There is something so comforting about opening up a can of Campbell’s and enjoying the soup you have eaten since childhood. My Gramma always combined one can of tomato soup and one can of vegetable soup (with one can of water and one can of milk) and called it “Special Alphabet Soup” and my sister and I were crazy about it.

We really thought it was a top-secret-special recipe that only our Gramma Nita knew! My twin sister and I would sit at our tiny, chunky plastic Fisher-Price table and chairs and our Gramma would pretend we were at a diner and come over to take our order.

She would pretend to smack her gum while impatiently tapping her foot and hold a pencil and a little notepad waiting and ready to take our “order”. Of course, we always ordered our “Special Alphabet Soup” but she played along every time and we loved it.

As I got older she didn’t play “Diner” as much anymore but she was still always there and ready for a chat and to make me some of my favourite alphabet soup. From staying home from school sick or after an argument with my best friend or even after my first big break up from my first boyfriend, Gramma Nita was always there for me and so was her alphabet soup.

I know it sounds cheesy and silly but it was such a fond memory of my childhood and became like a security blanket I could always come back to. I know the thing that really comforted me was my Gramma and the soup was just an expression of her love but it always has been and always will be so special to me.

My Gramma Nita passed away a couple years ago and needless to say it has been one of the hardest things I have ever gone through. I still miss her so much every day but I can always find comfort and remember her with joy and love with the simple act of making a bowl of Special Alphabet Soup.

This on the go bowl of soup has just the right amount of veggies and the perfect amount of beef to go with each bite! Just how I like my vegetable beef soup. I never thought that anyone making vegetable soup could ever figure out how to individualized servings to have this effect.

Finally!!! Campbell’s. You have shown up and shown out! Ladies and gentlemen. If you haven’t tried this soup yet, my suggestion is: Give it a try! It is well worth it, for sure! Also, the travel size portion is great for on the go, or just for a snack while u are at home!!! Next time you go to the grocery- grab one and let your taste buds do the talking!!.

I love this have eaten it every time I’ve had a tooth pulled over the yrs growing up it’s prolly my favorite soup as far as the cream of type soups. It’s so good creamy with tons of flavor chunks of potato but soft enough that I could eat it even when I had a tooth pulled.

It was def my go-to for that every time, 1st one I’d always grab. Love it!!! I’m sure there’s tons of ways to use it besides just as a soup just like all the cream of soups they always make recipes that are so good seem like it was experienced person who had been cooking for long time even if it’s not could be the first time the made anything.

I love to use these when I’m cooking supper or for a special event. It helps make it easier at the same time.

I LOVE having these at college! They are such an easy snack, lunch, or dinner! You just have to have a microwave in order to prepare them! I always buy these over they plain velvets though because I love the way the noodles cook to a different texture in these!.

These are awesome! I always have them on hand for myself and my daughter because we both love Mac and cheese. This is excellent for when the craving hits and I want it quickly. Tastes exactly like stovetop in way less time and with much less effort.

Little salt and pepper. voila.

If you love macaroni as much as I do, you need to try Kraft Velveeta Rotini Cheese Broccoli. They come in personal size bowls so it is a easy snack. This brand has creamy cheese compared to others that use the powered kind.

I usually add a little salt pepper and my meal is complete.

What drew me to add this to the cart was how good the rotini looked. Apparently, you get shells instead (listed in photos but not name). I think I would have liked the rotini better, but shells are okay.

What’s weird is the freeze-dried broccoli is very sweet? It’s less noticeable with the salty cheese but it tastes kind of odd. I’d only choose this over Kraft if I was short on butter and milk because something about it is lacking.

After bringing home from the store, I noticed that there were no microwave instructions. I do not have an oven, so I had to estimate how long to cook in microwave. I guessed three and a half minutes (about the same cool time as Easy Mac).

After removing from the microwave, I left a lot of water inside my bowl because I do not have a strainer. I threw the meal away halfway through because the noodles were crunchy and the cheese was watery.

I still gave it two stars though because it might have tasted better if I followed instructions.

Love me some Mac and cheese and Velveeta rotini with broccoli is my fix! Creamy texture, delicious taste, and lots of broccoli make this an excellent side dish or as a stand alone snack. It comes in an easy to prepare package.

All you have to do is boil the pasta and cut open the cheese pack and mix for some gooey deliciousness. i highly recommend this oven the bargain brands because of its flavor. I have tried comparable products just to return to my Velveeta.

I highly recommend this for all the cheese lovers out thete.

Prima Ware

I saw this and thought perfect for supper especially when it’s bitter cold. I bought 2 of them. One for my family and one for my daughter and her family. My family of 3 had ours last night and it was sooo good.

Simple, quick and no worries. It has an amazing hash brown potato consistency, a wonderful smooth cheese flavor with a hit of onion. Now my daughter has a total of 6 in her family so she would need at least 2 of these to feed all of them.

So now my family gets to have the other one another night. Good price, unique product and excellent taste. Definitely I plan to buy more. We still have a lot of winter left.

I ordered several of these last year and really enjoyed them. Tried to order more several times but the order was always canceled due to lack of stock. When they came back this year, I ordered six — don’t want to run out for awhile.

All of the soups I’ve ordered from LTD have been great, but this is the absolute best!.

I was thrilled to see that sticker on the soup bags! Also the photo is deceiving. These are big bags of dried soup mix. I am going to put them in each person’s Christmas stocking So we haven’t tried them yet.

But they smell great!.

Back when I was a kid about 35 years ago, campbells mushroom soup with milk was actually very yummy. It was definitely less goopy (though it came out the shape of the can), had a ton more mushrooms, took a while to liquify into soup, and had a very deep mushroom flavor.

Add a bit of fresh rice and it was a wonderful meal I looked forward to after school. Now 35 years later I’ve tried three versions, original, healthy request and this one. I believe with whole milk the fat free one is the closest to the original taste as I could get but the mushroom flavor is really muted, not as rich and even with whole milk the base is completely watered down.

Still, it will have to do as nearly everyone uses it for casseroles these days and they want a mushroom free version. (don’t listen to them, there’s already no chunks of mushrooms anymore!) I think Campbells should create casserole only condensed “soups” with no mushroom chunks and cater it completely for casserole use only.

Then they should create bonafide shroom heavy condensed soups which load up on shrooms, flavor and richness. I would be happy to pay more for a premium version of my childhood memories and I think it would appease the casserole people happier.

In my (almost) 41 years of existence, I’ve never been a huge fan of Campbell’s soups because I always thought of them as plain, generic, and watered down. But I have to say that this Vegetable soup with beef stock from Campbell’s surpasses my expectations in more ways than one.

Not only is it tasty and hearty, but I love the tender vegetables and the fun ABC pasta in it. And you can jazz it up with anything. I like to add a splash of liquid stock concentrate (beef, vegetable, or even both), Tabasco sauce, cracked pepper, chopped parsley, and even a drop of cream to make it even tastier and richer.

And sometimes, I even add crumbled hamburger, or shredded beef to it. It’s a very versatile soup to have. I’m at a point in my life where I enjoy soups and stews because of the comfort they give. And when there’s a cold, rainy, or snowy day, this is my go-to can of soup to crack open.

I have dozens of cans of this soup stocked in my pantry for those cold days. And this soup is great with grilled cheese sandwiches or Cheez-It crackers or even Goldfish crackers. I love this soup!.

I bought a case of this Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup in 2016. It took me over a year to use it up. Why? Have been on a no salt/low sodium diet for 13 years. Usually I make all of our soups from scratch to avoid all the sodium.

Was excited to see my childhood favorite of cream of mushroom, offered as low sodium. Ordered a case. First can out of the box I took to work. Waited all morning. YUCK! No amount of pepper, cayenne or Also Salt (now called My Salt) can save this nasty soup.

It was so gross. In fact, Campbell’s should use the Also Salt product like Heinz Ketchup. What a waste of money. I’ll stick to Health Valley Organic No Salt Added soups or make my own. I ended up only being able to use it up by making casserole with it and adding a lot of no salt seasoning, fresh onion and garlic, whole cream and no salt butter.

Their version of low sodium tomato is much better. Why doesn’t most everyone partner up with My Salt?.

This is the best tasting powder mix soup!! Not salty at all! I usually add more cooked broccoli to it! My husband and I love this soup!!

This is a thick, flavorful soup. It makes 8 servings with suggested milk and water and is ready in 15 minutes.

Definitely not the best soup. Did not taste good, but was easy to cook. Do not recommend.

I bought this product based on my experience with the wonderful spinach bake. I was not disappointed. The broccoli was nice and soft. (If I wanted crunchy broccoli I would not buy a frozen, precooked product.

) The sauce was creamy. After removing the cover I noticed that the product had shifted so I redistributed it part way through cooking. It doesn’t look like mama’s homemade bake, but it tastes really good.

I will buy it again and I will try other associated products.

I seem to be in the minority based on other reviews but I did not enjoy this. For one, all the bread crumbs always seem to be piled up on one side of container when I take it out of the freezer. Being that the product is called “bake” it is supposed to have a crispy crust, I opted to bake it rather than microwave it, thinking that would give me the best results.

It takes 55 minutes to bake which is the opposite of a quick frozen vegetable option. The flavor was also subpar for a cheddar broccoli item. I’ll stick with the broccoli cheese in a bag or just go with a fresh option.

I purchased this product thinking wow this sounds d great…it wasn’t. The broccoli was soft and mushier than anyone would like and the bread crumbs were just as soft but in glue like clumps. I will never buy this again, it was awful and pricey too.

First, the good: there was a lot of cheese sauce. Now the bad: …probably to hide the product. This was MOSTLY just pieces and chunks of broccoli stems, with hardly any florets! I should have taken a photo, but now I don’t want to buy another one just for a pic.

Also, I compared this side by side to the standard GG Broccoli with Cheese Sauce and couldn’t taste a difference, so I’m not sure what makes this “zesty. ” Overall, VERY disappointing. Birds-Eye is much better.

Again, another non-delivery. If my grandmother wasn’t ill I honestly wouldn’t even bother. Very disappointed. I know a lot of my review is fueled with anger and hunger but I’m always going to be honest and blunt.

I take care of my ill grandmother and the first couple of times I didn’t get my food, I chucked it up as my loss and didn’t push the issue any further but enough is enough. If this has happened to me 3 times I’m certain its happening to many others.

The perfect quick, lazy meal side dish and cures the hankering for a savory side with low calories. The gooey cheesiness sauce was tasty on the broccoli. The broccoli was steamed perfectly for bagged vegetables and wasn’t stalky.

There was an layer of cheesy goodness, so each piece was coated. The side dish has low calories which means little to no guilt.

This is a great dish or side dish. Cheddar makes everything better. as it does with this broccoli and rice dish. Flavorful, hearty, and easy to make. This is a no-brainer in my house. Great addition to the meal planning rotation.

I already love cheese sauce on broccoli so the addition of rice was a genius idea. This is definitely a single serve portion, so don’t expect to share. I wish there was more. Easy to prep and yum!

I really love the combination of cheese, rice and broccoli and now that it’s so easy to make in just a few minutes, I’ll be making it much more often. This dish is really flavorful and I’ve even enjoyed it as a main dish.

Some might want to add a pinch of salt, but it was just fine for me!.

I purchased 6 of these thinking hey I love broccoli and cheese, these would be simpler to cook than the bag. Boy was I wrong. I followed the instructions to the T and still ended up burning my fingers trying to open the package that said grab here to open.

I was so frustrated about the fact. I prefer the bag than this. They made this so much harder than it had to be.

I will first say, I like most vegetables. Broccoli and cheese are great. The tenderness of the broccoli is good. Not over cooked and the cheese sauce tastes great. Just enough cheese to taste without hiding the taste of the broccoli.

These are quick and convenient packages. I sometimes eat it as my meal, if I’m not very hungry.

I think this watch had been nice. It’s def waterproof as i forgot to take it off during a shower and i wear it while washing dishes. No problems with it at all. It has a lot of face options too. Pretty good for an affordable smart watch to do various things like check BP and alarm.

This is one of my favorite frozen Mac and cheese dishes. It is super easy to make, reasonable price and the flavor is so good! It’s super creamy and has a rich cheese taste. The only thing I don’t like, is that the sodium content is ridiculously high.

If you have high blood pressure, I do not recommend, otherwise, I highly recommend this as a once in a while dish.
