20 Best Chewable Women’S Multivitamin (2022 Updated)

I was researching this vitamin after purchasing and consuming them. Not sure why potassium iodide is in these vitamins as I’ve read that only after being exposed to high levels of radiation should you consume.

I used to take these a while back and was upset that the premium vitamins of the same name, the dosage was 3 gummies. Im wondering if the premium ones had such high doses of potassium iodide? Anyway, the Women’s one a day fruit bites only has a small amount of potassium iodide.

I think I’ll go back to taking them or try another with no potassium iodide. I felt like I was itching and felt energy which was good but also nervous energy which isn’t good. Also, my teeth/gums felt very sensitive on the Alive Gummies.

But instead I did quite the opposite, I was a maid at the time at a retirement facility after literally just losing my baby girl of 4 years old.

I would be on my hands and knees scrubbing these floors but I’d wear my hair up in a neat high ballet bun to protect my hair from damage. I did my hair like that everyday without applying heat for 3 months.

One day, I wanted to straighten my hair as I hadn’t done it for 3 months and my hair literally straightened like butter and the shine was so insanely reflective I couldn’t get over it. I then took a look at my nails (yeah I’d file and clip but never really looked at them) and they looked brand new.

I have been taking these for over 2yrs now and I love the results. I buy them in bulk and I never miss a dose, these gummies taste so so good their soft. I don’t care for the gummy vitamins that are hard n gummy these are so soft and easy to chew and swallow.

Others I’ve tried were harder and needed broken down to small pieces before swallowing. I have gotten my sister and bff to start taking these too. And because they are easy to eat we never miss out dose.

I also take other vitamins but these are my favorite. I have very long hair, its thick, soft, shiny. My nails used to be so soft you could bend them when pressure was applied and they used to split at the tips, none of that happens anymore.

I like the price point and that Vitafusion multivitamin gummies digest without a pill form and are formulated without iron and without iodine since I’m allergic to Iodine that’s not found in food or large amounts.

Iron is something I believe people can get from their diet. I’ve had bleeding issues and diverted anemia or low iron levels via nutrient dense foods rich in iron on a budget. I don’t like that these gummies not only have sugar, but added sugar as well.

I detoxed off sugar all together and then find that I’m adding additional sugar in the form of high fructose corn syrup every morning when I’m trying to do something positive for my health. I had to go off sugar bc it was making me so sick.

I don’t condone people eliminating entire food groups unless they are for health reasons. Sugar is addictive and detoxing off will cause withdrawals. I will be posting a video on things that can help if anyone is in the same boat or wants to go off sugar.

I still eat fruit, but am cognizant about sugar levels. For example, berries are low in sugar but pack a lot of nutrients! Interestingly yams have a lot of sugar, but that sugar is not digested into fat unless it’s deep fried in oil or something like that, but I find sweet potatoes delicious as they are and they can even be used as toast! Yummy! So I also noticed that these Vitafusion Multivitamin gummies do not have 100% of the daily value of vitamin C nor do they provide any zinc, selenium or Magnesium.

They also do not provide any stress relieving vitamins or a B complex, but it’s nice they claim to have high B-12 levels. I just worry that such a low price point, hydrogenated oils, and high fructose corn syrup are not making for a healthy multivitamin.

Is this better than nothing? I will do a check to verify from a credible source that tests all vitamins. They are an investment for your health and there are programs out there connected to your health insurance in the U.

S. that provide assistance paying for vitamins needed. If you live elsewhere, tell me where so I can look up if there r programs like that. I have yet to find one, but my insurance does offer it I’ve bee told.

It just needs kind assertiveness, knowing I’m grateful for any healthcare still. Advocating for your health can be done in a kind manner while still being grateful! It must done to ensure your health is getting better sometimes.

So, is this product better than saving $ for one that works??? Hmmm I know Vitamin Shoppe has high-quality ones, but the consumer testing website that actually tests vitamins’ efficacy will be of great help.

bc I don’t want a placebo. I want a multivitamin and a few supplements my body requires since it doesn’t get those from food. for health!! That’s important to me especially now for personal reasons.

When I mentioned to a friend how I was really bad at taking my vitamins, she suggested looking for gummi vitamins. And, lo and behold, there IS such a product and this is it! I found that my vitamin consumption is up to about 100% with these vitamins.

Aside from being tasty, they are also easy to grab on the run as I don’t have to take them with water. Plus, I really hate the huge ‘horse pill’ size that most multivitamins come in. Now, I suspect that these don’t actually cover as much of the different vitamins and minerals I’m supposed to be getting as compared to those horse pills, but I looked at what they cover and it seems good enough for me.

I’ve tried both the women’s brand of vitamin from this company and this general brand, and found both to be very good. The tastes are a bit different and I actually slightly prefer the women’s brand, it seems a bit frutier to me, but this one is good too.

I also felt like the vitamin bites were a bit ‘fresher’ when I bought this brand, they seemed very gummy still even after a month or two of taking them, but that might be a factor of the particular batch I got.

Anyway, given that I was worried they’d go quickly stale based on the size of the bottle, what with me only taking two a day, I’m pleased to see that after a couple of months they still seem just as fresh.

I absolutely love these vitafusion multivites that I bought. They are soft gummies that taste so delicious. I don’t know if they really do anything for you or not but I don’t take vitamins and I’m 66 and I thought these vitamins have to do something good for me.

I look forward to having two in the evening before I go to bed because I totally love the taste. You have to be really careful when you buy vitamins because I remember not long ago I bought CVS vitamins and on the front of the bottle it looked like they were vegan but when you turned the bottle around and read the ingredients on the back, they actually had pig in them! I’ve never heard of any gummy vitamins having pig.

I wrote to the company but CVS totally ignored me. I don’t eat meat and I have not eaten meat for about 45 years. I especially would never eat pork. I was pretty upset when I read that because I felt like I was tricked.

With these I completely love them. I highly recommend them and I don’t see any pig in the ingredients.

Despite the hype, olly is only decent. I’ve found tons of multivitamins that are far more health and effective but they aren’t as marketable and not in every store you go. Marketing is 10/10 for olly but there are much better brands, including ones without pig Gelatin.

I’ve seen so many friends of mine struggle with health issues especially with hair loss among other symptoms of vitamin deficiency. Although this brand has an aesthetic to make it easily recognizable and a good go-to supplement, I have not once see it make any discernable improvements to the wellness of those I know who have taken it.

I also want to note that even if one doesn’t have a vitamin deficiency in their blood work, that doesn’t mean they are absorbing their vitamins properly and receiving the ones they particularly need most.

I think olly is basic. I even had my friend ask to come with me to the market so I can judge her vitamin choices and she handed me all types of random brands for women that were marketed well but told a different story on the back of the label.

All i’m saying is, I advise you to remember that you can go ahead and judge books by their covers but I wouldn’t get used to doing it with anything for your health.

I love the texture and taste of these gummies, with the Blissful Berry flavor it is hard to detect a vitamin taste. I went from taking no multivitamins for several months to taking the serving size of two gummies daily, and a plus is no food or water is necessary with them.

Anyway I’ve been taking them for almost a month and I can feel my overall health improving. I have more energy, stamina, and a happier outlook. My hair, skin and nails also look better with the added Biotin.

I’m glad I bought the bag with 120 gummies, it seemed the best deal but the bag is hard to open (well sealed for freshness I guess). I think the jar is a little over $14 which is less expensive but it has fewer gummies so might be more expensive longterm.

I received the Olly Women’s Multi gummy vitamins as a #freeproduct as part of the Topbox program. I used to take a daily multivitamin, but then I got out of the habit. I was happy to receive the Olly Women’s Multi as a way to get back into the routine of taking a daily multivitamin.

As others have mentioned, the smell of the vitamins is quite off putting. However, the berry taste is great, and like their Sleep vitamin, I found the vitamins soft and chewy but not sticking to your teeth, which I really appreciate.

The taste is rather appealing. Reminds me of fruit snacks I used to eat as a kid. The shape of the gummy is a little odd, but there isn’t much vitamin taste to it at all which is a good thing. The label is a little weird.

Looks a little like it is from the 80’s as well as the Nutrition Now logo. The purpose of that statement, is the lab isn’t very eye catching. Obviously if you are purchasing it online, you can simply do a search, but in a store, it wouldn’t make me want to stop and pick up the bottle to read what it says.

It is a bit annoying that the vitamins all stick together and I have to force a finger or two in the container to peel one out. I like the idea of a gummy. It is tasty and I don’t have to have a liquid to make it like most other vitamins.

The taste and chew texture was not super appealing to me. I was happy when the bag was finished. It was difficult when looking to purchase a multivitamin that you did not have a comparison chart on your site comparing your various women’s multivitamins.

It was hard to determine what to buy. Your pill multis are too large, difficult to swallow, and taste horrible. It is frustrating because I love the overall whole food vitamin concept but couldn’t find one that worked fit me.

I love MegaFood and I’ve taken a different multivitamin pill from them before. It was a hunker but I liked it. I thought I’d venture into the chews for taste and just to not have to down a gigantic pill.

The chews taste great but unfortunately the chews made me super bloated – to the point of discomfort. I loved them so much I stopped taking them to see if it was possibly something else causing the bloat But it wasn’t.

I started taking biotin gummies a gew months ago after being diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis which caused my hair to start falling out more. These are the third brand of gummies I’ve tried so far and I’d say my second favorite in how well they work.
