20 Best Gloves For Wide Receivers (2022 Updated)

Nice gloves but they don’t come in Navy blue, even though the website says they do. When I ordered the Navy gloves, I was sent Royal Blue ones. I sent them back for a no hassle refund. I tried to order Navy gloves once again, thinking the first time was a fluke, but, I was sent Royal Blue again.

I sent them back and am waiting on the refund.

Good fit, lightweight, awesome tack. I don’t use them for football, but moving large heavy items and they definitely do the trick.

Don’t buy battle. They look great but do not last. Regretful purchase. Why doesn’t Dick’s supply Phenom Elite Gloves!? I wanted to use a gift card and I was upset to realize that you guys do not carry Phenom Elite.

I ordered a medium size for these gloves and they sent me a youth medium and not adult medium. On the item it doesn’t say weather this is adult or youth so I assumed it was adult. guess not

I bought these for my son who plays wide receiver at a varsity level. He loves the grip but after 2 weeks about 10 practicrs the cloth is fraying and beginning to tear. They will have to be replaced before the season begins.

I love the design of the glove but it never felt comfortable and it ripped in the first week. I use my Nike gloves until I outgrow them or lose one. These were the only gloves In stock, now I know why.

Arrived on time, looks good, snug fit. The only thing my son don’t like is that its not sticky like the rest of the gloves to help you catch the ball. It started peeling the second time he played football.

Cheap quality.

My son (age 7) loves these gloves. So much so, we had to order a second pair – one for at home and one for at school. They are fantastic for football at recess at school and football in the backyard.

Highly recommended for the young football fan.

I ordered the green gloves shown in the picture only to receive orange ones.

Nike usually makes good products that are durable. For youth, kids usually outgrow the product, be it shoes, shirts, shorts, before they outwear them. A bit pricey since I bought a pair a year ago and they are marked up nearly 30%, but chalk it up to inflation.

Still worth the investment.

I bought the Black/Gold pair a little over a month ago and absolutely love them. Looks great, feels great, and has great grip. Just bought the White/Gold pair so I can have both. Got them in XL and they run true to size and highly recommend this style of glove.

My son loves these! Better than his brother’s hand-me-downs! Made his U14 competitive football team with them so they’re legit!!

I’m a college quarterback and was looking for gloves that could give me extra grip in cold and windy conditions. These gloves were awesome the first practice but eventually after two or so practices the grip was lost and cleaning them wouldn’t bring back the grip anymore.

If the grip could last longer then cutters would be awesome. I recommend Nike for QB’s. If it’s wet then your out of luck.

I purchased the Game Day Receiver gloves for my 8 year old grandson and he loves them! He was excited to receive these! My original order was misplaced in the mailing process and when Cutters found out about this, they immediately overnighted another pair to us so we would have them in time for Christmas.

my 10 year old son has been wearing these for the last 3 YEARS. the velcro finally ripped today. we sewed it but will get him new ones for Christmas. he LOVES these gloves, almost daily use. we’ve bought others but he says “they are trash” and only wants these.

we have been very happy with the quality and of course, happy that they make our son so happy!.

I bought these about halfway through the season partially because it was getting colder and I live in wisconsin and other because protection. I’ve used them for a month or so of practice and games and so far have held up to expectation.

I got these even though I’m full line because price and design on the palms. The fingertips and palm design have already worn off. The rest of the glove works at intended. I would not recommend these to keep your hands warm on the sideline but will be just fine while playing.

My school requires gloves so i bought these. They work great and I’ve never used gloves before and now i never want to catch a football without gloves again. They are useful for other things too, i bought a extra pair for work use because it makes everything stick to your hands like glue.

I can pretty much just put a wrench on my hand and it will stick if i flip my palm over. Just don’t pet a dog or cat with it.

Required by school to play sports under Covid, these are a great fit, light and flexible. Similar on Amazon were $15 more expensive. With growing kids these are a great functional option !

I ordered a pair of navy blue, black and white gloves as pictured above in an Adult Large for my son. I received a pair of yellow, black and gray gloves in a Child Small. I usually am pretty satisfied with my online purchases, but this was not acceptable.

Also, when I returned them, the clerks had me go look through the store to see if they had the kind that I ordered and of course they did not.

The gloves were great at first but my finger ripped through the middle finger tip the first week I used them. I would have thought the 3XLs would be big enough for that not to happen. I don’t understand why there is a softer material right at the tips.

Seems like the rough ctack material of the rest of the glove should have just been sewn to the tip.

I bought these gloves for my grandson who proudly wore them for his first game as a junior on the high school varsity football team. He caught the ball then ran with great speed to score the first two touchdowns on the school’s new turf field.

We have looked for months for gloves that would fit my 7/8 year old, hes not short but he has shorter hands. All youth gloves would fit snug but were wayyyyy too long. These gloves fit perfectly. The colors pop.

Great product. The model I purchased was a few years older, but I feel that the Rev Pro is a solid choice for any person looking for football gloves.

Okay quality but be prepared to do constant mending on the velcro and finger areas. He’s only had them a short while and they already need sewn in a couple of places. On the up side, my grandson seems to be handling the ball better with the gloves rather than bare handed.

They are just ok. They don’t have as much grip as advertised what so ever. If they get even slightly wet, from sweat to water, boom, all grip is gone. They are durable. My gloves got ran over, long story, but anyway, they were still in tact.

I would say, this is good if you don’t expect to play in anything but dry conditions. A good pair of gloves for beginners.

I bought these gloves and wore them throughout my football season. The gloves are pretty good, I just find it a little uncomfortable around the tip of the fingers and the grip wore out extremely fast.

The gloves also ripped in between the fingers after about a month or so. The glove doesn’t offer too much protection when going for a block or when landing on the floor.

The gloves look great. Purchased the white pair and the looks don’t disappoint. The fit is great if you decide to purchase purchase true to size. Where these gloves fall pretty short is the grip. It’s just not there.

Great option for a practice glove since they are about 10 dollars less than most other popular glove options on the market. I would pick up the Nike Jet 6. 0s or the Adizero 9. 0s instead.

Ripped all the way down the finger on one glove and multiple rips across the palms. After all that they still have amazing grip. Nothing a little tape can’t fix. I <3 Cutters

Has great grip but no durability. My middle finger has a hole in it after only a month. Worst part is that I was dapping someone up and it ripped…

Great customer service and the best gloves out there, period. My son who is now a freshman in high school has been wearing cutters since his youth football days. He absolutely loves them and won’t wear anything else.

Maybe if the other companies put less into advertising and more into their gloves they might be able to compete with Cutters. Cutters are great in all weather. When the others get slick in the rain, Cutters just get clean and sticky.

Much better than the Gameday gloves. Overall construction and stitching seems to be of better quality.

Bought the under armor gloves a week before and used them and thought they were ok. Bought the cutters and used them and haven’t looked back since. Gave my under armor gloves away for free. Won’t buy anything other than cutter gloves from now on !.

I bought this for my Kid’s flagfootball. These gloves were pretty big, because he’s only 7 yo. He’s able to catch the ball without it hurting his hands, which is all we wanted. Thanks again!
