20 Best Glitter Lip Gloss (2022 Updated)

These glosses are so cute and definitely slept on. They are a way comfier formula than some other glosses I’ve tried so far. I have the clear one, and it just fills in all the lines of your lips and just makes them look so juicy, and it lasts way longer than a lot of affordable glosses I’ve tried.

As for some of the people complaining about it gumming up, there’s just proper ways to apply lip gloss. Much with any lip gloss, if you apply too much, apply them to your the outside corners of your lips, or apply them on the inside of your mouth, you’re bound to have any lip gloss get gummy after a while of talking.

This gloss is BOMB. com. Picked up just on a whim looking for something to buy. I remember these being all the rage back in like 2014 along with the revlon lip butters. Who remembers those?? Lol. Any who love the bigger doe foot applicator.

That’s always a plus for me but the formula is so thick BUT smooth in the best way possible. Feels like nothing. No stick AT ALL. Glossy and I love that it has a good amount of pigment so I can wear it alone or on top of lip colors.

Sky pink with a brown lip liner gives me that perfect baby pink almost leaning purple pouty look perfect for brown skin girls. Glad I picked this up.

I don’t wear gloss very often because I hate the stickiness of some glosses and how they dry out my lips sometimes, but this gloss doesn’t do any of that! No stickiness at all! It’s a nice pop of color.

It’s comfortable, and I forget I’m even wearing it. Dusk Darling is such a pretty shade that would work for most skin tones. I highly recommend and will buy more shades!.

I love everything about the gloss! It goes on smooth and does not dry your lips. Absolutely no stickiness and this is not a thick lip gloss which is a huge plus. The color is completely stunning and gives your lips a nice glow.

I have been purchasing this lip gloss for a while now and have tried many colors. At the moment I am in love with the Citrus color and overall this gloss is by far my new favorite. While it might be considered a little pricey it is well worth it.

It applies smooth and is not sticky in any way. Most of the glosses that I had used in the past were either sticky so I wiped it off after only a couple minutes of wearing it or they would just mysteriously disappear, however, this lip gloss lasts all day.

I normally re-apply after I eat but this is only because some of the sparkle rubs off and fades. It is not the most moisturizing but I have very dry lips so it’s pretty hard for me to find a pretty lip gloss that also moisturizes but this does a decent job.

This lip gloss has become my daily lip gloss. I normally apply a moisturizing base like Eos or Aquaphor and then apply this gloss. It is the perfect amount of sparkle so with only one coat you can maintain a casual look or a couple coats for a more flirty look.

I also love it when applied over top of a brighter colored lipstick when going out. Definitely recommend this amazing gloss.

I am a lip gloss junkie and must have 100+ tubes currently. I have a few of BB’s glosses and tube tints I have purchased in the past was never “in love” enough to run out and buy more. That is until I finally tried the high shimmer color “Beach.

” OMG, I am obsessed with this color! I am a medium-beige skin tone with brown hair and eyes. I have a bit of a vacation tan right now and this color is the most beautiful semi-sheer bronze-y nude but can go pink or brown depending on what you wear it with.

I love this formula – it is hard to describe. It has the coverage of a sheer lipstick, a thicker formula than most glosses (glosses need to be a little tacky in order to have staying power). It lasts longer than most glosses on me.

Love that it is semi-sheer so you can actually tell what color it is (some lines of lip gloss are so sheer every color in the line looks the same on your lips). “Beach” looks fantastic alone or over lipstick.

In fact when I recently purchased Bobbi’s cult favorite “Blue Raspberry” creamy lip color and found it to be too bright and mauve on me, this warmed it up and made the color wearable for me. I can’t wait to try other shades – Bronzed Heather , Citrus, Naked Plum are on my wish list!.

This body and face glitter is amazing. The glitters are so beautiful and they are really fine. When put into the light, they become shiny and it looks like you have mini stars on your body. When applying, it’ll be a liquid gel, but after a minute it dries up and it leaves the glitter stuck onto your skin.

I would buy this product again.

I definitely got a kick out of this product with such an interesting name. Luckily it did not taste like snot lol. It has a sweet taste that is AWESOME, it smells good and I’m a sucker for sparkles. It was so smooth and thick with a great smell and taste and don’t forget the bling.

I liked the name of the product. It will never get tried until Christmas by some unsuspecting little urchin that has a great sense of humor. I don’t know what it tastes like unless I imagine my own with sparkles.

I love this gloss! You can feel the glitter specks of course but it’s not terrible because the look it gives is beautiful! I love this brands name and how they’re vegan and cruelty free! This gloss is amazing and gives an adorable peachy holographic look!.

This is hard to review because if you’re looking for a prismatic effect lip gloss then it is great but if you’re looking for a lip topper as it has also been advertised, it is not so great. I bought the colour in the picture and it is a pink shimmery shade that can have yellowish green effects when the light hits from different angles.

The colour is very similar to one I have from NYX. The longer tube with squared off edges has a black screw top cap that is fitted with a hollowed out sponge applicator. These are used for holding more product versus the doe foot or brush applicators.

I like the tapered end on this as it makes for a more precise application. You need it because this has a lot of pigmentation in each swipe. I get full coverage with the initial application. That said, I don’t like it as a lip topper because it is a full colour product and simply hides the colour underneath instead of enhancing or changing it.

It doesn’t dry down and is very glossy but as no one seems to have formula for long wear gloss it has a much shorter length of time between touch ups.

OK so the one pro to this gloss in my opinion is the packaging is cute. The texture of the formula is nice, but I don’t count that as a pro because it also has this slightly chemical taste that is just really gross.

It’s not that strong, but it’s not good. Also certain types of lipgloss irritate my lips slightly and this was one of those. I bought the green shade, and it looks much darker in the tube than it did when I put it on, which was a shame.

I like punchy, dark, full coverage lipgloss and this was not it. I also had the gold, although I don’t see that one anymore on the current listing page, and it was again very soft in pigment. So some of this is personal taste, but there are actual issues.

My search for full coverage metallic gold and dark green lip gloss shades continues.

These are soooo nice. I got three colors: Lunar Gem, Moonlit Metal and Magnetic Ice. First the packaging is very good, the lip and stopper of the tube is just the right proportion to the wand so it cleans the wand and there isn’t a lot of product all over the wand and the inner portion of the lid, only the doe’s foot is coated so it is very well done.

The glosses apply beautifully and smoothly. The Lunar Gem is a beautiful soft plummy mauve with holographic micro flecks of magenta and bright blue. Moonlit metal is pale pale mauve with holographic teal, pink and silver; and Magnetic ice is a clear gloss that is loaded with tons of pale pink holographic shimmer.

All three colors I got are really gorgeous and the packaging is excellent. I bought a 20 dollar lip gloss from a prestige brand and it wasn’t near as nice, and I got three of these for around the same price, I’m very happy with these lip glosses.

I love this lipgloss. It’s definitely not for everybody but if you’re like me and love shining like a disco ball you will love this. The tiny sparkles in there are amazing. Definitely, the clear sparkly one is my favourite.

I love to wear it with or without makeup it just adds a “je ne sais quoi”. Also, it doesn’t dry my lips like some other lipglosses and it’s not super sticky but it’s a gloss so there is a bit of stickiness.

I love!! I have a bunch of these I love each one!! First off. the packaging is adorable I love how it snaps shut and locks, such a cute little feature! as for the formula, it’s amazing! One of the most comfortable glosses I’ve tried, not sticky at all! Feels more like a lip balm than a gloss but still gives the wet gloss look! The applicator is awesome too how it has a curve in the doe-foot to hug your lip when applying! Awesome pigmentation colour selection!! Highly recommend.

I really like this gloss. It is not sticky at all! It just glides right on. The light pink sheen of the gloss looks great when layered on a brighter shade. It just makes everything look so natural and fresh.

The applicator is nicely made. I like that you have to click the button to get it open, rather than twisting the applicator on and off. Smart design.

So I am not usually a pink kinda guy, but this gloss is insanely gorgeous! It’s so cool, unique and definitely eye-catching; as I’ve said before, I’ve always been fussy over lip gloss formulas, they can’t be too sticky, but must last longer than 10 minutes, this formula from JSC is all of that and more, it’s beautiful, thicker than the average lip gloss formula, but i actually quite like that about it.

As you’ve gathered by now, i love the formula, it feels smooth and amazing on the lip, and is very long lasting for a lip gloss! It does indeed smell just like vanilla crème brûlée, but it dissipates on application, which I am grateful for because I don’t like fragrance that lingers no matter if it’s pleasant or not.

Spank Bang is definitely sparkly, it’s like blinding jewels on your lips, you can really see the sparkles in it, especially in person, which reminds me this is in the glitter fantasy formula, it’s not gritty in any way! I will admit just like the others, they do have the tiniest bit of stickiness to them, but every long lasting lip gloss does, and believe me this is long lasting, but not overly sticky.

I 100% recommend, the Jeffree Star Cosmetics, The Gloss formula, it’s by far one of my favourite products from the brand after the palettes, of course!.

These are really nice glosses! I own 5 shades: Control Freak, I’m the Boss, Softcore Sparkle, Succulent, and Sickening. The scent is vanilla cupcake-y, comparable to MAC lipsticks in my opinion. Even though I have more of the shimmer shades than pure shine, I prefer the shiny ones over glitter.

I will say that even though the glitter shades are packed with sparkle, it is very smooth and not gritty whatsoever. They have average staying power for glosses. I feel like they’re hydrating and fade off of my lips nicely (especially if you exfoliate with a lip scrub and use a primer before application).

Overall it’s a pleasant gloss to use and I would recommend!.

This is a review for the Jeffree Star supreme gloss in WEIRDO. I’m disappointed in this product. I am typically a huge jeffree fan. Most of his supreme glosses have a cupcake smell but this one smelled weird.

Like bad weird. Also it transfers very easier to your teeth. No one wants black in their teeth. It is a gloss so it is not a full color. It does go on black but it’s not full coverage like his liquid lip would be.

You can see when you get close enough to your lips, where it’s not full pigment gloss. I applied two coats to get it to this coverage. It’s ok if you are doing a make up look and will not be wearing it long but I don’t think I would wear this if I was going out of the house.

This gloss packs some *serious* wattage, so if you really dislike glitter, you may want to avoid this one. It isn’t big chunky glaring glitter, though; it’s exceptionally fine, imparting an opalescent shimmer.

Moon Glow sent me to the thesaurus to look up synonyms for “ethereal. ” “Moon Glow” is the perfect name for this gloss, since it imparts a colorless luminescence to lips. Moon Glow is part of Milani’s summer 2020 “Festival” collection.

Unfortunately, I’m fairly sure that it’s limited edition. When applied over lipstick, Moon Glow has the effect of lightening the color a shade or two, but it doesn’t actually *change* the hue, in most cases.

An exception is red: Moon Glow will make red look like a shimmery dark pink, which I personally don’t like. But over a dark plum or rose, though, Moon Glow is lovely. I love the fact that Moon Glow is cruelty-free, and is readily available in drugstores and pharmacies.

Moon Glow also features a delicious, though not cloying, vanilla scent; this, along with its lightly emollient but not sticky texture, makes this gloss a real pleasure to wear. I can’t say, though, that Moon Glow is an especially long-lasting gloss, and the microglitter does tend to migrate a bit.

I’d also prefer to have a brush-tip applicator, instead of the foam doe-foot “scoop” that’s part of the packaging. Speaking of packaging, it’s hardly high-end, but it’s sleek and attractive, consisting of a clear round tube topped by a shimmery gold plastic cap.

Lettering on the tube is metallic gold and large enough to be read easily. I can’t think of anything I seriously dislike about Moon Glow, except possibly the fact that it’s probably limited edition. I just ordered my third tube of this beauteous gloss, so it should be a while before I’m without it.

STOP. Drop what you are doing and head to your nearest store that holds this product. You will not be sorry when you try it. It’s easily applied. The supply lasts long. I totally recommend this product.

For a store like target, it’s a little pricey within price BUT it’s worth it. — also, try their setting spray and concealer!! I’ll review those next so you know what to look for if you’d like to walk on the wild side and try these bad larries out!.

This is a fun product, but as the name suggests, it is a topper, not a gloss. The base is very thin and doesn’t offer a lot of hydration. It basically dries and leaves a lot of glitter on the lips; I usually put gloss or balm over it.

Still, it’s pretty and adds a little something to your look. I recommend it for decoration.

Love it love it love it! I fell in love with winky lux products after trying the confetti balm. Today I went to the store with my 6 yr old daughter to find a child friendly -but dramatic, lip gloss for my daughters cheer competition.

I found the mini discos set and ended up splitting the pack with her because these lipsticks are amazing for BOTH of us! They look great on her, not too dark but tons of sparkle and color, and the color is just subtle enough for me to get away with too.

The best part is, unlike a regular gloss, when the gloss dries up, THE COLOR STAYS; and it doesn’t smudge! we finally found the perfect gloss for her to wear while flipping through the air and her dad won’t complain about her looking too much like an adult! And it was VERY affordable.

While i have a few qualms with this product, the versatility and affordability are both factors that make the NYX shadow crayons stand out. I have used this product as a lip liner, highlight, contour, cream eyeshadow/eyeshadow base, natural inner corner highlight (the shade yogurt), water line brightener, tight-liner, and smoky eyeliner.

In fact, this is my go-to FOR more natural looks. That said, the longevity, inconsistency, and formula sometimes get on my nerves. Obviously i should mention that for the amount of product (off topic but i absolutely love that it can be sharpened and used anew) at this price point, it would be too much to ask for absolute perfection.

But as this is an honest review I’d like to give praise and/or criticism wherever it is due. To start i find the product tends to smudge and lose pigment on long days which is annoying but not really that much of a deal breaker.

There is also the fact that I’ve noticed some colors perform better than others which makes me hesitant to purchase any more. But what really grinds my gears is that the formula is extremely patchy and hard to blend, especially with the darker colors.

This is not too noticeable for highlights or water lines but when it comes to eyeshadow —marketed as the product’s main purpose— I find it lacking. That said milk and yogurt have been long time regulars in even my travel bags and for the price I really can’t complain any more.

I received a free full-sized NYX Professional Makeup Jumbo Eye Pencil from Sampler in the shade Donut. This is a sharpen-able multi-use eye crayon that can be used as an eyeliner, eyeshadow, eyeshadow primer, or highlight.

I soooooooooo wanted to love this eye pencil, but no matter what I did or how I applied it, it fell short. Every. Single. Time. I applied it as is, I applied it as a primer, I applied it over a primer, I applied it with and without other eyeshadows to complement it, I blended it with a brush, I blended it with my fingers, I didn’t blend it at all,….

Seriously, I tried EVERYTHING, and every single time it creased on me and faded within hours. Maybe it’s just the color I got because everybody else seems to love this product? I don’t know, but I wish I could make this work somehow because it’s a beautiful lilac shimmer and I would love to wear this color more often.

I give 2 stars for the beautiful color and pigment, but it’s not really worth anything if the pigment doesn’t last. Super disappointed in how this performed on me… But I would still be willing to try other colors since it’s only $4.

NYX has officially created one of my favorite eye products on the market. This eye pencil has a very silky, creamy formula which allows it to easily slide onto your eyes or skin. There are so many different colors, yet my favorite is either ‘Cottage Cheese’ or the color ‘Milk’.

This product CAN be sharpened and there is a LOT of product in the actual pencil. I have yet to run out of a single one and I have about 8 of these. This product lasts HOURS and has gotten me through many days of school without rubbing off throughout the day.

This product is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a very cheap, yet pigmented eye pencil. I find these products to be very useful for not only highlighting my face but accentuate my waterline.

Whenever I use this product I get so many compliments and questions about what I am using!.

It’s pretty but there is basically no color in it. What you get is a shimmery film that goes over whatever it is you’re wearing. This is not something you can wear without having something else under it.

I got it for the shimmer though, and the shimmer is really, really, good. Having a nice matte base under it really brings it out! The biggest con this has is that it absolutely reeks. I almost gagged at the smell.

This is something you’re applying directly under your nose so the odor is hard to ignore. Once it settles the odor goes away (or your brain tunes it out) and you are left with a pretty sheen. But bring some nosepins.

Bought online on a whim. Thrilled. I’m over 55 and still have lips. Beautiful luxurious color; I’m fair skinned and Shimmer Bomb still looks excellent on me. I wouldn’t call the gloss sticky in the least, as other reviewers noted.

No bad taste and the shimmer lasts for hours. Just ordered a second gloss. Happy the gloss is not tested on our animal friends and that it doesn’t have animal ingredients (such as glycerin or lanolin).

I really loved this gloss! It was a beautiful pink nude on me. I’ll definitely repurchase at a later time but I have plenty of other glosses to get through first. This is a formula on the thicker side which I personally prefer overall since it’s more long lasting and just feels more luxurious to me.

It has a minty smell and causes a very light tingling sensation at first that I find quite refreshing and enjoyable but it could bother some. It comes with a huge doefoot that holds a lot of product so one swipe is usually enough – sometimes I even wipe it off slightly in the stopper if I need less product to reapply on my lips.

I’m excited to try a new colour I have from this range.

What a perfect filler gift for a little girl! I bought this for my 5-year-old niece and she loves putting her lip gloss on in the mirror, just like she sees her mom do. I like this product. It is bold and super shiny! I love the shimmery glitter in it. But, I have a few complaints. First, it doesn’t soak in, and even if I touch it an hour later, it’s still moist. Second, it is hard to take off.

When i tried to wipe it off, it didn’t easily come off. I had to scrub. Even after scrubbing there was still glitter! But, I love that the product is safe. Overall, could be better, but not bad.

I have searched over a decade to replace the best lip gloss I ever had – and I found it here. This Holographic Mineral Lip Gloss from Pacifica does what no other moisturizing lip treatment can do: prevent and and all peeling of my lips.

It is exactly thick enough and sticky enough to stay put. It doesn’t melt into the cracks, it doesn’t soak in and disappear, it stays put and protects. When I discovered it, I was over-joyed. It’s a challenge to keep my lips moist and healthy living in a cold, dry climate, but this lip gloss does it! It’s a miracle.

It’s also being discontinued by this company. I could cry an ocean of tears. :(.

The lip pencil comes in a slender stick format which is thinner than the average lipstick but not as thin as a lip liner. The packaging is bright and colorful and quite attractive. The color of the packaging matches the shade of the lip pencil.

It has a color side which houses the actual lip product. This side is retractable and you don’t need to bother about a sharpener. I like this as there is no wastage of product due to sharpening. The narrow lip product makes the application easy and precise especially in areas like the Cupid’s bow and inner corners of the mouth.

There is a soft silicone applicator at the other end of the pencil. The idea is to use the applicator to blur / smudge the product to create a softer, lesser pigmented look or an ombre or gradient look.

The packaging also a small diagram depicting how to use the smudger to create a gradient look. Both the sides have caps which shut tight. The packaging is quite sturdy and travel-friendly.

I was looking for a glittery lip gloss that wasn’t a plumping gloss, and one that was reasonably priced. I was a bit nervous about trying this one as I’d never tried this brand before but it’s a pretty good product.

Very shimmery and iridescent. It has good staying power for a lip gloss but I give it four stars because it’s unscented (it smells a little like vaseline) and I prefer scented lip glosses. But if you are sensitive to fragrance or don’t like fragrance in makeup this is a good product.

Super pretty and glittery gloss, the only thing is that the applicator is too small and im having to dip in the gloss so many times to get the amount i want out. Other than that i do like this gloss, really affordable.

I love Sugarpill so much, and usually their products are some of my favorites but this is such a miss for me. The texture of the “gloss” is all wrong. It’s like they took a cream lipstick and put it in a liquid lip tube, and it’s really hard to get it evenly spread.

The glitter is really chunky and you can feel it on your lips, it’s not at all comfortable. And the finish is not really a gloss at all. Lastly, they said these would have the same creamsicle scent as their liquid lips, and I smell it a little, but it’s overpowered by the chemical scent it has.

These are not at all pleasant to wear. They really should have spent more time developing the product. I did give it 2 stars because the colors are very cute, and if you couldn’t feel the glitter, it would look really cute on your lips.

But all of the other factors make this a big no for me, and they will be going back. If you’re looking for an actual GLOSS with cute colors or a glitter, try the Limecrime wet cherry ones instead.

Let me start by explaining that I’m not a fan of traditional lipglosses. I usually apply them with my finger for a thin layer but so I still get a shiny look. These glosses are pretty thick conpared to the other glosses I own (namely the Dose of Colors glosses), but they’re also full pigment if you apply straight from the wand to your lips.

I, personally, don’t like to do that because I don’t like feeling lip products if I’m wearing them. These glosses are nice when tapped on with a finger — I get a wash of the pigment, I get a nice shiny effect, and I skip on the thick texture of the gloss when applied in full.

I took one star off because it IS very thick, and when you apply it in full you can feel the glitter particles suspended in it. Otherwise, it’s a good product and I probably will buy future shades in the range.

This is pretty sticky and I wasn’t a fan of that. It was nicely pigmented though which I like. The color is pretty. I love the packaging, so pretty. It leaves a lot of glitter behind though so if you don’t like that then I wouldn’t recommend this lip gloss.

Put this on and get in the sun! Lovely reflect that changes colour as you move! Gets me compliments all the time. I tried to use it by itself and it felt gritty so when it says topper it means topper

Beautiful lipgloss, exactly what i was looking for. Its not sticky, high shine and has a beautiful diamond finish to it. I was abit worried coz the colour in the tube is white but when applied its clear.

Good lipgloss, nice shade. Only downside is that it isn’t scented, and I like scented lipglosses.

My search for a beautiful pink with blue undertones has come to an end! Both the Bara Pink and Suisho Lilac shades in shimmer gloss are gorgeous, the perfect “cool” undertone. Very youthful, love these colors and love the formula.

Soft, emollient, the right amount of shimmer. Pretty layered or by itself. One thing I’d change is the packaging – the lids are wobbly and the squeeze tubes take time to figure out so that you don’t get a big glob of product.

For this price point, it would be lovely to have more luxe packaging.

I love a great shine. This definitely provides that. It’s long lasting. It is thick which one of my daughters can’t stand. I think the thickness is what makes it last so long though. My only complaint with this is I keep it in a baggie in my purse because it’s leaked out of the lid & gotten things sticky.

Which is gross because it feels super sticky when it leaks. But I love the glass look so much that I don’t mind the mess. I just keep wipes in my purse to wipe it off. It’s worth the extra work if you are a clear lipgloss girl.

This gloss FEELS amazing!! It feels slippery and Jelly like, with zero stickiness. It feels like a face gloss. The only things I’ve found that are similar in shine and texture are the Gucci clear gloss in the pot and the Milk Makeup Face gloss in the white tube.

This has crystal clear shine, stays on forever, and no scent. Looks amazing and the packaging is smart because it keeps the gloss clean and clear. I don’t like the sparkly version but this crystal version is gonna be hard to beat.
