The Sleepytime Extra has the same flavor as the regular version (which I love), but the added valerian makes it even more relaxing. This stuff knocks me out, in a good way—I think the valerian/chamomile is a great combo.

Theanine is not very expensive, you can order it on Amazon from Bulk Supplements. 3. Stay off your phone, TV, and computer at night. Blue light inhibits your brain’s natural production of melatonin, which makes it even more difficult to sleep.

It took me a long time to find something that worked. Try it for a couple weeks and maybe it will work for you too.

This tea has literally been a lifesaver. I’ve suffered from severe insomnia due to a chronic immune disorder and have been on strong prescription medications for most of my life. With metabolic disorders sometimes medications don’t work well and this is where this product has really had an effect.

The combination of valerian as well as other herbal ingredients has made a big difference in my ability to fall asleep and stay asleep without waking up with a hung over feeling. Obviously it does not work for me a 100% of the time but that’s just because of my health condition.

This tea is a sure way to relax your mind and your body before bed making it easier to fall asleep. From a position of someone with severe insomnia I think this product is a must have in any kitchen.

Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Extra Tea, 20 Count (Pack of 3).

I bought 4 boxes of this having never tried it in hope of cutting coffee out coffee at work. It’s definitely not as tasty as Teecino, which so referred to in some reviews here. I find it bland, lacking in carob depth, and balanced spice.

When I add unsweetened vanilla almond milk it becomes creamier. I think I will forego this choice in the future and stick with my beloved Bengal Spice. I love a good majority of Celestial Seasonings offerings so I will continue to look for an alternative coffee replacement in their lines.

I absolutely love this hearty tea. I’ve been searching for years (literally, like 25) for a replacement for Bigelow’s defunct Take-a-Break herbal tea. This one’s ingredients are 98% identical (the same, only a couple are switched in order of amount percentages and there’s no roasted wheat, which was minimal anyway).

Not for the faint of heart, it’s a truly robust flavor and an excellent coffee substitute (though I truly love coffee, and there is no such thing as a coffee substitute. LOL).

Wow such a fan of this! Definitely has that smooth coffee flavor, but no caffeine, and more herbal. I love this best as a tea latte, I just add a little of my favorite creamer. Currently drinking it with some French vanilla.

Such a lovely pumpkin flavor. I love the blend of spices. I have no other way to describe it other than a pleasant experience. My mom especially loves adding a dash of her pumpkin spiced creamer to this tea, but I personally prefer having it without.

I usually add honey to my teas instead, and it further enhanced the flavors of this tea imo. You can really taste the cinnamon, besides the pumpkin flavor. I highly suggest this to people who loves pumpkin spiced goodies in the fall.

I am team pumpkin spice. And I do not wait till it’s socially correct to be about my pumpkin business. This brand tastes and smells amazing. The flavor notes are there. It is spot on. You can taste the pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg.

It’s like you are sitting in a pumpkin patch while drinking a cup of autumn. I drink mine with milk and a little bit of sugar to offset the stevia. However, be warned, you can not seep this too long.

It will be bitter like tears of regret and strong as Thor if you do. So how good is it to me? It’s GOOD! It is so good that for me it’s stress relief, asmr, a way to embrace the fall season, and aromatherapy in one cup.

Celestial Seasonings Fast Lane Caffeinated Black Tea is a smooth boost of excitement. The aroma is subtle to the senses and the flavor is taste bud happy place for me. I put a little honey and a dash of cream in mine to make this CS tea even better.

Strongly recommend if you are trying to cut back just a bit on coffee but still need the pick me up in the mornings, for the mid-afternoon slump zone, or even the kick the weekend Friday night into gear.

We love tea in this house so we’re always trying out new flavors and brands when we come across them. Since I was a child Ive struggled with insomnia; have tried various remedies and solutions and pretty much the only thing that helped was medication, but I’m not a fan of taking meds unless absolutely necessary so I try not to take sleep aides unless it’s a last resort.

A few years ago while browsing the tea selection at Walmart, I came across this sleepytime tea and was immediately intrigued and put it in my cart. When I say I slept like a full belly baby, I slept like a full belly baby 😩 not only does this tea taste good, but it’s pretty effective too! It’s become a staple in my home, my son even drinks some when he’s having sleeping problems!.

They don’t have the flavor that I picked up because mine is a limited addition it’s called Mama bears cold care and it’s caffeine-free herbal supplement. It contains Herbs Botanicals like peppermint, licorice root and Eucalyptus.

Other ingredients are chicory root, lavender and menthol. It helps soothe sore throat and clear your sinuses. It’s not easy to find I seem to only be able to locate it during winter and fall. But it works beautifully.

I definitely suggest it. The only place I seem to be able to find it is either on Amazon or Walmart.

This is a great lemon herbal tea. The lemon flavor shines through as the star. I don’t really like spicy flavors added to citrus in my teas, and this was the one non-spiced citrus tea available. I got an email saying it’s been discontinued.

I’m not happy about that. I don’t want Lemon Ginger, and and I don’t want Mandarin Orange Spice (there is orange tea out there in the world that isn’t spiced, and it’s much more to my liking, and this is from someone who loves “pumpkin spice” stuff – just don’t love it with citrus).

I hope the Lemon Echinacea stuff they have available now is decent if I can’t get this anymore. I must be in the minority since the spiced citrus remains available and this doesn’t, but it was nice while it lasted.

Maybe someone will notice that people really love this flavor and bring it back to the Keurig world.

I honestly wish I could show everybody my cupboard full of tea. I’m definitely a fanatic. I like it so much more than coffee and I find it more versatile. I like the lemon singer because I have been using it iced instead of hot.

I live in Florida and it’s just really refreshing to put it in my Tumblr and head out. I had to stop drinking sugar and sugar products and it took a while but this is actually good just by itself without any sweetener added to it.

I feel like it’s good hot or cold and when it’s hot I have been sipping on it when I’m not feeling so well. It does give me a little boost of energy. I started drinking the regular Sleepytime Tea as a baby still drink it to this day!! I even passed the tradition down to my kids they too love it. Along comes the Sleepytime EXTRA: The same ingredients as the regular, but with added valerian root “for an especially calming cup” to help you fall asleep naturally.

Since drinking this tea nightly, I no longer stay up til 12-1 o’clock in the morning actually seem to fall asleep faster, which I love since I’ve had severe sleep issues for years. It’s all-natural, aromatic, and tastes amazing-herbal mildly minty-with or without adding anything to it.

This tea is THAT Girl! Let’s talk about her! Even with no sugar, it is still sweet. I am a middle eastern woman who grew up having sweet tea for breakfast, dinner, and before I went to bed. First, the peach tea in this set is amazing, really sweet, peachy, and also is not overwhelmingly sweet.

Blueberry is so good! Even without sugar, you still get a rich but fruity taste with this one. Raspberry is a bit on the lighter note, but I still like the fruity element and change from the other type of teas.

Wild berry zinger kind of tastes like a watered down fruit punch to me, which at the end of the day I am not mad at because it is a much healthier option than Minute Maid. I am also not mad at the fact that while I am sipping this, I am happy that it is tea and herbal based.

Cherry is good too, tastes like watered down kool aid for me. Probably my least fav out the bunch but still amazing. Overall, this set is magnificent and I really can’t rave enough about it, treat yourself guys.

LOVE this tea!!! It has become my nightly ritual brew in the winter…soothing, calming and relaxing. Due to the hibiscus content, it offers high anti-oxidant effect. And, I credit it largely for my having avoided any serious illnesses all season-long for the past ten+ years.

I steep two bags in a teapot of hot water for about 8-10 minutes, add a little stevia and perhaps lemon, if available, and sip it ’til bedtime. It has a lovely red hue, does not stain my pearly-whites, and it the best hibiscus-blend tea I’ve ever had.

Local, large, grocer’s vendor quit supplying it, so I found it at Swanson and have ordered in bulk for cost-savings. They always deliver promptly and packages always appear thoughtfully prepared – not thrown together.

Will be ordering other items (vitamins/supplements) from Swanson now that I’ve discovered them! Highly recommend ordering from this company as their customer service is also superb.

This is my go to tea in the morning in placement of my coffee. When I need something hot for my throat when it’s soar. I like to put candied ginger and raw honey in it as well. The lemon flavor is already present and the red color is so vibrant.

Is another very good source of TEA for me. I probably only drink this about once a month but it still tastes very good. I highly recommend to all. The flavors come out in a subtle way depending on how strong you want it.

Yummy lemon hibiscus 🌺 tea! I add a little agave syrup sit cozy. I love tea and this one is tangy, floral, and sweet. Will definitely buy again and again! I like this little box they have it in too, makes it easy to grab and go plus easy to stack or standup box.

This is my favorite Celestial Seasonings flavor. It has a bright burst of orange. It’s kind of like a watered down version of orange juice, but no calories. Great way to start my morning or enjoy refreshment throughout the day.

The cinnamon and other spices in this tea are nice, but the Anise flavor is overpowering and adds a weird sweetness to the tea that I do not like. Anise has a flavor like licorice. After trying it once, I won’t drink it again.

I won’t buy this tea again. In fact, I bought 2 boxes; I want to return the unopened one.

I like a lot of teas from this brand but this flavor is my favorite flavor. It’s so spicy and sweet at the same time. It doesn’t even need sweetener, just a splash of cream!

This is my favorite tea from Celestial Seasonings. It’s a great price and the taste is so good. I love teas with cinnamon and this one is perfect with some vanilla almond creamer.

This is a good tea if you like something tart that is going to give you a good punch. Haha! I like some sour, and why this isn’t crazy sour it’s a good balance that you can sweeten up with a bit of sugar to fit your tastes.

I honestly wish that there was a caffeinated version because then I would buy this all the time, but as it is I buy this when I want something a little sour and a little sweet and a lot of lemons. Easily found in the tea/coffee aisle in most Wal-Marts.
