19 Best Charging Phone Case (2022 Updated)

This is a great charger. It has a slim design compared to power back charging cases. It is also slightly lighter than most models out there. Highly recommend for folks that are on the go and need extended life on their phone.

The item looks exactly like the pictures and works exactly how it was suppose to except for the initial install. I had it fully charged but it wouldn’t charge the phone when I pressed the power button.

After fiddling with the battery case, I decided to charge the case with the phone in it, and that did the job. Now whenever I pressed the power button on the case, the phone starts charging. I am very happy with the build quality and the added battery life that it comes with.

got this mainly because my phone USB-C input port was having problems maintaining reliable ontact with my cable. The case plugs right into the port and has never presented a connection issue. Easily adds 50% to battery life.

Good protection too. Qi charging a bit sketchy, but that’s more a gimmick than a necessity.

I have been using a different battery case for the past 2+ years, but this particular case feels better and gives me better access to my infinity screen. I have only used it once for charging, and it gave me 50% or so boost without an issue.

Not sure what the limit is yet, but hopefully it will hold up. I like the wireless charging with this case.

The battery takes ages to charge up and never has a full charge in it. But better than no charge at all. I had others like this that were bulkier and this isn’t so bulky. So I guess this is the best of a bad lot.

There is two settings on my phone, Moto Z4, that determines how the add on battery is used. One drians the main battery then the MotoMod/ Incipio battery. The other setting uses the phone battery then at 80% switches over to the MotoMod.

This is the setting I use. The MotoMod/ Incipio battery drains quite fast. About a day tops, much faster than the smaller lighter battery built in the phone. Go figure. For the added weight and heft, not sure it’s worth it unless you plan on being away from a charging source for a day or more.

On the plus side, I purchased an Anker Q-charging desk stand for $20 and it works great just simply setting the phone in the stand when not in use and it charges both batteries back up.

Attaches to phone easily and smoothly, has extended the amount of time i can be on battery by several hours at minimum, more at lower demand. Can charge wireless either while attached to the phone or when not attached.

Only complaint against it is that it cannot always provide enough power flow to prevent the phone battery from draining as well when being used with GPS (which I know is a high draw usage). All other times though, it keeps my phone charged and let’s me have a good bit longer time between necessary charging sessions.

Note that only when the supplied OEM Turbocharger will the battery instantly start charging once the phone is at 100%. With any other charger I have tried, even 18W chargers that the phone sees as TurboCharge, it takes time before the Mod battery will start charging once the phone is at 100%.

Not a big deal, just be aware of it.

I wanted this since day 1 of owning the Z Force. All other mods I have were free promotional or half price sales. I was never able to find this. I had my ATT $10 deal cancelled from Nov. so I settled to just finding one for half price.

I find that i would probably have bought all mods at a third to half their retail price. The battery is what I expected. It performs as stated and provides me with the security of more battery if I need it.

I can now turn charging off completely to when I only need it thanks to the mods recent update. It is not drastically heavy or thick. I just need a car qi charger to accompany it. Wonder if that used Type R Civic I see near me has the built in qi option, I could get a $37k car charger.

Charges great. Depletes quicker than my mophie that I had with my previous phone. I don’t like that you can’t check the exact status of the charger except when attached to the phone. It only lights up when plugged into charger on the inside of case.

Amber-needs charge. Green charged but not fully charged till green light goes off. I like that mophie u can check the chargers & see how many bars of left. Also not sure how I feel about the felt feel to the outside.

Came with limited instructions. It’s nice it doesn’t come apart but ya have to get use to bending top back & sliding ur phone into the charging case. So made well. But some draw backs. Think I would have rather had a mophie instead for the money but they were out of stock.

Should have held out & gone to Best Buy like I had to for my screen protector & case that Verizon didn’t have.

The Apple charging case is easily the best charging case for Apple phones. Not only should Apple users be cautious about charger brands, they want cases that fit the phone and hand well. This case does both.

Silicone cases are comfortable and still give some protection. The price is so worth it, and I hope Apple releases one for my 12 pro Max soon.

This battery case is hands down a great thing to have especially if you are out and about such as vacation. We purchased these for our Disney trip and they charge super fast. My only issue is that it’s kind of hard to take off once done charging especially if you are a lady and worries about breaking your nails like me.

I have had this case 2 seasons, and now I never do a paddle or hike without it. Extremely durable and truly watertight. I’ve dropped mine on concrete by accident, had it mostly submerged in water in the bottom of my boat for hours at a time, forgot it in the car on a warm spring day, frequently had it in a tent overnight, accidentally stepped on it,.

and not only is the case still in perfect working order but the phone inside was unharmed. I often open and close it while paddling in order to take photos, and it is grippy enough that it doesn’t slide out of wet hands.

Provides by far the best protection for small electronics, although it of course weighs more than a dry bag or sleeve so if you want ultra light that might be a consideration. The bottom compartment is the perfect size for small items (I usually put a few cards and cash, car insurance/registration, and a small set of keys), and the top tray fits my phone with a bit of room to spare.

My phone’s dimensions, with a protective cover on it and including buttons, are approximately 8. 2cm x 16. 2cm x 1. 2cm. It’s somewhat versatile: you can take out the top tray if desired, or use it as a divider for items other than a phone.

This case saves me so much anxiety; now I always have my phone and important cards with me, and I know they will be okay no matter what.

The second time out kayaking with this, my phone was wrecked because the Pelican g40 dry box leaked. The box was latched properly, the seal looks like it’s in good condition (again, pretty much new) but it was half full of water when my trip was over.

The only reason I bought this was to keep my phone dry and it failed miserably. Go to the pelican site and their Lifetime Guarantee only covers up to the cost of the box and even then you have to send the box back at your own expense.

Obviously buying at REI you have the ability to return it for a full refund, but Pelican should stand behind their products better.

I bought 2 of these cases. One for my wife and one for myself. We both have Samsung S20 phones. My wife’s phone is in a no-name protective case and my phone is in an Otterbox protective case. My wife has no problem using the G40 Go Case with her phone and protective case.

My phone fits into the G40 Go Case very snug and is hard to get out.

This case is great! It holds a charge all day long and a few hours into the night. It comes in handy when your phone is on the bridge of dying. However this does come with a cost. The size. The case is not small and it does take up a bit of space.

Others complain about the weight, however I kind of enjoy the extra weight. It makes the phone feel secure. Overall I would recommend, but be ready to shell out 150$.

Before this case I had a folio case that separated me from my phone. Also I was running out of battery faster than I wanted. I got this used and there is a scuff on the side of the case. But thats fine.

For almost half price of new, its worth it. It provides enough protection. It is soft in the hands and the buttons are easy to access. I especially like the camera button that activates the camera quickly.

Much faster than before with the Strada folio case. My only regret is I didnt buy it before. I didnt think this was a need until I bought it and used it. I will probably run these on my phones from here on out.

Love having the extra battery and the designed for the phone by the same company. I cant recommend this enough.

This phone case is fantastic! It get me through the day without needing a charge. I am a heavy user and before this case I would get caught up with my phone dead and this was really unfortunate. Now I have no problems.

The fact that this fast charges wirelessly and through a cord is something that completely sets it apart from other cases on Amazon. The sharp is a bit awkward and can start to weigh on the hand, but I think this is a problem with the state of battery technology.

When thinner batteries come out with the same power that will be a game changer but for now this case checks all my boxes.

My phone will last all day, hasn’t haooened in quite sometime! This I am very happy about. I Am familiar with external batteries and the mAh, but I was very surprised to find out that I have to charge the case every night.

I was desiring a case that I could charge every couple days. Overall, I am pleased with the charging ability and performance of the case. The reason for the three star, it because of how the phone fits in the case.

As for width and depth, the phone slides into the case nicely. The phone does not move around and seems to be secure. However, when the top section of the case slides on the phone, it does not fit the length of the phone.

There is a very unappealing cap between the top and bottom section of the case. This results in the buttons not aligning with the buttons on my phone. When I need to adjust volume or flip the silent switch, I have to remove the case.

This is VERY frustrating. Performance of the case is on point, but the fit of the case to my phone greatly lacks integrity. I was going to purchase my wife one, but the price of the case it to high for the trouble it is giving me.

Firstly, the good things about this battery case – it’s got 100% extra battery life which can be essential if there’s no power points or USB’s in proximity. The phone charges first, the followed by the case.

The LED display on the back is easier to understand and the case functions as expected. It actually charges the phone very quickly from 20-80% as it uses effective power management. The case itself is well styled, with all functions accessible.

The headset port is easy to use with the included adaptor. The case redirects the external speakers to face forward, which I find an advantage in terms of sound. Not everyone will like the fact that it runs on a micro-USB charger rather than the standard Lightning connector.

However, you can buy these very cheaply and they don’t seem to get the “this accessory may not be supported” message that happens with aftermarket Lightning chargers when you use a generic micro-USB.

It also works fine for syncing the phone, and I was able to use it with my car stereo as normal plugged into USB port. The average thing about this case are the fact it adds considerable bulk to your phone, almost 2.

5 the size, and easily double the weight. However, the iphone 6 is very thin, and this case can make a little easier to hold, and you get used to the size and weight quickly. Purists who like a slim phone may not approve of this, but it’s a necessary sacrifice to enable your phone to go on when the battery is running low.

The only real so-so points I found were that the case doesn’t seem super-tough; I wager it would shatter or crack if dropped on to a hard surface like concrete or tiles from more than waist height. However, it wasn’t specifically designed to be a rugged/hard case, so that’s understandable.

Also, the case itself takes quite a long time to charge fully , 3. 5 hours but this is negated by the fact it seems to charge the phone fast when either connected directly to power or when the case is in use itself.

Overall, small prices to pay for up to 200% battery!.

The thing is slick as fish slime. Good thing it protects the phone, but the slick surface is a bummer. It is a setup to be dropped. I realize that the manufacturer of the phones makes them slick for a couple of reasons; one is that people who drop them are customers for either service or replacement, another is that the really sexy smooth surface invites licking the product during its introduction on stage, as an Apple executive famously did with the “air” iteration of its flagship computer.

OK, that’s on Apple. But did Mophie have to duplicate this with its slick, highly polished, slippery surface?.

After having my LG V20 for a little over a year, the original battery in it was fried. I would have to charge it multiple times a day and continuous use would lead to speedy battery decline. After getting the extended battery, it honestly feels like I’ve got a new phone.

Although it takes quite a bit longer to charge, it last forever! I have gone multiple days of regular use before having to recharge which is a nice thing to not have to worry about! Sure it is bigger and heavier then with the stock battery, however I’ve honestly found the enlarged back end to be easier to handle as it fits the hand nicely.

I certainly had my fears getting a new phone battery from somewhere other than a known electronics store or phone carrier / model website but I will definitely be recommending this to anyone I know that is having trouble with their phone batteries as it truly seems as if my phone is better than new!.

After 2 years my LG V20’s standard battery wouldn’t last 3 hours on a full charge. I came across the Gorilla Gadgets website and bought the extended life battery. Now my phone lasts about 18-20 hours on a full charge and active usage.

Do not play cheap and pass on the extended battery phone back and case. You’ll be glad you got them. I’ll definitely purchase from Gorilla Gadgets again.

I originally just bought the extended battery, which came with the back cover. I was really glad to discover that Gorilla Gadget did have a case for this back cover. I feel much more secure and it looks nice, too.

I have had the juice pack on my phone since it was new. I use my phone a lot and having the extra charge in the field has been awesome; the biggest reason I bought the Mophie System. The protection the Juice Pack offers is questionable.

I have dropped my phone twice in two years. Each time, the phone was being carried in the clip that Mophie offers. When getting out of a vehicle, my body would lever the phone out of the clip and the phone would drop.

The Mophie case grenaded each time on impact, the front and back covers went different directions and the phone landed on the ground. Since the Galaxy S7 Edge has glass panels, front and back, I now have very interesting crack patterns on the upper right and lower right hand corners of my phone (front and back); clearly showing the phone landed on the corner each time and the Mophie System did not hold up to the fall.

The damage is severe enough to prevent trading the phone in on an upgrade; fortunately, the main screen is usable without cracks. Did the Mophie case prevent more serious damage? Perhaps it did; but, the whole thing exploding apart is concerning.

I definitely will not use the belt clip they offer, each fall resulted in the clip letting go of the phone. This system is a trade off of power needs versus protection. It seems to be excellent for keeping your phone going for long periods of time; but, it does not appear to be capable of protecting your phone in a rough service environment.

I really liked the Mophie juice air years ago when I had an iPhone 3gs, so when I finally upgraded back to a flagship (s7 edge) I naturally wanted to get back into a Mophie and all I can say is wow although they’ve upgraded the actual device obviously I can say it’s a good upgrade the phone looks like a million times better no more of that cheap plasticy clamshell stuff that breaks when you drop it this thing looks quality leather like, of course there’s a thin piece of plastic surrounding the front of the phone but still looks like it’s all one piece so it looks good.

No more clicky sliding power buttons from the olden days here it’s press for power level press and hold to activate the charging pack which makes more sense I suppose but still I miss the actual button to know that it’s on or off but doesn’t really matter because it runs until dead but a way to tell its discharging would be helpful albeit somewhat unnecessary.

Case protection in somewhat unknown as I haven’t had it that long but in 2 months I’ve had it I dropped it about 3 times there is a scratch/crack on the phone that I didn’t notice until after a drop onto my wood floors (I honestly think it happened that day I dropped it however I’m not totally sure as I purchased the phone used) but it has been dropped a couple of times since then with a screen protector and there’s been no further damage and the deep scratch (to the point of almost calling it a crack) is almost invisible as it’s over the s in Samsung so who cares I suppose.

There’s really nothing else to say except good case but use a screen protector and you should do just fine. Mophie did it again in my opinion great job Mophie!.

Every Mophie case I’ve ever gotten slides apart in the middle. this one snaps apart, and on occasion, by itself. I’ve accidentally dropped my phone in this case 3 times; all three times it split apart, dropping my phone on pavement, in snow and in my kitchen on tile.

Poor design, especially when the warranty doesn’t cover damage to the phone this is made to protect. After 2 years of intermittent use, it doesn’t hold a full charge and it gets hot when recharging the phone.

Disappointed.

I can’t stand thick and heavy cases on my devices and the Apple Silicone case is thin but still offers protection for my phone. I had the black one on my phone for 2 years and it took quite a beating.

Dropping on pavement, falling in an engine bay, getting splashed with water and chemicals, and it held up okay. At the 2 year mark the silicone was peeling up in the corners and the bit around the charging port was cracked, but my phone never suffered from any damage.

I retired the black one for this blue one and couldn’t be happier. The silicone case is soft touch and provides some excellent grip to a big and heavy slab of steel and glass. I have never had it slide out of a pocket and it grips my MagSafe wallet just fine.

Compared to two Otterbox cases I tried out, there was no grip, they slid out of my pocket constantly, and the hard plastic made the phone feel cheap and clunky. This case even has a microsuede lining so sand and grit aren’t scratching the heck out of the steel and glass under the case.

I’d give it 5 stars if the silicone didn’t peel off so easily once it takes some damage and the price is a bit steep unless you find it on sale.

I’m always very careful with my phone. I’ve had several iPhones and have never even had a scratch until now. This is my first Apple silicon case that looked absolutely gorgeous when I got it. I was walking the dog and didn’t realize the phone was working it’s way out of my pocket even though when I want my phone the case grips the inside of my pocket pulling it out with it but this time it was like ice and slid right out.

The phone landed face down tearing the minimal rubber/silicon bumper that protects the face and made the edge of the glass jagged. It’s minimal but I can’t not see it. To make matters worse I noticed the rubber begins pealing away and only getting worse with time.

One corner has worn down to the plastic without me noticing until now. I got probably about 5 months from the case. I do not recommend this case at all. I have had far better cases that protected my phones after several drops without even a scratch.

I’m very disappointed. It is the best looking case I’ve ever had but the protection leaves me wanting more.

First things first, I’ve worked in the wireless industry for a decade, in sales, management, and more, and because I’ve seen every way a person can possibly destroy a phone, I’ve always been big on carrying device insurance AND a good case and I’ve never been a fan of Apple’s leather cases because generally I’ve seen them fail to protect the phone they’re on.

They’ve been open at the bottom exposing almost 1/4 of the phone to damage, and the lack of shock protection always made me take a hard pass on them. I guess Apple realized their mistake and now the case covers the back and all sides of the phone which I’m a fan of.

I will say this, I wish they would beef up the bezel around the screen a bit more and also around the cameras because the bezel is about a millimeter higher than either the camera lens or the screen which is cutting it a bit too close for me to be really comfortable with.

That said, it has a few things going for it. 1. The flattened sides of the new iPhone 12 line (like the old 5/5s/original SE) make the phone easier to hang on to for me (I dropped my previous iPhone models with the rounded edges every single day multiple times per day, and I’ve dropped my 12PM maybe 5 times in 2 months) but the leather surface also enhances the grip quite a bit more.

2. The edges are actually pretty well padded. I’ve dropped my phone in this case a couple times and the positive is it didn’t so much as scratch my phone. The downside is it roughed up the case pretty badly.

The leather was gouged out, little pieces missing from the fall on rough asphalt. It looked rough and being the person I am I had to replace it. It was still functional, but it looked god awful. So yes it probably will protect your phone against day to day drops and certainly against standard use, it may look pretty bad in the process, and for the price tag if you’re hard on phones it may not be the best option.

I have owned and used several Mophie cases over the years. Their products and support are excellent, and honestly I could not possibly get through a day while keeping the brightness up, actively checking and using email and text, while using all of the apps without my battery dying half way through my day before Mophie came along.

The reason I did not give the gold colored case 5 stars is that unlike the black rubber grip paint used on their matte black case, the gold case would easily slip from my hand since the paint they used didn’t have the rubber grip feature.

While the case looks great, I’m not sure why they chose to do that since rubber grip paint is available in all colors. When you’re holding a $1000+ iPhone 6+, if it is dropped there is too much at risk.

I sent the case back and just received a black rubber grip Mophie case replacement today and am a happy camper again. Thanks Mophie!.

My first juice pack failed after six months. After mophie replaced it under warranty, the replacement unit has failed again, today, after exactly six months. Specifically, the pass-through charging no longer functions, which means only the case charges up and not the phone.

Considering this is the second identical failure in an identical time period, it suggests there is a fatal, intrinsic flaw that is part of the technical design of this case. Worst of all, I’m no longer eligible for a replacement according to this website, even though the original unit carried a 2 year warranty and I’m still within that period.

(Not that I’d want a replacement, because we all know it too would fail after six months. ) Thus, I strongly recommend avoiding this and any other mophie products.

Works perfectly, fits snugly, designed well, all that good stuff. The external battery is great. I tend to abuse my cell phones by watching YouTube videos on them constantly, which degrades the battery after about a year and a half.

I always end up buying a Mophie battery case near the end of my phone’s lifetime, and I’m impressed every time. One more specific thing I’ll mention is that the case has *curved* cutouts for the speakers, so it directs the sound AT you.

I always thought this kind of design was sort of silly, but they did it very well here. It actually works. Great case, buy it, yes, good, very nice.

I absolutely love this case. Magsafe compatible, good looking matte finish means it doesn’t slip easily out of my hands. Plus the unexpected favorite part for me was the “rat tail” as I like to call it lanyard attachment.

I had imagine it would be rather flimsy and fall off since it just attaches from a corner and it’s essentially a bent bit of plastic, but to my surprise it has held up well after months of wear and tear.

I had never thought a lanyard-type attachment would be useful, and although I hate the look — it literally looks like a rat’s tail — I’m a convert and absolutely love it. It makes getting it out of my pocket super easy and I won’t again go without that attachment.

Not too sold on the eco advantages of it because looking at the fine print, I’m not sure I see how it’s a lot different than other plastic you dump in a landfill, but it is what it is. I got this on sale for $20, and definitely wouldn’t pay more than that (for any case) but it was well worth it and has changed how I handle my phone on a daily basis.

Nice to see a iPhone protector that’s made from 100% recycled materials! MagSafe compatible and nice slim design. All packaging is 100% recyclable. The cover fit is just right. It was a tight fit to get the cover on but don’t give up! Once it’s on it’s a perfect fit.

And something I have not experienced with other protectors. the operation of the buttons was not affected at all!! Still very easy to use. Also the back has a raised ridge around the camera to help protect the lenses.

Eco friendly and recyclable. It’s a win-win!.

I like the color. It matches a new paint job in my bedroom. Blueberry Blue. The material is comfortable and helps my grip, as a senior my hands are dryer than a younger person and this does not slip when I reach for it.

Considering the Lumia 950 was the top of the range Microsoft Phone on release, the back cover wasn’t up to the same standard. This Mozo cover completes the phone in style and practicality, like all good ideas it combines form with function.

A rugged cover, providing a non-slip back, and an elegant look that fits well with the phone’s buttons, why Microsoft couldn’t do this I’ll never know, but I’m very satisfied with this cover.

The frame (grip) is a bit slippery (metalish) but it’s a minor problem compare to the whole new appearance-style-usability and how do I mean. It’s a little bit thicker (height) than the original which comes in plastic, that’s an advantage because it’s more comfortable in the hand and the ring around the back camera behind protects the silver circle frame from scratches, the leather skin also feels like leather (synthetic but still), all in all a vast improvement any side you see!.

installs like its original, fits perfect. The surface adds a little grip so its not as slippery as the factory back.

I bought this case because it matched the Rose Gold of my phone. The fact that it was part of the magnetic package was just a nice extra. I am so pleased that the color of the case is a perfect match to the phone! The “bumper” part of the case is clear to let the phone color show through but it is such a good match that it almost looks like the case is clear and the whole phone is on display.

Nice grip and slim profile keep the phone safe to use and does not add any bulk to it at all.

I bought the hold force case in the hopes the magnets were going to be strong enough to hold the phone on metal surfaces. Much to my disappointment this is not the case. The case also scratches extremely easy and seems to have poor manufacturing when it comes to the edges of the plastic portions.

Wouldn’t suggest this case unfortunately, but still recommend Mophie for other products in their array of lineups.

Looks great. The iPhone 8 Plus is too heavy. The case offers pretty good protection. But when I stuck it to a metal surface, like at the gym, it would slide down slowly, never taking a firm hold.

i bought this about a month ago. i had actually purchased the wrong product at first. i sent it back to receive the correct product. it took about a week and a half to have the new one. i wish it had been a bit quicker, however everyone that helped me were great, the one representative even shipped it back within 2 days which i appreciated.

overall the experience was a good one. i mean i did buy the wrong product, so it was not their fault. my mophie works awesome and i will definitely be buying one for my fiancee. definitely a great product!.

This is a great option for additional battery time on this phone, especially with the vent mount charger for vehicle use – enabling one to use the phone as a GPS within Hands-Free view able sight. However, this is not a case that would provide a high level of protection for your phone, one drop and the phone will pop out of the case possibly damaging the case bezel and cracking your screen.

If you are fairly careful with your stuff, this is a great solution. If you’re more adventurous than most then I would not consider this case and would carry a battery pack instead.

This case is amazing! I def recommend this case it is so nice! The pros are that my phone never does and the case it so cute! One thing to improve this case is to make it more protective. This case is so reliable.

I love this case! It fit my iPhone 11 and it’s easy to grip. I was excited to see Apple made a case because I knew it would look great but I was unsure how well it would protect my phone. I’m happy to report that my case protected my phone without any cracks, dings or scratches today when I dropped it.

If I had to compare it to an OBox version, I’d say it was closest to a symmetry. I’ve only had the case for about a month but I’m very pleased and would buy it again!.

I originally had a mophie for my Samsung and was thrilled with the concept. More power as needed or when I needed it. Being in construction and on the road all day. This was a welcome asset. Does not add allot of weight, or bulkiness to the product.

In all a very well designed product Fast forward to my new I phone and again I needed more power so I purchased a new Juice Pack air. The concept is great and the design is more protective that that of the Samsung.

Still have the same issues with recharging. After some time cables stop charging. At first you think it is the cable until you plug it into another device and it works. Now mine has started having issues with a wireless charger and I have confirmed its the mophie not the charger.

I realize these take abuse and have a replacement warranty which is great, except you have to pay shipping every time their product fails which is my one and only gripe. Aside from the 5. 99 replacement cost, this product is a worthchile investment.

Waited a long time to order this case. Disappointed in two ways. YOU WILL TOTALLY LOSE ABILITY TO USE WIRED HEADPHONES! I looked and looked before and right after ordering and NOTHING was ever said anywhere that I could find about the headphones.

Before writing this review, I did check again and found a little blurb under the FAQ’s. I cannot plug this phone in to my old vehicle and would have to buy bluetooth adapter. I don’t understand with all the rumors leading up to this phone release regarding no headphone jack, why this doesn’t have a lightening port on the bottom of the case.

I personally would pay more for Mophie with a Lightning port if it has to do with Apple’s MFI (made for iPhone). Second, the battery MAY bring my phone battery up to 60%. Usually about 50%. This is very disappointing in the fact that my iPhone 6s Plus Mophie case would give a good 80% from dead battery.

Not sure if they’ve had to make room for the wireless charging but disappointing compared to previous model. I am enjoying the wireless charging after discovering my friends Samsung charge base would activate the wireless charging.

I also enjoy the protection of the case as I work in a dirty and sometimes rough work environment. Mophie has also eliminated the holster from their case lineup. Again disappointed as the universal belt clip I had to purchase caused the phone to easily get ‘ripped’ out of the clip and fall cracking the screen after replacing a broken holster for the universal clip.

Working in a dirty environment, the leather holster has quite the potential to collect dust inside of it and potentially scratch phone and/or case. It is the best option for totally securing the phone to my hip.

No reviews were available at the time I ordered the item. I ordered it as soon was Mophie emailed a release and order notice. I would have still bought it simply for being a protective Mophie case.

Provides good protection but the main reason I got it was for the battery pack. The last Mophie Juice pack I bought had a small on/off switch. This one has a button that gets turned on very easily if it receives pressure while sitting in my purse.

So, it is on and using juice when not needed, so, I never know if juice pack fully charged. I also cannot connect the iphone lightening cable directly to my phone unless I yank off the juice pack so that the opposite end of phone is exposed.

My last battery pack connected to iphone and battery pack at the same end, so I could connect to lightening cable without removing the battery pack. So, now, the top of the battery pack is loose and easily slips off.

I don’t understand the reason for these changes.

It’s expensive, but it’s a good case. I’ve had it since September of 2015. I bought and placed it on my iphone 6s the day it was purchased. Never showed a single mark on the body through drops. The red you see on the back of the case is actually a thin layer of color placed on top of a body made of a black material.

After 3 years of use, it eventually came off on mine, which now shows a black canvas. It’s very vulnerable to scraping from scratches, but it doesn’t feel like plastic. The bumpers are really strong and have held really well, protecting my phone from many a fall.

The inside of the case that hugs the phone is made of a premium-like material. It was made for iphone 6s and plus so it has hole for the headphone jack, as opposed to speakers on cases for later models.

It also has a thick lip, protecting your phone from front facing drops even without a glass case, though I would still advise putting a screen protector on. The bumper and buttons are made of plastic.

The buttons on the case might fall off after heavy use.

Even though the case is refurbished with some scratches, it looks great on the phone. Leather back, TPU inner material and aluminum sides seems like a really good design decisions. Fits snugly, adds comfort for grip and hold without beeing too bulky.

The buttons have to be pushed a bit harder and you have to reach for mute button with your nail. Raised TPU edges around the front of the screen adds protection if phone falls flat on the front. In general a really stylish and functional case.

Classy looking case for your iphone 6 plus. Gives the rich look and is very sleek. Friends and family were impressed to see how slim and well it blended with the phone. Even comes with plastic to protect the back.

Will protect against normal wear and tear and drops on the back of phone. Offers no protection if the phone falls face down.
