Do not buy this if you think you’re getting what you see in the photo. It’s only for the chain. The cross is not included. At first I thought there was a mistake and called. Even the rep told me it should have the cross.

A replacement was sent and it was the same thing. Only the chain. What a disappointment and hassle! Nordstrom needs to change the description and photo as it’s misleading.

Fantastic necklace! For a guy, it’s the perfect length and size. I can wear it by itself, with a pendant and layered with other necklaces. It feels impressive, but looks subtle, which is just what I wanted! Definitely a great piece to add to my wardrobe.

Loved this when first purchased, but after only one month the clasp as weakened and won’t stay closed completing allowing chain to come off completely. Another flaw, the hook is square and won’t allow for a round medallion to fit to add to the chain.

First time purchase from this designer, and now the last too.

The product has great quality for the cost and is well made. I found the product did not meet what I was looking for in a necklace. It was longer and therefor heavier that what I was anticipating so I returned it because it was not what I was looking for in a necklace.

If it was shorter, I would have kept it.

My husband loves it! He needed a new one since his last one got too small. It’s great quality, I was actually surprised.

I am very pleased with this solid gold chain and the price is amazing, I have a 16″ hollow with yellow gold cross and Jesus in white gold pendent my husband bought me for Christmas, he paid $89 on sale for the chain, supposed to be lobster clasp came very late with spring clasp.

so compare that to solid gold 22″ and the hollow 18″ I bought with gift certificate for $89 and you will see the value of this chain, they are all identical in width and all diamond cut rope chains and all 3 are 10K.

I have a large rope 14K my husband gave me long ago which I never wear, it is not diamond cut so to me rather dull gold. Now 14K is selling for $2000 an oz. Considering all these things to expect a monster size chain in solid gold for these prices and cut is a stretch.

The chains are enlarged to show what the chains look like rather than the width your buying. Considering the price of gold these days these chains are an excellent buy and I love mine for strength and durability to hold any charm I choose to wear on them and they are safe.

Not at advertised!!!! Very tiny chain, and was diamond cut but that’s not what was pictured. The size is so tiny I had trouble decided it was a rope chain. I would never buy this product had I known!!! I can only hope it’s 10K Gold.

Extremely thin and cheap. I’ve attempted to return this the same day I received it only to see it stating not available to return ? Although the policy plainly states it’s returnable for 30 full days.

I’ve sent a email asking why ? Only to never get a response. I suppose to drag this out passed the 30 days which they have done to me once before. OMG! My husband loves this, I bought this for him for Christmas and he has always wanted a chain necklace. I have never order from Kays before. And I have to say I am shocked at the value and price of this necklace.

It is so worth it. I expected to pay $200-400 dollars for this but shocking it was less then a $100. 00 and the quality of this necklace is outstanding. My husband was so happy and loved it. Sense them I have ordered the matching bracelet for him as a birthday gift.

I believe people get the wrong idea when it comes to this company: KAYS IS OVERPRICE AND JUST LIKE A SHARK ON SALES. ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY. But I don’t see that, I believe they care about there customers and with the care they showed me and making sure I loved what I picked out.

The product is pretty nice. If you’re interested, note that the blue is less of a hint and moreso the focus of the item. The picture is a bit misleading. A downside was that the notice “To/From” notice was missing and I was hopeful to add a personal touch to the gift.

If this feature cannot be supported, it should be removed as an entry option on the site. I called customer service about this and the note was supposed to be re-shipped separately but never came.

I really liked this chain and the blue was beautiful. It was meant to coordinate with aquamarine stud earrings but the aquamarine looked more like zircon to me. Necklace good earrings were disappointing.

I love the chain and how it feels like quality. I wear it all the time and it doesn’t bother me at all and feels like a good metal. The only real issue I have with it is getting it on. It can be a huge pain in the ass to get on and can be frustrating.

The hook can hurt your fingers and slips, I usually need someone to help me get it on. If they were to change the hook to a good clip or something this would be a five star. Other than that it’s a really nice chain.

Love the box necklace. Keeps me fresh in my outdoor/indoor life. Very subtle which is what I wanted. Only reason for not being 5 stars, could be a little bit more shiny but otherwise great necklace

The chain looks great but needs too be shorter per another jewelry store, n which I also need a clasp lock installed being I lost my 1/2 silver chain from the pendent unlocking the clasp.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend and he loves it! It’s very minimal but elegant. The 3. 5mm cuban links are a go-to if you want something to add up a style but not be too conspicuous. I’m glad I also decided to size up and go with the 22in and not the 20in, since anything smaller than 22 would have been too small on my boyfriend (since he has a larger neck).

Beautiful and sturdy from what I can tell, we have broken a lot of silver and gold jewelry over the years so I thought switching to stainless steel was a good option especially being polished it looks very nice and should hold up to Daily wear.

It has a nice finish, very shiny, the same rich color that is on high quality 14k gold jewelry. It is a bit lightweight, but that actually makes the item more attractive because it encourages me to wear it all day and night without discomfort.

All the links are closed, no seams. I liked this chain so much I also purchased the matching bracelet. I have the option to wear the bracelet on its own, or add the bracelet to the necklace thereby making the neck chain longer.

I purchased this as a gift for my 14 year old son; the length and thickness of the chain are perfect for him. It’s a stylish, masculine, quality chain that I’m sure he’ll wear for years to come. My only disappointment was that Bloomingdales doesn’t have David Yurman jewelry boxes.

The chain was presented in a Bloomingdales box with a small Yurman cloth sack. Not a deal breaker but really not ideal.

I have both Yurman and Roberto Coin gold jewelry but bought and returned this. The color of gold is just weird. It’s almost an orange. Also, I wore it for a few hours and it kept tangling because it’s too lightweight.

The one observation I offer is that the the 925 SS was missing from the chain itself and only a paper tag had the designation.

I have several Bony Levy pieces, and they all have the same thing in common: TINY and almost too dainty to wear, especially the bracelets. But I wanted a twisted white gold chain and upgraded from the one on sale to this one, thinking it would be heftier, and it’s not.

You need a magnifying glass to see that it’s twisted. It’s a very thin chain. It’s not like a rope twist. It does sparkle and catch the light though, so I’ll give it that. Not sure I will hang a pendant from it unless it’s really light.

Not sure it can hold weight (or that it’s made to hold weight). It’s pretty and shiny and delicate (if you like delicate), and that’s why the 3 stars. And I will keep it but only because I don’t have anything like it.
