20 Best Cayenne Pepper Supplement (2022 Updated)

I take this daily for heart. At first taking it I felt a warmth all around my heart after taking it. Usually now, though I take it more often, I don’t notice this feeling much probably because the capillaries are more open by continuing its use.

Good product, large quantity and price is also affordable.

I’ve been taking this for a year. I take one capsule6 at breakfast and one at lunch every day. It has helped me reach my weight goal and maintain it.

I only take one of these a day b/c they are really powerful for me. I was taking one in the morning with my first dose of supplements but finding that I would get sleepy about 15 minutes later. and this would last for several hours.

So after consulting with my herbalist we agreed it was best to take this before bedtime. He explained that we get our energy from our bleed and if it’s moving fast, which is what the cayenne pepper is intended to do, we can easily become sleepy or fatigued.

I did get heartburn and a bit of bloat the first few times but my body has since adjusted and is doing fine with the cayenne. I think it works better than Nattokinase. and its cheaper.

This powder is either not hibiscus, or a mysterious new essentially colorless extract that no one has ever seen before. Either way, for me it is garbage. They have tried to tell me that this is perfectly fine and normal variation.

A not sour, not red product labeled as originating in hibiscus. normal? Knowing that the majority of health benefit to be gained from hibiscus are found in the pigments and acids I have no need to put this mystery product into my body despite being unable to get a full refund.

Too bad, thorough product knowledge backed with integrity would have been nice. I do at least feel comfortable adding it to my compost, live wild.

I have enjoyed this Bilberry Extract for over a year. It was a fine purple powder that tasted slightly sweet and was great in my shakes. My latest two purchases of the 1kg bags, however, were an utter disappointment.

The powder is now deep magenta/red and is ABSOLUTELY BITTER. So bitter, in fact, it completely dominates everything else in my shakes and makes them INEDIBLE. The other disappointed reviewers are not lying about the taste changing for the worse.

This Bilberry Extract might still work, but I do not recommend you buy this product unless you plan to consume it via capsules.

The powder was tasteless. But when I put it in my mouth, my whole body shivered with orgiastic ecstasy. I was sitting in my recliner. I must have gone into an alternate state of consciousness. For I found myself floating in space out in the cosmos amongst the stars.

I saw the most glorious displays colors and star nebulae. God appeared to me and conveyed some very personal advice that benefited me. Other than that, my experience was pretty lackluster. Quercitin is quercitin.

I’m a big fan of astaxanthin for the many benefits it provides. Did you know that it is 6000 times stronger than Vitamin C? Wow! It is what gives salmon its pretty color as well. We all know how good salmon is for us, and the astaxanthin it contains is one of the reasons.

This works as advertised. Arthritis is not as painful, and both my husband and I even feel like we have a more energy. I also purchased this for my mother, and she has the same good report. It keeps us feeling healthy and well, for sure.

I like this brand very much. It’s very “clean”; it doesn’t have lots of fillers and unnecessary ingredients. Absolutely recommend!.

This astaxanthin didn’t give my skin the really nice healthy glow (or in other words, a light tan) that my regular, although pricier, brand did. So I’ve decided to go back to using my regular favorite brand, the BioAstin brand.

I took the same dose of this Nutricost astaxanthin as I did when I used the BioAstin brand, which was 12mg. But this Nutricost brand gave my caucasian Swedish skin absolutely no glow at all. So it’s ineffective for the purpose for which I use it, which is to protect myself from sun damage and skin cancers.

I do use other Nutricost supplements and they work great (Gamma-AminoButyric Acid, or “GABA”, for instance) and the value can not be beat. So I naturally had high hopes for Nutricost’s astaxanthin. But, unfortunately, this product is a “no glow” for me.

I thought I could save some money on astaxanthin, but no. Turns out this is one of those supplements where you really do get what you pay for.

An earlier reviewer (Word Thirsty) said it came as a powder inside a capsule but turned the appropriate color after adding oil. When I ordered mine the Amazon page only showed ingredients as “Natural Astaxanthin (from Haematococcus pluvialis microalagae), softgel (gelatin, glycerin, purified water)”.

The actual bottle I received now has sunflower oil added to that list. Another reviewer (Samsara) has a photo that lists a lot of other ingredients including safflower oil, MCT oil, tocopherols and I think sorbitol (can’t read it due to glare).

I would actually prefer the powder with apparently some kind of rice filler.

I’m prone to palpitations and have had an EKG that revealed my heart rythm is unusual, but not outside the range for normal. (That’s Doctorese for “you don’t have enough insurance for us to zap you to a more comfortable heart rate”).

I’ve been hearing a lot about the folk remedy of cayenne tea for heart problems and decided to give it a try. One night soon after I’d gotten the Cayenne Fruit, I got my chance. Palpitations woke me up in the middle of the night, so I took 7 drops in a swish of water.

First thing you need to know is, that’s 10,000 Scoville units going down your gullet and there will be much coughing and thumping of the chest. So, not exactly a sensation of relief for the first minute or so.

But then something amazing happens. Instead of the usual tossing and turning, my heart rate eases up and I am able to get comfortable enough to fall back to sleep. Cayenne is a natural anti-inflammatory that also affects adrenaline levels which is perhaps why it is so useful for situations like this.

I don’t know how well this would work for regular supplementation, and I don’t know if I would recommend it for real emergencies, but for the occasional middle of the night palps it’s pretty great.

I use this liquid Capsicum for the famous lemonade diet. It is the part of the recipe that helps to burn fat during the diet. I LOVE IT! Start out with only a couple of drops…it is very strong.

I’m not sure how fancy you can get with a cayenne supplement. It is cayenne and it does what cayenne does, but it just doesn’t seem above and beyond the expectations that Puritan’s Pride is touting. I received my package and there was residue from the packing peanuts on the bottles.

It’s not a huge concern, but I am not 100% satisfied like they suggest the customer will be. Will I buy from them again? If they show me just how high quality their products are in comparison to other brands, maybe I will consider buying from here again.

Until then, I’ll go for whatever the best price is.

Coolray cayenne capsules have been my “Go To” cayenne supplement for years now and I would never use any other brand. They do for me what they claim to do — give me the benefits of cayenne without any stomach burn –They are convenient to use, they are reasonably priced, I consider them to be a great value.

I would definitely recommend Coolray Cayenne to anyone who asks. I have always used them exclusively and will always use them as long as they are available.

I’m trying to figure out why are these missing that bright red cayenne color. Or, am I missing something here? I’ve ordered this same cayenne in the past and the capsules always had the bright red color to them.

It kick starts metabolism and gives a healthy boost without jitters, hives, or a crazy whirlwind before a crash. After a week of incorporating these in to my diet, and learning how to take them properly, I will vouch for the power of cayenne.

I was looking for Cayenne Extract but not with Habanaro! This is not the Medicine that I wanted or ordered! The front label has no warning about the habanaro! 😐

It is an excellent product, thanks. Dr, Christopher was THE MAN on herbs and products that incorporate them. This was his formula and it has been carried on as he would have done. There are a number of uses for this, and I use it for a blood thinner, but it also helps with digestion and other things.

We love Dr. Christopher’s Cayenne Extract (Hot)! Whenever we feel a cold coming on, we take several drops, and our symptoms are usually gone in a day or two. We couldn’t be more satisfied with this product.

Wanted something to help all the other vitamins and supplements absorb into my system more fully–especially Turmeric. I read in other reviews that Cayenne was the stuff I needed, so I tried it. Right away, my husband reported terrible heartburn and said he couldn’t take it, but I had no ill effects for the first few days.

Then, after a week or so (taking 1 cap daily, after lunch) I noticed some slight abdominal pain. then a day when I had really bad abdominal pain. So I decided to be more careful about taking Cool Cayenne with food.

However, yesterday I found myself crouching on my office floor with searing stomach pain and massive nausea. I thought I was going to have to vomit into my office waste basket–was really right on the verge.

I’m not talking about being slightly queasy–this was BAD. I laid on the floor for a few minutes and got things under control. But even after eating some emergency yogurt and rice chips, I still didn’t feel right–which continued for the rest of the night–even after I got home and took some Pepto Bismal.

I’m not saying this is a bad product, but I certainly had a bad experience with it and will absolutley never take it again. The balance of the bottle is going right in the trash.

WHY TAKE CAYENNE PEPPER? IT IS AN EXCELLENT SUPPLEMENT FOR VEINS AND ARTERIES SUPPORT. 40k IS A BIT HIGH, AND IN RECENT YEARS IT WAS DISCOVERED HIGH AMOUNTS OF PEPPER SPICE CAN DESTROY YOUR GALLBLADDER.

AFTER I LOST MY SUPPLIER OF 20K UNITS, WALMART WAS THE ONLY PLACE I FOUND CAYENNE. I BOUGHT EMPTY CAPSULES ON eBAY AND TRANSFERRED 50% FROM THE 40k CAPSULES. ALWAYS TAKE WITH A MEAL TO AVOID NASTY REFLUX.

Gave 2 stars coz it’s easy to swallow. I normally cant take capsules for the size but these were easy. With that said they did nothing for me. Didnt even feel it at all and I took 4 in one day 2 of which was within the same 5 minutes.

Guess if you can handle scorpion and reaper peppers this does nothing. Next time I’ll just make my own using pepper x.
