In reading reviews, many said it was similar to Clank, and I worried that the similarity may make one or the other extraneous. That said, I felt that The Hunger had enough uniqueness to make it stand out on its own and both will continue to receive play.

Great implementation of the deck-building genre, and I love how your “speed” is the one resource you use everything: movement, attack, purchase. The round countdown provides a sense of urgency but I never felt like it “controlled” what I did on each turn.

Liked the Theme and art pairing. I never got to play Clank so this will be my Clank and I like the theme better with the vampires trying to get back before daylight anyways. At first, the simpleness of the core design seems like it may have a little too much fiddle with add bonuses and other things in-game but once you play you find that’s not really the cause.

Not to say it’s perfect as it could be a little more streamlined and the rose powers don’t seem as important as they should because you may not get to use them for a good while after you collect them but my group had fun and it played in the perfect amount of time for what it is.

Fun and highly recommended! This game is a deck-building competition of vampires for points — mostly from humans — and then a mad race back to their castle before dawn ends their undead lives. Problem is, the humans they feed on clog their decks and drop their speed, making a return to safety pretty iffy.

There is plenty of variety on the board and in the cards to make this game different every time. The Hunger is quite different than Clank! But lovers of Clank! should have a blast with it.

After my reread, I think this is my least favorite of all the books. I still loved it, but it lacked that edge I wanted from the other two books. Mockingjay focused mostly on emotional pain – which everyone had.

I was hurting right along with them. Peeta and Katniss’ story line in this one really broke me up. It made me realize I am #TeamPeeta forever. The ending was perfect. I couldn’t ask for any more or less.

It was a great wrap-up to Katniss’ story. This will forever be in my all time favorite series.

Im telling you, this would be the most thought out purchases you ever had! Like first the book quality is prestine and it doesn’t look old or something. And then when we talk about the book itself, the story is really impactful and I’m loving it presently, i have heard much about the series so bought it but it surpassed my expectations beautifully, I totally recommend you to try it once, that indifferent feeling of nostalgia makes me even more attracted to it while reading.

Now our numbers are even fewer. ” In this quote Peeta talks to the rebels, mainly Katniss, because he wants them to stop fighting and settle this peacefully. Suzanne Collins is known best for the Hunger Games Trilogy.

This trilogy placed her on the top ten writers list and most readers enjoy her books. However, the third book was sort of upsetting. I was expecting a great grand finale to the Hunger Games trilogy but it just wasn’t there.

“Mocking Jay” did not accommodate the same level of action and adventure that the previous two had obtained. I have read the last two Hunger Games and they were significantly more exciting then this one.

Katniss Everdeen, the main character, joins a rebellion with District 13. Previously, there were only twelve districts, but District 13 presented itself hidden underground. But as for Peeta, Knatniss’ partner, he is under control of the Capitol.

However, she still receives coded messages from Peeta on what the Capitol is doing. Katniss makes up a plan to try and save Peeta from the grasps of the evil Capitol. They then act on the plan and fight the Capitol; the rest is for you to read.

In conclusion, “Mocking Jay” has upsides, but doesn’t match up with expectations. Suzanne Collins, however, captured the romance better in the third book between Katniss and Peeta. So, if you like romance more than action, this book may be the best in the Hunger Games Trilogy for you.

I stopped eating meat and junk about 2 months ago and started eating from plants, mostly seeded grapes, oranges, strawberries, and watermelon. I’m also a truck driver, 1 year and a half of trucking thus far being 22.

Let me tell ya, I’ve had a huge energy deficiency since 18 years young making it very difficult to work hard labor jobs like construction and concrete, while also making it very difficult to stay awake on the road for 8 to 10 hours a day, about 400 miles to some days even more.

My energy levels has made me fatigued against my will causing me to be late to my appointment times, delivering loads of parts to a warehouse. Lady in this warehouse recommended I try Ka’chava out before I talk with a sleep specialist.

She figured it was a nutrient problem. Apparently I may have had sleep apnea do to a nutrient deficiency. I bought the matcha bag and a bottle around 100 plus bucks for my first purchase and after have taken this product I can safely say it has actually helped me gain better quality sleep.

I feel more energetic and more awake. The 400 mile drive has not been a problem now after a few days of getting my nutrient balance. Mind you, I don’t eat very much anymore since I started a more simple diet that dosent involve much of anything other than what I listed, and I’m greatful to have been recommended this for a balance of nutrition.

Also it keeps me full for a few hours too, making my berry supply last a little longer, since I get hunger spikes commonly and I just can’t stop eating, I know soup keeps you full for a long time too being that I have a crazy fast metabolism and I require an abundance of fruit to satisfy my hunger, which would be roughly half a water melon a day, or 2 pounds of seeded grapes throughout the day.

I don’t eat gmo fruits, and I stay away from bread unless it’s amaranth grain, but ka’chava dosent have that which is alright. I try to keep goat products sometimes as a filler too, like goat cheese.

I’ll be buying more for my mother and my 2 sisters and another matcha bag for me soon. I believe in staying healthy, there are great benefits for keeping a healthy diet and eating from plants, it’s not really food, it’s all medicinal for each plant has different medicinal properties, nutrients, minerals, and vitamins.

I feel like I eat too much anyways, gluttony. I’m definitely not gaining weight though from eating but I just feel it. Thank you ka’chava and I look forward to what these enlightening and healthy bags of love has to offer down the road.

This stuff is absolutely amazing, it’s nutritious and it tastes good at the same time which is amazing. It is extremely easy to keep my macros balanced using this stuff which is amazing. I can’t eat meat anymore, it just does not appeal to me at all because the farming practices completely disgust me, so this stuff is amazing for helping me get all my protein in.

My favorite flavors so far are chocolate and matcha out of the 3 I’ve tried. This brings me to my next point in the title, this company really is amazing! The 3rd product was the coconut açaí, which I just didn’t like, it didn’t make me gag or anything, but I also didn’t like it.

So I contacted customer support, and was helped by Nel who was absolutely awesome and so helpful, I was so happy with how easy it was to exchange the product, and it got switched out for the chocolate.

Honestly the Matcha is good enough on it’s own for 5 stars, but it’s nice that this company has a line up that’s amazing so far. Even the coconut açaí which was my least favorite is better than a lot of protein powders I’ve had.

This is more than a protein powder too, which just makes it all the better. I am extremely broke right now and obese and struggling. For the past year every day I have felt sick and nauseous every morning, my diet was killing me.

I have been making massive changes, especially since march (100 lbs since march, over 140 total) and I am starting to feel so much better. A month ago I started weight training and without being able to eat meat I needed a good protein source that I could get down.

Discovering Ka’chava was great for me because I need to balance my macros as diet becomes food instead of enjoyment most of the time and as I said before this makes it easy. I have to say that I am hooked on Ka’chava now, with its balanced nutrition, excellent protein, and great taste it’s a no brainer.

I will probably increase how often I get it and will probably live of mostly Ka’chava for the next Couple months.

When it comes to flavor and nutrition Ka’Chava has the best flavor of any protein/meal/supplement shake that I have ever tried…. And there has been quite a few. One of the things I love is that they don’t use stevia … while stevia is natural I just don’t care for the flavor/aftertaste.

One of the great things about the vanilla flavor is that it is a blank canvas to create whatever flavor profile you wish or just have the vanilla plain. I love adding frozen bananas or frozen berries to this shake instead of or in addition to ice.

I have a Vitamix and this is perfect for the job and will actually result in a super thick shake that is so creamy and delicious. I also bought the chocolate flavor which is excellent as well and love to add dehydrated peanut butter and part of a frozen banana… super delicious summertime treat or meal.

I honestly think the biggest issue with this product is the cost. Unfortunately, Ka’chava ‘s price point does not allow for most individuals to be able to afford this product. I feel as though communities as whole are suffering or contending with food deserts (which will only get worse with global warming) and while this product would be such a wonderful addition to one’s diet it is not feasible for individuals on fixed incomes, and / or low income, or the “Average Joe” to be able to afford this product.

I would love to see Ka’chava make their products more affordable for individuals without compromising the quality of their products. I think in doing this more people will use their products which will make up for any loss in decreasing the cost.

I purchased two flavors of Garden of Life Organic Fit High Protein Weight Loss Bars: Cherry and Peanut Butter. I like the Chocolate Covered Cherry one a little better because the added ‘zip’ with the cherry flavor (although both are good).

This brand is not like eating many ‘candies’ type of bars, which is something I wanted and appreciated. I realize not everyone will like the less sweet bar, but this is one of the most enjoyable ones I’ve tasted.

In addition to it having only 1g of sugar and high protein, it has more fiber and ashwagandha, which are helpful as appetite suppressants (and uch more). One thing I REALLY like is that it isn’t as messy to eat when driving or on a plane: doesn’t crumble as easily and doesn’t ‘melt’ and became tack or sticky when handling.

Although they say this is gluten free, I noticed that this is manufactured in a plant that also processes wheat (dairy, peanuts and soy).

I am dealing with medication-induced diabetes, and these Organic Fit Protein bars make the perfect well balanced breakfast for me. They are low glycemic as well as high fiber and high protein. I love the Chocolate Fudge version, as well as the Chocolate Cherry bar, but the Chocolate Cherry ones appear to be out of stock, as are most other flavors.

I hope the Chocolate Fudge ones continue to be available. I have been generous with giving them out to other family members and friends and fear running out. I do not need to worry about weight, and the green coffee bean extract fortunately does not affect my blood pressure.

These are the best bars out there for me. I love the mild flavor, which has no adverse aftertaste.

these used to be tasty and really filling and a staple of my afternoon snacks because they are not only convenient but also seem to suppress hunger. I bought them by the case for several years. But recently they got “improved” and now they don’t taste nearly as good (cloyingly sweet), their texture is much drier and grainier (unpleasantly crunchy), and they have nearly 25% more calories (!!!!) but no more protein than before? Why???? I’m so sad.

These used to be the best bar out there, and now they’re just. meh. I no longer have these regularly but today I was hunting for a quick snack and opened up a box of what turned out to be the old kind, and they were just so much better than the current recipe that I felt compelled to comment.

The B vitamins tend to work like a symphony i. e. in a cooperative manner, in numerous biochemical pathways, and so a multi-B complex makes sense broadly speaking. I like Thorne Research products although they can be a bit pricey imo.

Be aware that many ‘multis’ may not have the bioactive forms of some of the B’s, (e. g. cyanocobalamin which is a cheap synthetic form of B12). But Thorne’s Basic B-complex has methylcobalamin (natural form), as well as the active form of B9 (folate) 5-MTHF, and P-5-P (the bioactive form of vitamin B6).

My wife and I have used this B-complex for some time and so far it’s one of our favourite multi-Bs. Check with your doctor however as some people need a different balance of Bs. Remember that you need ALL the vitamins including C, E, D, etc (hence the name ‘vitamins’) — our bodies cannot manufacture these so they must be derived from a balanced diet and possibly with supplemental support.

I tried the regular Cliff Bars as a quick, somewhat healthy, snack while I’m running errands and forget to eat. They are a quick fix, and keep hunger at bay for an hour+. However, they are way too sweet.

21 g of sugar compared to 6 g in a Hershey Bar. I tried the Builder’s Protein Bars. I liked them better because they taste less sweet, but they still have 17 g of sugar. A lot of the reviewers for the Builders commented negatively on the sweetness.

Maybe you can offer versions that have less sugar for those of us who don’t want something sweeter than a candy bar. Or, you target the regular Cliff bars for the average consumer who doesn’t mind the sweetness.

Then, target the Builders Bars for people who don’t want all the extra sugar.
