20 Best Cheap Prom Dresses (2022 Updated)

I ordered this dress in dark green, size 26. I am a bridesmaid and I cannot be more pleased with this purchase!! I read reviews of different dresses on this site and took a chance. Best decision ever!! It fits perfectly!! No alterations need.

This particular dress fit me true to size. Everything about it is perfect. Shipping was fast and color is beautiful. I will for sure be ordering from Ever Pretty again in the future. I told all the other bridesmaids about this site and they are all picking out their dresses!.

My wife selected the white version of this beautiful dress after reviewing the many styles of wedding-like dresses offered by Ever-Pretty. She first took her own measurements and compared them against those shown on the sizing chart in choosing the correct size.

It fits wonderfully well. The 3/4 lace sleeves have “stretch” to them so they are not binding. The dress is a little long for her 5’6″ frame so she took it to a tailor to raise the hem. She and I are both very pleased with this dress for our upcoming 50th Anniversary celebration!.

Does not fit a tad to small and to long. Love the dress received it very fast in 3 days wow! Customer service is fabulous quick respond. Sorry I have to return it. I am a breast cancer patient and have a problems with dresses cut to low, plus my arms look terrible and need to cover them.

This seemed like the perfect dress. But is snug around the chest area makes me look pregnant. So disappointed this won’t work!.

I custom ordered the dress and got it in dark green instead of blue, so, basically, I made it as inconvenient as possible, but not intentionally, of course! Despite this, I still got my dress a week earlier than I expected it to arrive! I was seriously so impressed with the overall quality of the dress.

\nThe straps were a little too long, but that was my own fault because I measured myself to be too long, but I just sewed them to make them shorter, and the dress fit perfectly! I was a little weary of ordering online, but the dress is so amazing and perfect that I can’t believe I was worried! It was worth every penny, it fit perfectly, the color and detail was impeccable, and I am finding excuses to wear it again because I love it so much! Seriously, please buy this dress if you’re even considering it.

I was very skeptical to order a prom dress online but I sent them my measurements and everything came in perfectly! It looks just like the picture, it’s the right color and exact measurements I ordered.

I ordered it extremely last minute, contacted the lady about it(who is so nice btw!) and it came in a little over a week after I ordered it, I didn’t have to pay a rush fee! It was shipped in a big bag and folded inside out.

When I flipped it the right way out, you cant see any wrinkles. It fits perfectly in my hips and waist. The only thing is I think they use a universal cup size and I am an A cup and Im pretty sure the bra inside the dress is a C.

You can’t tell, it doesn’t sag or anything, my boobs just didnt fill it up. I would be very careful about the bust size bc with the beading it’d be hard to alter.

I am absolutely in love with this dress. Beautiful color, beading, etc. It is an absolute dream come true. Even got to me two weeks earlier than expected!\n\nHowever, I sent in my measurements (taken by a tailor) and the dress is too short (definitely not long enough to wear heels in) and the top (along the armpit/breast area) is too wide, leaving an ugly gap that is very obvious.

Just disappointed that the dress doesn’t fit as nicely as it should. \n\nOtherwise, a beautiful and well made dress, but I still need alterations, which is bothersome.

My wife loved this dress. This is a comfy party dress and for this price is really a steal deal. I was not expecting it to be so good. My wife tried them and it is super soft and comfy. My 2 cents below: Pros: – Super stretchable and soft fabric material – Very comfy on wearing it – The design looks very classy – Multiple color options are available – Fits very well.

Accurate to size chart – Machine washable – Very reasonably priced Cons: – Silky fabric material hence the tie loosens always – Slit is very wide so the tall person should take care.

Beautiful dress just not sure about the fit. I always read reviews and it seemed like most people sized down. I’m normally between small and medium and I purchased the small but I think a medium would have been better.

It has a bit of stretch but the top part feels constricted and the sleeve is tight. Not sure I’ll return and repurchase a medium. it does have a side zipper.

Okay!!! This dress is show stopper!! Lots of people were asking me where I got it from. Was contemplating between the silver and the black, so happy I got the black. Might still get the silver in another design.

Interesting because the sequins are not actually silver, they are like a pastel rainbow color. But from far away, the dress does in fact look silver. I kind of like it, because the unique color pattern give it dimension.

I purchased this dress for my daughter to wear in our local county fair pageant. It was nearly perfect! She is a rather ***** young lady and while she would normally wear a 16 by all other measurements, we ordered the 18 to accommodate.

In the end we did have to do some very minor alterations in the shoulders to adjust but it came out beautifully. The glitter is in the fabric, not sprayed on top so it stayed put perfectly with no trail left behind.

As my daughter put it, the sparkles were the perfect amount pizzazz without being too overpowering/glitzy. The length was perfect once she combined the dress with her 2″ heels.

I chose 2 dresses this one & a shorter style. I chose size 14 but usually closer to the size 12 end not 16, comfortable but snug, whereas my shorter dress more size 12, so same sizing differs. I’m 5’10 & find these ribbon bands are just under bust rather than high waist.

Zips are cheap not sturdy so if you think you may be ‘snug’ in your usual size go up. Certainly value for money they’re cheap. Arrive in cheap plastic bag not hung so very wrinkled but soft material so will fall out, lovely colour blue.

I love this dress! I feel like a princess in it. I purchased the navy blue in a size 18. I usually wear a size 16 in long dresses but followed their measurement chart and it’s pretty close. Per the measurement chart, I was to order a size 20 but thought it would be too large so ordered one size down to 18 and that was the perfect size.

I am 5-ft 5 in tall so it’s a bit too long even with heels so make note of that when purchasing. Overall, it’s really pretty and the navy blue is slimming.

This dress was perfect for being on football homecoming court!! It was the perfect length, and I loved the square neckline. The strappy back was stunning, along with the color of the dress. Because of the sparkles and color, my dress easily stood out the most during our football game!! This is one of the best dresses I have ever had, and it shipped super quick.

The dress is lovely, we’re in Africa so it was shipped to the UK first and then privately shipped to us here. Fit and measurements are spot on, will just have to take off some of the length for our purpose.

The fabric, both lining and overlay have a stretch to it so it is quite forgiving. Love the iridescent quality of the fabric. Thank you for great service.

I got so many compliments on this dress!! It was super comfy and wore it all night dancing at a wedding. I’m normally an XS and the dress fit exactly. The material doesn’t have much stretch so careful if you’re bigger around the hips.

Bought this dress for my teen aged granddaughter. She looks great in it, perfect fit and very good quality.

Absolutely love the fabric, the dress feels heavy in a good way, feels like great quality. Also true to size. However you should not buy this dress if you plan on moving around, I could not move my arms like at all because of the off shoulder.

So cute, I can’t wait to wear this, also it has a bit of color in it so I was surprised that it wasn’t straight silver but really cute! Also I got a size Large and I usually wear a Medium in clothing but it also depends on your body type and I still have room in it.

I ordered a large cos Somtimes, with missord the length can be short I don’t know if it’s just me. So if you are a size small close to medium and 170in (height) you might want to do a large if you’re looking for this length.

Beautiful dress, good quality, but would need to be tailored for better fit. Shoulder strap long on me and falls off shoulder, would have to be lifted (easy to tailor). Also, there is a silicone piece inside the top of dress that I’m guessing serves to keep dress up (kind of like lining in some strapless bras), this kept flipping inside out bc not right enough in chest (I’m 34DD at Victoria secret).

This could also be tailored. Great quality for price. I’m 5’2”.

Bought for a friend: This dress actually exceeded my expectations. The material is thick yet has enough stretch to fit comfortably. It’s definitely not thin and the dress itself is a lighter color blue than the picture.

It can be worn for any occasion this was worn to a birthday dinner in the picture.
