20 Best Cash Envelope Wallet (2022 Updated)

its roomy and user friendly. it fits more stuff than multiple other wallets that ive had my eye on, card-wise as well as in the extra pockets. i slide my phone in the area where it turnlocks, the only downside is it slips out occassionally when its jostles itself out of that pocket tho that is not really a pocket.

it can definitely fit inside the accordion zipper pocket but im just too lazy to zip and unzip it to get to my phone. i hang several keys, keychains and a car fob from the zipper pocket tab (aka it holds some decent weight on that zipper tab) and it handles it well.

i must admit, this wallet (not this new one that I just bought, but my old wallet is the same wallet but different color) has taken a beating for over 2 years. aside from just being dirty on the outside since its cotton, it has held up extremely well.

nothing ever broke or ripped, and i have stuffed this thing to the max, i have thrown it around, all kinds of stuff. its a great wallet, it holds all that i need it to, its got lots of pockets for organization and space and it holds up well.

might i say that another clincher is the rfid feature. also im thankful for the credit card slots being easy to put 2 or 3 cards in per slot and its easy to remove cards. some wallets make it hard to remove just one card from its slot.

I absolutely love my RFID Turnlock Wallet in the Hummingbird Park design. I had received the Glenna Satchel in the same design for my birthday and couldn’t wait to match it with the wallet. (I thought my granddaughter picked it out because I love hummingbirds, but not so! She just liked the design.

Great choice I think!!) I like everything about this wallet, but the selling feature was the RFID protection that I get to keep all my cards and information safe. There is plenty of room for all my cards, both on the outside turnlock section and inside the zippered section for money.

The zippered section on the outside of the wallet is a nice feature for my change. I couldn’t be happier with my wallet as I am pretty particular about picking out the right one. This has all the features I could possibly want, including a section to fit my checkbook if I wanted it in there.

I knew before buying this wallet that I’d love it, because I already had the same product in a different fabric pattern. The ” Morning Shells” pattern matches that on the eyeglasses case I bought at the same time as this wallet.

Both are even prettier in person than in the online photo of them, and I’ve received several compliments on them. I like the change pocket on the outside of the wallet-easily accessible and roomy. There are more than enough credit card slots on the inside, and there’s even a zippered section inside next to the place I put my currency.

The eyeglasses case easily holds my ” bulkiest” frames (but a teensy bit small for my sunglasses).

Like the design and the workmanship and the size is just right. My only gripe is the trimming which looks and feels like PU. If the trimming is made of quality leather, I would not hesitate to give 5 stars or more even, if it is possible.

This wallet is really lovely, bought for present and delighted with it, quite sure it will be much appreciated.

Great little product delivered quickly and perfect product

I gifted this sunglass case to my dad and he really liked it. When I purchased it, though, the stock photos were wrong. I guess I should have known when I selected “Jet Black”, but the image that I refreshed repeatedly was brown, so I did think I was getting a brown case.

Regardless, it is real leather and stretches to fit your glasses.

I had high hopes for this wallet, but it wasn’t what I wanted in a wallet. It didn’t feel like it had enough structure like a wallet should. The leather felt and looked great but the card slots and cash holder seemed too loose, like it could all fall out.

It didn’t sit flat out of the box and I didn’t want to find out if keeping it in my pockets would eventually flatten it out.

This company makes really nice sturdy, aesthetic looking wallets but the model is a fail. When you stick your bills folded and upright as the pictures depict, the bills are too wide (hitting the corner fold) and leaves the wallet open like a giant Pac Man mouth.

Maybe you’re thinking of opening the dollar bill across in the bill fold like a normal wallet, well, that won’t just cut it either as it’s too narrow (and NOT intended either in this design). This design failure could be easily resolved if the wallet was a little longer so the folded bills would have more room without hitting the corner fold causing the open Pac Man mouth effect when on a table.

If you only put 1 card in each slot and 1 $20 bill in the back, it would be better at the fold but really this wallet isn’t functional like other wallets of this design/ilk. A shame as it looked like what I was looking for as a weekender wallet.

I’m being generous by giving this two stars because it broke after one day. I put my cards and a little cash in it and stuck it in my purse. I pulled it out of my purse the next day to pay for something and the metal part of the zipper pull broke.

Just snapped right off. I have no idea how that could happen by just sitting in my purse for a day. I don’t generally throw or kick my purse so no logical reason it should have broke. Anyways the print was very cute and it was roomy with a good amount of card slots.

Fit quite a few cards and folded cash and still managed to remain very slim and not take up much room in my purse. The bee charm was so darn cute I almost kept it just for that. I was able to get a full refund after contacting customer service a couple times (initially they were not going to refund me the exorbitant shipping charge of ten dollars).

Perhaps the one I had was just defective. If it hadn’t broke I would have given it 5 stars. From now on if I want a Sak product I’ll order it from Amazon to avoid the hassle if I end up having to return it.

I really liked this wallet for the small size. Easy to transfer to any wristlet or handbag. BUT. after 6 months of using this, the zipper pull attachment (holding the zipper pull) snapped & broke off.

Very disappointed as this card wallet cost was not on the cheaper side. I thought it would be more durable than this. There is no way to fix this. I will never buy another Sakroots wallet.

I love the bright pattern, which makes it easy to stand out in my photo backpack. I also like the size: I wanted something small-ish to carry ID/credit cards when I go on photo adventures. This fills the bill perfectly.

And, with the small latch, it’s easy to attach to an interior hook in my bag so I have quick access to it and it doesn’t fall out when I open my bag on the ground. Finally, it’s just overall snazzy—unique from other small card wallets with its colors and accessories for attachment.

I am glad I found STS. I spent many days searching for a long canvas wallet and STS over deliverd on there product. The construction of the long wallets was perfect. Great place to find the wallet size and style you want.

I moved from New York city less than a year ago, and went to Cavenders when I first got to Amarillo. I bought this wallet thinking it’d be quality, because it’s genuine leather and all but no. It hasn’t been a year and its falling apart.

A few months ago the stitching was falling apart on the bottom part of the wallet and then the ID slot holder broke apart. My ID somehow stays in place but I’m very disappointed with the product. PS: I wrote to company to see what they can do.

The wallet is made of quality leather like all STS products. I like that it has the wrist strap so you can carry it alone.

I prefer smaller wallets and this one has more features than listed. The coin section is gusseted which is less frustrating than flat ones. There are actually more usable pockets than the just the card slots.

Cards slots are not super tight like my last wallet.

I wanted a small wallet to use every day. I put loyalty cards i dont use often on an app on my phone and now I can get everything into this wallet. After checking a you tube review I see you can double up cards if needed in the slip pockets and you have lots of space behind the slip pockets.

I dont usually have many coins so this is great. I like the leather lining inside it makes it feel very luxurious. I also appreciate the ease of being able to access the notes. I also rate the subtle ‘C’ branding on the front.

After a year of use the glazing on the edges is still in tact and leather looks as good as the day I bought it. I highly recomend. 5* I can see me using this wallet for many years to come.

The Leather Cash Envelop allows you not only keep your cash flat but receipts too are less likely to be mis-shapened / mis-folded from stuffing them into something not as nice, which helps keep you organized.

And receipts are less likely to be “hidden” in an out-of-way “compartment” of a wallet / bag, and forgotten about. Plus, there’s plenty of room for some credit cards, a pen, and even a small pad! Not to mention the quality workmanship and the feel and smell of premium supple leather.

Lastly, me thinks the envelop adds some level of security for your person because it’s easier to manipulate the cash while its in the envelop rather than opening a wallet that’s stuffed with cash, lol, or using a plain-to-see money clip.

I have been looking all over for a great leather cash envelope! I ended up buying a couple of cheap ones on Amazon a while ago and they are cheap and flimsy, not my favorite but I didn’t know where else to get a good quality item.

Really glad to see Rustico start to carry a quality cash wallet. I carry cash for trips (fishing guides, tips, emergencies, etc. ) and also have a leather wallet in my golf bag so I always have a tip for the cart gal.

I originally bought the brown wallet for my mother and almost kept it for myself; but I didn’t. Gave it to my mother as planned and she really likes it, especially for the topside zippered pocket for loose change.

I bought the Navy/Mink for myself and love it for many reasons: 1. the feel of the leather is very soft; 2. the size is smaller than my previous wallet and is so much easier to get in and out of my purse plus, it takes up much less space in my purse; 3.

plenty of slots for credit cards; 4. RFID lining throughout; 5. window for driver’s license; and 6. three compartments for dollar bills & loose papers. Overall, I just love the size and feel of the wallet.

Can’t believe it leaves so much more space in my purse, but it holds the same as my old wallet. Just wish they had more colors to choose from. I’d buy one in every color.

The actual item is fine quality and along the lines of what I expected. What I did not expect was an Amazon package on my door step and a packing slip from Amazon identifying the item and seller on Amazon that they purchases the wallet from.

I really like this clutch. It has all the pockets I need. The slots are the perfect tightness cards easily slide out when I need them but don’t fall out on their own. It is wide enough to fit a checkbook in one of the pockets.

I have had this for a couple weeks and it seems pretty durable. I gave it 4 stars only because I wish there were more color options. I also wish the ID spot was made of a clear plastic, the way it is now you can’t see the ID details through the plastic so you have to take it out to show someone your ID.

What a gorgeous and useful wallet. The leather quality is supreme. And I can’t even begin to express my love for the GRIZZLY color. I also got the large classic tote and large wallet in grizzly. What a very rich VERY expensive look.

I have not found such a beautiful dark deep brown leather of this quality in a handbags for years. There is something about the color that elevates the pieces. Well made, gorgeous and looks as if me and the goods are in it for the long haul because the quality is BUILT to last.

I love Portland Leather products! I have purchased four purses/totes, four wallets, and two purse extenders. I love the leather and they are very durable. I rotate them often to match my outfits. These envelope wallets are amazing for small bags and carrying minimal amount of cash/cards.

I currently carry $100 and about 7 cards. This item is fantastic and I can’t even tell why it’s “almost perfect”. Well done, Portland Leather! The only thing that I don’t love about these products is the lack of size inclusivity for the length of the crossbody and long straps.

They don’t fit plus size women. This has limited my ability to purchase more. Please add adjustable straps to all of your crossbody bags and allow for strap extenders in all of these. I would absolutely purchase more and I know my girlfriends would as well.

Overall, great product but limited by strap length.

Love this wallet! The leather is great quality and the color was exactly what I was expecting. We haven’t figured out what made it imperfect, which is to say Portland Leather is very particular about their products.

I use this wallet to sit inside my backpack to hold cash and coupons. I have something else to hold all my cards. So it’s great for things that lay long and flat. There are slots for a few cards so if this were your main wallet there is a place for your important cards.

This wallet folds up easily and the brass snap is just enough bling for me. The snap feels secure without being impossibly hard to engage. So far, I love it for what I use it for!.

I got this wallet in the color green and I really love the size and format of this wallet! I’m a fan small folding wallets and the longer (non fold) wallets, I selected this style because I ordered a matching cross-body bag and I wanted to fit more than just a wallet in the purse.

There is a small wallet similar to this one, but it’s operated by a zipper. I selected this wallet because I thought the zipper might be too clunky for the purse. Plus, I find it more convenient to open a snap-button wallet than a zipper wallet.

The wallet features 6 card holders with extra compartments behind each sleeve of card holders; it also features a small “coin” compartment on the end, but I store membership cards in mine because I find that more useful.

This is a nice little wallet. The leather is really soft and supple. It makes me a little nervous I may scratch it, but it’s done well so far. I like having the smaller wallet for smaller bags and occasional pocket carrying.

The dedicated coin pouch is nice and one of the main reasons why I chose this one. My one very minor complaint is the billfold compartment is just long enough for US dollars, which means there isn’t room to wiggle around much, bills have to go straight in.

I think this keeps the overall wallet as small as possible so it’s not a huge deal, but for those who are used to having long wallet space will notice. The zipper pull is a bit more that I need but also not a big deal.

The maroon color is very pretty and a really nice purple-red for fall/winter.

I like it very much. It replaces a wallet I bought years ago from Tumi that needed a new zipper. But Tumi doesn’t do repairs on their accessories, just on their luggage. But I got this new one on sale and it looks extremely well built and will probably last longer than my previous wallet.

This wallet is exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for something a little smaller than a regular sized wallet (this one 5 1/4 inches wide) but bigger than those tiny wallets. There is an outside zippered pocket for change, a windowed slot for driver’s license, room for credit cards and bills.

The leather is nice. It seems well made. time will tell.

It has the limitations of a small wallet and the bulk of a large wallet. The snap is awkward. Its a bit bulky but doesn’t have enough space for even a small lipstick and not big enough for a passport.

It would be great for someone with lots and lots of credit cards. Its needs to be a bit smaller or a bit bigger.

So happy with this bag, I love it! The leather has a really nice structure to it without being so firm that you can’t open it properly. For a small WOC it is surprisingly roomy inside – I can fit an iPhone 11 Pro, compact mirror, lipstick, face mask & compact keys inside, plus cards and change in the dedicated slots. The chain strap is fairly thin but feels durable and weighty, and the leather on the strap is a nice addition.

I’m 5ft and the regular length of the strap is too long on me, but I just cross the straps over inside the bag and the length is perfect. It’s such a gorgeous style that goes with everything and can be dressed up or down.

It’s small enough to store inside a larger tote bag for example when travelling. I did get about a 20% discount in the sales which made this purchase worth it considering its durability and versatility, however I am not sure if I would pay full price for this considering it’s size.

I would like to purchase the same style in a lighter colour but I may consider the monogram wristlet pouch as a similar cheaper option if there are no good discounts/sales at the time. Overall a really great WOC option that I highly recommend and worth considering over the similarly priced Gucci super minis.

The clutch is absolutely stunning; the crocodile leather is gorgeous. However, I went back and forth debating whether to return it or not. It’s beautiful, but I just find it to not be practical at all.

Barely anything fits inside; I always carry my cell phone, compact and lipstick, a mini Evian face spray bottle and a Spanish hand fan (a must when you live in Miami) whenever I go out, but I couldn’t fit all of these items in this clutch.

My husband had to carry my fan in his interior suit pocket, the Evian bottle stayed home, so all I had left was my phone, compact and lipstick and that barely fit. I decided to keep it because it’s so beautiful, so I’ll just have to deal with the impracticality of it!.

This bag is just perfect. I am tall 5ft 10 and it hit’s me just fine. Not sure why people still complain at this point about length when the measurements are there to see. The leather is soft and squishy and I love the light weight chain.

If this chain was heavy it would be a nightmare on your shoulder. The flap is nice and safe and I can fit all my essentials in. It really is a stunner. This is a forever bag and I am so happy I got it for my everyday bag.

I had been waiting years for this wallet in this colourway and design. At last! Mulberry decided on a fuschia version with the postman’s lock. I was more than thrilled to receive it for my birthday last year.

It is stunning. I know from the quality and attention to detail of my other Mulberry items I have collected along the years that this will remain beautiful for years to come. It is worth every penny, it oozes quality and makes me smile every time I use it.

This is a fabulous little purse. Small enough to go in my pocket but also handy if you’re using a small bag. I was after a purse that had several card slots, a note compartment and would hold some coins – this does the job perfectly, I LOVE it.

I know Mulberry is a little on the pricey side but the quality is unsurpassed and it looks great too (I bought the ‘Cloud’ and its a gorgeous colour and easy to spot in the bottom of my bag. !). Fabulous service from John Lewis as always.

I was so disappointed having decided to treat myself to such a frivolous thing and ended up returning it. The black protective edge really sticks out and feels incongruous against the brown leather. It also didn’t feel generally as expensive and high quality as I was expecting for the price.

I expected to love this when I unwrapped it and I just didn’t. Not for me at all.

I bought this last week, because I wanted something a bit smaller that I could through into any of my bags without worrying if it would fit. Even though it is compact, it holds several cards and cash with no problem.

I also feel like the pebbled leather is a bit sturdier. The color is rich and could easily go with anything.

Good purse bit smaller than I expected but does the job and I love it. Enough place to put cards in it but you wont be able to store loads of change in it as its small. Purchased it because I have the same colour matching cross body bag so wanted a matching purse with it to complete my set.

Overall happy with it wish it was just a bit bigger but its all good definitely recommend.

I have several MK wallets in different shapes/sizes. Why this is one of my favorites – it’s small but fits everything you need. The pebbled leather makes it feel durable and doesn’t scratch easily. I often have a ton of stuff in my purse so smooth soft leather will get scratched by my keys (or even my nails rummaging through my things).

I got this wallet in black because the gold letters stand out more beautifully. It’s the perfect size. The sipper all the way around makes it very secure. This is the second YLS wallet I bought. The first one is the envelope style with the flap over and it’s just a little bigger than this one.

It’s also very beautiful and I love it too. So, I use the smaller zip around wallet with my smaller bags and the larger wallet with my larger bags. It’s definitely a luxury designer wallet and expensive.

I wanted to treat myself and could afford to do so. So, if you can afford it and want to treat yourslef to a luxurious gift this is the one to purchase.

I had a baby recently and I wanted something compact that doesn’t take up much space in my diaper bag. My regular compact wallet was taking too much space. Most card wallets are not sufficient for me since I have to carry insurance cards for both kids and just in general they just don’t have much functions other than keeping few credit cards.

So I decided to pull the trigger and got this wallet. It is everything I wanted. It fits 5 cards in the back and got zipper compartment so you can put more cards plus cash. I highly recommend for anyone who likes keep things minimal but also wants functionality.

This is perfect as a card case. The review that states it can’t hold folded bills fails to realize this isn’t a wallet–it’s a card case. As a card case, it serves its purpose. I use mine to place into clutches for formal occasions to organize my cards and not as an everyday wallet replacement.

It holds my driver’s license and credit card in the card slots, and business cards, bobby pins, and a band-aid in the snap-flap pocket. If I were to give a critique for improvement, the snap-flap pocket is not divided as stated in the description (there is no “divided interior”) or as shown in the photo (that line is just stitching), and if the snap-flap pocket/overall card case were even slightly larger by 1/8″ then business cards in the pocket would be more easily accessible.

I was looking for a high-end bag but not an obvious “logo” status bag. This one is perfect with its understated, cool look. It’s the perfect size for everyday wear, even though it is size, “small”. Read the dimensions before you buy.

For a few dollars more, you can buy the “medium” but it is really large IMHO. The shoulder strap can be adjusted for either cross body or shoulder style. The adjustment is a little tricky and you have to really work the stiff leather through the holes.

Previous Balenciaga Classic bags were of softer leather and were slouchy. The new styles have firm, finely pebbled leather and stand up when set down. I really love this bag!.

I wanted a mini cross body/shoulder bag and I looked at many options. So many of the options would not even fit an iPhone! I have always loved the Bal City bags and when I saw this I knew it was the one.

This bag fits my iPhone, compact wallet, small makeup bag, and keys. (Please note that the pink version pictured is the smaller bag, I believe called the nano). I purchased the black with black hardware.

This is such an awesome bag. I bought this on a whim,was planning to get a card holder but the black on black hardware and leather on this bag caught my attention. I am a mini bag or straight up tote person and this is so perfect in size and comfort.

I’ve been able to comfortably carry it and it fits alot of my items without feeling cramped in the interior. It’s just an all around functional bag!.

I had been eyeing this bag online for awhile and finally pulled the trigger. However I was a bit disappointed once I saw the bag in person. The leather quality didn’t seem that great and it was a weird pebbled leather, which I didn’t care for.

The photos online appear to show a smooth leather, so not sure if it’s just the one I received. Also the quilting seemed to have cheap foam underneath that felt too squishy, I feel that over time, they may deflate.

The chain also didn’t feel as substantial as I had hoped for. Ultimately, I felt that the quality did not match the price, so I’m sadly going to be returning. :(.

This bag is stunning. It’s similar to Chanel jumbo but more modern and has slightly more casual vibes. I have the jumbo in black so I got this one in dark beige and omg I can’t decide which looks better.

To be honest I’m slightly loving the ysl one more but it could just be because I love the beige color lol. The beige with the gold hardware is life! Also it’s super durable and scratch resistant leather which is great for moms like myself.

My 2 year old loves to go through my bags and has scratched up a hand bag or two lol. I also adore the size. I know small bags have been on trend for years now but I just don’t find them practical or aesthetically pleasing on my frame.

This size is perfect for my 5’7 140 lb frame. If you are petite or only like small bags you might wanna check out the smaller version. Oh and I like that I’ve never seen this version out in the wild either.
