20 Best Cheap Wine Glasses (2022 Updated)

The glasses I received were not as pictured, in my opinion. The blue stems are dark navy, almost black, rather than cobalt blue as described and pictured. I realize that computer monitors very in how colors are displayed but the product is described as cobalt.

They are a somewhat thick, restaurant quality glasses, rather than a thin, elegant glass. They are seven inches high. I placed my order on Aug. 18 and did not receive them until Aug. 30, after contacting the seller.

The product itself is great! Shipping took a little bit longer than expected but mail is going slower. Bought as a gift and my friend loves them! Would recommend getting these and buying from company again.

Based on the reviews, I ordered a set of the red stem wine glasses to give as a Christmas present. They arrived on time & were well packaged. However, I was very disappointed with the quality of the stems.

The red at the top of the stem is very uneven. I am not sure how the glasses are manufactured but the finished product is very poor quality. It appears the red could easily peel off. There also are flecks of red on the clear glass.

The glasses I received do not resemble the picture on Houzz’s website. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product.

Nice wine glasses. They are thin but make that distintive “clink” when using. You have to be extra careful when washing to avoid breakage.

My husband loved these wine glasses as I gave them to him for Christmas. He wanted a stemmed wine glass that was simple yet elegant that you could actually wash in the dish washer. These were perfect and fit all the bill completely.

These are very nice plastic wine glasses for picnics and such. I thought they were going to be glass and was disappointed. Will be keeping for use at picnics and tailgates. Look like they will last a few washings.

very clear. Shatterproof is somewhat deceptive. maybe somewhere in the description it should confess that they are plastic. It would be an excellent value if it was glass.

Not as pure clear as glass, but the Govino is easy to grip, feels comfortable in your hand and doesn’t alter the taste. Won’t shatter if you get careless, great certainly for outside pools, throw them in a go-bag, etc.

Very happy with the product for indoors as well. Ironically, these can cost as much as glass, but still a good deal for their purpose.

My glasses arrived without a box, and without any instructions whatsoever. My partner put them in the dishwasher after their first use and they are now ruined. I am not happy at all.

I purchased these for my wife. She likes to do monthly themes when setting our dining table, and she chose pink flamingos for this June, but did not have any pink wine stemware. After shopping on line for a while, I found these and boy, are they pink! She was ecstatic over them.

I did not give a five because I could not ascertain whether they are dishwasher safe. Due to the delicate nature of the glass ant possibility that the lovely pink finish is not dishwasher safe, we will hand wash as we do for our fine crystal stems.

The wine glass was great, but the engraving was not. I arrived to pick up my order to find out only one wine glass had been engraved instead of the two I ordered. I had to wait for an hour to get the other glass engraved.

I went back to pick it up only to find out the engraving had not started. After another hour, my second wine glass was ready, but did not match the first one. I had to ask to have the glasses engraving match.

Another glass was engraved, but the font was made so big, the engraving lines were not consistent in thickness. Yet another glass had to be made to correctly match the first glass. This entire process took 4 hours, when it should have already been done.

I have used this location for years and I normally do not have any problems. However the employees are new and lack experience. My last several items I ordered to be engraved were not as nice as previous years work.

I purchase hundreds of these glasses every year for use in wine courses. The last cases we have used are noticeably more flawed. There are always some glasses with bubbles, bumps or sharp spots on the rim, but this time, we saw a larger proportion with problems.

I am not sure if this was bad luck, & I will try once more before finding a different manufacturer, but this was a disappointment.

I love these wine glasses!! They are the right size and they don’t break easily. Also the price is great. The only thing I have a problem with, is Walmart used to send emails, when you submit an order.

I love these even more than I thought I would. They are modern and beautiful. We’ve had them for over a year and have used them frequently. I once knocked one off of our bar area, it crashed to our wood floor, and survived unscathed— that sealed my love for these glasses.

These are stunning. I purchased them for my mother as a birthday gift. They have a nice weight to them and are not too opaque – just perfect.

These were a birthday gift for my daughter-in-law. She loves the shape of these glasses. They arrived when expected and not broken. My only negative is that they are a bit heavier than the ones I have but for her, this is great since she has little ones so a bit more sturdy is a good thing.

Great quality! Packed so well I was worried about shipping and it breaking but it was perfect! Very very pleased with my order!!!

Firstly I ordered and expected red stemmed glasses, as per the picture on the web site, but received ones with white stems. Upon first use with red wine, a small drop spilled on each stem and left a yellow stain that won’t wash off.

I think we may use these again but likely to be considering taking proper glass or disposables on our next picnic.

These wine glasses are practical, sturdy and resilient. They assemble really easily and take up little picnic bag space. Most importantly, they are reusable, so much better for the planet than fragile disposables.

I would definitely recommend them.

Good service but website is not clear how many sets of wooden cutlery you get in pack, it’s misleading. Not enough sets arrive and what I had was very very expensive for what it is. Otherwise not too bad, just pricey.

These glasses I noticed has issue with the attachable stem. The glass itself looks nice but most of the bottoms do not stay attached, I had an even worse problem with the 11 oz Margarita glasses, NOT even 1 of the stem bottoms would stay attached.

they are a good size glass. not easy to find as they say they are not a legal size. quite a few people were impressed with size. hopefully you will sell some more as i have let them know where to find them.

I use this product to have my wine at night. I like them a lot, but I do find them a bit thin and I am afraid they will break easily. I used them this week for the first time. You pour a lot of wine in to make the glass look partially full as the glass is so large, but the wine companies will like that, and I guess it is no bigger than some of my other stemless wine glasses.

Like the M for Miami and the class date on them. I take ownership, and I bought 2 sets by mistake. Me good!.

Good sized, high quality glasses. The logo looked great. My only complaint was that I wanted more characters for personalization. They were a graduation gift and I wanted to add Class of 2021 but it only allows for 13 characters/spaces so I had to settle on just adding 2021.

The Mizzou wine glasses are exceptional. I had GREAT customer service over the phone after having trouble with my computer. I purchased the same wine glasses years ago with the Tiger head for my son and I broke them! He likes the MU logo better.

We were in search of the perfect favor for a ladies’ golf tournament with the theme of “Golden Girls”. I took a chance in ordering these 9 oz glasses and had them personalized with a “fireworks” logo and the words “GOLDEN GIRL” in gold metallic.

Initially I was skeptical because I could not resize the picture or text. But I went ahead and waited breathlessly for the glasses to arrive. I was so pleased when I opened the first box that I immediately called my fellow committee members to come and look! They are lovely, and the 9 oz size feels perfect in a woman’s hand.

The text and picture work beautifully on the glass size. We received 75 very timely, within 2 weeks, with NO BREAKAGE. They came lovingly packed. If I could rate them 10 stars I would! I anticipate the smiles of pleasure on our ladies’ faces when these are received.

I ordered these beautiful party favors for my upcoming baby showers and I couldn’t been more happy. The glasses look even better on person compare to the picture! When I placed my order, it said estimated delivery date 6/5- I put in the comments that my baby shower was 6/12 and needed this before.

They received my shipment the last week of May and I couldn’t be any more happier! It was very securely wrapped and boxed. However 4 cups did arrive broken. I believe it’s because it was not handles as “fragile “ during the shipping process like they should.

We got these stemless wine glasses personalized for our cruise wedding. They arrived faster than I expected and they looked great! Also none of them were in any way damaged or had any flaws. Really nice quality and the little pictures made a nice touch because we chose a little cruise ship.

Just what I was looking for. These glasses are very nice. A large glass with a nice ring. They were ordered online and came in a short time in perfect condition.

These glasses were a present for a good friend of mine to replace her cruddy plastic wine glasses. Well I think these took her up several levels! She loved them! They are a very elegant shape that cant really be appreciated by the pictures shown.

They exude Italian style and class! They are very sturdy and have some weight to them, however the glass is not clunky in any of its dimensions. This gift not only impressed that day – it has kept impressing anyone who drinks out of them.

I use no other glass than these when I visit my friend. They make you feel as though the contents of the glass are better because of the style.

These are sturdy glasses, actually intended for restaurants — which it said on the box but not in the seller’s/Walmart’s description of them. In that regard, I supposed they’ll hold up pretty well. They’re actually too sturdy, in that at the top, the glass is too thick for my tastes, so they’re not as elegant as the picture(s) make them look.

For what you’re getting they also should have been priced even more cheaply. I bought these because I look decent, are a good size, and are shaped well, but I never did find the kind of glasses I really wanted.

these are beautiful! I love my big wine glasses. so beautifully shaped, and to be perfectly honest I can fit more than my 5 oz. which is good for me while still taking in beautiful notes of scents.

I own a brewery/bottle shop in the middle of a business district in North Carolina. We were having trouble with folks taking our wine selection seriously, even though we had great wines available by the glass.

In our area, it is important to please wine drinkers, so we decided to up our glassware game at the same time as we increased our wine variety. It has made all the difference! Wine sales are up, and, more importantly, the 1 wine drinker in every beer crowd isn’t trying to convince their whole office to go somewhere else where they’ll feel that they will get a better glass of wine.

These are definitely more fragile than any other glass we have ever used. Our biggest problem is with the stems easily snapping if we knock the bottom of the glass sideways. We are a medium volume place, and we probably break about 1.

5 glasses per week. I think these glasses easily make up for that cost in both sales and perception of our venue. We have found that this size of glass works great as an all-purpose glass. We serve white, rose, and red all in the same glasses.

The only issue with the size is that you really have to pour a 7 oz glass for it to look like the right amount of wine. That hits the glass right about its widest point. We honestly usually go slightly above that line, so our pours are pretty big.

If you’re concerned about that, I’d recommend one size smaller.

I love love LOVE these wine glasses! These are gorgeous! The shape is beautiful !!it is so elegant and classic but they look like they cost so much more than they do! I know other stores have some that look just like these for double the price! These are lightweight and I have put them in the dishwasher they have lasted me about six months with frequent use and I have not had any chips or breaks yet ! I have people comment on them all the time ! I love the size and they are so perfect for fancy or any casual occasion!.

Really good glasses. Clear, heavy, well-made. Holds about an ounce more than my last set of 24 oz. glasses. This and some other glassware from this brand provided multiple sizes. I even use them with our children.

Broad base does two things – exposes hearty complex Red Wines to more air than a traditional glass. – broad base means it doesn’t tip over easily. Traditional stemmed glasses are for traditional seated dinners with table cloths and servers.

Our dinners with friends tend to be much more casual – moving to and from the table to outside areas. Wine glass for the modern era!.

Love that these have a flat base and are far less likely to fall over. They are extremely fine and elegant though, do not let the base fool you.

These are the best stemless wine glasses I have come across. Easily go in dishwasher. I plan to give some as gifts.

These glasses were very disappointing, especially for the price point. For the cost of the glassware, I expected a decent quality glass. These looked cheap at best, the seam is glaringly obvious and would be something I’d expect to find at a $1 price range not for over $5/glass.

For the same price I could have gone to Crate & Barrel and gotten decent glassware. The only redeeming aspect of this purchase, was their customer service refunded me promptly and didn’t require that I send the glasses back.

And while I don’t have any desire to keep these as my permanent glassware, its nice to have a stand in while I Iook for something else. The customer service is on point, the glasses are not.

I bought these during the Way Day sale as a treat to myself. Just moved into a new home and am hoping to do a lot more entertaining, so I thought they’d be perfect. They’re larger/wider than I expected.

Not a bad thing, but I have small hands, so if I had held them in a store, not sure if I would have purchased them. They do have a visible seam, but it doesn’t bother me. The hammered look makes for a nice wine glass and classes up other beverages, too, so I will be keeping them with no regrets.

I was looking forward to these glasses because the photos looked beautiful. When these arrived, I was disappointed because they looked so cheap. Like they looked like something you’d get at a dollar store.

Also they were pretty big, my hand didn’t really feel stable when I grabbed the glass. The picture of the sunlight shining through was what got me, but in reality, it felt cheap.

These are really hefty, good-sized glasses. I love the colors with the exception of the orange glass which ended up with a solid orange coloration rather than a traslucent coloration. This is my only complaint, which doesn’t detract from the glass’s usefulness.
