Omg! I didn’t read the entire label before I popped only one gummy and with less than 20 minutes I could feel the drowsiness start to kick in. I slept nearly 12 hour!!! Melatonin is excellent for sleep and it’s natural. The body makes it. At sundown, your body puts melatonin in the bloodstream. However, as we get older, melatonin production decreases. Melatonin supplements work by resetting the body’s sleep-wake cycles.

Don’t start with a high dose or you’re going to feel hung over the next day. Melatonin takes a month for it to regulate itself in your body. I recommend starting with a half a pill and slowly increasing (every other night or so) until you find the dose that puts you to sleep for the entire night.

The correct dose will reset the body’s sleep-wake cycles, increasing REM and total sleep time and improving sleep quality. It’s excellent for those that wake during the night. Never start with a high dose or you will likely have a daytime drowsiness if you start with a higher dose than you need and you prolong the time it takes to regulate itself in your body.

I didn’t want to try any brand. I trust Nature Made and take several Nature Made supplements. Nature Made is USP Certified so their supplements have been tested to have the correct amount of the ingredients.

Omg, what a difference these gummies have made. Both my daughter and i sleep so well. Proper restful sleep and wake up feeling refreshed and not tired. The first few days we slept a little too well. (I slept for nearly 24 hours with getting up only for short periods).

I’m glad that I tried the Nature Made Good Sleep Gummies! I take them almost nightly. They are easy to chew and swallow. They are soft and not too sticky. The strawberry taste is ok. It definitely grew on me.

To me, they have the syrup medicine taste, my husband didn’t think so though. I feel like I have a deeper night’s sleep when I take them. Will definitely be keeping them around.
