This cat was the one thing my almost 6 year old daughter has been asking for for her birthday. I got it and opened to make sure it worked and had a battery so when she opened it it would work. I was happy to see it came with its own battery.

It also had a little bed and brush she will enjoy. The part I think is a design flaw is that it does not have an on off button or switch. It says it’s designed this way to make it more realistic, but I think they could have easily added one on the bottom and it would not have affected the “realness.

” The problem with not having an on off switch is that it just stays on, breathing, until the battery dies. The life of that I don’t know yet since we just got it. It also doesn’t sound very much like a purr, more like a soft motor sound pulling in and out the air that fills the belly.

All in all it’s cute and it’s what she asked for but I think it should have the on off switch and it’s a bit overpriced for what it is.

I purchased this for my elderly mother who lives alone. She has always had animals but could not look after one now. I looked at various animals and made the sad decision that any animal would be too much for her.

As she is displaying early dementia I decided to look for products that could help her to relax. This dog has had an impact, she strokes it and says it is a comfort. The “heartbeat” is very realistic and fooled my sister when she visited her.

All in all a very good product, it’s a bit weighty at the bottom which does detract from the overall feel. It will never replace a real pet but it did have a positive effect on my mum.

I purchased the beagle for my mother in law who has very late stage Alzheimer’s. My children (4 and 6) initially looked after the puppy before handing him over to their Grandma. They absolutely loved him and even though they knew he wasn’t real they still treated him as a real puppy.

The snoring sounds are adorable and the visible way in which the puppy’s back moves as it takes a breath is very realistic. It also looks like a true representation of a beagle. I was expecting it to be a bit more floppy but it is rigid in its sleeping position.

My mother in law enjoyed having him on my lap and I hope she will get some enjoyment from him. A lovely gift.

Even though my girl is 9 years old she still loves cute little toys like this furReal Newborn kitty. How can you not? It’s just so darn adorable. It comes with a tiny binky, a little brush, a bottle & a little blanket.

It’s definitely not for kids under 4 as some of the accessories are really small (smaller than thumb size). I appreciate that there is nothing more to buy as it comes w/ 3 tiny batteries inside & it’s ready to go.

I love the pattern on the fur & the overall concept. It makes sweet noises like it’s lapping up food, purring, and meowing. The only downside for me was that I can’t find a way to turn it off & it goes off randomly sometimes & I find the body a little hard.

It would be nice with a bit of stuffing somehow to make the kitty softer. Overall I think it’s adorable & neither of those things are a deal-breaker. I think it’d make a perfect gift!.

Let me start by saying the FurReal Newborns Puppy is extremely adorable. The plush is soft to the touch. When you touch his/her back it wakes up. It whimpers and barks ever so lightly. If you keep giving it attention it will keep making noise.

If you stop it will start to snore and go to sleep. It is almost the size of an out stretched hand. It fits perfectly in little hands. It does interact with it bottle and other accessories, by making a sucking sound.

It also takes 3 AAA batteries to operate. Now for the downside. It is not very cuddly due to the mechanism that makes it function. Basically it’s hard plastic mechanism that has been covered by a layer of plush and no stuffing.

Next I think this is something that will get attention because it is new and it will get pushed aside and forgotten. Only because like I said you can’t really cuddle it and it is limited to what it does.

My daughter is about to be 4 years old and we purchased this as an early birthday gift. She has LOVED having her own camera and I love it too. I’ve missed the days where we carried a camera around as opposed to using phones, but phones are so convenient.

With that said, I do not like handing my phone over to my daughter to take a picture. We try to be very conscious of our screen use and I was thrilled to see this product advertised. I LOVE LOVE LOVE how light weight the camera is, my daughter is able to use it easily and the touchscreen is very simple.

I do not feel like she is connecting with a device but rather a tool for connection and open ended play. She is mesmerized with learning it and she enjoys the countdown option for taking pictures too.

I can’t think of any other product that is comparable to this and performs at this standard. We are incredibly satisfied. The bonus is the lanyard being the charging cable. The 2 in 1 concept is genius because it is one less thing to keep track of as a parent.

To any parent on the fence about this purchase, it is well worth it and really encourages your child to connect with the world around them instead of a device!.

This is an adorable ok camera. Super cute 3yo birthday present. Pictures aren’t amazing, but fine. Screen UI a little clunky. Transferring photos with the app is too slow and buggy. 3yo was able to manipulate the screen and took a lot of photos, which he did enjoy.

On the first day he ripped the lens cover off of the main camera piece. So that is now loose. Then he moved on to removing the silicone layer of the camera itself. Less than a week after his birthday, he inadvertently dropped the bare camera into a cup of water.

I could see water droplets in the screen, so set it aside to let everything dry. The thing proceeded to turn itself on and off over and over again for maybe 20-30 minutes? The screen image got worse each time.

I imagine had the outer cover been on it would have survived, but still, why would it turn itself on like that? Anyway, I don’t know why I thought this would be water resistant, but it seems like that should be a given with a product for such young kids.

Hopefully I can convince him to let me replace it with a different camera, but the sloth character is very cute and distinct so I may be stuck getting another one of these.

Got this the other day and the kids have been wandering around taking pictures of about everything. Mostly pictures of their legs and the floor and stuff, but sometimes they get a good one. The selfie camera is a really nice feature.

The interface seems to work well and be pretty robust. We had bought a different kids camera off Amazon a year or so ago and it would just freeze randomly and you couldn’t do anything with it until the battery died and you could try again.

Had promised the kids we would get a replacement someday but hadn’t really found anything, then this popped up in a Facebook ad and I bought it five minutes later. Very happy so far. The charger lanyard thing is a neat idea.

Seems to work pretty well. The battery doesn’t seem to last as long as I’d like, but that’s about the only complaint I have about the camera.

My son loved this book. The colors were very vibrant and the story was awesome. My son took it to school for reading time and his other classmates are now in line to read his book. Everyone loved it! I’m glad I got it for him.

I have a 6 year old daughter. When said daughter was 5, we rescued a trio of sick turkey poults. They were so rough that one didn’t even make it home, and the other passed that night. The sole surviving turkey was my 6 year old’s, who she had promptly named Busy Bee.

Busy Bee grew fast. He grew as tall as my daughter, and the were inseparable– she’d squat in the backyard, arm over his back like a human friend, and just jabber away to him. While we have chickens, the neighbors were not excited about Busy Bee singing the song of his particular people.

So we found a farm sanctuary, and we get occasional updates about him, happily living his life there. But my 6 year old, she has been devastated. So when she saw this weird turkey toy, her eyes welled up, and she informed me that she would like it.

Couldn’t say no obviously, so we brought it home. This dang turkey goes in the bath, to bed, in her backpack, EVERYWHERE, and a month in it’s still holding up. I would never have imagined myself being grateful to a toy company for making a flipping turkey, but here we are.

Very pleased with this cute little tabby cat which is a perfect size for my 18 months old grand-daughter. It’s soft to the touch and the quality is very good. Importantly, I feel confident about it meeting the necessary safety regulations as a toy for babies from birth onwards.

My 92 year old bedridden Mom absolutely loves her kitty. She named him Tabby. Tabby arrived quickly and safely in his box. He is soft and cuddly and always stays by Mom’s side. Tabby is a wonderful furry friend for anyone.

Super educational item. I use the safari ltd Toobs for homeschooling my preschooler. We have used them in sensory bins, science projects and they make a great physical replica of human organs to go with each lesson about human anatomy.

I love Toobs because they can be wet, go in any sensory material and still keep their quality! We have 3 different ones, and I just ordered 6 more plus minis for various homeschool lessons!.

I am not one to order online. My grandson was making a “fish tank” out of a shoebox. He wanted a manatee for it. I couldn’t find anything in the stores near me. I didn’t want to drive far from home, so I went onto Michael’s.

com and saw that…not only did they have the product I wanted, I could get it delivered!!! I didn’t have faith since I’ve tried a few times ordering and wasn’t too satisfied. I couldn’t believe it came and was the product I wanted.

Our 3 year old is obsessed with anteaters so we HAD to have this set of animals. It also has a few other rare animals (tapir, macaw, poison frog) that you don’t normally see in play animal sets so I was glad to add this to his huge collection.

We have other sets from this brand and as always they are very life-like and accurate in appearance. I appreciate that I can use coupons to get these even cheaper which is often a better deal than buying direct through Safari Ltd or another supplier.

My granddaughters picked this costume out They wear sizes 5 and 6 so I purchased the small costumes. When they arrived the girls were so excited they immediately put them on. The costumes fit great. They weren’t too small for the granddaughter that wears 6 nor too big for the granddaughter that wears 5.

They girls wore them the day they arrived. Wore them to school for Halloween. And wore them Halloween night. I have no doubt they will be wearing them again in the days to come. Such fun!.

FurReal friends is an amazing brand! My daughter enjoys everyone we purchase. The life like animals have become like real pets for my daughter since she is allergic to real fur animals. We have almost all of the wonderful animals.

We received Airina and my daughter loves her compact size and her tiny bottle. She can take it with her easily on the go and loves that her eyes change so she knows what Airina needs! Her wings open and close which my daughter always loves because she hasn’t found a unicorn that the wings are functioning.

This toy is very interesting because it’s a kitten with wings. It does however remind me of a bat when I look at it with the wings closed, I honestly would never know it was a kitten until the wings expand then it resembles more of a kitten.

It has that whimsical vibe to it. The toy is fairly loud, the kitten makes random noises and they’re pretty loud coming from something so small. The eyes lighting up give it some extra character. The kitten also come with a treat to feed.

I think this toy is cute, the character choice is a little odd however.

Love these little things, except I bought them for my 11 y. o. dog!! He never chewed up a toy before so I felt safe in giving him these. HOWEVER, the scent made him go crazy. He started chewing at the seams trying to get the insides out!! It was all wet from being in his mouth when I took it away from him and it broke my heart.

He was so enjoying playing with it but lavender makes dogs causes gastric upset so he couldn’t have it anymore. And since they’re not washable, I’m probably gonna have to pitch this!! Not really a great buy!!! Wish you could wash these!!.

I chose this sweet little guy/gal as a baby gift for a newborn baby girl. Although she isn’t a fluffy pink ball of fur, she has an obviously loving facial expression that is clearly recognizable. Another plus is that when in use as a warm, calming “huggie” she will easily lay flatter on a young baby, more like a hug.

In my eye that can be a great feature. Her color is another benefit as it may stay cleaner looking.

This cuddly little turtle is just right for our kindergartener. She loves the soft feel of the fabric and the warmth at bedtime. One note, since this is a much smaller item, it should be heated for 30 sec rather than 1 min or it will be way too hot! Also, these are not machine washable as they are full of flax seeds and lavender, so judicious removal of the stuffing will be required if it gets egregiously dirty.

We received the Baby Box Cat plush toy. External material is very soft to the touch as my little one pointed out! My daughter likes playing with it and is often giving it kisses! She would probably find it more comfortable to snuggle with at bedtime if it was a little bigger overall and less firm around the top, but it does appear quite durable.

The toy would likely have more meaning if we were familiar with the show, which might be a fun thing for us to do at some point!.

If you have a pj masks fan, they will absolutely love this cat stripe king motorized toy! First, it’s big! When it stands on its hind legs, it is a foot tall. Second, it’s loud! Kids love loud. And third, it’s motorized.

Who doesn’t want a toy that moves on its own. Includes a cat out figurine, that talks as well. This cat king is so cool. It can interact with other hero Id figures, including the villains. It plays the theme song, and roars.

Did I mention the lights…it lights up. And it’s on wheels, so it will charge forwards. This is seriously a super cool toy for girls and boys. It may be a bit overwhelming to a child with sensory issues, with all the lights and sounds.

Ok, there is alot more going on with this toy than I intially expected! Candidly, it might be a little more than my house was prepared to handle 🙂 This cat charges forward, and rears up on its hind legs.

There are lights and sounds, and it also plays the theme song. It also can read/recognize other action figures and respond to them and cause reactions from the smaller toys (maybe a little remeniscent of the droids at disney?) which is both pretty cool, but also a little much for a four year old.

Overall, the functionality and technology in this toy is impressive, but maybe it would be more appreciated by a kid who is slightly older.

What a great set! What I really liked out of the gate was that the family oriented overall theme of these toys. Everyone has a role in the village and is involved in their “community” in a positive way.

The toys themselves are very detailed, and a great deal of attention has been paid to their outfits and accessories. They have arms and legs that move, as well as their heads! As a parent I’m always pleased when a toy provides a child the opportunity to use their imagination as opposed to flashing lights and sounds that do the playing for them.

Instead these toys challenge a child to create a world in wich the toys reside and interact strictly based on their imagination! Awesome toys, very well detailed, wholesome, and definitely expansive enough to keep your child entertained and with a variety of future options.

This bike is ADORABLE. Unfortunately it’s so tiny. I upgraded my daughter from her 14″ to this without looking at the frame measurements. It was almost comical watching her try to maneuver on this itsy bitsy bike.

Even after I raised the seat and handlebars as much as possible, the overall fit of this bike was still smaller than her 14″. That being said, we really enjoyed the one ride she took on it and immediately ordered the exact same bike in the 20″ size.

Truthfully it was too big for her at first but fortunately she’s grown into it fairly quickly! We’re very happy with the 20″ Electra. If the sizing of the 16″ hadn’t been so off we would have absolutely kept it.

She’s had the 20″ for about 3 months now. We’ve ridden extensively through the paved neighborhood, she’s taken it on gravel trails, winding forest trails, on bumpy Washington D. C. sidewalks, does 5 year old bike acrobatics, you name it.

It’s been a great bike for her so far! If the sizing on the 16″ wasn’t so funky I would have given it 5 stars.

I rarely post reviews, but I felt a little lost in trying to find the right bicycle for my 3. 5 year old daughter. My wife and I enjoy riding but we aren’t super enthusiasts. We didn’t want to spend a lot, but we wanted our daughter to lover her first bike — especially because her long legs made a tricycle very hard.

She would get frustrated so easily. But we tried this one in the store, and it was like she was born to peddle! While this bike was a fair amount more than we had planned to spend on a starter bike, the ease with which she picked it up, and as a result the enjoyment she gets from riding it, definitely made the cost worth it.

We tried her on other bikes, and nothing came close to the Electra. The chain is smooth, the handlebars are great, she LOVES having a brake handle and took to it instantly (despite what bike snobs say about brake handles and toddlers), and the tires are perfect for sidewalk riding.

It’s been three months, and we, and our daughter, couldn’t be happier.

Purchased for my 5 year old 3 years ago. She loves it. I haven’t had any problems/complaints about it. Seems as good as new after 3 years of use.
