremities.

It is advisable to choose other than transparent. I think it might become yellowish with the constant usage.

Love Ringke cases on all my Samsung devices. The case wrapped around the phone nicely. The cut out openings are perfect. I love the covers for the USB charging port and the headphones jack. Just a little downside is you will leave prints on the back of the case.

This is perfect for what I was looking for. And the company went out of business so this is awesome that I was able to get these here.

I enjoyed the rugged protective case so much that I bought it again. It’s a great price for my budget and it protected my phone even after dropping it several times. I dropped it so much the case cracked, but even cracked it protected my phone.

I have always bought otter box defender products for my cellular handset , my wifes, parents as well for the last eight years. It is rugged, keeps my phone preserved in pristine condition at all times.

Never have I had any issues with the otterbox and if ever I did, I contact otterbox customer support and they fix the problem without question or concern. By far this is the most superior product on the market for your mobile handset.

Safety and security with otter box always: I’ve accidentally dropped my phone in a very wet and muddy gravel parking lot and then when looking for it; I accidentally stepped on it as well. If it wasn’t for the defender series otterbox then my phone would have been completely destroyed.

Trust in otterbox! It’s worth the peace of mind.

I bought this case as LifeProof don’t make one for the G6 and my trade deals with metallic dusts daily. While I don’t suggest that this case is waterproof or that it completely encapsulates the phone like LifeProof or OtterBox, the port plugs are a snug fit and unobtrusive such that your case actually fits into a car cradle while charging.

However crud can still get to the sides of your phone. The crosshatching of the screen protectorcan make it difficult to see the screen in bright sunlight and it doesn’t like having a tempered glass screen protector on your phone either as the edges become very difficult to manipulate.

I’m really impressed with the quality of the case overall. It’s been on for a month and it’s going to be difficult for me to justify spending the money on one of the others next time.

The case is durable and comfortable to hold. It fits to the phone well and is easy to install. However the plastic screen cover is uncomfortable to use and has poor sensitivity around the sides of the screen.

Most annoying! Luckily it’s only glued in with some kind of glue tape and is easily removed. I highly recommend having a durable glass screen protector installed on your device and removing the plastic in the case.

Overall quite satisfied.

This inexpensive case appears to be sturdy as evidenced when the phone got dropped on the tile floor and no problems. It is easy to hold due to the side grips. The built in screen protector is sensitive to touch.

I made sure that the phone screen was immaculate before I put the case on following the provided directions. Need to be careful when holding the phone as the volume controls on the side are quite sensitive or maybe that is the phone itself.

I hope it holds up because I am happy with this case.

The case is great, crystal clear, nice quality. It comes with two FILM protectors one for the back of the phone and one for the front (screen). When I ordered it I thought that it would be a Rearth Ringke GLASS screen protector so now I need to order a glass protector separately.

This phone case is sleek and durable. I dropped it onto a tile floor from chest height, while trying to put it in my shirt pocket- and my G6 was perfectly fine. It feels good in my hand as well. It does come with a built-in screen protector, but is easily removed if you wish to use your favorite brand instead.

The dust covers for the charge port and headphone jack work nicely, too. All in all, I have been using it for several months now, and I have absolutely no complaints.

Great case. Thought it was going to be more bulky. Same size as my silicone rubber case. Not big like the otter box. Touch screen is great. Still good sensitivity. No bubbling. I’m a outdoor person. Go fishing at the beach every week.

Maybe camping overnight here and there. Hiking/camping in the mountains. 4×4. I bought this case just for that reason. Well see how good it is. Reminds me of a lifeproof case I had for the iphone 4S.

Offers very good protection but is a bit bulky. I decided to use a bit slimmer case for everyday use, but will go back to if I go hiking etc.
