This glue goes on smoothly and holds very well. I do wish that the fine tips had a way to stay on the bottle and have a cap so I didn’t have to remove the tip and put the regular cap back on.

Used Scotch Quick-Drying Tacky Glue to reconstitute torn thin cardboard display packaging of household products for resale with great results! Does not swell, “wet” or discolor paper, leaving no obvious lumpy aftermath.

Excess squeeze-out wipes away easily, leaving no crusty, shiny or colored residue. Sets in less than 60 seconds, leaving a very strong yet flexible and invisible bond. My only real complaint would be that the little plastic applicator cap cracked & crumbled after only a few uses.

I also found the name a bit misleading, as this seems mainly engineered for paper, unlike Aleene’s® Original Tacky Glue® which seems more of an all-purpose crafts adhesive. However, careful label inspection had me try this glue, and I’m glad I did.

I’m having the same issue with the tip that many others are having. Although the package says Precision Tip, it’s no longer precise. It’s no more precise than a child’s bottle of school glue. It was clearly evident when my old bottle ran out and I had to begin using my new bottle in the middle of a project.

I ended up with a big mess on my hands! My solution has been to transfer the new glue to the old bottle, but that results in waste, and not everyone has an old bottle. Please give us our old tip back!.

I agree wholeheartedly with the other crafters regarding the precision tip, it is not fine enough. One product I buy offers a metal fine tip which is put on the end of the bottle, This is important when doing fine work, so as not to waste glue but more to make sure it does not run all over.

I have not had the old style tip but it seems you have enough requests for making an extra fine tip. Not all crafters will write to you be we all talk to each other and Art Glitter glue is fast becoming the glue of choice.

Please hear our requests. The glue is great the tip is not.

This product was purchased to mix with equal parts water to stiffen fabric for an art project made of 3-D hearts for Valentine’s Day; it worked extremely well because it dried clear, stiffened the fabric the desired amount, and made it easy for little hands to cut!.

I use this for Paper Crafting and have recommended it to all my Rubber Stamping club members. It is a great refillable bottle with metal tip. I have had no clogging issues which is the most common frustration with fine tip dispensers.

The only flaw I have encountered is with repetitive use the tether for the cap does wear out and believe me you will reach for this little wonder time and again. A quick drop of hot glue will mend the tether back in place.

It is a great little product. I purchased two: One for my kit and one for my work station.

I am a textile artist and I create items out of re-claimed paper , such as newspapers and store circulars. I also quill with paper and i needed something to dispense plain old white school glue with needle tip precision and my local craft store had nothing small enough so I began searching the internet for something and I found this needle tip plastic bottle and Walmart had the best price on a single bottle.

so i figured I would give it a shot. It works great , it is easy to squeeze and control and has saved me money on amount of glue used and allows me to put glue ONLY where i want it. I can use it and “write ” with the tip so I can apply glitter exactly where I want it.

I will be buying more !.

I have purchased these in the past and decided to stock up while they’re on sale so that I will always have plenty to fall back on should I lost one or damage it or something like that. I like these glue applicators because they make it so easy to apply glue to very small areas such as lettering and such.

I highly recommend them to paper crafters and others who use glue for intricate types of projects.

I created a card stock ornament as one of three Christmas projects for my two grand dudes classes. The embellishments to be glued on the ornaments are tiny pom poms, gem stones, tiny stars, buttons and confetti stars.

I first tested a few different brands of glue all thicker and thought the embellishments shouldn’t have a problem staying on. After the embellishments were dried I rubbed and wiggles the embellishments and unfortunately the glues did not work at all.

I can’t have the ornaments falling apart that wouldn’t be very nice. I did a search on Michael’s. com to see if I could find a heavy duty glue. I read the discription on the Elmer’s tacky glue and it looked like this glue should work better.

The price was less then the other leading brands too. I bought 5 bottles went home and did a test and to my surprise the pom poms and gem stones stayed glued. No more other brand tacky glues, I’m sticking to Elmer’s tacky glue.

I never knew Elmer had a tacky glue. Less expensive and with a couple even better!.

I needed fabric glue for some outdoor curtains and this was GREAT! I am not an arts & crafts person, so I bought several kinds of glue. This one is by far the best! I came out white like normal Elmer’s glue, but when it dried – wow! It was so clear; you would not know it was glued unless you were there when I did it.

Yes, this special acid-free glue repaired my old Holy Bible with the durability and flexibility I was hoping for. Overnight, the leather that had pulled away from the ribbing had bonded just as if it hadn’t happened.

Of course, being that it’s Elmer’s made it even more trustworthy, because that product has been bonding for well over 50 years. Excellent Quality. Happy Customer.

This is a very good glue for canvas surfaces. I have my canvas family album decorated with carton flower designs and this glue did a perfect job. It was easy to work with. No mess at all. Happy with my purchase and the project done.

I have been using Elmer’s Craft Bond glue for years – for scrapbooking, cardmaking, and any other paper crafts that I do. It is easy to work with and does the job perfectly. Highly recommended!

This works great with small kid crafts I do I get at Michaels that I do with my 91 yr old Mom who has Alzheimer’s and living in a senior center. Has smaller nozzle so doesnt make a mess.

I wanted a glue stronger than school glue and this does the trick. Like all PVA water based glues it will buckle a large sheet of paper if you don’t smooth it out well, but it sticks and stays stuck when it dries, while still giving me some wiggle room to reposition my papers if needed.

It works well for my journal making.

Elmer’s Craft Bond Paper Craft Glue Gel did a great job. I covered a Styrofoam wreath with squares of fabric by punching a small hole with a pointed screwdriver, filling the hole with the craft glue and then using the screwdriver, pushing the center of the square of fabric into the hole.

I bought this product for book repair because it says it is acid-free. It is holding the books together quite nicely and cleaned up easily. It didn’t bleed through the pages, either as an added plus.

This is the best glue around for cardmaking. It comes with a few sizes of nozzle for fine and very fine glue lines. Its the best I have found in my 8 years of cardmaking!

Do not order this item!! It looks like a case of 18 bottles, but I ordered it 3 times, each time with an enthusiastic customer service rep who assured me it would be fixed, but instead of receiving a case, they only send you one little bottle approx (0.

66 oz ) for $17. 99!!! Ridiculous !!! It caused me much wasted time and my project was late as a result. Then I go into Walmart and you can buy a 4 oz bottle for $1. 77!! That’sa way better deal, but I needed 24 really small bottles for this project.

Having to buy the bigger bottles increased the cost considerably.

This is a great size of the wonderful Aleene’s glue, perfect for working with younger children. There is less opportunity for the bottle to dry up. The box container did not survive shipping but I really didn’t care.

All bottles arrived intact.

I love using Mod Podge, Every Autumn/Fall I make Glitter Pumpkins 🎃 Glitter Pinecones. My pink 1 isn’t done yet but I wanted to show it. Mod Podge works amazing making these I give these to my friends Family they love them every year I use Fine Glitter have around 50 different glitter colors.

I’ll even mix colors. I highly recommend Mod Podge for your arts crafts because not only does it work amazing but it doesn’t dry out fast so you have time to do your projects for me my glitter pumpkins/glitter pinecones.

If you want some festivity inside your home for autumn/fall make some  glitter pumpkins/glitter pinecones. Are used to use real pumpkins that this year I am using plastic and foam pumpkins but the pinecones are real.

I use this to seal my acrylic paintings and it works and looks great! Goes on slightly white, but dries clear. The satin finish is perfect because it’s not too matte and not glossy – so it photographs well too.

It makes it easier for my clients to dust and wipe without ruining the integrity of the painting. I have also used Mod Podge for pasting pieces of magazine and newspaper together on different surfaces and it works fabulously!.

Looks fantastic on puzzles. We love doing puzzles and have several frames and hung. I use Mod Podge Gloss for ours and they look great. I also use a small paint roller I picked up from a hardware store.

Dustless/fuzzless paint rollers apply the Mod Podge perfectly. Also, pour it on a plate and use your roller or brush to apply it. Pouring it onto the item can leave a slight mark if you don’t get it spread out fast enough.

This stuff works fine. It does not dry as fast as other glue sticks, which is fine because it allows that extra minute to make sure your project is lined up precisely the way you want it. It is a tricky gelatinous goo that’s not like the typical glue stick, but once you’re used to using it, it’s good stuff.

It is a sticky adhesive substance, so if you pull the stick off what you’re gluing too fast, it’s going to make strings. As far as durability, it works fine. It’s going to last a long time. If you bend it, ball it up up, or do something to pull it apart, your project is not going to last as long as you assumed it would.

I Wouldn’t recommend this stuff for unsupervised kids to use. You’re just asking for trouble if you do. Other than that, I’d tell other people to use it. My only complaint is that the sticks are sold only about 1/2-1/3 full.

Scotch needs to actually FILL the entire tube.

I thought I would try this brand because of the “wrinkle-free” and “no clump formula” it offers. Well, after persevering with the first stick, I just gave up because it does clump, in big stringy and messy chunks.

The chunks are difficult to remove from the paper you’re trying to stick because your fingers get gluey and it all ends up a mess, and as a consequence, makes your glued-down surface lumpy. It’s a bit like working with chewed chewing gum all stretched out and getting stuck on everything it comes into contact with.

Messy, messy, messy! I got loads of sticky strings all over my work surface and fingers and messed up quite a bit of the ephemera I was working with! I’m not a happy crafter and will not recommend this product.

This product was purchased for both home and office use. I thought I was buying top quality because of the brand, which I have used for decades. After the first use, the Wrinkle-free Glue Stick is a gooey, stringy, globby mess! I don’t know how 3m/Scotch could let a product like this get to market without having a variety of consumers test it out.

It really wouldn’t take long to see that it is not worthy of the brand name.

It’s doing the job it was designed for, it holds in place until I can get to sew over it. Would buy again if I run out.

smooth flow , and thicker than id expected ( a plus!). moves a bit before it becomes Tacky holds Strong for Wood plastic t shirt yarn, cardboard. paper. Can mix in glitter for DIY glitter pens. lots of uses.

Not a bad glue for crafts. It dries a bit slower than I’d like but it worked well for what I needed. The amount of glue you get for the price isn’t bad either. Overall, a pretty good product.

Holds well but wrinkles paper. Good for basic projects, as it has a fairly quick drying time, but not great for paper projects
