20 Best Ceramic Air Fryer (2022 Updated)

Love the size! Fits under my cabinets in the corner nicely. Just two of us, so basket size is fine for us. A larger family would probably want something bigger. Operates very quietly. Easy to use. Really like doing fresh veggies in this so far.

Have also done fish, chicken strips, onion rings. Everything has cooked pretty evenly. Definitely consider this a great purchase!.

I’ve done sweet potato fries and regular fries and both turned out hot and crispy. Also cooked frozen fish and that was fast and delicious. I highly recommend.

I have only used this a couple of times, but it is very easy to use and works great. Looking forward to trying more things!

Already did turkey burgers and then salmon burgers in the air fryer which makes them taste a lot better than just baking them in the oven. Made french fries which turned out great. and fried chicken which tastes as good as fried chicken done in a deep fryer but this is much healthier and so much less oil used.

Perfect size air fryer and everything works well! Not big enough for a family, probably. But just what I need for a one person household!

I’ve never tried air frying, and I was skeptical. Boy, was I mistaken! I cooked up chicken wings with zero oil! Put a little cooking spray in the tray and that’s it. The chicken turned out really crispy and moist.

I’m really amazed. Burgers are delicious! I added Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms, just flip halfway through cooking, and they taste just like off the grill. French fries are the bomb! Fill the cooking basket with frozen fries, especially steak fries you’ve already seasoned by shaking in a bag with a little olive oil and your choice of salt and pepper, and in fewer than 20 minutes you have really crisp fries that really transform the goodness of an awesome potato.

Frozen burritos, pretzels, even hash browns come out terrific. You can look up any frozen item on the internet and it will instruct you how long to cook in the air fryer. The unit is well designed, easy to clean, and looks sharp.

The basket is lined in copper infused ceramic and it all cleans up beautifully. Although the directions say you can, I don’t put mine in the dishwasher. I just set it in the sink after I dump out the food, and add a couple of drops of dishwashing detergent and let it sit until the meal is over, then washout with a plastic scrubbie and rinse and turn upside down to drain.

I have used it for over two years and have a bit of cooked on grease but no flaking of the coating. Easy to operate and the food turns out amazing! Absolutely love it. Exceeded my expectations and became an “air fryer” believer!.

I can’t say enough good things about this Oster Copper-Infused DuraCeramic Air Fryer! I love it. The first thing I made was Italian sausage links with peppers and onions and they turned out beautifully! So much faster than putting on the grill or in a skillet and SO much less mess.

I like that they browned evenly and were juicy and tender,they didn’t dry out at all. I do wish I would have put the peppers and onions in a bit later than I did because they did get a bit overdone but were still good.

A little practice and I am making all sorts of good food and reducing the fat and cleanup time is a snap! I have made friend chicken strips,cheese burgers (putting the cheese on at the end for only a minute) grilled cheese sandwiches, quesadillas (be sure to use toothpicks to secure together because the air makes the top shell lift),roasted sweet potatoes and so much more.

One draw back is I don’t care for the timer dial,it would be better if it had electronic buttons so you can be a bit more time specific,I find the dial a little hard for that. I also think that preheating it for a couple of minutes makes the food turn out better as well.

I love fried food, but as I get older, I’m becoming more health conscious, and this is where the Oester Air Fryer is a total game changer. The first thing I “fried” with the product was French fries and I used zero oil.

The fries came out crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. They were very yummy and it took 10 minutes!!! So, to make sure it wasn’t just a good product for fries, my boyfriend decided to try out chicken wings.

My boyfriend loves chicken wings so I figured this would be the rest. Would the fryer get a thumbs up, or a thumbs down on the wings? The fryer definitely received a thumbs up from my boyfriend which speaks volumes! The wings came out crispy on the outside and so juicy on the inside.

I wish we would have taken pictures, but they were gone too fast. We would buy this product a hundred times over. It saves on calories from added grease but does not sacrifice taste.

I have been avoiding cooking some foods because I didn’t want to wait for my oven to pre heat, cook and then release all that leftover heat. Plus, I never got them quite right. I’m a newbie, I chose this model because I am familiar with the Ninja brand and watching the video it made sense to me.

I also liked the stream lined look. It just fit under the cupboards on my counter BTW. I made chicken wings last night with onion rings on top and set it for what I thought was a short time to pull the onion rings first.

They were burned to a crisp. Lesson learned. This appliance is a beast. The wings were even done! I now feel like I can make those fries, onion rings, tots without waiting an hour but I’ll cook them separately now.

I went crazy in the store buying things I wanted for ages, spring rolls, dumplings, wings, fish sticks, even salmon patties, this Ninja air fryer will make cooking so much easier. I can’t wait to make those fancy brussel sprouts.

Easy to use, timing will be a learning curve but this machine is patient. I did buy the coffee filter like liners for air fryers on A and they worked great to avoid clean up on messy stuff. With this new Ninja Air Fryer, my InstaPot and the new Oster toaster, bake, broil, etc.

counter top convection oven I bought I’m not replacing my microwave, it’s gone and I’ll make the space a shelf to hold other things and won’t be seeing my oven until Thanksgiving. These appliances are a game changer.

The payments plans make it all for my budget as well. The sale prices didn’t hurt either. ;-).

If you are looking for an Air Fryer get this! The brand is fine, take the risk and buy! If you want anything and I mean anything cooked and crispy in a ridiculously hyper quick speed buy an air fryer.

No oil is required to add to most foods, if needed a literal drop or two. The air cooking makes it almost comparable to frying. Literal 6-8 minutes for hash browns from frozen to hot and crispier and crunchier than McDonald’s.

Anything you want to make you can do it in the air fryer. You can bake a cake, dehydrate and cook a streak. All in a record breaking time. Exception is the dehydrating which takes 6 hours but worth waiting.

Only disadvantage is that the Australian consumers need to order a shelf direct from the manufacturer to enable more room for frying as it comes only with the base shelf that takes away the base of the air fryer so the product isn’t swimming in oil.

If you are planning on eating healthier and loosing weight anytime soon then this is not the product suitable for you at this time because the temptation is real and you would deprive yourself of much deliciousness.

I was looking for an air fryer that was efficient but not too pricey. This one was it. My main concern was how well it air fried chicken wings since that is why I bought it. After using it the for first time, it air fried the chicken wings perfectly.

They were crisp and cooked all the way through. You have to keep in mind that you need to toss around what you are cooking every few minutes. The guidebook was useful in determining the temperatures I needed to set it to.

However, the guide wasn’t that great in determining portion sizes. It says that you can add up to 3lbs of chicken wings, but I easily add up to 9lbs. With proper tossing 9lbs cooked perfectly every time I used it.

It also air fried chicken breasts nicely. The air fryer is easy to clean as the food pieces don’t stick to the sides or the bottom. Overall, this is a great air fryer.

I am very happy with this air fryer so far. This fryer is a little more in cost compared to other brands but I feel it is definitely worth it. The fit, finish, and materials are superior to other brands that I considered which felt cheap in construction.

In addition, it is a very stylish design and the controls on the top of the unit is very convenient. I was extremely happy that there was no plastic smell when first using the unit which seems to be a common complaint with other brands of air fryers.

Also, the unit is much quieter compared to most other units. I have cooked fish, chicken, fresh vegetables, and frozen fries and everything has turned out wonderful. It may take a little experimenting with temperature and times but then it was easy to dial in what worked best.

There are many recipes on the internet. Cleaning is a breeze as the non-stick finish on the basket is high quality and cleans very easily. Very satisfied customer.

First time owning an air fryer. Did the usual research to try and find the right one. 5 qt is perfect size for a single person. I went with this one over the 5. 8 qt for several reasons. Newer tech, able to hit 450 F degrees (better for steaks), quieter (though the finishing sound is TOO LOUD) and the display controls are on top.

The crisping plate is a single, easy to remove item so easier to clean. I replaced an older Panasonic FlashXpress which I had only used for toast but I had to go with this air fryer when I found out you can make toast and they had the Super Bowl sales discount.

This is my second Cosori air fryer and the only reason I bought a new one is because I’m not crazy about the double basket design of the first one. It’s too hard to clean. I’ve only had the Cosori – Pro 5. 8 quart Air Fryer for a short time and I already love it. I’ve never owned an air fryer before , so I was quite skeptical as how the food would turn out. Love having an air fryer that has different options for cooking. It works very well. I personally don’t use the ever present microwave oven and hope that one day it will be an air fryer over my stove instead of a microwave.

I wish there was more space in this air fryer and even though it’s very easy to clean I wish it only had one receptacle.

I live alone and meal prep often. This is the perfect size for me and it’s extremely easy to use. My only complaint would be the temperature only goes up by 10 and a lot of recipes have settings at 375, 385, etc.

I love how quickly this cooks everything, you can have a whole meal in half an hour that would normally take 90 minutes. Easy to clean, and it has a sleek look on your counter top. My parents bought the 5L version of this and they love it as well.

I was extremely excited to test out my very first air fryer, so I want to start with the most important thing. size. This is truly a compact, 1 quart (32 oz) air fryer but the actual basket is smaller than that.

Even as a single person making individual sides, you don’t have a lot of space. For example, my first attempt was onion rings and I couldn’t get more than a few in the basket. It took me several baskets worth just to make a normal amount of onion rings to eat.

I expected small but this is unusable for my needs. Now, what’s good about this air fryer is that it takes up minimal space and heats up quickly. The knob at the top is not digital, so make sure you line up the indention with the correct temperature.

Set up is basically plug and play. So, if you don’t mind making 2 onion rings at a time or 1 air fryer donut at a time, this is for you. If you do mind, trust me when I say that you need to get something bigger than this compact air fryer.

Let me start off by saying that when I read something is non stick, rarely do I believe it. Nothing seems to be actually non stick these days. But this air fryer proved me wrong! This replaced a really used air fryer that almost grossed me out as I just didn’t think the bottom was actually being cleaned as everything stuck to it.

But this air fryer couldn’t be more opposite! I’ve cooked fries, chicken (this was the true test on non stick) and my favorite thing so far has been mozzarella sticks! It is a little on the smaller size so more suitable for one or two people or smaller snacks.

This Air Fryer by Elite gourmet is simply amazing! I’ve been using this air fryer for a little over a month now and I have to admit the entire system is user friendly especially for a beginner. I personally really like the size of this air fryer it’s not too wide or bulky, it takes up minimal space on my countertop leaving room for all my other kitchen goods.

Also included Inside the box is a handy Recipe book which I found to be super useful especially when I was on the fence of what to fry at first and now it’s like second nature. Almost everything that I can reheat gets tossed nicely into the air fryer, I just love of simplicity of it and My kids love my homemade mama French fries and I enjoy the fact that I’m able to cook them fast, easy and without adding any oil which makes eating healthier much easier.

Keeping the fryer clean has been easy too. Everything inside the fryer comes out and apart making it painless.

Mine only worked for about a month and the timer broke. Instructions were not clear to turn the device on and when I called Bed Bath and Beyond has not done anything to help me besides tell me to call Aria – which they never answer your phone call.

I finally figured out how it worked, and all was good until a month later the timer just doesn’t work properly anymore. Called Aria many times again, and nothing. Trying to call Bed Bath and Beyond to see if they can help me this time.

I need this fryer for everyday use, and I need a replacement ASAP. Bed Bath and Beyond has not gone Beyond for me yet. Very disappointed.

I like the way the machine works, but was disappointed to see that the labels around the temperature and time gauges completely wore off after about a week. Does not speak to durability of the unit. Not as powerful or large as other air fryers I’ve used, but for the price I am quite happy and use it regularly.

Easy to clean initially, but after 2-3 months there is some burnt on food that doesn’t want to come off.

I am very satisfied and pleasantly surprised of the quality and variety of uses of this machine. It is not only an air fryer, but also an all around toaster, cook-oven, and broiler. It has ceramic interior that allows for even cooking.

I am so impressed with this air fryer! It is so easy to use and cooks foods to a beautiful crispy brown texture in no time. I love the tilt feature. It tumbles foods like veggies and smaller pieces of meat so that they will evenly cook.

This sets it apart from most other air dryers that I have seen. It If you are cooking something more fragile that can’t be tumbled, you can leave the fryer level and cook something right in the pan or on the grill pan that is included.

It has a grill setting that heats from the top and a dual heat setting that cooks from both sides and both settings are great features. I tried fresh and frozen foods and they all turned out amazing.

My whole family loved having that fried texture and I loved that it was healthier by not being fried. The pan gets extremely hot, so the included tings to pull out the pan are also a very nice feature.

It reheats pizza to almost like restaurant quality with a crispy crust and also makes an amazing grilled cheese. I have been using this daily since I received it and can’t wait to keep trying new things.

This is a trurly amazing cooking machine. I would recommend it to everyone from those would love to cook to those of us who hate too. It’s very easy clean up and cooking is some what of a dream. I’m not much of a cook or on cooking, but since having this machine all that has seemed to change.

It cooks everything to a perfect temperature and doesn’t leave it tasting dry or rubbery. I was able to cook a steak perfect and it was so juicy. I was even able to make the perfect home made chicken fingers and real home made French fries without any mess or without a ton of dishes afterwards.

Cooking time is much less with this cooker also which is a nice bouns on top of how well it cooks and easy clean up. It very easy to use and understand and to clean it is even easier to do then anything ive cooked with before.

At first, i was skeptical about using an air fryer. I thought, surely this is not gonna give me the same taste and crispyness that i enjoy from fried foods. I tested fries on this device first. I was pleasantly surprised.

The fries were delicious! They came out almost exactly like they do when I fry them. Since then, i have cooked fries on this thing two more times. I also tried fried chicken on it. Although the chicken had good flavor, it could have been more crispier.

I’ll have to experiment some more again with the chicken to see if i can get it right. Other than that, i think this is a pretty awesome machine. Once you understand how to use, it is pretty simple. Easy to operate and easy to clean.

I definitely plan on getting more use out of it.

The Crux air fryer that we purchased has a faulty temp down button. It is extremely difficult to change the temperature in the down direction. The increase temperature button seems to be working correctly.

We did use it once and we were very pleased with our brussel sprout recipe on one side. We were disappointed that the French fries needed to be spaced on the bottom surface. We were only able to cook a handful at a time.

If you want to use both sides of the air fryer at the same time, the cook time is doubled! This actually rendered the purpose of having the extra cook space useless! It would be just as easy to have a smaller unit and cook twice! The Crux is HUGE in its counter presence! We will be returning ours since it doesn’t even work as intended.

You will need a large kitchen and a lot of time to enjoy this appliance.

I really love using this new air fryer. I like the duel baskets because I can cook two different items at the same time. You can even toast bread inside of it! It’s very versatile and it although I have a convection oven this air fryer artesian series operates a lot cooler and easy cleanup.

My only suggestion or comment that needs reply is that I would love more training on how to use it. I wish there was a website where I can learn how to use it a little better than what the manual has inside of it.

There are so many functions that it is more than an air fryer so I would like to use it to its full capacity. Never had a problem with plastic smell or buttons not working. Don’t think it’s loud at all I think it’s great!.

The Crux Artisan 9 qt digital air fryer works amazingly well. I love the dual basket, separate temperature feature. Especially love that it gives you a reminder to shake the basket when cooking. Great for cooking two dishes at once or just one small batch.

Digital makes it super easy to see and adjust. The baskets are non-stick so cleaning is a breeze and they are dishwasher safe. Melted cheese slid right out and I sprayed crispies right out of the basket, no scrub.

Since using this I’m actually thinking of purchasing one for a friend too. Even the kids can operate this for snacks or quick meals from the freezer. I’d say it makes my life easier. Happy user here!.

From making homemade fries to frozen prepackaged deep fried pickles, this air fryer is amazing. Crispy outside yet moist inside every time. Reheating homemade pizza is so quick and comes out like it was just made.

The basket is so big and so easy to clean. I’m also a huge fan of the deep red color which is so eye catching in the best way. Between the great price I paid for this fryer and the savings I’m making because you don’t have to preheat, I’d say this was a win-win purchase.

Bought this one originally because I loved the color but it wasn’t at all like the shiny deep red on the box. It was a matte rusty more orange/red color. It didn’t go with my kitchen so I exchanged for the black one with no problems from Best Buy.

The airfryer it self works great! Happy I stuck with the same airfryer and just exchanged for a new color! Gave it 4 stars just because I was disappointed when it wasn’t the color advertised.

I was slow to the air-fryer movement, I thought “I have a convection oven, what could I possibly need an air fryer for?” BUT then a friend sent me a chicken recipe and raves about her air fryer so I caved.

So far this thing is great for roasted Brussel sprouts, chicken (whole and just thighs) grilled cheese and chicken fingers! Less great for large quantities – you can’t feed a family chicken fingers if you can only do 6 at a time, haven’t mastered fries yet but it’s worth continuing to try 😉.

I’m EXTREMELY happy with this fryer. My first was Nuwave oven which broke after a year. Bye bye NuWave. Then I bought another air fryer which was very very small. I continued to use it until the strange grinding noise started.

Needed a NEW air fryer and found this one here at Walmart. I’m so pleased with all the features, and definitely big enough for half of a chicken or small roast. Yes, what I like best is the French fries can spread out, cooking well for even browning, not on top of each other.

I HIGHLY recommend this small appliance. Regarding the smell they talked about. I washed it in hot water, dish soap and a splash of bleach, letting it soak for a day. Then I let it air dry keeping it out for a few days.

The smell is completely gone with no odd flavors in the food I cooked. I hope you get one for your kitchen too, and I HOPE this one lasts longer than a year! Say NO to Nuwave!.

Purchased this Air fryer. I did all the reseach and spent about 6 days researching air fryers pouring over hundreds of reviews, specs and video to get the right one. Very convenient. I purchased for my husband as a gift for his birthday this month.

although he was a great cook, he no longer enjoys the hassle of cooking now. But this wifi air fryer has changed everything, in which provides a simple press and turn, has reunited his joy of cooking.

He enjoys trying many recipes including the device as well as going on google to find a new recipes. His first try was a whole baked chicked and chicken nuggets are big hit. Even shrimps came out great as different types of food option to choose on this classy air fryer.

Next, we are going to try vegestables such as squash, potatoes, carrots and zucchini. The vegestables were great as well. The present cooking settings make cooking super simple as what we expect from it.

The beep alarm is really helpful because, no need for us to watch it all the time and it’s important to turn food to prevent from burning and insure even cooking. I highly recommended this new model of wifi air fryer.

It’s basket is relatively larger than others in same price range, so we can cook more at the same time. Also, since a wifi features which allows us to control the device with our phones.

This Air Fryer cooks everything like a dream-beef tenderloin comes out perfect from medium on the ends to medium rare throughout the middle. Pork, Beef, Chicken, Lamb, Fish, Roasted Vegetables, hard boiled eggs, frozen foods-you name it.

In fact I am thinking about purchasing a 2nd Air fryer so I can do my meat and veggies at the same time. I highly recommend this model. We received our Air Fryer a few days ago and we are really happy with it.

We’ve made a blooming onion (80% fewer calories than old recipe), chicken wings, chicken tenders and tonight we will make a roast chicken, with roasted corn and sweet potato fries. This Air Fryer is very easy to use, and very easy to clean.

I purchased after doing much research on many different models-finally decided on this one based on Walmart research, and again-we are very happy so far. Motivation to purchase derived from being on Weight Watchers and wanting to experience that “deep fried” goodness without all the fat–and boy this is the way to do it.

I highly recommend this unit.

Bought and promptly returned this air fryer. It cooks terribly! First, the design of the baskets is terrible. They are narrow and deep so, although the capacity of basket is good, you have to stack the food up so it does not cook evenly and does not crisp because the air can’t circulate well.

Second, the baskets are hard to clean. Most air fryers I have owned have a mesh basket inside that keeps the air circulating around the food and makes them easy to clean because you can remove the mesh basket.

This does not have that. There is only a small elevated plate in the bottom you have to kind of pry out to clean when you’re done. Last, things do not crisp in this air fryer. We tried chicken nuggets, fries, skinless chicken breasts, etc and they all come out looking microwaved, not crisp or browned.

These are all items we’d made many times before in other air fryers. Overall, this fryer is just non-functional and useless.

I’ve owned and used the Chefman Family Size 5Qt Digital Air Fryer for one month and I am pleased. My previous air fryer the Best Buy Insignia was recalled and I found myself experiencing a type of withdrawal because I missed it.

Well my new Chefman has filled the void. It is easy to use and clean. There was a slight plastic smell when I opened it to use it for the first time, but after a few uses, the smell is no longer there.

Also in the box was a sampler of parchment paper to be used in the air fryer. Nice! French fries were the first food I tried in the Chefman and they came out perfect. Since then, I’ve made fish, chicken and veggies in the air fryer.

So far so good Chefman! Thank you!.

In summary, this grill / air-fryer combo is not ready for primetime. The features are nicely thought-out, but one can tell that there were corner-cutting and bottom-line, cost-per-unit targets to be met in order to meet a price point for the customer.

Ultimately, for the asking price, it is too much to put with sub-par build quality, certain poor design features that negate a good overall layout, and shockingly low durability after just three rounds of use.

I put this unit to the test the moment I purchased it and let it go through two rounds of grilling and one round of air-frying. Initially, all went fine, and everything generally went well. That is, until I noticed that when pulling the drip grate out for the first time, there was noticeable warping and bending.

In addition, the interior of the unit and the air-fryer insert all exhibited flexible panels that gave way to simple finger pressure, particularly when wiping and cleaning. By the end of the third round of cooking, the drip grate and even the bottom tray were very much warped due to the ridiculously thin build material, so much so that I had a hard time inserting and pulling out the drip grate and tray through the slot.

In terms of design, it seems that the top half of the unit and the bottom half of the unit were designed by two committees working together on a classroom group project. The top half was designed by stellar-performing students who understood the assignment, had a cohesive plan, and executed a great design — from the button layout to the easy placement and design of the air-fryer and grill inserts; the way the grill beautifully covered the heating elements to prevent oil and liquids dripping onto them was my favorite design feature of this whole unit.

The bottom half however, is an absolute let-down and seemed like it was designed by students who forgot about the assignment, slapped together a a last-minute napkin sketch just to say that they submitted something to the teacher.

Case in point: the notorious drip grate insert. Not only did this thing warp after just one round of cooking, but even in its perfect state, there was virtually no clearance between the top of this drip grate insert and the slot through which it and the plastic drip tray are inserted or pulled from.

Any food or drippings on the tray would get caught on the inner edge of the slot as you pulled the assembly out, almost like the edge of a spatula catching all of the stuck-on food on a just-used frying pan.

This inner edge is impossible to reach for cleaning, so any traces of food are left there. Indeed, the most frustrating thing was cleaning the drip grate. Aside from the warping, cleaning the actual thing without scratching it up was an absolute nightmare, as food would get stuck on it despite sufficient oil being used.

On top of that, because the thickness and durability of this drip element resemble that of two single-use, disposal pie pans stacked atop each other, warping is just inevitable. Combine this with the also-warping drip tray that the grate insert has to perfectly sit in order to place back into the perfectly straight, narrow slight, it’s a recipe for frustration during meal preparations.

Overall, the Gourmia Foodstation 5-in-1 is a masterclass of rushing out a product that was aiming for a price point in terms of build cost and asking price. A better build quality at a slightly higher price point would have been worth preventing the frustration.

I am not sure where the five-star ratings are coming from; perhaps the users only reviewed after one use or they purchased a unit with applied improvements. In any case, the unit I purchased is a half-baked product that should have gone through significant testing, as other reviews show that the drip grate/tray is the primary source of the frustration.

I was forced to return mine, as this was my first Gourmia purchase, and I would have second thoughts purchasing another Gourmia product.

PROS – The large cooking surface is definitely a great feature of this air fryer! – The metal basket insert and the metal grill are very easy to use and clean. – The Control Panel and the settings are easy to use.

– The booklet comes with a large variety of foods with suggested temperatures and times for cooking. – The French fries came out crispy and not oily at all. Suggestion: Season the fries before air frying so the seasoning sticks to the oil.

– Dry seasoned chicken wings came out GREAT! Cooking time was much quicker than an oven. CONS – The bottom drip tray has a metal part that fits into a plastic holder. When you remove the metal part to clean it, the plastic tray is warped.

This makes it hard to put the metal piece back into the plastic tray. – Grilling a burger wasn’t much better or faster than cooking it in a stove top pan. – You’ll have to clean the basket or the grill pan, plus the drip tray, after every use.

One pan cooking is less clean up. – The suggested time to cook a boneless chicken breast was too long. Chicken was dry. – Since the fryer is so large, it takes up too much counter space. – You have to flip the food half-way through to evenly cook it.

Why doesn’t it cook both sides with the hot air? – When cooking a meal for two or more people, it takes much more time to cook all items since you’re cooking veggies, then protein, and other parts of the meal compared to using a microwave, oven, and stove top to prepare a meal at the same time.

The different pieces of the air fryer are dishwasher safe so when I’m done with cooking, I just pop them in the dishwasher! The 6-quart fry basket allows me to cook virtually whatever I need. It’s not just an air fryer, it also has a bake mode, a roast mode, grill mode and dehydrate mode.

This CRUXGG 9QT Dual Basket Air Fryer is a game changer! I had been wanting an air fryer but when I saw that this was a dual basket fryer – I had to have it. This is fabulous because it lets you either cook two different items at the same time, or you can take the divider out and cook something bigger.

It has 6 (SIX!!!) settings – air fry, broil, roast, dehydrate, broil bake and reheat. It blew my mind – I can have 2 different setting, temperatures and timers on each basket. I set my 1st basket for 20 minutes and my 2nd basket for 16 minutes and it waited to start the 2nd basket so that they’d both be done at the same time! This appliance it BIG.

just an FYI. I got the smoke gray and I like the color – it’s sort of a matte finish. The non-stick finish in the basket makes clean up a breeze. It also wasn’t super noisy – and since I’d never had an air fryer – I wasn’t sure how loud they’d be.

My chicken strips and French fries were nice and crispy and not greasy! I’ve only used it this once – just got it – but can’t wait to try more items. You don’t have to wait for it to heat up like you do your oven and most things cook in about 20 minutes.

I was so excited to purchase this CRUXGG 9QT Dual Basket Air Fryer! I wanted to cook a variety of foods; this air fryer lets you cook two different foods at two different temperatures and times! It also has a removable divider so you can use the entire basket for one big meal.

I cooked barbecue chicken, salmon, breaded shrimp, broccoli, brussels sprouts, asparagus, french fries, and even chocolate chip cookies! The most impressive thing was cooking the chicken and brussels sprouts at the same time.

Less than 20 minutes they were both completely cooked. The air fried shrimp were delicious and tasted just like they were deep-fried but without all the grease! I used the whole basket for the shrimp and when they were finished I just put the divider in and cooked french fries and broccoli.

And clean-up was super easy – just wipe it clean. The digital controls were very easy and user friendly. I would have liked some more recipes included in the box or on the web site. Love this air fryer and would highly recommend!! Also love that this brand has a permanent giveback.

I purchased this air fryer for its size. I love using an air fryer to cook meals but cooking for a family of four having to make things in batches can be tedious and time consuming. I wanted a larger one that could fit more food at one time.

Pros * The size is awesome * Love that you can cook two different things at the same time or take out the middle divider and use the unit as one large basket. This was the main reason why I purchased this one.

I couldn’t find any other ones that has this. * You can sync food that has different times and temps so the food can be finished at the same time Con * the biggest con is that out of all the air fryers I have had this one runs very low temperature wise.

The temperatures just don’t match. I’ve used it a few times and every single time I’ve had to add time and I’m not talking a few mins. I’ve had to increase temperature and time and it’s just frustrating trying to guess times and temps for things when it shouldn’t be like that.

This could have been perfect but just missed the mark with the heating element not matching the temperatures. For that reason I wouldn’t recommend it.

Pro’s 1. Cooks meals quickly 2. Easy to use 3. Easy to take apart and clean 4. Has a paddle to turn food Con’s 1. NO AUTOMATIC STOP – Paid £ALOT and this machine does not automatically shut off when the timer has finished.

2. Paddle very clumsy – only use it to cook chips or vegetables. Paddle too me cooks meats very uneven so I take the paddled out most times which means I have to turn over or shake pan for even cooking.

3. Paddle can’t handle anything with bread crumbs or batter – again you have to take the paddle out when cooking fish fingers or breaded meats or vegetables. If you cook with the paddle it beats off all the batter or breadcrumbs coating.

The paddle also squashes any soft foods, so again I have to take the paddle out for most things I cook. 4. Extremely noisy 5. Timer has no background light 6. Paddle made of plastic and not non stick coating.

For the most part not easy to clean. 7. Again keeps on cooking even when the timer goes off. I really don’t like this aspect 8. No temperature control. Only one temperature level. 9. Not suitable if you have a small kitchen 10.

Small and can’t cook a whole chicken even with paddle removed 11. Cooking area shallow Verdict I do not recommend buying this model. We are in 2021 and we have a gadget like this and it does not automatically turn off.

This is a massive fail. TEFAL NEEDS TO RETIRE THIS MODEL. However, the speed of cooking is great an cooks food well.

The Tefal air fryer is a real revolution in healthy eating. Firstly,,forget the word “chips” this machine will cook potatoes which are tastier ,easier to prepare with less eating calories than most other methods.

I rarely eat boiled, mashed or jacket potatoes without a good knob of butter or Flora- that equates to about 15/20 grms per serving. A portion of crunchy air fried potatoes comes with just 7 grms of sunflower oil-whole natural food, no vitamins lost in the cooking water.

A tasty repeatable result every time. Not only potatoes, you can cook chicken,bacon,sausages-those with no added oil. At John Lewis unbeatable current price & 2yr guarantee, a real bargain.

It’s a good air fryer and large enough for a family of four. However, because of the paddle , soft items get squashed before they cook thoroughly. Haven’t done any air fried vegetables for this reason and you couldn’t bake in it.

Lovely to have chips etc without the smell of oil in the house but they do taste different – we are getting used to it. It was also more expensive compared to other brands that had timer functions from the phone but I wanted an old name- Tefal.

It does get used quite a bit now we have it. I’m 50/50 as to if I would buy the same one again.

Although it is too soon to attest to durability, I am rating this smartly-designed air fryer due to my experience with my first meal cooked to perfection. I hesitated between the digital models and the analogs; however, since my first such fryer was analog and I had no problems controlling time and temperature with two buttons, I decided on the analog one.

Having a solid surface to clean along with a removable grill insert made cleaning easier than the removable basket ones. And I love to hear the beeps announcing the timer went off. I time it at ten-minute intervals or less to make sure I do not burn anything plus to turn the item over for even and faster cooking.

And my okra casserole turned out perfect. I have to pay attention when inserting the basket to have it in the right position or it will not go in. I am very satisfied with this purchase and will update this review in a couple of months or so.

Since receiving my Air Fryer a couple of weeks ago, I have used it over and over for everything from veggies to all types of meats. I haven’t yet tried desserts but will soon. Food is much easier to prepare and less greasy.

With the recent hot days this has helped cut down on how hot my kitchen gets. I got the 4. 2 qt. size so it would fit on my counter without taking up too much space, but now I wish I had gotten a larger one because I do so many things in it.

A larger size would cut down on time.

If you look at the specs this comes across as a basic, cheaper air fryer. Don’t be fooled–we put this up against our more “premium brand” air fryer that has electronic bells and whistles, and you know what–we love it.

The simplicity of manual timer and temperature dials means no fussing with annoying electronic beeps and unnecessary steps that really only require 2 dials. This thing is quiet. A marked improvement over our more expensive “premium brand” unit–by comparison you hardly know this is on.

Performance–no need to spend more–this thing just works. I describe one of air fryers’ greatest uses as “brings new life to reheating foods that should be crispy or chewy”–from frozen baked goods or dumplings or breaded shrimp.

Also use this for pizza (!) for a crisp chew. Quesidillas, pastries–you name it–it makes everything taste better.

Ad said micro wave use too but not on the front programming. Just revived it and haven’t figured everything out yet. But so far I like it. For some reason the bottom doesn’t cook as fast as the top, centered on the racks.

Maybe if I read all the directions that might help. The price is what caught my attention. The heat from it is mineable. It set’s next to a cooluli large mini frig. I placed fomeboard wrapped in foil tape, as a divider between the too and after 15 minutes of cooking, at 370, the temperature thermostat on the frig only went 1 degree higher.

Just hope it lasts for awhile. I would have given a 5 star but there is no microwave function.

First for my home. It works great. This last purchase a new home gift for my nephew. Controls are simple and clear with good pre-sets on temp and time which can be changed quickly as needed. We use it for small baking, toasting, and re-heating.

Much faster and cheaper to use than our full sized oven for many things. Rotisserie took a little thinking to set up but now him use it for roasting vegetables and potatoes.

This is great oven that has a lot of features. My favorite function is the airfry function. I have never been able to make hamburger at home the way my favorite shop does them. UNTIL NOW! I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently it toast my hamburger.

I really like the timer on the unit also. You can put your hamburgers in and walk away. Come back a few minutes later and they are perfect.
