After using these gloves over a month they started to show wear on the fingertips. I wouldn’t mind that so much because I do handle many boxes daily. But a small hole also appeared on some fingertips.

That wasn’t expected! I thought these would hold up for a few months.

I have used the Ironclad box handler gloves for apprx. 1 1/2 yrs. although I used to purchase from another place. However that Co’s. prices were extremely high. I’m a Fedex Ground package handler and these gloves do wonders! Best gloves I have used. Super grippy, very breathable and the price is right. These gloves are tough and won’t ware and tare like competitor gloves.

A very recommended glove if you are looking for grip.

Ironclad Tundra gloves. I do like these gloves they do keep your hands warm as your working. If you are standing still not as great. I have worn them in about 20 to 40 degree weather and they have worked well.

In wet conditions the grip is not as great as I expected. I tested the gloves in a bucket of water and the gloves failed the test. I have yet to use them in heavy rain conditions after that. They make work alright in light rain conditions for awhile but I do believe you will get wet.

I am finding out your best bet in staying dry is the atlas 460 pvc lined gloves. Pvc is about the only thing that will truly keep the water out. You will sweat in these gloves are well lined I would suggest planning on having a fan to dry them out overnight for the next days work.

Liner does pull out a little when your hands are wet. A little bulky hard to use with small controls. As I started using them in wet conditions the gloves didn’t really have good grip and traction I thought they would.

I liked the knuckle padding helps to protect my hands in the conditions I work in. I think these are decent gloves but I will not buy another pair.

As we used the gloves to clear our back yard, we realized they were awesome! The knuckle guards are great for pulling branches out of bushes. I was worried about how well they would stand up to rose bushes and or awful blackberry Vines, but we were pleasantly surprised.

We’ve been working for 2 hours with no thorn pricks! So worth the price! I pretty much never give ratings, but we were so impressed with these that I took the time to do so.

Durable. Warm. Comfortable. Excellent gripping surfaces. Purchased and used lined cut A4+ gloves from other places. All had issues by the third work day. Lining coming out, dorsal protection coming off, etc.

No these. Been in continuous use for two weeks and after 7 days the grip surface does begin to “come off” in places but this brand has so far been the most durable and comfortable of the four “major” brands i have used.

It’s definitely a warm glove and very durable. It’s not waterproof or resistant at all, but it’ll keep your hands protected and warm any other day. Dries quickly if it does get wet and doesn’t stink like other gloves when they get wet.

Great for cold days, just not rainy or snowy days.

These are definitely warmer than the non-insulated version, but I would rate them down to about 25 degrees at absolute best. They are not remotely water/snow resistant becoming saturated rather quickly and they do little to block the wind.

They give good tactile control for an insulated glove. Picking up small objects and writing is not as difficult as with an insulated leather glove. For someone requiring the cut and impact protection in cool weather, they are a pretty good option.

Great gloves for work or play since the 1990s. Theyre thinner and dont last as long as chore gloves but I think the increased feel and comfort is worth the money. Even the Impact series is great for long hours using or on almost any machine that produces vibration.

Making hay or splitting wood with a maul in freezing temperatures. Vibration and abrasion gets painful , less so with good gloves. I think the increased control and abrasion resistance is worth the money.

I use this set of Mechanix gloves for shade underpass car suspension and brake work. They do wash well and I recommend hang drying. They work great for walking the dog. Surprisingly and repeatedly the nylon leash has given me paper cuts so I try and wear the gloves.

I bought a second pair that doesnt stink of dog for occasional winter use. I have owned pairs of Mechanix gloves that I repaired with a needle and dental floss for thread. It works on the seams but not the fingertips.

I think two pairs in a style you like and use is a sound investment in comfort and productivity. I recommend the S&W tactical pen with cursor tip to answer the phone when wearing the industry leading Mechanix wear gloves.

These are some of the softest and toughest gloves i have used. they are really comftroble on the hands like no other. Its not for heavy duty stuff though like i thought, the picture makes it look rougher then it is, its more for like light duty like gardening maybe or woodwork like me, they were great for that.

They were on sale at the time of purchase so you know, like Drew says. The price was right.

I like these for rope-access – working in large trees, as they have a great grip. Only wish was that the silicon palm material didn’t wear out so quickly. I buy about ten pair per year, but they make climbing trees safer.

Stitching in index finger came undone rather quickly, and my hands get sweaty pretty fast wearing them. Otherwise, they grip really well.

Great glove for my warehouse and drivers!

I purchased these gloves for the main purpose of getting grip on handles that are connected to doors and windows. I waited to review these to see if they would with stand the harsh conditions in which I work, weather related as well as how they handle in slick conditions.

So far so good, the only thing I would warn about is any wet surfaces they can be slick at times be careful but other than that they have withstood my torture test on gloves and I am not easy on them.

I usuallly wear the finger tips out the first thing on any gloves I have ever had! These have so far held up. Dexterity is decent with these gloves I can write and pick up smaller objects with them on.

That is a bonus if you do not want to always take time to remove them. Another plus is they “breathe” relativey well too. They have a sweat wiping part on the thumb and I do sweat alot especially in the heat! I have tried various gloves specifically for my job around five different brands and types of gloves and so far these are the best to fit my needs! I will in the future purchase another pair once these are worn out! I hope this review helps and thank you for your time.

Had the first pair and on day two the left wrist seam already started tearing. Contacted ironclad they sent a replacement pair and that one started ripping about a week in on the right wrist. Ironclad needs to get their workmanship under better standards.

I’m a package delivery driver so the gloves aren’t even worked extremely hard and for them to last just a couple days is absolutely ridiculous for what a pair of these things costs. Guess I’ll just be buying the 2 dollar gloves from the gas station once a week.

Still cheaper in the long run then these things.

These gloves are wonderful! Not only are they warm and water proof but they also provide great flexibility when getting your jobs done. FYI: the women’s gloves tend to run small so unless you have a VERY dainty hand, order a men’s medium.

PRO: Comfortable Fit Easy of and on With no problems. The price is Great! Very Durable with Great Finger Grip. CON: I needed these gloves to work for a good 2 (Two) hours in 10 degree weather. I lasted 15 minutes before finger tips needed to get inside to warm back up.

I Hand shovel snow from the Corral, from the patio, from the 200 foot walkway and stairs and from a 300 foot driveway. Good work glove in cold weather – In FREEZING Weather I had to change gloves to another pair but still had a good case of 20 minute STINGING frost bite after an hour and a half in 18 degree weather.

As an ironworker for almost 25 years every winter I would search for warm winter gloves. The ones I would get before discovering these gloves were either too bulky with no dexterity or would last for about a month or would resort to welding gloves (try bolting up with those on ).

The Hardy gloves really surprised me with the warmth; dexterity and durability I needed. Worth every penny !.

The gloves look nice and well constructed, but they run very small. I wear a large, have for years. Most large gloves fit perfectly, some run a little small but are still usable. These are so small that I will not be able to use them at all.

I’ve got other Hardy gloves that fit okay. Double checked the tags these and they’re large. You’ll probably want to size up or at least try them on in the store.

I was after a clean Amp sound for a Ukulele and as Ive owned and gigged three excellent Marshall Combo amps, I chose this product for its name and good price, I am very disappointed as it does not give a clean sound, even with the instrument gain down low.

The design also could be improved by Moving the input jack socket to the side of the unit (retain a fake one on front, for looks) (The problem is with a 1/4 inch jack plug connected to the top front of a small liteweight plastic box, there is only one result – the unit falls forward) Im not keen on the cheap plastic case construction.

So this Amp is good for a novelty to get overdrive sounds from your Electric Guitar, but Not for clean sounds that I require. Luckily I bought a better made and sounding mini combo for less than half of this units price and I like and will use it in preference to Jim Marshalls offering.

I have a hard time finding ski/winter gloves with my XXL hands. I was able to easily get my hands in these gloves and they are comfortable. The knuckle protectors makes me think I’m in the movie mad max.

The wrist has a nice adjustable tightening velcro strap so you can cinch down the arm/wrist area nicely. Very good construction with reinforced Kevlar in the palm of your hand. I would classify this glove as good for skiing as well as rugged outdoor cold weather work gloves.

The stripped triangles on the back of the hand are nice at night because they are reflective at night for safety. The adjustable flap at the wrist area is also nice and long going about 3 inches past your wrist joint up the arm to make a nice seal with your jacket.

Hello-this glove fit well but was too stiff in the palm fir ordinary snowy weather work-shoveling, driving, etc. probably great for certain other chores that do not require dexterity.

The quality of the gloves is pretty good, but I’m not sure what application you would use these for? I bought these in the hopes of being able to clean chips out of the CNC without the fear of being cut.

And they work excellent for that – no chips were able to penetrate. However, the backs of these gloves are not waterproof – but the “palms and fingers” appear to be. Consequently, any coolant on the chips does leach inside the glove, which soaks your hand and is annoying.

I suppose if you were using on “dry” chips, these would be outstanding. But on “wet” chips, you’ll want something that is waterproof – so these gloves are not the answer.

These gloves provide ANSI Level 2 cut resistance. Our employees wear them while handling sheet metal products all day long including stainless steel. Coating provides great tactile sense and kevlar has an excellent fit with comfort and dexterity.

Ordered wrong size. Got the correct size the day after I called them! Customer service incredibly helpful. Gloves feel like circulation socks for your hands. A snug fit will allow incredible dexterity.

I purchased a similar glove previously because I wanted an all-purpose work glove that was waterproof on the back as well as the palm, but water seemed to go right through the rubber coating. The Northflex gloves are a reputable brand, more expensive, and claimed to be double-coated to prevent water intrusion, so I thought I’d give them a try.

I haven’t had a chance to use them for work yet, but here are my initial impressions: The gloves have a warmer fleece lining than the other brand and appear to be a good choice for milder winter conditions.

I put the gloves on and ran water over the rubber part while wringing my hands together and squeezing the palms closed for about 30 seconds. No water entered the gloves so these have proven to be better than my previous purchase concerning waterproofness (is that a word?).

I love the additional cut resistant quality not just for work but as an all-purpose emergency preparedness glove where one may need to handle sharp metal or broken glass. The gloves are a bit stiff for a coated glove, but I believe this is because of the double rubber coating which seems to be responsible for keeping the water out.

If you are also considering purchasing these gloves because of the waterproof construction, keep in mind that the same rubber coating meant to keep water out means that in the event they do get wet they will take FOREVER to dry, so do yourself a favor and buy more than one pair.

This and the stiff rubber are the reason for deducting one point on the rating.

Eh, they’re alright. They don’t fit snuggly enough around the wrist. I almost fell coming down a ladder the first time I used them because the grip was so sticky that they grabbed securely to the rung but then my hand slipped right out because of the warm-material inside.

I guess they’re warm enough. I work on airplanes outside and I still have to use heater packs while out there.

I needed warm gloves for stabbing casing. Most gloves will not last two jobs. In summer I use Tillman welding gloves for durability. These are the first winter gloves I have found that are durable enough.

They have lasted nearly two weeks so far with very little wear. Dirt and oil also wash out easily.

Once again, I had a very helpful associate assist me with this item. This item is effective, well constructed and I highly recommend it. I was concerned about this item fitting me, but my concerns went out the door with help from the associate.

Once I tried this item on, it stretched to fit and I love it.

Looking for a high quality middle of the road gloves for the occasional time that you don’t have a box of throw away nitrile gloves. The heat coming off of spilled oil also doesn’t affect you as bad with these reusable gloves.

Would highly recommend.

Very comfortable. Thin and grippy enough to hold some 8mm bolts while finger-tightening. I did get a decent amount of oil on the inside of the gloves, though (probably my fault for wearing reusable gloves with an oil change) and the fingers are difficult to turn inside out for washing.

That’s about it. I’ll probably get a few more pairs to be sure there’s clean ones available at all times.

While these are NOT insulated, they are my go-to gloves for snowblowing my drievway and shoeveling my steps. There ARE warmer gloves, butI ususally end up “hands on” with some cshow, vclearing the blower or cleaning off a car and then my hands get wet and.

I ordered these gloves online and was sent a different pair as these are no longer made by WellsLamont. As a woman who needs to work outside in frigid weather, I am extremely disappointed that these gloves are no longer available.

Lovely quality. Weighted so won’t fall over easily. Also has non scratch pads underneath, a nice touch. Works perfectly with my matching kettle and toaster. Very happy with my purchase

Pleased with the glove and think it will provide good protection especially around machinery. A bit of a snug fit but that also might not be a bad thing.
