20 Best Chicken Salad Atlanta (2022 Updated)

I’m not a big alfredo guy but this chicken alfredo pasta was amazing! It really hit the spot after a hard day’s hike. It was super delicious and has joined the Backpackers Pantry Pad Thai at the top of my freeze dried favourites list.

Amount of water recommended in the instructions was the perfect amount to rehydrate the meal without turning it into soup. Serving size was sufficient for one adult. It wouldn’t feed two on a stand-alone basis in my opinion.

Anyways, this is another Peak Refuel winner. I will definitely be buying again.

Incredible. Best dehydrated meal I’ve ever had. Definitely more expensive but worth every penny. Flavor and texture was incredible. No dehydrated chicken is perfect but this came pretty close. Tasted like a meal I would eat at a restaurant, was such a great way to wrap up a brutal day of backpacking.

I might only buy this brand ever again to be honest.

I don’t eat tuna a lot, but when I do I buy starkist tuna in water in a pouch. It’s so much easier to use than a can. You don’t need a can opener, you just tear the pouch open. Once it’s open the water doesn’t get all over and doesn’t get on my hands making my hands smell, with the pouch you don’t have to worry about draining it.

It’s easy to clean up after to. Plus the pouch is easy use while traveling, if you need a snack.

I really enjoy spicy food! This was a nice snack to have in between a meal and only has 7g or carbohydrates. It is already mixed and ready to eat and the crackers are delicious! #diabetic #snack #spicy #newreview #bumblebee.

This is my favorite on-the-go craving kicking snack! I get the absolute worst craving for buffalo wings sometimes and this little box has just the thing to keep me from downing a dozen wings. It’s small enough to tuck into my purse so I can bring it anywhere!.

This tastes great and is a good snack when you’re busy with work and can’t break for lunch. I highly recommend having some on hand.

great product. excellent taste but i would replace that spork for a simple spoon. the only complaint i have was that the fruit coctail was filled to the brim with juice resulting in spills in my lap while trying to pull that super glued on plastic cover off.

dont get me wrong, i love the juice its just perhaps they could have used a slightly larger container to allow for a small space so spills wouldnt be so bad when trying to wrestle those covers off. the cookie was excellent.

it would have been great if there were 2 instead of just the one.

I have ordered these kits multiple times and always satisfied. until now. There is supposed to be 6 crackers but I don’t know for sure because there were only 3 whole crackers. the rest were crumbs plus the unbroken crackers were stale.

I ordered 3. If the other 2 kits are same, I won’t be ordering again. The 2stars are for the salad.

I love this chicken salad kit but I fear it has been discontinued. I don’t know why because all the reviews were positive. The chicken was good quality — not a bunch of skin and fat. The kit included everything you needed to mix it up so you didn’t have to worry about grabbing a spoon or having something to drain and mix in.

At home I would often put it on toast with some lettuce but it was great with the crackers on the go.

These are the best chicken salad out there. But they’re gone. Can’t find them anywhere. Down to my last one. Please bring them back.

I have enjoyed most of the Healthy Choice meals as an inexpensive, portion-controlled worktime lunch. However, I just had a bad experience with the Grilled Chicken Pesto with Vegetables. Despite “black pepper” being listed near last in the “contains 2% or less” section of the ingredients list, the overwhelming sensation I had with this meal was black pepper, not basil pesto.

Nowhere on the front of the box is pepper or spicy or zesty or similar terms listed to indicate what to expect with this meal. My mouth is on fire from this dish. Please, please, please tell your chefs to revisit what should be the dominant flavors in basil pesto.

Black pepper overwhelmed any other flavors and registered simply as pain to me. Consider simply removing the black pepper from the recipe and let the other ingredients’ flavors speak for themselves. Outside of that issue, the meal met my expectations.

I saw someone at work preparing one of your Cafe Steamers and was I ever excited. Some people have cast iron stomachs. Mine is more like porcelain china and I recently had surgery to remove a tumor in my small intestines so I have to be even more careful.

Finally a frozen dinner that separates the sauce with all the spices from the meat and vegetables. I’ve had two of your dinners so far and they’ve been wonderful. I can heat them in the microwave without them touching the sauce and then add what little flavoring I can have to the meat and vegetables and I can have a quick meal.

I know that was not your intention when you prepared these with the sauce separate from the meal but it is an added blessing for me and I am so grateful. I can’t wait to try out some of the others as well.

As a widowed senior citizen living on a limited income, I am always on the lookout for a delicious, affordable, easy to fix microwave dinner that is healthy too. Since I love chicken, I had tried your Grilled Chicken Marinara meals several years ago but finally stopped buying them since the chicken pieces were consistently such poor quality.

However, my local grocery store recently had a great sale on Healthy Choice meals, so I decided to give the marinara chicken a try again. Unfortunately, nothing had changed – same old disgusting chunks of formed chicken goo, with perhaps a couple random pieces of real chicken meat thrown in here and there.

When I pick out and toss all the mystery meat pieces and just eat the pasta marinara and broccoli, the meal isn’t bad at all, so that is why I am even giving it two stars.

I received a free product trial of Made by Nacho Sustainably Caught Whitefish, Chicken & Bone Broth Recipe with Freeze-Dried Pork Livers Dry Cat Food. Unfortunately, Mr. Finn wasn’t impressed. To me, the novelty or selling point of this cat food seems to be the freeze dried liver pieces that are mixed into the traditional dry cat food.

I noticed as soon as I opened the bag that the freeze dried pieces were significantly larger than the other food, and was afraid they’d be too big for him. The intended cut of these chunks was large to begin with, some were imperfect cuts which is totally understandable, but some pieces were just way too big.

I tried breaking some of those chunks up to a comparable size to give it a fair shot, but he was not interested in anything more than licking those pieces a few times before going back to the “good stuff.

” He continued to eat around the freeze dried pieces until they were practically alone in the bowl, so I determined he didn’t like them, and tried offering the leftovers (and then as a test, some straight from the bag) to my small/medium dog.

They’re both big snackers, but my dog left all of the pieces on the floor and waited around for a better treat. The freeze dried pieces went totally to waste in this home. He seemed to like the rest of the food but I wouldn’t buy this product again for that reason.

hi Nacho!! i like your food but I thought i was buying only chicken and turkey meat in the recipe. i did not see the pork and i did not see the freeze-dried raw pork in the recipe. i’ve always understood pork to not be goof for cats and raw pork even worse.

i have two cats. one liked the dry food and one did not. the one who does like it is a male cat who has had urinary blockages. he’s only two and we took him completely off dried food. however, my other cat still eats it because that’s all she liked when we adopted her at 2 yrs old.

so my male cat is always wanting to get into the other cat’s dried cat food. i thought where this recipe has cranberrys and other healthy ingredients, i would try to give my male cat a little a few times a week.

but i’m still scared he could get a UTI blockage. I wish your company could make cat food for specific health issues like UTIs and Diabetes, etc. that way we wouldn’t have to rely so much on prescription cat food which i don’t like many of the ingredients in those company recipes — example: Purina Pro UR prescription food or Royal Canin Recovery food, etc.

Our cats need healthier options. and i’m also not a big fan of raw cat food, and especially raw pork. so, please give my concerns some thought. you’re on the right track in so many ways with your cat food.

but a few more additions and subtractions or alternatives would be greatly helpful to us very concerned cat owners. we’ve had 10+ cats over the years in our home – 3 at one time is the most we’ve had.

we have two now because we lost one in Feb to pancreatitis. these health issues should be addressed with better food options than prescription diet food. thank you for listening!! ~ Kim.

I received a free sample for my, aka my cats’, honest review. As a pet owner, I look at the first several ingredients closely when choosing pet food. I don’t want any fillers and want to make sure I understand what the ingredients are.

This cat food has salmon as the first ingredient! It also has decent chunks of freeze-dried chicken liver for extra protein. My cats went wild over this cat food. While I was acclimating them to this new food, they actually broke into my storage room and chewed a hole in the bag.

Although I do love the ingredients included and how my two cats seemed to like it, the price is a little bit steep. Made by Nacho’s 10-lb bag is around $15 more than what I currently pay for their current cat food.

I mean really! Adds the perfect flavour enhancement for roast beef and game but wait. the next day slice the meat thin and warm it up in broth for Beef Dip. It just keeps giving. You have got to have this in your cupboard.

This is a family favourite and goes well with anything from Salmon to Brisket. Even great on Cauliflower steaks or courgette slices. Great value and great packaging and a renowned name. Mixed the Treager coffee with Salt Lick BBQ rub on a brisket this weekend turned out brilliant.

I buy this product for my mom. She’s on a diet where she can only eat protein. I get here this because it fits on her meal plan of the nutritionist want her to eat. She says that it taste great.

Very good canned chicken! I use it for chicken salad. Great quality and tastes like regular cooked chicken breast, no mystery colors or gristle bits. I will agree and say it is a lot of water to chicken.

But, the price is unmatched, especially for the quality. You can easily use this for buffalo dip, dare I even say a quesadilla, nachos, and salad.

The 10oz label is misleading, as is the claim that there are roughly 5 servings of 2 ounces of meat. Once the liquid is drained, there is only a little over 5oz of meat, which is about 2. 5 servings.

No one is eating this product undrained so at least be honest about the serving size and number of servings per can.

no fat in the can. Good chicken. Lately premium chicken quality has gone down. This one is still up to standard..

I found the taste boring. It lacked flavor. The vegetables were good for being frozen. Tge 2nd time i made it I decided to use 1/2 cup chicken stock instead of water. I added a salt, black pepper. After cooking I added parmesan cheese.

After the flavor bump I gave it its much better and I’ll continue buy it for those nights when I don’t have to to make a home cooked meal.

We tried this out last week for the first time. It’s a mild chicken-broccoli-carrots-pasta dish. My kids, who are semi-picky eaters, all loved or at least tolerated it. It is mild verging on bland–for me personally I put some extra spices on it.

The quality of the veggies is very good–if I had not overcooked (my fault) I could have actually gotten them to be tender and not mushy. The full bag would feed 5-7 people. We are planning on making this a weeknight staple.

It does have a more bland taste because it is lower in salt which is a nice change when you are trying to avoid extra salt. You can always add salt to your taste but it’s hard to take it away! Not a lot of chicken, but what is there is tasty without being overly salty.

Added frozen broccoli florets on top and cooked all together in the microwave oven. Worked perfectly. Next time I’ll probably add more chicken. Would definitely buy again. It’s a keeper Sam’s.
