As a person who works from home, it can be difficult to unwind and get ready for bed at the end of the workday. I normally take melatonin to fall asleep and stay asleep longer. I decided to try this because The first time I grabbed a HUM nutrition product, it was a miracle for me and I was hoping that this melatonin would be the same.

I guess it was my mistake by not realizing that this was a sleep supplement WITH melatonin, meaning that melatonin is not the main supplement in these little pills. There’s only 3 mg of melatonin in each.

The serving size suggests one pill, however, if I even want to feel tired I have to take three and it puts me in a very very light sleep where I can still hear everything going on around me and if I wake up in the middle the night, I cannot go back to bed.

Lastly, I’m not fond of the unnecessary plastic packaging, this bottle can be cut in half and made into two separate bottles! I’m giving this three stars because it may work for others, but as someone who often takes melatonin to get to bed at night and stay asleep… It’s a no from me.

I’m obsessed with taking this collagen supplement. If taken consistently, I notice my skin looks more smooth and taut and my joints don’t ache as much. I’ve got old acne scars that tend to show more if I’m dehydrated or eating poorly, and taking collagen helps plump them up so they are less noticeable.

I take it before bed usually and when I wake up, my face looks glowy and hydrated. I’m a firm believer in collagen helping with anti-aging; I just wish I’d started taking this alot sooner. I can take this product on an empty stomach and it doesn’t make me nauseous or have any side effects.

I have tried several sleep aid supplements and this is my favorite by far. Straight melatonin does not work for me and this supplement has a blend of other sleep contributors which makes this very effective.

I usually only need 2 (directions state 3). The instructions also say to take 30 minutes before bed, but both my mother & I found the supplement to start working sooner. Both of us found our muscles relaxing and our minds stopped working to be able to fall asleep quickly and peacefully.

I found I also achieved a deeper level of sleep. I would highly recommend this product! PS. With the trace amounts of monk fruit as a sweetener, there is a mild aftertaste (like stevia) but it clears away quickly.

I tried these for about a week. I couldn’t tell if taking two or three made a difference, I couldn’t tell if they helped me sleep or not. I slept pretty much as I usually do. But I did develop a very unattractive facial rash and literally the only change in my life and habits was taking these gummies.

I have had to use sleeping aids for many years. This one was different though. Normally I fall asleep and I am out until the next morning. With this one though, that was not the case. I had strange and vivid dreams, which I never do.

This review waa collected aa part of a promotion, amd the opinions are my own. I often have trouble falling asleep at an appropriate hour. When the opportunity to try Nature’s Bounty Sleep3 came up, I figured it couldn’t hurt.

I have tried Meletonin in the past, with any great successes. I would take the Meletonin, and sit there wondering when it would kick in. I had to order the Sleep3, to be delivered, since it’s unavailable on the shelf of my Sam’s Club.

When it arrived, I actually got excited! Reading the box, the Sleep3 has L-Theanine, a “nighttime herbal blend”, plus the Meletonin. It was interesting to read that “the L-Theanine interacts with the Neurotransmitter GABA, to support a calm and relaxed mood.

Wow! I thought this just might work! That nighttime herbal blend includes Chamomile, Lavender, Lemon Balm, and Valerian Root Extracts, all herbs said to be great for insomniacs. The bottle of Sleep3 contains 120 tablets.

That’s enough for about 4 months. Each pill is pretty big, definitely within range of being referred to as a horse pill. This didn’t bother me, but if youbhave issues with pills, these will likely not be pleasant for you.

Despite the size of the pill, they are smooth with no detectable tastes. Knowing I needed to talk to taste, I did hold that first pill in my mouth longer than one would normally, just to really get a sense of possible tastes.

Now, if you actually let it dissolve in your mouth, it probably has a taste, but for normal use it’s taste-free. Each pill has 3 layers. Apparently these dissolve at different rates. The light pink layer contains the L-Theanine and herbal blend, to help you “relax and unwind”.

The white middle layer has your first bit of Meletonin, to help you fall asleep. The mauve colored layer has the time release Meletonin, to help you stay asleep. There is a total of 10mg of Meletonin in the entire pill.

So, by now you’re wondering if all of this worked. Yes, it does seem to work. I have taken it for the last 2 nights, and I slept well. The first night, I took the pill after 2 in the morning, when I remembered I had them, and had to wake up at 6.

I was a bit foggy for the first 45 minutes or so, after I woke up. This is unusual for me, so I think I just took the pill too late and my body hadn’t quite metabolized all the Meletonin. The second night, last night, I had better results.

I took the pill around 12:30, and slept until about 7ish. It was a good sleep, and I woke up clear headed and ready for today. And writing this review!.

Well, I took these Natrol Sleep+ Recovery capsules several nights to help with my sleep, and I didn’t notice a single difference in the quality or quantity of my sleep. My husband took them and called them a joke because ehe was up most of those nights.

My daughter said they didn’t help her sleep at all. The good news: it doesn’t leave you with a sleep hangover…. yep, that all the good news I have. With a note that “This product is not intended to treat insomnia. ” And “these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. ” I don’t even know how you can measure the statements they make. How does it support sleep if it doesn’t treat insomnia? What the heck is revitalizing sleep?! And tell me how to measure a healthy inflammatory response?! Basically these pills do nothing.

Sleep pills that don’t help with insomnia. What’s even the point?!.

I received a bottle of the Sleep+Calm sleep-aid capsules free for testing purposes from Natrol and Influenster. I have had difficulty with melatonin-only sleep aids in the past. They don’t seem to be effective at helping me stay asleep or feel well-rested, no matter the dosage or how hard I try to wind down and relax prior to taking it.

These capsules have additional ingredients like L-theanine, lemon balm, and ashwagandha extract to promote calmness and balance. I don’t expect this product to knock me out for the whole night, but I do tend to stay asleep longer and not wake up feeling like a stressed out zombie.

They’re easy to swallow capsules, which is a big plus for me since I normally have to use gummies or chewables. Each bottle contains 30 capsules, so it lasts me well over a month as I don’t take these nightly.

Overall when I run out I plan to get another bottle to keep on hand when I need it and would happily recommend.

For the past couple of years, I have gotten into occasionally using melatonin to help me go to sleep. I am familiar with melatonin tablets and gummies. several years ago, I did use prescribed sleeping pills and was surprised to find that not only did they not help me sleep, they cause even more insomnia.

When the pandemic first started and my son was home, he started having problems falling asleep. He just wasn’t getting as much activity during the day from school and recess that he was used to. We started using melatonin to help with that as we needed to maintain his schedule to keep as much normalcy as possible.

I deal with symptoms of multiple sclerosis. Sleep is a problem when you have multiple sclerosis. Even though you’re extremely fatigued all the time you don’t necessarily sleep for long periods of time.

Having the tendency of waking up and being wide-awake staying awake and then eventually going back to sleep which is completely inefficient and disruptive. an absolutely terrible cycle. I have had a bottle of sleep mode for over a year that I didn’t try because I have a hard time with melatonin for some weird reason.

I happen to be hyper super sensitive to everything in life it’s just the way it is. I was on the medical cannabis to help me sleep which was incredibly helpful at the beginning however my biology changed again and medical cannabis can be a little chaotic in reference to the different strains that you get.

After a while my sleep pattern changed for the worse. I decided to try to sleep mode. The first night I took two as directed. However I woke up at 11:45 pm ( I had gone to bed at 10 PM )with a wailing headache which does happen with me when I have tried melatonin in the past.

What I did notice though I was in a deeper sleep before I woke up with the headache so the next night I only took one. I didn’t wake up with a headache and I slept for four hours straight which is quite an accomplishment and it was a good sleep.

I’m not taking the medical cannabis for sleep at this time I do a lot of other supplements and practice several other bio hacking suggestions for longevity and over all a better quality of life. It’s a combination of everything I do that I think it is working.

I am actually getting now 5 to 7 hours of sleep a night without the help of the medical cannabis. I strongly feel that sleep mode helps me and is keeping me in a deeper sleep but once again it’s not the only thing that I do but I would recommend this product.

As a sleep enhancer, it definitely works. It was able to help me fall asleep quicker. I have a smart watch that tracks sleep and this helped decrease my awake times from an average of 3 to 0 (basically I was able to sleep straight rather than wake up in between).

It also helped increase my deep sleep back to the normal range. There was no grogginess or hangover feeling when waking up. The only con for me is I wake up really nauseous and pukey, which to be fair is a side effect of Valerian for some people.

I read a lot of reviews and it doesn’t happen commonly so it’s probably just a rare side effect that I unfortunately experienced. I have not tried maybe half-ing the dose to see if it can improve the side effects.

There is also a weird smell/taste so maybe just hold your breathe when opening the packet until after you have swallowed and drank a lot of water to kind of mask the after taste.

Typically, this is a HUGE challenge for me and very little actually does the trick or if it does, it loses it’s efficacy after a short while, but not this! I was excited to try this product because it is plant based, doesn’t contain melatonin, won’t interact with my current meds AND says it’s not habit forming. Well, I was ready to test it out and have to say, I am now convinced that ‘whatever they put in there’ works! The tablets are convenient because I didn’t need water – just stick two under my tongue.

There isn’t a bad taste and it seems to take affect within about 15 minutes (for me!). I have used them several times and have even skipped a couple nights to make sure my body wasn’t missing it. I definitely sleep better with these tablets and plan to use them on those nights I can’t get my mind to relax!!.

So I tried this sleeping pills only once I took 1 pill around 2:30am because I couldn’t sleep and oh my goodness that think knocked me OUT within an hour. That day I overslept didn’t hear the alarms or the phone calls at 6am someone woke me up at 7:15am I went right back to sleep then I woke up again at 8:10 am to put my sibling to school and the I went back to sleep until like 2pm.

I believe I have insomnia and whenever I wake up for more than using the restroom in the middle of the night I stay up for a few hours then go back to sleep with this gel capsule by unisom I went right back to sleep.

I felt so sleepy like when I have gotten so drunk that I felt so tired. So in a way that’s great you know this pill will make you rest but be aware that if you work the next day it might not be the best for you since it is so strong.

And this was not my first time taking sleeping pills I have tried my fair share but this is too strong. I took of one star because the time I took it the whole day I felt useless because I was sleeping beauty all day and when you have things to do and kids to watch after this is not the best.

I don’t fall asleep as quickly with this as with the regular Melatonin, I kinda gently get to sleep vs knock me out; but I STAY asleep. All. Night. I recently ran out & tried to go without getting more, as I had gotten down to taking it only once a week or so.

Can’t do it. At least a couple nights a month I really need this to get and stay asleep. Totally, absolutely worth it. So glad I took a chance on it, & looking forward to my next Target delivery.

This supplement does help with falling asleep, and it works quickly – I’m asleep within half an hour of taking it. However, I then wake up a few hours later feeling more wide awake and agitated than if I hadn’t taken anything, and have a hard time getting back to sleep.

This is exactly the same problem I have with melatonin, so I’m disappointed, as it’s marketed as a good alternative for people who don’t tolerate melatonin and similar supplements. I’m also skeptical of all the B vitamins it contains as those can increase energy.

Wondering if it would be better without them.

I have had considerable trouble sleeping since after my son was born, 12 years ago. I’ve been through many individual products that usually worked for a short time and then it didn’t. I’ve been taking melatonin for the better part of a decade, but recently started waking more than the standard once per night.

I had tried optimal sleep and didn’t notice anything. When I saw optimal II I ordered right away. I noticed a difference right away, and have even stopped the melatonin resulting in a more relaxed feeling around sleep time.

The only thing is I take a few other supplements in the evening and I find some herbs drying at night so I can only take 1 sometimes 2.

I thought I would give this a try after struggling with insomnia on a regular basis. I definitely notice a gentle relaxation effect after taking this nothing. If you are looking for something to knock you out this isn’t it.

This product is more gentle and relaxing. I also notice a slight warming effect from it which I like as I often have cold feet and legs. One thing I was most surprised by was how positively this effected my mood! I’ve never taken a supplement that has so greatly effected my mood in a positive way! All around great product and I will order again!.

I really like this product. It actually does a better job without all the added artificial ingredients used in other products. I actually like the fact that it’s all natural. I actually use this on my natural hair as well as my children’s hair.

An overall good product.
