20 Best Gloves For Kickboxing (2022 Updated)

I do actually love them! The gloves do have great wrist support so that the Double Splint gives me the impression that the gloves are lighter than it actually is. I actually feel that I can handle a pair of heavier gloves because it doesn’t feel as heavy as it’s suppose to be.

The Double-X Closure does keep the gloves on tight so that they don’t slip out when I do a spinning back handed punch. However, it does make it difficult to don/doff the gloves for a quick hydrate or sweet wipe by myself between rounds.

The Layered Foam does provide sufficient hand protection so my fists don’t feel sore post-workout at all. The ergonomics and feel of the gloves are luxurious compare to my other gloves. The odor resistant lining is nice but I will probably still spray them before any odor develops which is an indication of bacteria growth.

I suspect that they’ll soften up after several sessions being made of artificial leather. However, I do wish that a smaller size was available, at least for the Captain Marvel model, for a more customized and moldable fit.

While the wrist wrap fits snug, there’s unwarranted excess space in the hand compartment. Impression on Performance: Overall, if cost is an issue, the regular T3 model delivers. If it isn’t, the approximately extra $100 for the Marvel brand is kinda fun and if it makes you feel Extra, then maybe it’ll enhance your game psychologically.

You’ll definitely feel the extra wrist support which helps to dissipate the force from impact from the top of the glove down the posterior aspect of the hand towards the wrist. The rigid wrist support enables the hand and forearms to act as one rigid system thereby isolating the generation of force from behind the elbow joint, shoulder girdle, and the rest of the kinetic chain.

The provided wrist support definitely minimizes your liability for any wrist sprains. These gloves will definitely be my regular workout gloves while my other lighter ones will be back-ups and for speed work.

The quote I used in the title isn’t just for fun people, I’ve been using these gloves for bag work and I’ve been going round after round with them they are extremely high quality gloves. Before them I was using these fairly cheap $50 gloves for my bag work and even with wraps my hands would be pretty bruised and shaking like I had Parkinson’s after just 4 rounds.

But with these gloves? On the first day of using them I was able to go 8 rounds without so much as a tremble let alone any bruises and did I mention I didn’t even have wraps on? The dual wrist straps really bring that added protection you don’t have with your average gloves and trust me you notice the difference right away.

The only complaint I have is they run a little tight. I may just need to break them in some more but despite that I got 16 oz gloves and even with that size I couldn’t fit my hand with wraps on. Hopefully I can stretch them out a bit more over time but if not I’m not too terribly concerned because again these gloves are more secure than Fort Knox and my hands are a gold deposit.

Not only are these gloves stunning and very eye appealing, but they feel even better than they look. Tight wrist support, perfect padding, and theres nothing better than opening and closing ur glove mid sparring and hissing to give your opponent the full venom hayabusa experience.

They fit as snug as a baby kangaroo in its mothers pouch, look better than margot robbie on the wolf of wall street, and they are a conversation piece and a half. Highly recommended, and i cant wait to use them my next fight.

I really wish glove designers would take women seriously, and give them something other than “cute gloves. ” Sanabul makes great gloves, but the men’s 14-16 oz glove (because women can hit hard and heavy as well) are too wide to be supportive.

It’s incredibly frustrating. Why do we have to have “easter egg” colors? Give those to the boys and give us the cool cactus gloves!.

They’re cute! But the cuteness doesn’t make up for some functional issues. The gloves are a bit stiff on the top of the wrist so they are very hard to get tight/supportive on your wrists. The finger area is pretty shallow, if you have long fingers (or nails) it can feel very cramped.

These boxing gloves fit great and are standing up great to using them for my one hour Muay Thai and kickboxing sessions up to four times a week. Beautiful color. Top quality. Highly recommend.

Man, Ill tell you this. I box for cardiovascular reasons. Not competitively. But Ive been through many gloves, mostly Everlast gloves and they are not as good when compared to these RDXgloves. I was medically discharged in the Army after 4 surgeries on my right wrist and arm.

I cant twist my wrist at all and its stiff for life now and it hurts every time I twist it or I hit the bags hard. But recently it hasnt because of the way these gloves absorb impact! When I first put them on, they are 16oz but felt like MMA gloves, so light! And when I hit my heavy bag which is 100lbs and has a very HARD mid to bottom area, the gloves absorbed everything and I could go as hard as I wanted to, well 90% because my arm is broken.

Lol Anyways I would definitely recommend these gloves and for the price you cant beat it at only 37$ compared to Everlast which mine were 50$ and they didnt feel good at all and get WAYYYY HEAVIER for 16oz compared to the RDX gloves.

Buy it! You will not regret it.

Bought for Birthday present for our Grandson and he was very pleased with them.

I really like these focus pads, and they are already my favourite. I previously bought a pair of curved RDX ‘smartie’ pads which are excellent and perfect for punching as the small pad is good for accuracy and the curve gives feedback on correct angle on target, and the build quality was outstanding.

I always find you get more than you pay for with RDX stuff so I keep going back to it. These are great for hands/feet/knee/elbow combos due to the size, and the curve is just enough to give feedback, but keeps versatility of use intact.

The wrist straps are small enough to stay out of the way if not using and big enough for most users. The density of the pad is great for holder and striker and the build quality feels good so far. Can’t fault these at all!!.

The quality of the bag is fine the filling is the concern its supposed to be maize and shredded fibre not shredded papper and crisp packets and pieces of nut shells mixed in the fibre ive removed the fibre took out the rubbish and re-stuffed it.

Other than that I’m happy its a got a good solid impact chains can be adjusted and its wheel chair friendly its suitable so it doesn’t rest on or interfere with movement my grandson likes it for some reason its supposed to be adult but they have provided junior gloves with it luckily i bought a pair of 16 oz gloves much more suitable.

They are just a good solid pair of gloves. Great wrist protection. Very little play on the inside. They fit really snug. Not really designed for bigger hands though. Material on the outside seems rugged enough.

Material on the inside is super comfortable. And you can’t beat the price!.

These gloves are a work of art, so beautiful and a pleasure to train in. Can’t go wrong with Leone. I was a little suspect of the site given a couple of reviews I saw but it has been great for me. Arrived when said and good tracking throughout.

When the grandkids came for a visit this year, the youngest one put two collapsible foam drink coolies on his hands and pretended to box. This gave me an idea for his upcoming birthday. These gloves, along with a blow-up punching bag, were my seven year old grandson’s favorite birthday present.

I bought these gloves about 4 months ago after purchasing a century BOB XL heavy bag. They look good and the padding is good but they are already falling apart. The stitches are breaking and the covering is starting to tear.

I will not buy a UFC branded product again ! I guess I have to pay more to get quality. Just for comparison, I bought Grizzly weight training gloves at Canadian Tire years ago and they still look like new.

I got these a couple months ago as a cheap throwaway glove while on vacation, I now use these over my expensive gloves for heavy bag. They feel around 10 oz and are as protective as any budget glove out there.

Very sleek and they look the part. I would recommend wearing wraps because the wrist protection is not top tier especially if you’re sending some heat to the bag. I get wrist pains after using these 3 days in a row.

If you’re looking to upgrade what you already have, I’d just save up for the Hayabusa T3’s or similar. They’ll last a while for fitness purposes but I wouldn’t solely rely on them if you take boxing seriously or compete.

The cat came home scratching from fleas so I washed him in Johnsons cat shampoo this killed the fleas & eggs & made him smell lovely , I now do this once a month just to be sure

These gloves are decent quality. Light but not overly padded. That could be good or bad depending on how hard you are striking. I am 6’5″ 240 lbs. and I found them light and tight.

I purchased these in the 16oz glove and they have worked flawlessly. They have three vent holes on the palm area so your hands stay cool and are very comfortable to wear. I use these in my Sparring class and they work great.

Easy to take on and off, lots of support, and there is no break in period. 5 stars.

I received this product from the Spark Reviewer program. The Venum Classic Sparring Gloves are made with simulated leather and high density injected foam for better shock absorption. They are true to size and fit tight and snug which allows them to stay in place properly.

They feel comfortable to wear and also have a breathable mesh interior that makes it nice when hitting the punching bag or working out my hands seem less sweaty and easier to move. They are made with a Velcro band that is strong and adjustable.

My hands and knuckles feel protected and safe. I like that both gloves are all black and have the Venum logo it brings a nice style when wearing them. My overall thoughts these function and perform well, hold up to demanding high performances, made with good quality and durability that will last a long time.

Bag is good quality. Although does state that comes already stuffed with shock-absorbent pulp. The pulp is in fact shredded clothing so stuffed old school way. It doesnt really matter but they should maybe reword it.

Also like a lot of very products can be bought cheaper if look online. People are Down voting this as it doesn’t come with a chain but if you dont read the product clearly then thats not their fault.

The punch bag is good quality nice & heavy so it doesnt sway much when you hit it. They only problem is the fixing bolts that are supplied with the wall bracket there very cheap quality and dont really support the bag properly.

I had to purchase my own separately. Overall a good purchase for the price.

Great set, have it hung in my basement. Could have been filled a little more(its a little soft for hard hitters and folds in when hit hard), but was filled as advertised. If you’re a hard hitters, I would recommend filling more when you get it.

Great first set of gloves for my 7 year old. Sturdy, well made and decent price.

So I am relatively new to purchasing gloves and the sport in general! I’ve been using them for bag work, pads, and sparring in mauy thai and they have been outstanding! Lots of compliments on the looks! Well designed and great fitting.

They provide amazing support from my last gloves and the wrist support is fantastic. The only complaint I have is that some of the seams on the inside edge where the fabric meets the leather at the cuff and also the seam inside is starting to come off and come undone and I have only had them 2 months now.

Apart from that would recommend to anybody!.

I ordered the 12oz version and they are VERY snug! Now no companies gloves are usually ever one in the same in every way as another’s especially when there’s multiple styles available. With that being said, I’ve had 12 oz gloves for example from Title in the past that were massive on the inside with my hands sliding around and all.

These though are very well fitted and snug but a bit too snug for me personally because my fingers bunch up just a little and my thumb in these has a little resistance. My hand is 8. 75” in circumference so use that as a reference.

I ordered some 14 oz and I’ll see how they are for me.

The price is great, and its a good lookin glove. The fit is pretty tight which I love, but if you have huge hands it might be an issue. Also the foam is pretty dense, so while its nice that the gloves are compact it is extremely stiff when you first get them, i recommend hitting the bag and pads a few times before sparring with them.

My main complaint is that the inside material is loosely stitched and feels kind of cheap, and isnt that comfortable with it being loose. I hope the next update sees that problem fixed. Great gloves overall.

If a father has to become punching bag for his son, then the product is best for sure

I bought me a second pair of those gloves, since the first ones broke down fast as these( like 5-7 sessions, not even hiting hardbag once). Since i got a giftcard for my first purchase i decided to get a new ones, in good belief it was a fluke.

Here are my gloves after max 7 training lessons.

These just arrived are extremely comfortable, feel really sturdy, have a slightly longer strap than my last ones which I like. The padding is good and not too firm. Only thing Is it feel like it may be slightly too tight and i did use the sizing guide correctly, so I’m not sure yet if these are going to wear in a little bit as they are still new.

I have these gloves in the 12oz for bag work but when sparring the 16oz are required. The bigger gloves are still very comfortable and fit well.
