20 Best Ceramic Baking Sheet (2022 Updated)

I have used my Greenlife baking sheets nearly everyday for about 5 weeks preparing for my daughter’s wedding cookie table. One or 2 different types of cookies by the dozens daily and every batch baked absolutely perfectly, nice and evenly browned bottoms and soft tops- not one accidental burnt batch at all.

Wonderfully nonstick without having to use parchment paper or any type of grease or cooking spray. They don’t pop and warp when placed in the hot oven like those cheap cookie sheets that claim to be heavy duty, and they aren’t very heavy to use.

The gorgeous colors don’t yellow from the heat and haven’t rusted or peeled from hand washing. The rolled edge also doesn’t retain the dishwater like those cheap ones do. Even though they’re a bit smaller than I’m used to the depth allows me to use them for other baking items that normally would need a casserole pan(“stack that veggie pizza high honey” lol) I always use silicone tools so no scratches have appeared, but the bottoms are starting to get slightly marked up from sliding on and off the oven racks (a commonly found non abrasive powdered cleanser removes the black marks without scratches btw).

Very very pleased with the performance, durability, and especially the colors of my Greenlife baking sheets-and would absolutely recommend adding them to everyone’s kitchen.

These nonstick pans are excellent for my sheet pan meals, veggies, cookies, or cooking chicken wings. I use a little high heat oil like avocado oil or coconut oil. Nothing sticks and they are easy to clean.

I prefer using this green pan instead of cooking on the stove top. They are an excellent addition to a minimalist kitchen.

These pans are fun. The colors are bright and make them stand out from my other pans. They seem to be pretty non stick as things haven’t stuck to them while cooking. These are a good size too, big enough to fit a fair amount of food but small enough that they’re not cumbersome to handle and clean.

I did cut right through the coating though on the first use. I imagine this will continue to grow and become the spot that makes the pan fail. It would have been nice for that to not have happened so easily.

Otherwise, we enjoy our pans!.

Love this pan! It gets really hot here in the summer and I gave up cooking in my big oven. I missed the food I cooked and was tired of eating microwave meals. Just don’t taste the same as homemade! I ordered this to use in my toaster oven and it is a perfect size.

Now I use it for everything-cooking, reheating, etc. Highly recommend this pan!.

I absolutely LOVE this pan. It’s so much better than I expected and definitely a good buy. It’s nice and thick and sturdy, and easy to clean. It fits much more food in it than you think when you see it and it cooks beautifully.

I’ve only had it about a week and I’ve already used it several times. It’s made me enjoy using my toaster oven even more. Highly recommend!.

Got these for my air fryer. Fits perfectly. Very heavy duty and thick. Just wish they could be used in dishwasher, oh well. I’m glad I ordered these!

This tray has a beautiful finish, but I found it to be quite small. Might be useful for a small toaster type oven for a dorm room, but not for a family size one.

It’s perfect! Fits beautifully in my toaster oven! And it clearly states to use butter and not olive oil as it would burn. Well made and I’m confident it will hold up in my little oven.

I LOVE All-Clad products and have almost all their products. I treat everything with all the washing and cleaning precautions they require. I got the entire bakeware set and was excited to use them. All of the set was wonderful except this one baking sheet.

The sheet burnt EVERYTHING! I used other sheets in the set at the same time in the same oven at the same temp and nothing burnt, even turned down the temp (the top of the cookies were raw but burnt to a crisp on the bottom?!) i called customer service to ask about the cookie sheet and was told….

GET THIS PEOPLE…I VIODED THE WARRANTY BY ACTUALLY USING THE COOKIE SHEET! They also tried to tell me it must have been my oven and my fault and everything else. I said…ok people it was a simple cookie sheet, no need to be rude.

Sometimes products fail. But nope it was my fault and they would not do anything about it. Sadly I will not recommend this simply because it anything goes wrong you are out all your money and they have no warranty after the first use.

I bought this pan for $40 as an upgrade to my Wilton sheet pans which have served me well for 30 years. First time I used it for a sheet pan recipe it warped at 400 degrees which displaced all the fat and came close to ruining the dinner.

Had to take it out multiple times to redistribute the food. I just used it to cook something at 350 degrees and it warped again. Pans half this price (or weight) don’t do this. I bought this pan as a splurge respecting the All Clad brand.

I have pots and pans from the company I’ve used for many, many years and they are still perfect. Do I have a bad pan or is warping on a pan this weight (and price) expected? It’s a bit shameful for a company this revered.

This quarter sheet is the nicest baking sheet I’ve ever owned. I’ve bought just about every brand and size. Baking sheets tend to get rusted and burned quickly and have been something I don’t usually spend much money on because of.

This sheet is the perfect size for everyday use in my single-person household. The sheet itself is super thick and works for every single thing I need to throw in the oven. I have become more sensible about what I am putting into landfills and with that have invested in silicone baking sheets among other earth-friendly supplies.

This pan fits a baking sheet with some overlap. It’s great for meat, veggies, or baking. With foil, I would also feel perfectly comfortable broiling with this pan. It washes up very well in the dishwasher and fits nicely in my cabinets.

All-Clad products are slowly taking over most areas of my kitchen and are consistently at the top of their class. An all-around perfect sheet for 1-2 people households or small snacks in bigger households.

At first when i went to put it into my toaster oven i thought it didnt fit and i was so disappointed. then i took the shelf out and realized this pan slud nicely into the grooves and didnt need the shelf.

it was wonderfully non-stick. ijust love this pan.

Very happy with this pan. Easy to clean, things dont stick to it. It fits comfortably in my Toaster Oven. I can now make sheet cakes and brownies in one pan. Highly recommend for use in small counter top ovens.

I got this item very quickly in about 10 days!!! Wanted a new “small” baking pan with reasonable height sides. use for baking fish/chicken breasts for 2 people. This size is perfect and the color/speckle is so FUN!!!.

I was happy to use these frypans knowing they are toxic free. I can even use metal utensils in them and they won’t scratch. They are suitable for any stove top and oven and broiler safe. They are also dishwasher safe.

They heat up 4 times faster than most frypans. Cleanup is a breeze and they are attractive in appearance. I received this product a couple weeks ago and have been using them often. The blue diamond pans are non stick have a nice coating on them so they don’t scratch I’ve used different utensils and they never leave a mark.

the feeling of the pans are not heavy but do have some weight to them because of the strong metal handle. I would definitely reccomend these pans to friends and family. The product comes with a lifetime warranty and they’re so easy to clean nothing sticks to the pan.

Great product overall.

First and foremost, it is VERY important for me to use cookware that is toxin-free for my family. It would be a complete deal-breaker if it was made otherwise. I have yet to find a “dishwasher safe” pan that doesn’t get it’s finish ruined by the dishwasher.

I haven’t had the guts yet to put the pan in the dishwasher but I like that I have the option to do so in the future. I will say that the pan did heat much more evenly than my existing set. I was excited to try this pan right away (with it’s touted nonstick coating) by cooking eggs without any pan spray (I want to get away from the propellants) but unfortunately the eggs still stuck to the pan.

While I would say it only stuck half as bad as my existing frypan. So you will still have to use pan spray. Lastly, it’s probably just me, you know you can’t teach an old dog new tricks, but I found the sparkly blue pan visually appealing when food wasn’t involved with it.

While I was cooking food in the blue pan it made the food look really unappetizing. Maybe it will just take some time to get used to it. Or maybe it’s a good thing that I won’t want to eat the food for my waistline.

But I hate to put forth that much effort to cook the food without actually wanting to eat it. With that said, although the pan is toxin-free and functional, I won’t be looking to buy more pieces of this set right now due to the gimmicky blue color.

This non-stick pan is used every day and is the best I’ve seen. I purchased several non-stick pans in the past. Some had teflon, ceramic or copper. Issues I had with these were – handle came off a couple because it melted – teflon came loose and flaked off or got etched from cooking food that stuck to the pan – inexpensive ceramic got etched and became like glue.

Everything would stick, probably even water. – a copper pan was ruined after cooking food with high fat – another copper pan was ruined after left unattended on a medium heat after 20 minutes I avoid cooking high fat foods (hot dogs/hamburger) in this Green Life Diamond Collection pan because of the the history with other pans getting ruined, but the quality of this pan surprises me.

The handle is still solidly attached. I’ve left the pan unattended on a medium heat for 50 minutes and hasn’t affected the finish or non-stick properties. The finish is still shiny so the name “Diamond” is fitting.

Even the bottom of the pan has not darkened over time like all of my pots and pans with this gas stove. Although the finish on the bottom edge of the pan shows some but not much wear. Lack of wear might be because the finish is also on the sides and bottom of the pan.

The rubber coating on the handle is comfortable. I cook with a minimum amount of butter or oil and eggs still don’t stick. The eggs cooked over easy won’t slide off of the pan unless loosened with a spatula first.

I have better luck with scrambled eggs when not scrambled in the pan and to leave the egg undisturbed for a short period. I like my scrambled eggs slightly wet but they tend to stick a little if I keep stirring them with the egg turner.

Clean-up is easy. Never use a scouring pad to clean. A sponge is all that I ever use.

I purchased this pan to make banana bread since I’m attempting for healthy alternatives to snack on. When I made bread in my original tin that I have had for years, it required a massive amount of non-stick spray to get the loaf to come out so I wanted to try this brand.

I was hesitant to put a very sticky batter in a pan with no spray but figured the worse thing, I would have to make a new loaf. When the bread was cooled, I flipped the pan over a plate and the loaf slid right out! There was minimal to no residue on the pan after I dumped it out and made for super easy clean up.

I received the Gotham steel square baking pan, in exchange for my unbiased review of the product. I love this pan. It is so practical, easy to clean, and is non stick. Perfect for small cakes and brownies.

Allows your desserts to bake evenly, every time without fear of burning. You can use metal utensils with this pan, without fear of scratching. Dishwasher safe as well.

Niece put the pan in the dishwasher for it’s first cleaning before using the product. It’s supposedly dishwasher safe. When I lifted the item up to remove it from the dishwasher, rust colored water poured from the drain holes under the lip of the item.

It stained the inside of my dishwasher. It was difficult to tell if it was a result of rust or if the coloration was from the coating of the product. The stained water looked similar to the product coating, but I don’t know why it would have poured out of the drain holes after one wash.

I called the company customer service and the rep. said she had never heard of that happening and to return the product since it sounded as if I may have a defective item. Later, I “Googled” the issue and apparently I am not alone in this happening since I saw an entry for the same issue that someone else had.

It’s likely she or perhaps many people at the company would be aware of this since I didn’t see any place on their website to leave product feedback.

Two of my items arrived with defects but customer service was easy to work with and replaced the items. There are a few directions to follow to keep the pans in their best condition- namely not putting an empty pan on the heat for long, and not putting cool water on a hot pan.

I spent a week in the hospital with my youngest child and after coming home realized the rest of the family had been using the fry pan without following the directions, and it’s completely ruined. Everything sticks and the exterior is stained; so be sure you (and anyone else who used them) follow the instructions carefully.

The large bake sheets are terrible. If you don’t want them to warp, you have to put them in the oven while it preheats. Then when you put the cold food (chicken, potatoes, anything really) on the bake sheet, it warps anyway.

Or when you’ve preheated it, and take it out to put the food on it, it cools down. The you put it back in the oven, and it warps. It seems to be unavoidable. Just save yourself the hassle and skip the large bake sheet.

The small one seems good if you are cooking something tiny.

Well I got a complete set, minus the Dutch oven because I already have one. So although I got a complete set of cookware, pots, pans and an extra baking sheet I didn’t receive any of the shelving that I’ve seen come with the complete set.

Again I only opted out of the Dutch oven but got the baking sheet instead. Other than that I ordered a full set of cookware. So if having the shelving matters get a full set I guess. Maybe it doesn’t come with it and I’m crazy.

I don’t remember! All that being said everything that I ordered I have used. I am a man who cooks a lot. I cook for my partner and her son. I do all of the cooking because I love it. My previous cookware was old and chipped and I began to worry about my health and theirs using it to prepare our food.

I have enjoyed having this new set of cookware, I hand wash everything and take care of them. The non stick surface is still great, everything cooks wonderfully and I don’t have to worry about our health when using them every day.

I can’t complain. It’s the best cookware I’ve used and we will probably have it with us indefinitely. Thanks, – Skyler Thorn.

Love the look of these, but paused and then went against my gut when I purchased yellow. The pans quickly became discolored despite me following all instructions. Over time (it’s been about 6 months) the pans got scratched while being washed in the sink.

Not worth the investment. I bought a sheet pan which has performed better. Customer service suggested a mr. clean eraser and some barkeeper’s friend which I tried and found little success. The small sheet pan I purchased has stood up better, but can’t withstand the high temps it’s supposed to without bending in the heat.

I will continue to look for a better set of cookware. Also- it takes a really long time to heat up on my electric glass burners up to 4- even with preboiling water in a kettle. They do retain heat once heated.

I use little to no oil when cooking and surprised to have these issues.

I had great expectations for these cooking sheets – especially at their price point. However, I was very disappointed. They were non- stick, but that’s the only good thing I can say about them. I have $5 cooking sheets that performed better.

The sheets are not heavy duty. The “ceramic coating” looks like a bad powder coating job. The ceramic coating got scratched after the first time I used them, as they were sitting in the sink waiting to be washed.

Contact with other dishes caused it to be scratched. I have returned them already.

This is a GREAT surface for roasting fruits and veggies. I use it to replace parchment baking paper, too–no chemicals, just easy release. I like it better than teflon–soak it a bit, and anything just easily rubs off.

It does need special care, though–the back side has had some of the surface chip off, so I’m careful to keep it out of the cupboard stack and away from any rough surface. I’ve used it for roasting 10 times in the last month, and it looks brand new.

I bought this cookie sheet despite the reviews and have had it for several months. I have only baked cookies but love the pan. I haven’t had any problems with the coating. My cookies don’t stick. The pan is solid an heavy, It did arrive slightly warped, one corner did not touch the counter but hasn’t affected the performance of the pan.

I have only hand washed and use non metal utensils. I am purchasing my second one.

This is a great pan. I use it with a little coconut oil and my potatoes come browned and crispy. Don’t use it above 400 degrees. The pan will warp and the. Will straighten itself out..

This pan is the best! I have used it several times at temps up to 400 degrees,without oiling the pan prior, and have had nothing burn or stick. I was very concerned about the pan warping while in the oven.

So far I only had one instance where it buckled slightly. Not sure why since I have not any more issue with it buckling. It’s a very generous size and plan to use it for some sheet pan dinners and desserts.

Love this pan. I have had this pan for several months now. I use it a few times a week. Mostly for roasting , I haven’t tried baking in it yet. Follow the “care” instructions and it will always look and perform just like day one.

I am ordering a second today, because it is Free Shipping day.

Love trays. I actually don’t use them for baking so I can’t say how they’d perform in that context. I put them under my cat’s food bowls to protect the floor. I don’t want to look at something ugly so I bought two of these.

Just gorgeous. They do clean up easily with just a damp sponge, so they seem like food would not stick. So now I’m hooked on them and considering getting the matching cookware. For me, not the cats.

This is by far the best baking pan I have ever had. I own the pots and pans of this brand and couldn’t be more pleased. Cleanup is a breeze. Baked items come out nicely browned and evenly done. Made in Italy.

At least it’s not the big C for a change.

As a former extremely trained sale’s person, manager, and a customer service rep in a store, not a call center, I am personally thrilled to have found a company that has a product I believe in along with excellent customer service.

I did my due diligence in properly weighing out cost versus quality and what I needed in a cookware as a person that also knows his way around the kitchen and wants to lead a more healthy lifestyle. You were one of 3 cookwares I was trying to decide on.

One lost out due to cost, it was honestly the one I wanted the most. It was my top due to my love of cast iron and I miss using cast iron since I no longer have a gas stove in my current house. It was a natural want of mine to due enameled cookware, however, the cost was something I took issue with even though I truly believe it it a quality cookware that i would love using.

Second was the one that would have taken up the least space because it touted to be a pot and a pan that would do everything i needed it to do, and to be honest it was technically the best value of the 3.

However, sometimes its best if i have multiple pots for specific things and i have a lot of preferences in using specific pots for specific things, that was an issue to overcome, but i could not pull the trigger because I couldn’t get my preference in color for the set which was eternally out of stock.

That leads me to number 3, you guys, you had the color I really wanted with one caveat, i had decided that the true value for me since I am now an older more mature individual was to not only replace my current cookware but to upgrade it and integrate it into my vintage style.

I wanted something fun. The one obstacle i had to overcome was that I was in love with the Marigold Color and because I believed in your product as it aligned with several of my beliefs in quality, appearance, and a fun color.

The obstacle was I decided the true value in your product was to replace my old beat up bakeware as well, however, at that time, you did not carry the bakeware in the Marigold color. However I was sold on the value of replacement of both my cookware and bake ware at the same time.

Have been test-driving this for a month now with great success. Also purchased their stovetop pans many months ago and I’m obsessed. They bake and cook well. Cleanup is as fast and easy as promised. They were a bit spendy, but the value is good for the investment and with such clear care instructions and the soft-sided storage rack I feel confident this bakeware will last me a long time to come.

I mostly use them for roasting veggies, baking sourdough bread, baking desserts. The wire rack is great for resting my sourdough loves and cookies and whatnot. So much more sturdy and simple to clean than the flimsy folding ones I got rid of when I got these.

Also, I live in a small home in the city so the efficient storage and space conservation was incredibly important to me. I really appreciated the thoughtful approach to space-conscious, nested pan storage.

Final item – they’re really pretty and sleek. As I replace old cookware, it’s nice to have a single brand I like this much because I can stay in the design/colors across my whole kitchen set. Nerdy, but it makes me happy.

I have already recommended Caraway to a few friends! After years of a mish-mash of cookware I finally went for it and bought the cookware and the bakeware from caraway! I’m very conscious about Teflon and forever chemicals as one of my businesses is water filtration, we have filters to make sure we remove these chemicals from water as they are dangerous for our health.

I know that it is important with cookware as well! I’d been looking for the perfect set, and had been saving money for the big investment, and then the fun colors to match the kitchen were a cute bonus.

My husband helped me un-box everything, and commented how beautiful the products were packaged. He also loved the storage accessories too. Since I got them, I love using them, I love cooking and I love cleaning up! The only thing I wish is that I could use at least one of the trays on broil, I had to keep one of my old trays for that purpose.

I have a very hot powerful gas range and I hope that over time they continue to withstand the heat of my usage… only time will tell, but so far I am very happy!.

These baking sheets provide consistent heat when baking. I still use parchment paper when baking rather than spray oil as this us my custom. But compared to lighter weight sheets I’d use these without worry of burnt bottoms and inconsistent baking.

These are beautiful cookie sheets. They cook evenly, and my cookies came out perfectly! They performed very well in the oven. They are a bit on the heavy side, so if you have any issues with your hands or arms, I would look for something lighter weight.

These are hefty, but well made, and are non stick as well.

I left a review on the other purchase of the Casa-Ware cooking sheets. Maybe that is why this one is called Blue Granite instead of their Blue Ceramic line, but these do not warp when you bake with them because they are doubled & the later are only single.

I like these much better, & next time I’ll keep an eye out for a larger size.

Like it but wanted to love it. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is pan still warped in my oven during cooking. I read all the information on this brand and reviews for this product and was excited that this didn?t seem to be an issue but unfortunately is for me.

I wish someone could tell me why this happens because I?ve spent over $400. 00 on various baking sheet pans looking for 1 that won?t warp at all and haven?t been successful. I can say that food doesn?t stick to it at all and clean up of pan is a breeze no scrubbing needed.

Pans are beautiful, heavy and sturdy. I wash mine by hand after they?ve cooled off from use in the oven and never soak them in water. If Sur La Table or A Customer has a suggestion to control warping please leave them at buzzihive @me.

When my 27 inch oven broke, I had to get a smaller 24 inch oven because the new 27 inch models are wider than my cabinet. That meant I had to get new baking pans. Since the oven is taller I actually gained volume.

But I did have to buy new baking sheets. At first I bought cheaper non-stick cookie sheets by Onieda and Wilton, but the non-stick surface didn’t last more than a few months. I’ve had 3 of these pans for almost a year now and they are just like new.

The ceramic non-stick surface is great and the pans are thick so they don’t warp. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for this size pan. I also have several GreenPan skillets and they are amazing.

They are holding up way better than my Demeyer non-stick skillets at a fraction of the price. GreenPan really seems to have the ceramic non-stick surface down.

I have used this pan almost every day, and could not be happier with it! My previous one did not have handles, and now I realize how much easier they make it to deal with a hot pan. Roasted vegetables are the main use, they turn out perfectly every time.

Very easy to clean, but I do not put it in the dishwasher, preferring to wash and dry it. Definitely recommend this.

I ordered the half set in cream and it is stunning. I was worried the color would be too old lady creamy, but it is almost white. Maybe vintage white is a better name for it? Whatever the color I am SO pleased! As for the quality, these are great.

I’ve baked chicken, cookies, casserole, bacon, and kids chicken nuggets with cheese and nothing sticks. I put it right on the pan, no aluminum foil needed. It wipes clean with little to no effort. Completely blown away.

I’ll be buying my mom and MIL these for Christmas. Totally worth it. You’ll throw away all your other pans. These are legit. Oven to table in style with no messy clean up and not too heavy to lift or clean.

What more could you ask for?.

I love my new Caraway cookware and bakeware! They were packaged so carefully and were beautiful when I took them out. The cream ones are gorgeous. I’ve never purchased high quality cookware before. I really appreciate the pieces it came with to keep them separated and protected to store.

I have used the cookware so far and they work amazing! I feel like the potatoes cooked faster than in my other pans. They were delicious. I feel so good about cooking healthy meals for my family on high quality pans.

These items are obviously more beautifully designed than the pans I had before, but the biggest differences I’ve noticed have been: 1) the nonstick-ness is truly impressive. We’re a few months into using the fry pan every day- I hope this doesn’t wear off with time! I also really notice the difference with the muffin tins- the baking set only came with one, so I’ve been baking my 24-muffin recipe using one caraway tray and one older nonstick tray, and the difference in cleanup ease is night and day.

2) The caraway pans are heftier- the weight makes them feel sturdy and high quality. Came here to buy a second muffin tray… and may need to replace more of my other pots/pans while I’m here!.

I think everyone can visualize what a well-worn sheet pan looks like after years of loyal use. A bit like it’s been in a fight. Nothing wrong with that, but when the new sheet pans arrive from Great Jones I heard the old pans say “at last, we can retire!” With the emotional goodbye over, just look at what has step up to take center-stage–colorful, stainless steel pans that are anxious to show there chops.

And do that have chops. Great for cooking; great for cleanup (that alone is enough reason to grab a set) and a pop of color that is whimsical and eye-pleasing. Black and white television gave way to color; flip phones to smart phones.

You get it. Let’s call it the sheet pan–evolved. How good, you say? Well, since set one was purchased for a Christmas present, a second set has headed to my daughter and more are on the way to the family.

So take a step forward, and enjoy sheet pan cooking in living color. You can thank Great Jones later.

Do not fall for the Instagram hype. I absolutely loved this sheet pan when I first got it. The “ceramic” coating was shiny, the pan was nonstick, and the color was beautiful. Within five months it has completely lost its sheen, started to rust in certain areas, and now the “ceramic” coating is flaking off in chunks.

To be clear, I always use parchment paper when I use this sheet pan and have, overall, been pretty gentle with it when it comes to cleaning. As a point of comparison, I have included a photo of my other ceramic-coated bakeware from a different brand–it is still glossy and has never chipped or faded despite nearly two years’ worth of wear and tear (including the dishwasher).

This sheet pan does not have a true ceramic coating–it’s just a fancy paint job that’s going to look terrible within a year.

There was snafu with their last shipment and I decided to wait for a new one to come in. I’ll tell you, these are totally worth it. First of all, the Raspberry color is gorgeous. Such a bright, beautiful color to see in the kitchen.

Second, these suckers are solid. Balanced with enough weight that they won’t get flimsy and wonky. I’m so used to using parchment paper to prevent sticking on my other sheet pans, but these do not stick! The parchment just slips and slides everywhere because the surface is so dang slick…in a good way.

Everything browns evenly and the small ones fit perfect side by side in the oven. Just buy them. Worth the investment and no more crooked burnt sheet pans!.
