At first I didn’t think the turmeric was making any difference and went back to the original. After going back to the original I noticed the difference. The turmeric actually made a difference so I have changed back to them.

The main things I noticed is the reduced pain in my knees and fingers as well as the swelling in my fingers has gone down and I can fit my rings on.

Well: I hadn’t used vital three in a couple of years and my hips were painful. As a very active person this was disconcerting! At the time: I was walking through very deep mud to put horses out. This isn’t good for lower back and can cause aggravation in the tissues.

I’ve read about the positive health effects of turmeric and started using MegaFood brand. I didn’t know they also had this in chewable as I was using the pill form. This chewable is much more pleasant and easier to use.
