It’s. a chair. The leaning back and locking it in place is a really nice feature. The chair sinks quite a lot when you sit in it, so I have it at maximum height for my desk, but that means it lifts really high when I get up and gets annoyingly stuck under my desk to where I have to yank it loose.

I expected this to be similar to my husband’s because it looks so similar and is the same brand, but the seat cushion is honestly pretty hard and numbing after an hour or less. I figured this was a gaming chair, so it would be good for long periods of sitting.

That doesn’t seem to be the case, sitting on this rock-like cushion. Finally, the reclining back, though it is a nice feature, is either too pushy or not supportive at all. I’m being shoved into my desk by it right now because I want some sort of back support instead of feeling like I’m sitting on a glorified barstool.

The curves of the back stick out in odd places on both sides, making you wonder why it’s not just a flat back instead so you don’t feel like there are incessant lumps you have to pound out of the padding.

All in all, it’s fine and not so terrible that I will go to the effort of returning it. I am an especially sensitive person for position and such, so it may not bother others as much. But I have a 7-year-old office chair that I used up till now that is more comfortable than this brand-new one and helped me binge gaming for several hours in a day without feeling numb or sore.

I only was replacing it because my office chair is now irreparable in one of its parts. I will say the color scheme – with the black and lime green – is very aesthetically pleasing and vibrant! It was also very simple to put together with a large, laminated sheet of instructions.

This is a great chair for many reasons. Let me start off by saying that I have had the model with the footrest for 2 years, so I knew what I was getting into. Chairs arrived today. I bought 4 for the gamers at home.

I am a short 50 year-old arthritic woman. I worked at a leisurely pace and had them all done by myself inside 1. 5 hours. The chairs now come with a beautiful glossy assembly chart that make it child’s play.

After the first one, you don’t need it. The parts are packaged well and easily identifiable. There is no guess work here. All the holes lined up well. When you put the back on, it helps to tilt it forward to line up the back plate with the base at the back of the seat.

As with all furniture construction, put all the screws for each section in enough that they catch (hand tighten) and then finish fully tightening after they are all in. Again, the back is the hardest (it isn’t really hard) because you have to get the back plate to sit flush with the bottom seat casing.

All screws will go straight into the chair part, if you get it on an angle simply take it out and retry. You’ll get it. Two of my four boxes were pretty beat up on the outside but were well protected inside.

Nothing damaged or missing in any package. The package has two smaller boxes inside with smaller parts, one gets pretty dented to fit but it protects the contents and helps keep everything in place. They also come with an extra of each type of washer, screw, and screw hole cover.

We bought two each of the red and blue accent versions and both look very sharp. The front stitching is the accent color. I had not noticed, but even the chair legs and casters have the accent color.

The chairs look very sharp. The stitching is well done, with only occasional long threads that need to be clipped off. I will say that the stitching of the back is somewhat less well done than the front, but you don’t put your weight there anyway.

As I said, I have owned a more expensive version for over 2 years. It is in great condition (used for 8 to 12 hours a day for work and gaming) and was well-worth paying near full price. Having assembled these four chairs, I expect them to hold up equally well.

As far as size goes, my 5’2″ child sits comfortably with feet on the ground, as does my tallest child (around 5’9″). My husband is 6’1″ and sits comfortably, as well. I would caution that the weight limit is 275 pounds, so that is something that you should consider as you would any chair.

If you are nearer to that limit, or have middle age spread that really spreads like mine, it may feel small to you. There is 20. 5 inches between the armrests at the front of the chair and approximately the same at the top of the armrests.

I bought this chair roughly two months ago, and the leg rest showed immediate issues, as it bowed downwards with any kind of pressure that resting your feet on it would provide, and eventually the metal on the leg-rest holding it in place broke entirely through light-to-moderate use.

This was not a defective product from my viewpoint as no parts were broken or damaged, just poor quality. Moderate use of the armrests resulted in permanent disfiguration/compression of the padding on them.

The chair consistently creaks and squeaks under it in a worrying fashion when moving, even after applying some lubricant to all obvious points of friction(I’m not much of a heavy person either – 220 range for 6’2).

I am in an enclosed space so the back of the chair took a bit of a beating against a wall sometimes and mildly ripped the leather, and that would absolutely be my fault, though through this I would give them the fact that the leather itself is very good quality, and does not come apart at the seams very easily – it’s taken a beating from what would be considered “improper use” by rubbing against a wall very well.

Given that, don’t get this chair, all in all – there are equally priced ones that will last longer and don’t use what seems like flimsy metal.

Being in my office (which has no windows, by the way) for 8-10 hours a day makes me feel like a slug. Sitting in an office chair definitely does not encourage good posture, so I usually come home with an aching back after doing nothing but sitting for hours, which then messes up my sleep.

I got this chair and a standing desk converter, and I can actually pay attention at work now? My back doesn’t hurt anymore (from sitting at least) and switching between the chair and standing really keeps me going throughout the day.

And maybe my posture won’t be as bad now!.

I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I really like how the chair helps me with my back pain (I have been working from home for 5 years, mostly in front of my desk). I was tempted to give it 1 because it is not durable.

My 4th one just broke. I am a heavy person, ~ 250 Lbs, but the specs say it is designed to hold up to 300 Lbs (maybe is just the ball), but the 4 chairs had followed the same pattern: it works excellent for a couple of months, then the metallic arc that hold the ball at the front breaks at the base.

I assume is because of the pressure that the ball does towards the front with a heavier person like me. I completely remove the screws and the metallic arc to avoid pinching the ball, and keep using the chair for few more months until one day, one of the front caster wheel supporting legs, gives up and the hole that holds the shaft of the wheel opens, leaving the wheel shaft lose or tilted.

As I mentioned I really liked the chair for its benefits for my back, but I am tired of spending ~ CAN$ 89 or more to replace it.

Super easy to put together, shipping was fast and the measurements are exactly what they say they are on the website. Only took a star off because the two available wheel locks don’t really lock it into place they just stop those two wheels from rolling.

I also didn’t use the bars that supposedly hold the ball in place, I find the base is suitable enough. Very happy though as the ball doubles as an exercise ball-so two products in one!! With the base the chair is average desk chair height so it’s suitable for most desks.

I was between these and the teardrop West Marine ones and I am so happy I bought these. We got 3 for the boat three summers ago and the kids (and adults) all love them. You would expect the company to offer free returns, or at the very least deduct the return amount from your refund.

The chair itself is very nice. However it is much smaller than I had realized. In fact, I think the chair is actually made for a child to sit on. Even though the dimensions are listed on the website, it is not intuitive that an inexperienced person will realize that the chair is made for a person that is 5’4″ or less.

We bought two of the aero chair XL’s and overall we are very happy with them! PROS: – They are quick and easy to inflate with the manual foot-pump – They are VERY comfortable! Perfect for long days on the beach or at the park, a concert, etc.

We have had two of the old Comfort Research bean bag chairs in our home for 10 years, and they are among our favorite pieces of furniture. When we acquired a second residence, we wanted some there too.

The format has changed – now everything is foam filled rather than bean bags – but reviews on the web assured me that foam is super comfortable (they are right). I did write your customer service for advice on this and never received a response.

My critical mistake was not measuring our bean bags to see how big they are; I ordered size “Large” Big Joes, and when they arrived and came out of the box, they behaved like sourdough starter – took over half a room!! It was a little scary and we considered ordering smaller covers and splitting the filling among them to have four, smaller chairs.

BUT as we get used to the bags, they are SUPER comfortable (albeit heavy and hard to move around) and we are going to keep them as is. Overall, we probably still prefer bean filling as those bags are lighter, and I do wish we had been able to communicate with your customer service folks to clarify what we were getting before making the purchase.

Packaging: This is the second Fuf I have purchased, both times the box was expanded to the point of breaking off banding. I would recommend in your vacuum process that you seal the bag shut after removing the air, this would reduce the amount of expansion the box experiences during transport.

Product it self has the same quality as seen in last product I purchased. The black liner containing the foam had a lot of foam debris stuck to it upon expansion. Based on how the unit expanded it would appear as it the size of the foam is smaller internally than my previous unit.

Overall, better packaging method, cleaner filling process so end consumer is not experiencing foam particles everywhere, exterior cover still good quality material. Would recommend offering more cover selections, possibly some fur styles or even just different patterns.

The size is difficult to imagine by reading the measurements or even getting out the tape measure. The pictures make it look normal sized or slightly large. That seems like a good thing. The reality is that it took up our entire elevator (the doors struggled to close and it rode down by itself) and it is now barely contained in my Honda Accord.

It is taking nearly all of the back seat and the front passenger seat is pushed forward and folded down. Unless you have an empty, unused garage, I recommend that you size down – way down. My son fell in love with it so (with much apprehension), I am trying the medium.

The foot rest part of the recliner does not go all of the way up and is too short. The head rest of the chair isn’t shaped right and almost seems like another small pillow is needed for comfort. It is not as spacious as I like, 3-5 inches more in the seat from side to side would be a plus.

The mechanism does seem to function well when actually lifting the chair.

Husband is enjoying it. Finds it much easier to get out of his chair – or into it. Was very easy for my daughter and I to put together. Also, all our cats love joining him on his recliner as well. Cat approved.

The recliner was purchased to make it easier to relax and get up after my fiance had a lobectomy. The chair is very comfortable and perfect for what we needed it for. Movement is a lot less painful than it was in the hospital.

So I bought this as an early gift to my older brother and he loves it so much. The only con about this is the way this was manufactured. When setting it up most people said in the reviews on Amazon that it was easy since it took them five minutes, with this one it took us 30 minutes due to the holes where you’re suppose to screw it.

It was covered with something that was wrapped around it. My brother had to break it with a knife in order for the nuts and bolts to go inside the holes because it was covered. So far it’s still ok. It makes my brother watching TV in his room more comfy because of this chair.

I love how it spins. It’s a unique chair. Hopefully this lasts longer. Just a warning for future buyers that this chair is a lot smaller than it looks in the picture. It fits more to smaller people. Think it through before buying.

I really wish this would’ve worked out because now it becomes a huge inconvenience for myself and my husband as we now have to take this chair apart to take it back to the store. It’s listed as being 40″ W, however in actuality it’s only 36″W.

I purchased the all gray framecushion. I have loved having this small sized Papasan chair tucked in the corner of my living room. It’s the perfect size for a smaller size person. I’ve had it for about two years now, though the cushion has not held up as long as I would have liked.

I spend more time at my desk than I thought I would. When I purchased this chair, I didn’t realize it had a massage and heat feature. I will NEVER go back to a regular chair again. My legs are no longer stiff from sitting too long because it adjusts to the perfect level for massage and heat to keep me rejuvenated and relaxed.

The seat is not very comfortable. It’s pretty hard. Also the seat size is pretty small and just not comfortable to work 10-12 hrs a day sitting in it. Massage and heat were nice but when those are not being used I prefer my gaming chair with the footrest.

Almost to the day that out return window closed, the chair started making very loud creaking noises when you recline or come forward. The padding in the chair bottom is a little thin and the chair is a tiny bit wobbly.

The massage and heat are nice, and the arms are well padded and placed well. Overall I’m not happy with the chair especially for over $300.

I was dying to get a new chair due to long working hours in front of the computer. Since pandemic hit, the work set up has been a struggle! I tried and returned 3 other chairs that I bought from Amazon.

My chiropractor recommended me high end chairs like Herman Miller’s Aeron but the price tag wasn’t really in my budget, so I started browsing other sites like Branch, Autonomous, etc. I came across EazeeChairs but had a very uneasy feeling – perhaps because of how the website looked? After reading many reviews online and seeing how they had the chairs with footrest, I decided to give it a shot.

Right out of the box, it was extremely easy to assemble. I am a 5′ 2″ petite woman and I was able to put it together in less than 30 mins. After trying it for a couple months now, I definitely feel comfortable on this chair.

I still love the footrest because I don’t like my feet to be on the floor all the time. The seat itself gives plenty of room so it’s convenient for those who like to fold up their legs like myself. The arm rest goes up and down, which is the minimum that I need.

Surprisingly, I can also reach the head rest (yes, for once!! this is pretty amazing for a short person xD) One feature I don’t use a lot is tilting – I fell backwards with my old chair and it was apparently a very traumatic experience for me, so I am hesitant to try that again and couldn’t give much feedback on it.

For the price, this is a good chair. It is not fully “ergonomic” in that it isn’t adjustable in many ways that you would need to really prevent repetitive strain injuries. You can adjust the seat height, back angle and arm rest height, and that’s it.

I find that the arm rests are too far forward and don’t allow me to comfortably use my ergonomic split keyboard. Unfortunately you can’t adjust the armrests forward and backward. Also, I find the arm rests are too close in to my body.

You can adjust these very slightly (about one inch) but you need to do that by unscrewing the bolts on the bottom of the chair, so it’s not very convenient. The lumbar support is a nice feature, but I find it doesn’t come out far enough to really support my back.

I ended up using a lumbar cushion instead. Also, the head rest is terrible. It’s so far forward that it pushes your head forward (like an airline seat when fully upright). That also can’t be adjusted (you can only adjust the height and tilt of the headrest).

Anyway, a chair that is fully adjustable in all these dimensions would be 10x the cost, so if you’re OK with the limited adjustability, this is a great chair. If you have serious concerns about repetitive strain injury you should look elsewhere, but be prepared to spend a LOT more.

When I started looking for massage chairs, I found that there weren’t many good reviews or much detail on their functions. I picked the Osaki because it looked well built and have a 3 year warranty. The Pros: It looks even better than its’ pictures, it looks sleeker and more like a nice piece of furniture than I thought.

If you are looking for a chair to massage your back, this one is great. However, the rest of this chair does little. It will do some things on the feet but you can barely feel it. In fact, the rest of the chair is basically about squeezing your calves and hands and even that seems too light.

If you are looking for something to massage your legs or your hamstrings, this will not be the chair for you. I also disappointed that my head was rarely properly supported and the neck and upper shoulders where most of my tension is, massage functions were not that great either.

However, this chair is very comfortable and, in the zero gravity position, you will be tempted to take a nap while it massages your back. Also, this comes unassembled in 2 parts, so you need someone who is handy to help you uncrate the boxes, to carry the heavy chair indoors and to help you connect the bottom part of the chair to the main section.

WARNING! Osaki Titan Massage Chairs are consistently defective (I have had 3 in my home, 2 were replacements of mistakes or defective products!). Not only do these expensive chairs fail, the company does not stand behind their very expensive but defective chairs.

I have had an 8 month nightmare experience trying to get fixes for my defective chair. Osaki Titan has sent me wrong parts to replace and has a snarky, unprofessional, nonremorseful, attitude with very poor communication.

Osaki Titan is simply the worst retail company I have had the misfortune of dealing with, and you would be foolish to give them any of your business.

This is the 1st massage chair I’ve bought. So far, it’s doing what was advertised. The only problem I have with it is trying to regulate the amount of pressure and width of rollers. Can’t get it right yet.

I had this chair for a couple of days now. It’s replacing a Herman Miller Aeron that was gifted to me, but that I just could not get comfortable sitting in. The TP8000 is a very nice and comfortable office chair.

The seat is as sturdy and plush as one would expect from a product with the Tempur-Pedic label (I’m 250 lbs for reference). The adjustability is also great with height, tilt and lean adjustments I wouldn’t expect at this price point.

The width adjustment of the armrest was also an added surprise as I didn’t see it mentioned in the product description. The mesh back feels. serviceable. Of the entire chair the sustainability of the back mesh worries me the most.

The rest of the chair feels solid and well built and comparable with the Aeron. Now for the bad news. Assembly was an absolute nightmare. It’s not that the chair is so complicated that you need to pay for professional assembly.

On the contrary, the chair is quite simple to put together. However, the pictogram instructions are in the wrong order, are sometimes vague or just plain convey the wrong directives. My advice would be to ignore the assembly order in the instructions.

Put the wheel base and seat components together first and connect them. Then start on the seat back. The seat back is where I ran into the most issues. The bolt for the seat back to its support post was larger than the predrilled hole on my chair.

I had to go to the hardware store to purchase a replacement bolt and nut. Not a big deal in terms of cost, but it was the only thing keeping me from completing the assembly so you can imagine how annoyed I was.

In addition, the Allen wrench that’s supplied is awkwardly sized for the spaces you need to reach to secure the bolts (thankfully I had a more appropriate wrench to use instead). I did have to call the help line in the instructions while putting the back together.

The person I spoke with was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. All in all, I’d definitely recommend the chair. Just be prepared for some headaches when you start to put it together.

I first bought the TP9000 model and was disappointed since there was no tilt function or any other except height and no lumbar support. The tp4000 was not on display anywhere so I took the plunge based on reviews.

The screws went into the back much easier than the 9000. I was so glad this model has back tilt (with lock) and even seat tilt with lock. It doesn’t lean very far back but that’s ok for me. Rolls very easily with large base platform to handle the heavy weight.

The fixed lumbar that’s part of the back cushion may be annoying to some but I’m ok with it. There is a back height adjustment so you can move the lumbar spot against your back. As others have said, there are so many adjustments you can tailor to your specific needs that makes this chair really attractive.

The seat cushion is tempurpedic and I really like that. I just got it so will really test it for a while before I fully decide to keep it.

I love this massage chair. Make sure you put it together in the room you want to use it in, because it won’t go through standard size interior doorways once put together. With that said, you can easily move it around the room you put it in.

We have it in a corner of my office. It doesn’t require a lot of room behind it. I use it nearly every day. It has many preset massage modes to choose from, but I tend to like to just use the knocking and kneading for my back.

You can increase or decrease the intensity and even push a button to raise or lower the rollers to get the exact spot you want to focus on. I have to unplug it when not in use, because the voice interactive part of it will sometimes come on thinking I was talking to it.

I actually use a smart plug in with it, so I can turn the plug off when not in use and not have to plug and unplug from the wall. It works very well. I’m a nurse, and this is perfect to help relieve tension and pain all over my body.

First of all be aware that this product is non returnable, so if anything wrong the can fix but cannot ne return it. The issues that I have since I received this message chair, and nothing the customer support can do about them are: 1.

The chair doesn’t massage strong enough, eventhough at the highest strength. 2. The roller on the upper back side are either to wide or to high for my neck area, so it rolled nothing of my neck, basically rolling the air.

3. The air back on the arm side too wide for me so they don’t feel strong enough. They are also don’t squeeze strong enough to begin with. Basically I am extremely disappointed with the product as I feel like wasting $900 for nothing.

I reached sleep Galeria customer support, and only suggested me to contact the company directly which is Real Relax Massage chair. When I called the company, I had to leave a message and someone with Chinese accent called me back.

He said nothing the company can do to fix that, and just hang up without willing to listen to my explanations. It was very unprofessional and rude. I wasn’t sure how there are good reviews on this chair, turned out, there is a flyer that came with the chair, instructed buyer to review this product in here and also on FB groups, and someone will review it.

When it’s approved, they will send the customers 2 gifts. So there is a bribe technique involved in those good reviews. DONT BUY THIS CHAIR AND ANY PRODUCT FROM REAL RELAX MESSAGE CHAIR, NOR FROM THIS COMPANY.

The zero gravity feature and the ability to roll it in case you need to reposition it are nice features. The Bluetooth feature is nice although the sound quality could be better. The lower back massage is not very comfortable but the other areas are OK.

It has the ability to extend the leg massager but it doesn’t extend far enough for taller people. The situation is the same for other brands of massage chairs also. More consideration should be given for taller people.

The same designed could be used just that the legs could extend a little further than they currently do. And you could always retract them when you don’t need it to extend that far.

My mother and I were able to lift these piece by piece into the house and put it together in about a hour. It came in two packages. Mom has been exposed to the massage chair through a family member who had purchased a high end chair for $7k.

So, this was going to be a tough comparison. Mom was impressed, she said that the strength was equivalent to that one and we are happy with the chair. Only feedback I have is the delivery service automated phone call.

Its definitely my choice and i highly recommend it.

Let me preface this by saying that this chair was bought as a gift for my wife’s birthday sight unseen. She was involved in a horrific car accident this past spring and has been getting massages at the chiropractor’s office 2-3 days a week since then for her back/neck area.

It has helped tremendously with her recovery. She has on and off again pain (some weeks better than others) so I wanted to get this chair for her mainly to use when she wasn’t at the chiropractor’s office.

I heard tons of good things about this chair before purchasing but the one thing I was mostly looking for was a deep pressure chair that’s capable of adjusting the intensity of the massage rollers based on her liking and how it can focus on just one part of the body when it hits a spot that needs more attention.

She mostly uses the manual mode to customize the massage to her liking. The manual mode lets her choose from five pressure intensities (ranging from weak to deep pressure) based on her pain level. I also figured the zero gravity recline position and lumbar heating combined with the 3D rollers would help her recover quicker as I read that zero gravity is the optimal position in a massage chair because it permits the rollers to really work your back effectively.

She was shocked when she saw the deliveryman knocking on our door with a huge pallet but I truly believe this chair has a godsend to her recovery 2 months in. She uses it twice a day, it has reduced her massage sessions to once a week, and her chiropractor has already mentioned that he has seen a lot of improvements since she started using it.

I sat next to her during her first few uses and I have to admit it’s a very sophisticated chair that is capable of giving you basically any type of massage you want. She loves the 3D rollers, foot rollers heating, the liberal amount of auto programs and the stretching feature too.

It’s a great looking chair that has been life-changing for my wife – I can’t emphasize this enough. Thank you.

My wife finds the chair comfortable and light in weight. She’s looking forward to staining it to blend with other items nearby. I found the chair easy to assemble but for one significant flaw: there were not pilot holes for the screws that fasten the seat to the rest of the chair.

This obliged me to find an appropriately sized drill bit, and boring the holes incurred the risk of making holes right through the seat. I expect that this was a lapse in quality control somewhere.

I purchased four of these with the Norden gateleg table. Being on a budget, these were a great buy. We intend to paint the chairs when we get round to decorating our new flat. They’re very simple to put together and would go with most styles.

I bought 4 of these chairs. I assembled all 4 of them at the same time. 2 out of 4 chairs doesn’t sit level (only 3 out of 4 legs touches the floor), while the other 2 sit level (doesn’t rock, all 4 legs touches the floor at the same time).

I think this is quality control issue since 2 of the 4 chairs have no problems. IKEA Quality Control should’ve properly inspected the legs prior to packaging.

Best buy third party delivered it, service was fine, not as good as geek squad usually is, but the last third party who did work at my home from best buy fried my electrical panel and cost me more than this chair costs in repairs, so any encounter where something catastrophic like that doesnt happen is good enough for me.

Had to unbox and assemble the chair ourselves. It unboxes relatively easily, and the foot massage piece is a PITA to install, but after a bit we got it done. Even though the early part of this review has been critical, the chair is awesome.

I was very close to buying the Human Touch Super Novo chair a month or so ago from a local store selling open box at 35% off, but by luck I checked best buy and saw that a 3D 0G chair was coming from insignia.

I decided to wait and see how it would be priced etc, and even at full MSRP it is 1/3 roughly of that Super Novo. It went on DotD for half off, and I had a lot of rewards certificates from my BB credit card, so I took the plunge.

The chair is 90% as good as that human touch chair, for all intents and purposes of a normal end user. Yes the human touch has better materials, and a few random extra features (Alexa support, who needs that?).

I am a large man, and this chair accommodates me well. It can be a bit tight on the shoulders, but so was the $12,000 (LOL) super novo chair. I have tried all the offerings from Osaki, Human touch, and other similar brands at 2 or 3 local massage chair stores, and none of them were large enough for my shoulder frame, so that is not really a con on the chair and more a con on my diet and exercise habits.

I would buy this chair in a heartbeat at DotD pricing, and if it was normal price, I would do a lot of thinking and probably buy it when I had some rewards stacked up or a birthday offer, etc. It is super relaxing and does a good job of massage.

Massage therapists beware!.

We’ve had this chair for 1 month now and so far we are very happy with it. Everyone in the family uses it. My wife has said she thinks it might be life changing for her. Oh yeah, the cats love the chair too.

I’ve had to learn to double check before sitting in it to make sure there isn’t a cat curled up in the depression in the seat of the chair. In the evening you can be sure you’ll have to scoop a sleepy cat out of the chair before sitting down.

The massage functions for neck, back, buttock and feet are very effective. The SL track design makes the main massage assembly very nice compared to non-L track chairs. Instead of just going down to the base of your back the L track turns underneath you which allows the main massage assembly to thoroughly cover your buttock.

This chair also gets your neck better than other chairs I’ve tried. At first I was a bit disappointed in the neck massage until I remembered to flip the head rest out of the way. The air bags for the upper and lower arms, shoulders and calves are a nice added touch, but they are not as effective as the rollers of the main assembly and the foot assembly.

The air bags are also used in some circumstances to hold you in place so that the main assembly can exert more force against you instead of simply pushing you away. Talking about force, do beware that this chair can hurt you.

The intensity is adjustable and you should experiment to find what level you are comfortable with. It can cause bruising in a few areas at higher intensity, for example at the very base of your back / top of your hips.

Not bad bruising, not dangerous, just a bit tender. The controller is easy to use for the basic functions. You can jump right in the chair and start using it. But to learn all the functions that are available you will need to read the manual and practice a bit.

For example, you can fine tune the chair for the dimensions of your body but it’s not immediately obvious how just by looking at the controller. Not difficult though. The only thing I can’t speak to yet is longevity.

Will it break down next week or be trouble free for years? Will the faux leather stand up to years of wear and tear and still look decent? Only time will tell. Note that I rated the chair’s quality at 4 stars, but this should be understood to be “initial” quality.

So far I’m happy with this purchase and feel that I got a very good deal at the sale price that I purchased it for. It was significantly less than any other chair with comparable features that I could find.

At that price, and perhaps a little higher even, I would be comfortable recommending this chair to anyone interested in a massage chair.

I’m so happy I bought this item! Definitely one of my best purchases. I use it almost every day. It’s very relaxing and helps ease some tension and pain as a result of spinal cord injuries. On first use I was a little shocked when it started the “tapping” motion on the “Hips and buttocks”.

That’s just a fancy way of saying the chair wants to slap ya booty. But after the initial shock you get used to it! Delivery – The only bad reviews I really saw mentioned poor delivery. My delivery was amazing.

They brought it up the elevator to the fourth floor, asked exactly where I wanted it, unboxed it, and even cleaned up the mess and took the box. They literally did everything other than plug it in. They were also extremely friendly.

Like I said I do have spine injuries and use a wheelchair, but I don’t think they were accommodating because of that. They genuinely seemed like they wanted to help out any way they could. The chair – The chair isn’t perfect but I love it.

It’s comfortable and I often find myself falling asleep while getting the massage! The settings are great and in some areas it gives a GREAT massage. It’s not going to be better than a good massage therapist that knows you well and knows what you like/need but it IS better than ltierally ANY 300 dollar massage I’ve ever gotten at a 5 star resort.

Which isn’t saying much because they are usually lackluster but in SOME AREAS it is just as good as human touch. I do wish this would get certain areas a little bit deeper (particularly the shoulder) and the airbags honestly feel like they do little to my arms (and I have oversized arms) but all in all it is an absolute stellar product.

Just as nice as models that costs significantly more.
